Abstract

Minyak buah merah (Pandanus conoideus) merupakan minyak nabati yang kaya akan senyawa bioaktif seperti asam lemak esensial, karotenoid, dan tokoferol, yang berpotensi sebagai sumber antioksidan alami. Namun, tingginya kadar asam lemak bebas dan bilangan peroksida membuat minyak ini rentan terhadap oksidasi dan penurunan kualitas selama penyimpanan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh mikroenkapsulasi dalam meningkatkan stabilitas minyak buah merah degumming dengan melindungi komponen aktifnya dari degradasi akibat faktor lingkungan seperti oksigen, cahaya, dan suhu tinggi. Proses mikroenkapsulasi dilakukan menggunakan bahan penyalut berupa maltodekstrin, gum arab, CMC, Tween 80, dan gelatin. Parameter mutu yang diamati meliputi kadar air, bilangan peroksida, dan total karotenoid selama penyimpanan pada 20°C, 30°C, dan 40°C. Metode Accelerated Shelf-Life Testing (ASLT) berbasis kinetika Arrhenius digunakan untuk memodelkan proses degradasi dan memperkirakan umur simpan. Penyimpanan pada suhu tinggi mempercepat degradasi MBMD, terutama dalam hal peningkatan kadar air, bilangan peroksida, dan penurunan total karotenoid. Kadar air dan bilangan peroksida MBMD cenderung mengikuti kinetika orde nol pada suhu rendah, tetapi beralih ke orde pertama pada suhu lebih tinggi. Total karotenoid lebih rentan terhadap degradasi termal, dengan energi aktivasi tertinggi dibandingkan parameter lainnya. Umur simpan MBMD lebih lama pada suhu rendah, dengan estimasi umur simpan 2,3 tahun pada suhu 20 ºC, 1 tahun pada 30 ºC, dan 0,5 tahun pada 40 ºC. Untuk mempertahankan kualitas MBMD selama penyimpanan, disarankan penyimpanan pada suhu rendah dengan kelembapan yang dikontrol guna meminimalkan oksidasi dan degradasi senyawa bioaktif.

Abstract

Family businesses account for 72% of enterprises in Indonesia, many of which operate as Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) to gain legal and financial flexibility. However, a significant governance problem arises when appointing external (non-family) directors; the boundaries of their authority and fiduciary responsibilities are often unclear. This ambiguity leads to legal disputes and diminished strategic roles, especially under the dominance of controlling family members. This study examines the boundaries of external directors' responsibilities in family-owned LLCs through the lens of Islamic law and normative jurisprudence. This qualitative research employs normative legal analysis and Islamic law, using academic literature, legal documents, and classical Islamic texts to explore authority within Limited Liability Companies and analyze using a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings indicate that although Law No. 40 of 2007 regulates fiduciary duties and the ultra vires principle, external directors remain vulnerable to the dominance of family owners. From an Islamic perspective, external directors are regarded as trustees who must uphold honesty (ṣidq), trustworthiness (amanah), and justice (‘adl). The study proposes four key solutions: clear articles of association, protective contracts, independent supervisory boards, and Sharia Advisory Boards. These offer a governance model rooted in legal certainty and Islamic ethics, contributing practical insights for regulators, business owners, and directors in Muslim family enterprises.

Abstract

Motorbikes are currently a very popular means of transportation as vehicles for various daily activities. So far, consumers only buy through recommendations from local people when buying motorbikes. This causes many consumers to lack knowledge about the motorbike specifications that are most suitable for each consumer's needs. So we need an approach that can help consumers determine the motorbike that best suits their needs based on assessing aspects of consumers who have been using it for a long time. In this research, the calculation method used is profile matching. For this research, an assessment analysis was carried out on 6 types of Honda motorbikes based on aspects of design, comfort, performance, features, fuel efficiency, price balance and the need for user experience, aesthetic appearance and price match with complete features. For the results of the analysis using the profile matching method, the score with the highest ranking was the Honda Scoopy which received the highest score in all aspects and for various needs such as user experience, aesthetic appearance, and price match with complete features. The Honda PCX and Vario are ranked second and third and could also be the second choice because they have an insignificant difference in value with the Honda Scoopy. Furthermore, Honda PCX, Genio and Beat can also be choices if adjusted to individual needs.

Abstract

Background: The high maternal mortality of 2015 is a big problem in Indonesia, which is 305 per 100,000 live births (Indonesian Population Profile Supas Result, 2015). The maternal mortality of 2010-2012 is due to an increase in preeclampsia, eclampsia and other factors, such as social problems, cultures, less education, to economic issues. Methods: The design of the research used is the study of libraries, articles gathered using search engines such as EBSCO, ScienceDirect, ProQuest and Elsevier. The article used in the study was published in 2010-2019. Result: Based on the article collected results that there are several factors related to the preeclampsia in pregnancy and the intervention phase should be done early. These factors are the age of mothers during pregnancy, praitas, double pregnancy, the history of hypertension in the family, preeclampsia history during previous pregnancies and obesity. The cause of the mother's death is actually preventable with an adequate ANC pregnancy test and early detection of the risk of pregnant women. Conclusion: The introduction of a complementary obstetrician is given to mothers at risk of preeclampsia during pregnancy. Further studies are advised to consider the effects on various variables by considering the random effects and changes in the model with the addition of contextual effects in the analysis.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sarana untuk mencentak yang tidak hanya cerdas secara otaknya tetapi juga memiliki karakter atau budi pekerti yang baik. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter disiplin di Rusunawa Al-Manar Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo melalui program asrama Al-manar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi karakter dilakukan dengan cara perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil implementasui pendidikan karakter disiplin Rusunawa Al-Manar melalui: Disiplin ketika masuk Asrama di Rusunawa Al-Manar, Disiplin ketika mengambil makan malam dan Disiplin ketika bangun malam. Dampak Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter berbasis Asrama di Rusunawa Al-Manar di Universitas Muhammadiyah ponorogo dapat dilihat dari pengakuan alumni santri. Diantaranya; sisiplin dalam bangun pagi, membaca Al-Qur’an, shalat Tahajjud dan Dhuha bahkan ada yang dipercaya menjadi Khatib tetap dalam ibadah shalat Jum’at.

Abstract

This take a look at pursuits to determine the effect of a disaster-themed snake and ladder educational game on earthquake preparedness attitudes amongst high college college students. This quasi-experimental take a look at used a non-equal manage institution design, with ninety two respondents divided into intervention and control agencies. records have been accumulated via a preparedness mind-set questionnaire and analyzed the usage of the Wilcoxon check. The consequences showed a considerable growth within the preparedness mindset score within the intervention group (p < 0.05), at the same time as no extensive trade became observed inside the manipulate organization. This suggests that the educational game effectively improves students' disaster preparedness attitudes. Abstract

Rice is one of the main agricultural commodities in Indonesia, including in Lubuklinggau City, which is a rice-producing area in South Sumatra Province. However, rice production fluctuates every month due to various factors such as planting seasons, land conversion, weather, and pest attacks. This instability can affect food availability and farmer welfare. Therefore, rice production forecasting is important in supporting better decision-making in the agricultural sector. This study uses monthly rice production data from January 2019 to November 2024 obtained from the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Service. The method used is Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), which is one of the artificial neural network techniques based on time series data. The optimal parameters used in the model are the number of neurons in the hidden layer of 35, a batch size of 12, and a maximum of 50 epochs. The results showed that the model with optimal parameters produced a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 4.44%, which is included in the very good category. These results indicate that the LSTM method can be used effectively to predict rice production in Lubuklinggau City with a high level of accuracy.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di Kulon Progo merupakan sekolah yang berada di wilayah rawan gempa megathrust dan tsunami. Meskipun telah menerima pelatihan dan simulasi dari MDMC, evaluasi terhadap kesiapan sekolah belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kesiapsiagaan MI Kulon Progo dalam penanganan ancaman gempa megathrust . Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dan simulasi, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik berdasarkan model Creswell, melalui tahapan menyiapkan data, membaca menyeluruh, coding, penyusunan tema, dan interpretasi makna. Guru memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai bencana dan gempa megathrust , namun belum sepenuhnya ilmiah. Sekolah telah memiliki SOP, namun implementasinya belum merata. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapsiagaan meliputi efikasi diri, dukungan komunitas, pengalaman, serta aspek psikologis. Kesiapsiagaan MI Kulon Progo dalam menghadapi gempa megathrust berada pada tingkat cukup, namun belum merata dan menyeluruh pada seluruh komponen sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan dan simulasi berkala yang melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah, SOP pembaruan yang sesuai konteks lokal, serta peningkatan edukasi kebencanaan yang berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh.

Abstract

Trade secrets are a crucial element of intellectual property in the modern business world, requiring proper legal protection. One preventive legal tool is a confidentiality agreement (Non-Disclosure Agreement), which can be reinforced through notarial deeds. This research aims to analyze both the role and legal authority of notaries in drafting such agreements and to assess the extent of their contribution to trade secret protection. Using a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, this paper examines notarial deeds in light of their legal validity and evidentiary strength. The findings show that notaries, as public officials, possess significant legal authority and play a strategic role not only in formalizing contracts but also in ensuring their enforceability. Their involvement enhances legal certainty and strengthens the legal framework protecting trade secrets in contractual relations.

Abstract

The utilization of digital technology in the healthcare sector is crucial, including within educational environments. At SMK Bagimu Negeriku, which implements a boarding school model, the recording of students' health information is still conducted manually, posing risks of data loss or improper documentation. Therefore, a digital system is needed to simplify the recording and monitoring of students' health information. By designing the UI/UX for a health tracking system, it is expected to create an efficient solution and provide the best experience for all users, including dormitory supervisors and school administrators, in efforts to maintain students’ health both preventively and curatively. The applied method is the Design Thinking approach, encompassing the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. Each stage is conducted to ensure that the design meets the users' needs and preferences. The resulting prototype was evaluated through usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The evaluation results showed a SUS score of 85 out of 100, indicating a high level of usability and user satisfaction.
