Abstract

Memperoleh return (keuntungan) merupakan tujuan utama dari aktivitas perdagangan para investor di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental yaitu EPS, ROA, dan PBV sedangkan kondisi ekonomi yaitu inflasi dan tingkat suku bunga SBI terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan data kuartal dari  bulan Januari 2005 sampai Desember 2012. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 4 perusahaan dan setelah melewati tahap purposive sampling jumlah sampel menjadi 3 perusahaan. Teknik analisa yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah error correction model (ECM) untuk mengetahui keterkaitan variabel variabel fundamental perusahaan serta kondisi ekonomi dengan return saham pada perusahaan perbankan (BUMN). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel EPS, ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek. Berbeda dengan PBV berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jangka pendek tetapi pada jangka panjang berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Sedangkan variabel inflasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan SBI berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap return saham.   Kata kunci : EPS, ROA, PBV, Inflasi, suku bunga SBI dan return saham

Abstract

Head lice are parasites found in all regions of the world and attack many people of various races, economic status, family or habits. Eucalyptus oil is reported to have anti-head lice activity by providing a high mortality rate for head lice tested in vitro with an average lice death time of 3 minutes 23 seconds. The aim of the research was to formulate and determine the physical properties and anti-head lice activity of eucalyptus oil lotion. The formula was made with concentrations of 5%, 7.5% and 10%, then the physical properties and anti-lice activity of the preparation were tested and analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis statistical test. Research shows that all lotion formulas meet the requirements for good physical properties, namely organoleptic, homogeneity, viscosity, pH and spreadability. The best anti-flea activity is formula 3, which provides flea death activity of 68.5 seconds and the comparison permethrin 1% is 315 seconds. Keywords:          Cajuput oil, formula, lotion, pediculosis   Abstrak Kutu kepala yaitu parasit ditemukan pada semua wilayah dunia dan menyerang banyak orang  beragam ras, status ekonomi, keluarga atau kebiasaan. Senyawa alami telah banyak diteliti sebagai alternatif untuk pengobatan pedikulosis humanus kapitis. Minyak kayu putih  dilaporkan memiliki aktifitas anti kutu kepala dengan  memberikan tingkat mortalitas yang tinggi terhadap kutu kepala yang diuji secara in vitro dengan waktu kematian kutu rerata 3 menit 23 detik. Tujuan penelitian untuk memformulasi dan mengetahui sifat fisik dan aktifitas anti kutu kepala dari losion minyak kayu putih. Formula dibuat dengan konsentrasi 5%, 7,5% dan 10% kemudian diujikan sifat fisik dan aktifitas anti kutu sediaan serta dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Kruskal Wallis. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua formula losion memenuhi syarat sifat fisik yang baik yakni organoleptis, homogenitas, viskositas, pH dan daya sebar. Aktifitas anti kutu terbaik adalah pada formula 3 yaitu memberikan aktifitas kematian kutu 68,5 detik dan pembanding permethrin 1% yaitu 315 detik. Abstract

This article examines two main issues. First, the position of regional head elections (pilkada) in the general election regime. Second, the ideal institution in handling disputes over election results. The research method used is doctrinal, with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that the implementation of regional elections is based on the provisions of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Law Number 1 of 2015. By reason of its presence as a manifestation of popular sovereignty; periodic elections; the use of direct, general, free, confidential, honest and fair principles in practice; minutes of the Ad hoc session of the formation of Article 18 of the Constitution; and the organizer of the elections is the general election commission, the elections are part of the electoral regime. Thus, despite the inconsistency in interpreting the election regime, the Constitutional Court (MK) is the ideal institution to resolve disputes over election results. Due to two main reasons, namely the constitution mandates the examination of disputes over election results to the Constitutional Court and in terms of practice, from 2008 to 2022 the Constitutional Court can consistently decide disputes over election results.

Abstract

This research aims to develop pop up book media that is suitable for use in thematic learning of Theme 8 Our Friend's Environment for Class V Elementary School. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. The test subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, teacher responses and student responses. The object in this research is the Pop Up Book Media in Thematic Learning Theme 8 Our Friendly Environment which is suitable for use in the thematic learning process in class V. The instrument used to collect data is a validation questionnaire given to several expert validators, namely media expert validators, material expert validator and learning expert validator. The total score obtained from media expert validation was 89.4, from material expert validation, namely 87.5, from learning experts 86.5 and from student responses a score of 91.4 was obtained. The average score from the experts' assessments is 88.47. From these scores it can be said that the Pop Up Book media Theme 8 "Our Friend's Environment" which was developed is "Very Suitable" for use in the thematic learning process in class V UPTD SDN 010143 Perkebunan Aek Tarum.

Abstract

Pasar Wisata Penjaringansari di Surabaya merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang signifikan. Namun, pasar ini masih dihadapkan pada berbagai permasalahan yang dapat menghambat kemajuan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, pemerintah kota Surabaya telah berupaya meningkatkan taraf ekonomi masyarakat menengah ke bawah melalui berbagai strategi, salah satunya adalah dengan menciptakan tempat bagi para Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) agar mereka dapat menjajakan dagangan mereka dengan lebih mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan fasilitas yang ada di Pasar Penjaringansari dengan fokus pada fasilitas Live Musik dan Transportasi Wirawiri. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, dilakukan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Melalui program ini, mahasiswa dapat melakukan riset dan pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan potensi pasar serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut. Dengan adanya program KKN Tematik Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan fasilitas Live Musik dan Transportasi Wirawiri, diharapkan Pasar Wisata Penjaringansari dapat menjadi pusat perdagangan yang lebih dinamis dan berkembang pesat. Selain itu, program ini juga akan memberikan manfaat nyata dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat setempat, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan mengurangi disparitas ekonomi di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Konversi agama merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam kehidupan manusia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengertian konversi agama, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, proses terjadinya, dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan sikap individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konversi agama dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti kepribadian dan faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan sosial. Proses ini melibatkan transformasi psikologis dan spiritual yang signifikan. Kesimpulannya, konversi agama merupakan bentuk pertumbuhan spiritual yang memberikan dampak besar pada kehidupan individu.

Abstract

In this day and age, it is an age when the outbreak of deceit, there are many bad effects caused by the perpetrators of deception. Tipu in the Koran is mentioned in many verses with different patterns but has similarities in terms of meaning, or known as Taraduf or Mutaradif (Different words but have the same meaning), then it is necessary to be careful what they mean, so what if the deeds of the Deceivers are directed at Allah, because for some people are afraid to interpret deceit in Makr language,  Kaid, Khida' if placed for Allah, because they think Allah cannot have the nature of deceit, this is the problem, especially among the claimants of Shari'a science. The research approach used by the author in this study is a Qualitative approach and uses descriptive and comparative analysis methods or Muqorron, namely by comparing verses with verses, with hadith or with the opinions of interpreters so that various interpretations are found that may have  When talking about Makr, Kaid, and Khida',Sheikh Abdurrahman bin Nashir Assa'di did not talk in too much detail about the lafadz but he only interpreted in general terms what Makr, Kaid, and Khida' were and the essence of the three lafadz in the Koran, when he interpreted the verse about Makr, then what appeared was the planned deceit, when he interpreted Khida',  So what arises from his interpretation is the same deed but the way it is different. Which Makr, Kaid requires there to be planning, while Khida' can be done without planning.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to learn how the ancient growth and development of the communication sciences made such a widespread development in the present era. The study employed a library study method by conducting a qualitative study method using a descriptive method. The study gathered data available from journals and books associated with the growth and development of communication sciences. The technique employed in this data collection involves recording and summarizing a number of obvious data sources. Analysis in this data collection suggests that the growth and development of communication sciences go through many processes in the stages of its development. The results of this study suggest that the growth and development of the communications science are constantly changing over the years and is thus growing rapidly and broadly in the present era.

Abstract

Introduction: Acne vulgaris (AV) is a highly prevalent, chronic inflammatory dermatosis that necessitates sophisticated, long-term management strategies to optimize physical clearance, minimize permanent scarring, and address the substantial psychosocial impact on patients.1 This systematic review aimed to critically synthesize recent, high-certainty evidence informing the comparative efficacy, safety, and durability of therapeutic interventions for AV, specifically focusing on the public health imperative of antimicrobial stewardship and the mandatory utilization of patient-reported outcomes (PROs).2 Methods: We conducted a systematic search for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and systematic reviews published in major databases up to the current date, adhering to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines.4 Inclusion criteria focused on studies addressing treatment efficacy (topical combinations, systemic antibiotics, hormonal therapy, oral retinoids, and physical modalities) for patients aged 9 years and older.3 Methodological quality was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias (RoB 2.0) tool.6 We prioritized the synthesis of ten distinct outcomes, including lesion count reduction (LCR), Investigator Global Assessment (IGA) success, discontinuation rates, specific adverse events (AEs), durability (relapse rates), and changes in the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI).2 Results: Data were synthesized from 17 representative studies or data analyses. Topical combination therapies were significantly superior to monotherapy, with fixed-dose Adapalene 0.3%/Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% achieving a 68.7% reduction in inflammatory lesions and a 68.3% reduction in non-inflammatory lesions by week 12.7 For systemic management, Spironolactone demonstrated robust objective efficacy in adult women, showing a sixfold increase in the odds of treatment success compared to placebo (Odds Ratio (OR) 6.59; 95% CI 3.50–12.43), a finding validated by Trial Sequential Analysis.6 Conversely, temporal analysis revealed a significant positive correlation (R=0.69) between time and rising C. acnes resistance to Erythromycin, escalating from 10% in 2008 to 44% in 2024, highlighting a critical failure of antimicrobial stewardship.8 Furthermore, a statistically moderate correlation was observed between physician-assessed IGA improvement and patient-reported QoL improvement (DLQI) (r=0.516, P < 0.001), suggesting a significant discrepancy in current success metrics.2 Physical modalities were primarily characterized by a high overall risk of bias due to lack of blinding.9 Discussion: The evidence mandates a paradigm shift toward non-antibiotic systemic interventions and combination therapy as the first-line standard for all disease severities. The demonstrated high certainty of Spironolactone efficacy 6 makes it the preferred systemic agent for adult female AV, mitigating the public health crisis of antimicrobial resistance fueled by historical over-prescription.8 The weak correlation between IGA and DLQI necessitates the routine incorporation of PROs as primary endpoints in future trials to accurately capture therapeutic benefit from the patient's perspective.2 Conclusion: Effective, safe, and durable AV management relies on the early and mandatory use of combinations of topical retinoids and Benzoyl Peroxide, strict limitation of systemic antibiotic duration, and aggressive utilization of non-antibiotic systemic agents. Future clinical research must focus on validating physical modalities through low-bias RCTs and standardizing QoL metrics as core outcome measures.

Abstract

Podcast Login oleh Deddy Corbuzier merupakan medium digital yang menyajikan dialog terbuka mengenai isu keagamaan dengan gaya bahasa santai dan non-formal. Mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kudus, dengan basis pendidikan Islam yang kuat, menjadi audiens krusial untuk memahami efektivitas model dakwah digital ini. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi resepsi mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kudus terhadap konten yang disajikan dalam Podcast Login yang dipandu oleh Habib Jafar. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian menelaah bagaimana mahasiswa memahami, menginterpretasi, dan merespons tema-tema yang diangkat dalam podcast termasuk isu sosial, psikologis, dan budaya populer serta implikasinya terhadap sikap, opini, dan praktik media mereka. Penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode analisis resepsi (Stuart Hall). Sampel terdiri dari 15 mahasiswa aktif UIN Sunan Kudus yang diwawancarai secara mendalam. Hasil decoding dikelompokkan menjadi tiga posisi resepsi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya variasi resepsi: sebagian besar informan menempati posisi dominant/preferred reading terhadap gaya bahasa yang digunakan dalam podcast—mereka cenderung setuju karena menilai gaya tutur host bersifat santai, komunikatif, dan tidak memihak sehingga mudah dicerna dan memfasilitasi ruang diskusi. Respon yang setuju ini memperkuat kecenderungan mahasiswa untuk mengadopsi pendapat atau framing tertentu pada isu-isu populer, meskipun pada isu sensitif beberapa informan menunjukkan pembacaan negotiated atau oppositional yang merefleksikan nilai agama dan norma kampus.  Faktor penentu resepsi meliputi latar belakang agama, tingkat literasi media, pengalaman pribadi, dan dinamika komunitas kampus. Pembahasan mengaitkan temuan dengan teori encoding/decoding Hall dan konsep konvergensi budaya. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pendidikan literasi media di perguruan tinggi untuk memperkuat kemampuan analitis mahasiswa terhadap konten digital populer. Resepsi mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kudus bersifat positif dan cenderung setuju dengan format komunikasi yang terbuka, santai, dan non-memihak, membuktikan bahwa gaya komunikasi digital yang adaptif efektif diterima oleh audiens akademik dengan latar belakang keagamaan.
