Abstract

Dalam bidang keilmuan diperlukan sebuah pemetaan yang tepat dan jelas untuk setiap bidang. Pemetaan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam mepertimbangkan pengambilan keputusan yang relevan dengan bidang keilmuan yang dimiliki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat kecenderungan bidang keilmuan dengan cara pemetaan analisis scientometric dan bibliometric di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer UNJ. Proses pemetaan ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data mata kuliah, bimbingan skripsi dan artikel/makalah dosen. Kemudian, data tersebut dianalisis dan divisualisasikan dengan software VOSViewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kecenderungan bidang Computer Science berdasarkan mata kuliah, Information Technology berdasarkan bimbingan skripsi, dan Pendidikan berdasarkan artikel/makalah dosen.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, umumnya perguruan tinggi menerapkan sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan berbagai data, baik akademik maupun non-akademik. Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang menggunakan sistem informasi sebagai sarana pengelolaan data akademik dimana sistem informasi tersebut dinamakan SIAKAD UNJ. SIAKAD UNJ berkemungkinan besar mengalami perubahan, namun karena proses perubahan fitur sebelumnya tidak terdokumentasi dengan lengkap maka menyebabkan pengembangan sistem menjadi lebih sulit. Adapun pengembangan SIAKAD UNJ dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa bagian, salah satunya merancang User Interface (UI). UI pada SIAKAD UNJ saat ini belum dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik pengguna dalam menggunakan suatu sistem, maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah pendekatan pengembangan yang tepat. Salah satu pendekatan pengembangan yang dapat diterapkan adalah User Experience (UX). UX memiliki berbagai metode perancangan. Dalam penelitian ini, UI pada SIAKAD UNJ dirancang dengan menggunakan metode The Wheel. Desain UI yang dihasilkan selanjutnya akan diuji dengan usability testing yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan. Pengukuran nilai efektivitas dan efisiensi menggunakan hasil usability testing, sedangkan kepuasan menggunakan User Experience Qustionnaire. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai efektivitas mencapai 100%, nilai efisiensi di bawah 0,10 goals/sec untuk 4 tugas dan di atas 0,10 goals/sec untuk 11 tugas, dan tingkat kepuasan menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik.

Abstract

Patients who choose to carry out examinations and treatment with an outpatient model without staying at hospitals and health service clinics are increasing for various reasons and the busyness of the patient in question. Clinics and hospitals are still able to survive and operate because they are still needed by patients who require both outpatient and inpatient services. Many clinics and hospitals in various countries still have not implemented an outpatient queue data processing system with an adequate system so there are many patients who have registered to be examined but do not come for various reasons which is a loss for the nurses and doctors on duty at the hospital. that day. This incident is certainly detrimental to clinics and hospitals because data processing is still manual, so it is impossible to predict how many patients will visit the clinic for check-ups. One solution that is still wide open for managing visiting patient data both for outpatient and inpatient treatment is to use big data. The method to be used in data mining is a Decision Tree classification with Adaboost and Random Undersampling. With the Decision Tree classification with Adaboost and Random Undersampling, good predictions will be produced so that they can help in making a decision.

Abstract

Hukum adat memiliki posisi sentral dalam sistem hukum Indonesia karena berakar pada nilai-nilai tradisional yang masih hidup di masyarakat, sementara peradilan militer memiliki yurisdiksi khusus berdasarkan ketentuan hukum formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi asas ne bis in idem dalam peradilan militer terhadap perkara pidana yang telah diselesaikan melalui hukum adat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan studi kepustakaan melalui bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, serta dianalisis secara kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih adanya ketidaksinkronan antara putusan adat dan peradilan militer, sehingga pelaku yang telah dikenai sanksi adat tetap berpotensi diadili kembali secara formal. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya regulasi yang lebih jelas dan pedoman teknis dari Mahkamah Agung untuk mengintegrasikan hukum adat ke dalam sistem hukum militer. Implikasi penelitian ini mendorong penguatan literasi hukum dan penerapan keadilan restoratif agar tercipta sistem peradilan militer yang adil, konsisten, serta harmonis dengan nilai-nilai budaya bangsa

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesian language learning at junior high schools (SMP). The central issue identified is the gap between the government’s conceptual design of the curriculum and its actual classroom practice, which hinders the achievement of students’ literacy competencies. The objectives of the study are: (1) to analyze how the Merdeka Curriculum is implemented in Indonesian language subjects, (2) to identify the challenges faced by teachers and students, and (3) to describe stakeholders’ responses and adaptations to the policy. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Indonesian language teachers, classroom observations in three junior high schools, and document analysis of lesson plans, syllabi, and curriculum guidelines. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing, and the validity of findings was ensured through triangulation. The results indicate that while teachers have attempted to apply the principles of autonomy through project-based learning and authentic assessment, challenges remain, including limited resources, insufficient pedagogical readiness, and weak managerial support at the school level. Students demonstrated greater motivation and creativity in language tasks, yet continued to require structured guidance in organizing materials. The contribution of this study lies in providing concrete recommendations for developing teacher training modules, supplying contextualized teaching resources, and strengthening policy supervision. These recommendations are expected to enhance the effectiveness of the Merdeka Curriculum in improving Indonesian language competence at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract This study aims to examine the relationship between batik training management and entrepreneurial interest of Package C students at PKBM Annisa, Banyuwangi Regency. The study used a quantitative descriptive correlational method with a saturated sample of 31 students who participated in batik training. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale which was processed using validity and reliability tests, as well as product moment correlation analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between batik training management and students' entrepreneurial interest, which means that good training management can increase students' interest in the field of batik. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara manajemen pelatihan membatik dengan minat wirausaha peserta didik Paket C di PKBM Annisa Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 31 peserta didik yang mengikuti pelatihan membatik. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang diolah menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta analisis korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara manajemen pelatihan membatik dan minat wirausaha peserta didik, yang berarti manajemen pelatihan yang baik dapat meningkatkan minat wirausaha peserta didik dalam bidang membatik.

Abstract

Company management needs to continuously monitor and measure the performance of its employees to ensure the achievement of the goals that have been set. The performance monitoring process requires data and information obtained from 35 employees. The problem is in the process of the employee payroll system, attendance, leave and the main thing is data management for monitoring employees still use conventional method by manual. The results of performance monitoring will then be conveyed to interested parties, efficiently and effectively. After that, the existing data were analyzed using SPSS which stands for Statistical Product and Service Solution. Validity testing can also be done using SPSS and produces a validity test of the data, which is < 0.05 so it is valid. The reliability test of the data is > 0.70, 0.751 for employee salaries and 0.757 for employee performance so it is reliable. The normality test of the data are > 0.05, 0.077 for employee salaries and 0.059 for employee performance so that the data is normally distributed. The linearity test of the data is 0.604 > 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between salary and employee performance. Regression analysis test simple linear data from the data, namely the significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 then the regression model can be used to predict the participation variable or in other words there is an effect of the salary variable on the performance variable.

Abstract

Patients have the option of undergoing examinations and treatment without having to stay in the hospital. The number of clinics serving patients continues to grow due to the high demand and busy schedules faced by patients. However, hospitals and clinics are still operating well because there are patients who need services, both outpatient and inpatient. In many countries, numerous clinics and hospitals have not implemented an effective data management system for outpatient queues. This results in a number of registered patients not showing up for their appointments, which is certainly detrimental to the nurses and doctors on duty that day. This situation is a loss for clinics and hospitals because manual data management prevents them from predicting the number of patients who will visit. One way to organize patient visit data, both for outpatient and inpatient care, is to utilize big data. The method used in processing this data is Decision Tree classification with Rusboost. By applying Decision Tree classification and Rusboost, we can obtain more accurate predictions, thereby assisting in decision-making.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have revolutionized the maritime sector through the use of Automatic Identification Systems (AIS), artificial intelligence (AI), remote sensing, and geospatial analytics, which are increasingly important in supporting Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA). Various studies show that AIS now functions as a strategic data source for predictive analytics, risk mapping, and even detecting anomalous vessel behavior, while big data and AI drive energy efficiency, logistics optimization, and intelligent navigation systems. Various methodological innovations can enable the integration of heterogeneous data to produce more accurate ship accident risk maps, while the combination of AIS with satellite imagery strengthens the detection of illegal activities such as IUU fishing in remote areas. Furthermore, the application of machine learning and deep learning algorithms has proven effective in detecting data manipulation and abnormal navigation patterns, thus strengthening early detection and rapid response systems. For Indonesia, which has strategic shipping lanes, the integration of these technologies is highly relevant to strengthen maritime surveillance, enhance maritime security, and maintain sovereignty amidst the region's geopolitical dynamics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the eligibility and the use practicality of LKPD based on PBL assisted by phet simulation to improve the scientific literacy ability on light wave. There are two LKPD that developed. LKPD 1 is interference and LKPD 2 is polarization, both of them are sub-materials of light waves. Method that being used in this research is Educational Research Development (R&D) that modified by Borg & Gall (1983). This research is limited to five steps, 1) preliminary research, 2) Product Design, 3) Product Validation, 4) Product Revision, and 5) Evaluation/ Main field testing. From the results of the study, it was found that the LKPD based on PBL assisted by phet simulation to improve the scientific literacy ability on light wave is applicable to be used as a learning media because theoretically meet the eligibility requirements with an average percentage of 94% in LKPD 1 and 95% in LKPD 2.  In the practicality test, it was found that the PBL-based LKPD assisted by phet simulation was very practical for students to be used with the average percentage of response results being 84% for the LKPD 1 and 85% for the LKPD 2.
