Abstract

Agar hutan adat menjadi hutan hak, prosesnya melalui dua tahapan yaitu: (a) Pengakuan atas keberadaan masyarakat hukum adat melalui peraturan daerah (Perda).

Abstract

This study aims to outline various findings of previous research related to the comparison of the application of the Graded Response Model (GRM) and the Generalized Partial Credit Model (GPCM) in the development of higher education practice assessment instruments. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review. The data in this study are articles indexed in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 from Scopus. Articles were selected using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) technique. After going through the identification, screening, and eligibility process, 35 articles were included in the inclusion stage and analyzed using meta-synthesis techniques. The results of this study show that the findings of previous research show that the Graded Response Model (GRM) and the Generalized Partial Credit Model (GPCM) have differences in the development of practice assessment instruments in higher education. That GRM measures competencies based on students' values, attitudes, and spirituality, especially in assessments that use a graded scale such as Likert. In contrast, GPCM provides higher reliability in the context of step-based practice assessment or procedural stages. The results of this study can contribute positively to the development of practice assistance in higher education.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the integration of the social life cycle assessment (S-LCA) principle in the holistic evaluation of Islamic education. This study employed a systematic literature review method consisting of four stages: identification, selection, eligibility assessment, and inclusion. A total of 2,084 scientific articles were identified through the Scopus database using keywords such as "S-LCA," "social impact assessment," and "Islamic education evaluation." Most of these articles were published in international journals and conference proceedings from various countries. After applying the inclusion criteria, 32 articles were selected that specifically discussed the application of the Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) approach in the evaluation of Islamic education. According to the results of a systematic review of thirty-two chosen articles, S-LCA is a method for assessing social factors and social impacts at every stage of a product or service's life cycle, from the extraction of raw materials to the production process, distribution, use, and management. This systematic review identified at least five core ethical principles as the theoretical and practical foundation for the use of S-LCA: social and humanitarian justice, full life cycle analysis, transparency and participatory involvement, social and cultural contextualization, and sustainability and social transformation. Three fundamental approaches can be used to implement the concept of adaptation: the classification of stakeholders in Islamic education, the reformulation of social indicators, and the research of adaptation units. With adjustments to the unit of analysis, indicators, and stakeholders, S-LCA can be a thorough alternative approach for assessing the value and merits of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of pesantren leadership in responding to crisis situations using Anthony Giddens' structuration theory. The research focuses on two Islamic boarding schools affiliated with different Islamic organizations: Darul Arqam (Muhammadiyah) and Darus Sunnah (NU). The findings reveal that organizational background significantly shapes leadership responses and decision-making models. NU-affiliated pesantren tend to exercise greater flexibility in interpreting external policies, while Muhammadiyah-based pesantren generally follow formal directives issued by their central board. Nevertheless, both pesantren leaders demonstrate the ability to reflect upon and adapt policies according to the local socio-cultural context. The study highlights how structuration during times of crisis is a dynamic interplay between institutional structures, external authority, and the agency of pesantren leaders in crafting responsive and context-sensitive strategies.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges faced by four food-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bondowoso, Indonesia—namely Ila Snack Bondowoso, Rien’s Kitchen, Tahu Sutrisno, and Kripik Ayu—in developing effective digital marketing content. Limited digital skills and resources hinder their ability to promote their products and reach broader audiences. To address this, the research employed the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to create high-quality promotional videos tailored to the needs of these MSMEs. These videos, featuring company profiles and product highlights, were crafted using professional-grade tools and enhanced with voiceovers to meet industry standards. The videos adhered to the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model, ensuring effective audience engagement and action-driven messaging. Expert validation and field testing confirmed their effectiveness, while consumer feedback indicated a positive impact on purchasing decisions. This research highlights the potential of creative digital content to empower MSMEs, enhance product visibility, and strengthen market competitiveness. The findings provide a replicable framework for supporting small enterprises globally, underscoring the critical role of digital innovation in driving inclusive economic growth and cultural preservation.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah has long been recognized as a movement of dakwah (Islamic promulgation), tajdid (religious renewal), and social empowerment, and has been recorded by the history as the point of departure toward the resurrection of Muslim community in Indonesia.  A dakwah activity with a social touch through educational efforts and social services has made this organization as an icon of a distinct Islamic modernization. Due to the increasing challenges faced by the dakwah activity, Muhammadiyah has to dovetail its movement with the sensitivity of cultural rooms located in the heart of Indonesian communities. Therefore, in this modern juncture, Muhammadiyah cannot be conceived as a movement without cultural sensitivity; a movement that tends to banish local cultural elements. This necessitates Muhammadiyah to acknowledge a spotlight where cultures have been well flourishing in such a colorful country.

Abstract

This study addresses the urgent need for enhanced external oversight of constitutional judges in Indonesia and South Korea, driven by increasing concerns over judicial integrity and accountability. Recent instances of judicial misconduct and rising public dissatisfaction highlight the necessity for effective mechanisms that ensure transparency and ethical conduct among judges. The research investigates the roles and effectiveness of the Judicial Commissions in both countries, providing critical insights into their operations and impacts on judicial oversight. By employing a comparative approach, the study reveals the strengths and weaknesses of each commission’s framework, focusing on ethical guidelines, disciplinary processes, and public engagement strategies. It identifies best practices that could be adapted or improved to enhance judicial oversight, thereby fostering greater public trust in the legal system. The findings indicate that while both commissions aim to uphold judicial integrity, their effectiveness is influenced by contextual factors such as political dynamics and public perception. Additionally, this study explores the implementation of external oversight for Constitutional Judges in Indonesia, particularly in light of the establishment of the Constitutional Court following the 1945 Constitution amendment. Given the court’s crucial role in upholding constitutionalism, the exclusion of constitutional judges from oversight mechanisms is untenable. The Judicial Commission emerges as the most suitable body for external supervision, yet prior legislative efforts to integrate constitutional judges under its purview have been invalidated by the Constitutional Court. To rectify this, the study recommends amending Article 24B paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution to explicitly include "Constitutional Judges." This amendment is essential to ensure that all judges, including constitutional judges, are subject to the same level of external scrutiny. Ultimately, this research contributes to the broader discourse on judicial independence and accountability, offering actionable recommendations to strengthen oversight institutions and foster a more resilient judiciary in both Indonesia and South Korea.

Abstract

The supervisory function of the Judicial Commission at that time was met with a lot of resistance from judges, which eventually led to the submission of a judicial review of Law No. 22/2004 on the Judicial Commission to the Constitutional Court, which the Constitutional Court granted. With the granting of the judicial review petition, the Judicial Commission's supervisory function over judges ceased to exist. This raises the question of whether the judges will be able to carry out their duties fairly without external supervision. Purpose Study: Can these judges still carry out their duties fairly without external supervision? If so, then what is the role of these dignified judges within the scope of judicial power in Indonesia? This article uses normative legal research that analyzes relevant secondary data related to the role of dignified judges within the scope of judicial power. This research concludes that a dignified judge is a judge who works professionally based on ethical integrity, moral integrity and intellectual integrity. In order for this to be done, it is necessary to have supervision, both internally and externally. This research shows that there are still many judicial mafias in Indonesia, one of which comes from the judges themselves. this shows that there are still judges who do not work professionally by ignoring ethical and moral values so that many decisions are made that harm justice in society
