Abstract

The utilization of digital technology in the healthcare sector is crucial, including within educational environments. At SMK Bagimu Negeriku, which implements a boarding school model, the recording of students' health information is still conducted manually, posing risks of data loss or improper documentation. Therefore, a digital system is needed to simplify the recording and monitoring of students' health information. By designing the UI/UX for a health tracking system, it is expected to create an efficient solution and provide the best experience for all users, including dormitory supervisors and school administrators, in efforts to maintain students’ health both preventively and curatively. The applied method is the Design Thinking approach, encompassing the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. Each stage is conducted to ensure that the design meets the users' needs and preferences. The resulting prototype was evaluated through usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The evaluation results showed a SUS score of 85 out of 100, indicating a high level of usability and user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map the literature on "employee voice" through a bibliometric analysis. Research data were collected from 1,157 articles in the Scopus database, focusing on publications between 1982 and 2024. Using VOSviewer software, the study identifies intellectual structures, key themes, and emerging research trends. Findings show a significant growth in publications, with the United States, China, and the United Kingdom leading in contributions. Key journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and Frontiers in Psychology are pivotal in shaping the field. Dominant themes include employee voice behavior, leader-member exchange, workplace conditions, and the growing role of digitalization, particularly post-COVID-19. Co-authorship and keyword analyses reveal increasing interdisciplinary collaboration and a global research network. The study highlights gaps in research related to cultural differences, digital transformation, and post-pandemic organizational dynamics. It emphasizes the need for future studies to foster cross-disciplinary and international collaborations to advance theoretical frameworks and practical applications. Overall, this bibliometric mapping provides comprehensive insights into the evolution and current state of employee voice research

Abstract

Differences marked by skin color, body shape, hair color, etc. are the basis for the term 'race'. Such differences should be understood as racial pluralism not superiority. This plurality ultimately leads to a tendency to make stereotypical judgements and treat others based on such considerations. This research aims to find the issue of racism depicted in a film entitled "IP Man 4: The Finale". The researchers are interested in studying further the representation of racism issues through the media film. This research uses the semiotic theory proposed by Roland Barthes with a qualitative approach by making in-depth observations on each scene of the film. As a result, the researchers found that the racial practices depicted in the film "IP Man 4: The Finale" were racial separation efforts implemented at the time.

Abstract

Oral health in Indonesia is still a health problem that needs attention. Based on the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), it is reported that the prevalence of oral and dental problems in Indonesia is still very high. The above can be caused by the lack of knowledge and lack of awareness of the Indonesian population towards dental hygiene, to overcome oral health problems in Indonesia Training of Trainers for teachers and parents for 21-day morning and night brushing activities teaches children and adults about the benefits of good oral hygiene and shows them how to brush their teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to realize caries-free Indonesia in 2030. This activity is held online through the zoom application. The target participants were elementary school and inclusive school students aged 7-12 years, 10 parents and 10 teachers at SD Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Surabaya. The mechanism of the activity is “Training of Trainer” (TOT) for students and parents, showing that Training of Trainer activities on teachers and parents of SD Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Surabaya students can increase their knowledge and awareness on oral health.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with satisfaction as an intervention variable at the Jember District Health Office. The sample in this study was 118 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data source used is a primary data source. The analysis method uses SEM PLS analysis with the WarpPLS 7.0 research tool. The results of the direct influence test showed that (1) transformational leadership and work environment variables directly have a positive effect on satisfaction but specifically for transformational leadership are not significant on satisfaction. (2) transformational leadership variables, work environment and satisfaction directly have a positive and significant effect on OCB. (3) transformational leadership variables indirectly have a positive but insignificant effect on OCB through satisfaction, but the work environment indirectly has a significant effect on OCB through satisfaction  Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Environment, Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Pemasaran memiliki peran penting dalam aktivitas bisnis, khususnya dalam menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan serta mendorong peningkatan penjualan. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital yang semakin cepat, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat promosi yang sangat berpengaruh. Di samping itu, pengalaman pelanggan selama proses pembelian experience transaction dan tingkat pengenalan serta pemahaman terhadap brand awareness juga menjadi faktor penting yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pengaruh media sosial, experience transaction, dan brand awareness  terhadap keputusan pembelian motor di Dealer Yamaha Ambulu. Variabel independen dalam penelian ini yaitu media sosial(x1, experience transaction(x2), brand awareness(x3) sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian(y). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kausal dengan kombinasi metode kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan 160 pelangan sebagai sampel penelitian Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian regresi linier berganda dan hasil pengujian hipotesis, menunjukkan bahwa variable media sosial, experience transaction dan brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Dealer Yamaha Ambulu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen Dealer Yamaha Ambulu dalam merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan pembelian terhadap pelangan.

Abstract

Egg freezing has triggered scholarly debate in Islamic jurisprudence, particularly when eggs are frozen before marriage and used afterward, raising concerns about the child's lineage. Contemporary fiqh through collective ijtihad is needed to offer solutions aligned with maqasid al-shariah. This research aims to analyze the formulation of contemporary fiqh in determining the legal ruling on egg freezing through a collective ijtihad framework. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a normative-empirical method. Data were collected through a literature review of classical fiqh texts, academic journals, and scholarly fatwas, followed by a descriptive-qualitative analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the formulation of contemporary Islamic jurisprudence through the collective ijtihad approach serves as an effective method for resolving lineage-related issues arising from egg freezing. The first step in the collective ijtihad process involves considering input from medical experts, beginning with a detailed presentation of the procedures, including ovarian stimulation, followed by the retrieval of mature oocytes, which are then cryopreserved using vitrification techniques to ensure optimal quality for long-term storage. Subsequently, Islamic jurists analyze and deliberate on the issue from various jurisprudential perspectives. Egg freezing is considered permissible as long as it is conducted within the framework of lawful marriage and upholds the principle of hifz al-nasl (protection of lineage). This study contributes to the advancement of Islamic legal thought that is responsive to the developments in reproductive technologies.

Abstract

Carbon monoxide (CO) is a harmful substance when inhaled in excessive amounts, leading to cellular distortions. The presence of CO in the blood forms carboxyhemoglobin, which reduces the overall oxygen-carrying capacity, potentially resulting in hypoxia. In response to hypoxia, the body compensates by stimulating the production of new erythrocytes and increasing iron levels. This study aims to analyze serum iron, hemoglobin, and blood cell levels as sensitive markers of CO toxicity. The study employed a true experimental post-test-only control group design with 25 rats divided into five groups that is one negative control group that not exposed to cigarettes and four treatment groups (1, 2, 3, and 4), which were sequentially exposed to filter cigarettes at rates of 2, 4, 6, and 8 cigarettes per day for 14 days. Spectrophotometric and impedance analysis methods were employed. Data analysis was performed using SPSS with post hoc tests. This studi shows that  significant increase compared to the negative control in hemoglobin was observed in all treatment groups, serum iron in group 4 (181.10 µg/dL), erythrocytes in group 4 (13.04x1012cells/L), and leukocytes in groups 2, 3, and 4 with mean levels of (12.4x109cells/L; 14.03x109cells/L; 15.09x109cells/L), while platelets showed no significant increase compared to the negative control. The study concluded that hemoglobin serves as one of the most sensitive markers of toxicity, demonstrating significance even at the lowest dose of cigarette smoke exposure.

Abstract

This study explores the brand image of Universitas Andalas through the lens of inbound students participating in the Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka Batch 4 program. Using a qualitative method with a constructivist paradigm and descriptive approach, data were gathered from in-depth interviews with ten students from various Indonesian provinces. Findings reveal that Universitas Andalas developed a positive brand image across five dimensions of Aaker’s theory: brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty, and supporting factors. The brand image was shaped not only by pre-arrival information but also by academic, cultural, and social experiences during the program. Students described the campus as emotionally engaging and worth recommending. Some participants, however, noted areas for improvement, including internal communication and information systems. This study concludes that brand image in higher education is influenced more by personal experiences than by reputation alone, offering valuable insights for educational branding and student exchange program development.

Abstract

Oil palm planting should pay attention to technology and fertilization management. The hope in cultivating oil palm plants is the results/production of the fruit. The community in Kinali Village has begun to convert rubber plantations into oil palm plantations. However, some people still do not know the importance of understanding and implementing fertilization properly. The method of community service activities is to start identifying problems through dialogue which is continued with extension and training activities. In order to measure the level of satisfaction with the activities carried out, a questionnaire was distributed. The results of this activity showed that the community was very satisfied (83,33 %) with the extension and training provided. The importance of this activity is because it increases knowledge, changes mindsets and changes the treatment of community oil palm plants. So that it can increase community income.
