This research was purpoted to develop a valid, practical and effective learning devices based on problem-based learning model especially for substance pressure materials. The development model used was 4-D model from Sivasailam Thiagarajan. The research data are validity data, practicality data, and effectiveness data. The research instruments were validation sheets, practicality sheets, and effectiveness sheets. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis. The results of the study are the science learning tools of SMP based on the learning model of problem-based learning on material pressure and its application in everyday life that is valid, practical and effective.

Physics learning in schools had not fully trained students' critical thinking skills. The reason was that learning has not been centered on students, and the learning devices used by teachers had not encouraged the active involvement of students in learning and finding their knowledge. Learning model that present a learning environment by emphasizing the central role of students is research-based learning. This learning model guides students to form hypotheses, collect and process data, and draw conclusions by discussing in groups. The involvement and activeness of students will encourage students' critical thinking activities. The aim of this study is the development of research-based learning devices with practical, valid, and effective criteria to improve students' critical skills on impulse and momentum material. The development model used is ADDIE from Branch. Research data was validity data, practicality data, and effectiveness data. The research instruments used were validation sheets, practicality sheets, and effectiveness sheets. This study had an output to create research-based learning devices with valid, effective, and very practical categories to enhance students' critical thinking skills.

Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama dalam Kurikulum 2013 dikembangkan sebagai mata pelajaran IPA terpadu. IPA terpadu mempunyai makna memadukan konsep-konsep IPA dari fisika, biologi, kimia, ilmu pengetahuan bumi dan antariksa. Hasil survei awal di sekolah mitra menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Guru belum memahami dengan baik materi IPA terpadu dan pengembangan bahan ajarnya. (2) Masih banyak peserta didik kesulitan menyelesaikan soal-soal IPA terpadu. (3) Masih banyak peserta didik yang belum tuntas dalam belajar IPA. (4) Masih banyak peserta didik yang tidak mau bertanya pada guru pada saat belajar IPA. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam memecahkan masalah prioritas mitra adalah pendampingan menyusun modul IPA terpadu bagi guru IPA dan membahas soal-soal IPA terpadu bagi peserta didik. Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan adalah guru mampu menyusun modul IPA terpadu berbasis riset dan peserta didik mampu menyelesaikan soal-soal IPA terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, latihan, dan praktik yang berorientasi pada pencapaian hasil. Pada awal pendampingan dilakukan diskusi untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal peserta tentang penguasaan materi pelajaran IPA terpadu. Peserta didik kelas IX didampingi oleh tim pelaksana dalam membahas soal-soal IPA terpadu, pada saat belajar tambahan. Pada akhir kegiatan pendampingan, guru IPA melakukan uji coba modul pembelajaran pada peserta didik. Peserta didik mengikuti tes penguasaan materi IPA terpadu. Hasil pendampingan guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA terpadu adalah: (1) Materi pelatihan dapat dikuasai oleh peserta (guru IPA), baik pengetahuan maupun keterampilan membuat modul pembelajaran IPA terpadu berbasis riset. (2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik menguasai materi pembelajaran IPA terpadu.

Mathematical Physics I is one of subjects for Physics Education’s department on STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Mathematical Physics give you the basics of mastering the mathematical methods used in discussing the physical phenomena of nature. This course requires students to work hard in mastering the concept given. Therefore we need a teaching material in the form of modules that are effective in improving student understanding of concepts. Modules that developed serves to improve the mindset of students to think critically, creatively, and innovative (Problem Based Instruction). Students are given the opportunity to develop their creative ideas in solving the problems that can develop critical thinking skills, so that students are able to associate the concept of mathematics with physics concepts. In this research, preliminary analysis in the form of a needs analysis and analysis of concepts or content, and assessment of the necessary literature in the lecture. Analysis of the concept aims to define the content and course materials are needed in developing the module. In the study of literature in the form of an assessment of the existing teaching materials to be developed for the better. Based on the initial investigation (preliminary research) performed on students and colleagues agree to the development of module-based Mathematical Physics 1 Problem Based Instruction as teaching material in the lecture. Research-based learning in Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Padang implemented through practical activities that are verified theory that has been learned. The results of the preliminary survey of the implementation of learning physics in SMAN 1 Padang showed that teachers have not been using student worksheet (LKS) based on research. There are still many students who have not been thoroughly studied physics. Supporting facilities such as physics lab and equipment already available at SMAN 1 Padang, but has not been used optimally. Research-based learning is a learning model that can improve student learning outcomes. To be able to carry out research based learning, required LKS. This study aims to produce worksheets in learning physics valid research-based, practical, and effective for students of SMAN 1 Padang. Research and development using the 4D model of Thiagarajan. Data collection instrument was an interview guide, observation sheet, sheet validation LKS, LKS practicality questionnaire, and achievement test. The results showed that the BLM had developed a valid category based on expert assessment. LKS including vary practical categories based on the observation, questionnaire responses of teachers and students. LKS use of research-based learning physics, effectively improve the competence of students. Suggested to high school physics teachers in order to implement research-based LKS through a variety of innovative models such as guided inquiry learning, group learning and experiment. Technical Physics is one of supporting courses in the Technical Faculty, Padang State University (FT UNP). Preliminary survey showed that students less master the concepts of physics, making it difficult to apply in the relevant expertise courses. Therefore carried out the learning of physics with interactive media. This research aims to know the effectiveness of interactive media in improving student mastery of physics concepts. The research conducted by quasi experimental using a pretest-posttest design with control group. The research subjects were students of Electrical Engineering Education Department that follow courses of Technical Physics 2, as many as 45 people. Data were collected by using observation format, test of physics concepts mastery, and questionnaire of student responses to the implementation of learning. The research results showed that learning of physics with interactive media are effective in improving the physics concepts mastery, in terms of: (1) improved mastery of physics concepts of student was average categories, (2) the average score of physics concepts mastery of the experimental class student is higher than the control class, (3) most of the experimental class students consider that the implementation of learning of physics with interactive media was good categories. Advice submitted to the lecturer of technical physics to be able to use interactive media in the Technical Physics course. Keywords: interactive media, the mastery of physics concepts.

The world has entered the era of Industry Revolution 4.0, which is characterized by the advancing development of science. The ease of accessing information is increasing along with the development of science. Education can be a solution to the problems of life. Education can change a person's behavior in a more positive direction. Learning in the 4.0 era utilizes technology to facilitate the learning process. The advantage of using technology is that it makes it easier to access information without boundaries of space and time. The use of technology can be applied to compiling and developing teaching materials in the form of electronic books. Improving the quality of learning is prioritized in core activities so that appropriate learning models are needed to support learning activities. The learning model that can be used is the guided inquiry learning model. Guided inquiry can be used as learning models. This study was aimed to find out the effectiveness of Green School Oriented Guided Inquiry-Based Science E-Book. This research was used Plomp development model. The product in the form of a guided inquiry-based science e-book was tested on 31 class VIII students of Junior high school 17 Padang. Based on the results of the research and the explanation of the discussion, we can conclude that guided research-based e-books with green school orientation are effective in improving the environmental literacy of junior high school students. This is reflected in the value of knowledge, and learners' attitudes towards the environment are increasing.

Proses pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Pariaman masih terpusat pada pendidik dan dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran pendidik hanya mengandalkan media papan tulis berbantuan bahan ajar seadanya, sehingga kurangnya partisipasi aktif siswa dan hasil belajar siswa banyak di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Oleh karena itu digunakanlah pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) berbantuan media interaktif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar efek dari model CPS berbantuan media interaktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pre experimental dengan desain one group pretest posttest serta subjeknya siswa kelas X TITL 3. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes berbentuk soal esay. Data di analisis menggunakan rumus effect size. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian model Creative Problem Solving memiliki efek yang besar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika di SMKN 1 Pariaman.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik berbasis masalah yang valid dan praktis bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 4D namun tanpa melakukan tahap disseminate. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik berbasis masalah, sedangkan peserta didik kelas X TKL serta guru mata pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika sebagai responden. Data diambil mengunakan lembar atau angket untuk validasi dan praktikalitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata validitas dengan kategori valid. Respon guru terhadap kepraktisan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik dengan kategori sangat praktis, sedangkan respon peserta didik dengan kategori praktis. Disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik berbasis masalah dinyatakan valid dan praktis digunakan dalam proses bealajar mengajar untuk Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan jobsheet praktikum Programmable Logic Control (PLC) berbasis proyek sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran praktikum di laboratorium Otomasi Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model Four-D yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu define, design, development, dan disseminate. Pada tahap define dilakukan penyebaran angket kepada responden yang merupakan mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Elektro yang telah pernah melakukan praktikum PLC di laboratorium Otomasi Industri. Tahap selanjutnya dilakukan design jobsheet berbasis proyek sesuai Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) mata kuliah praktikum PLC. Pada tahap development dilakukan uji validitas dengan melibatkan para ahli di bidang materi, ahli bidang media pembelajaran dan ahli bidang bahasa. Dilanjutkan dengan uji praktikalitas dan uji efektivitas terhadap jobsheet praktikum PLC berbasis proyek. Tahap disseminate dilakukan penyebaran jobsheet pada mahasiswa di lingkungan jurusan Teknik Elektro FT UNP. Instrumen untuk mengukur validitas dan praktikalitas menggunakan angket. Sedangkan untuk mengukur efektivitas digunakan tes. Analisis data validitas menggunakan analisis Aikens, analisis data praktikalitas menggunakan statistik deskriptif sedangkan analisis data efektivitas menggunakan N gain score untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal untuk mengukur ketuntasan hasil belajar. Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa jobsheet praktikum PLC berbasis proyek dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran praktikum bagi mahasiswa di laboratorium.
