Abstract

Gas alam merupakan sumber energi non-terbarukan penting yang memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhan energi dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan jaringan gas alam di rumah-rumah di Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pertagas Niaga sebagai penyedia jaringan gas alam untuk daerah Tempe, Maniangpajo, Pammana, dan Tanasitolo. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengukur Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka 89.4. Layanan jaringan gas alam di Kabupaten Wajo dinilai sebagai layanan yang baik, dengan setiap indikator seperti prosedur layanan, kebutuhan layanan, kejelasan petugas layanan, disiplin petugas layanan, tanggung jawab petugas layanan, kemampuan petugas layanan, kecepatan layanan, keadilan dalam layanan, kesopanan dan keramahan, kebijaksanaan dan kepastian biaya layanan, kepastian jadwal layanan, kenyamanan lingkungan, dan keamanan layanan, semuanya mencapai kategori "Sangat Baik". Dengan demikian, kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan jaringan gas alam untuk rumah tangga di Kabupaten Wajo dikategorikan sebagai sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan peserta didik baru. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan peserta didik baru dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru di UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Majauleng Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitiaan terdiri dari 5 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan peserta didik baru yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan atau pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan atau evaluasi. Faktor-faktor pendukung dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi menunjukkan prestasi-prestasi, kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh sekolah, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, dan kualitas guru dan tenaga kependidikan, serta dukungan dari masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, dan alumni. Selain itu, faktor-faktor penghambatnya meliputi kurangnya motivasi siswa, faktor ekonomi, dan infrastruktur jalan yang kurang memadai, serta adanya persaingan dari sekolah lain yang ada di sekitar.

Abstract

Pasien dengan tumor ginekologi yang menjalani kemoterapi berisiko mengalami stres psikologis akibat diagnosis penyakit yang mengancam jiwa, efek samping kemoterapi, serta perubahan fisik dan sosial. Stres yang tidak tertangani dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas hidup dan kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan derajat stres pada pasien tumor ginekologi yang menjalani kemoterapi di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada pasien yang terdiagnosis tumor ginekologi dan sedang menjalani kemoterapi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-42 (DASS-42) yang telah tervalidasi. Dari total 64 responden, sebagian besar pasien berada pada kategori stres sedang, yaitu sebanyak 39 responden (60,9%), diikuti oleh stres tinggi sebanyak 18 responden (28,1%), dan stres rendah sebanyak 7 responden (10,9%). Faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap stres antara lain lamanya menjalani kemoterapi, dukungan sosial, dan kondisi ekonomi. Kesimpulannya, mayoritas pasien tumor ginekologi yang menjalani kemoterapi mengalami tingkat stres sedang, sehingga diperlukan skrining dan intervensi psikologis sejak dini untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the school principal as a teacher leader in enhancing teacher performance at UPTD SDN 360 Anabanua, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the school principal and selected teachers, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that the school principal plays a pivotal role in enhancing teacher performance by offering continuous motivation, personalized guidance, resource provision, and emotional support. These leadership practices foster a positive work environment, contributing significantly to improved teacher performance and student outcomes. The study underscores the school principal's role as a transformative leader, essential for driving educational quality improvements in elementary schools. The findings suggest that investing in leadership development for school principals could be a key strategy to advance educational excellence

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of transformational leadership by the principal in strengthening a culture of quality at SD Negeri 232 Tellesang. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, with research subjects including the principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages, and tested for validity through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that transformational leadership, principals, quality culture, and elementary schools. The dimensions of inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation were the most dominant aspects in encouraging learning innovation and increasing teacher participation. The implementation of transformational leadership had a positive impact on strengthening the school's culture of quality, which was demonstrated by increased teacher participation in learning communities, improved teacher performance, and the emergence of innovative literacy and digital-based programs. However, the aspect of individual consideration still needs to be improved through more structured mentoring and professional development programs for teachers. This study confirms that the transformational leadership of school principals has a strategic role in building a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement-oriented school quality culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Academic Advisory Lecturers on Learning Motivation of Class 2019 Students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation test method involving two variables, namely Academic Advisory Lecturers (X) and Student Learning Motivation (Y). The sample in this study amounted to 89 people who were students of the Class of 2019 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of academic advisory lecturers on the learning motivation of Class 2019 students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Puangrimaggalatung University, this is in accordance with the results of the hypothesis shown by the t arithmetic value of 7.074 > t table 1.663. The magnitude of the influence is 32.4%, and the remaining 76.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study. For Academic Advisory Lecturers to provide motivation and direction in lectures and or outside lectures so that students can increase their learning motivation so that they are enthusiastic and have a high fighting spirit in taking education. Although academic advisory lecturers only have a small effect on learning motivation, the existence of Academic Advisory Lecturers for Students is still a very important factor.

Abstract

This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of five informants consisting of one principal and four teachers. The results of the study indicate that the factors causing teacher stress include: student misbehavior, inappropriate leadership practices, lack of support, excessive work demands, limited salaries, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and changes in education policy. The stress management strategies implemented include the development of counseling programs, the implementation of supportive leadership, the building of camaraderie among teachers, the improvement of welfare, the improvement of school facilities, and the effective dissemination of policies. The findings show that even though teachers face various pressures, communicative leadership support from the school, solidarity among colleagues, and professional commitment help reduce stress levels. This study recommends the importance of structured stress management as part of school policy to create a conducive work environment and improve teacher productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the principal’s transformational leadership on teachers’ performance at SDN 548 Rante Alang. The research employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, using a saturated sampling technique in which all teachers were selected as respondents. The research instrument consisted of a Likert-scale questionnaire developed based on the dimensions of transformational leadership proposed by Bernard M. Bass and teacher performance indicators aligned with the standards set by the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that both the principal’s transformational leadership and teachers’ performance are in the high category. Regression analysis shows a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on teachers’ performance (sig < 0.05). The better the implementation of transformational leadership, the higher the teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership strategies of school principals in developing semi-pesantren-based school programs at UPTD SDN 360 Anabanua, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type to gain an in-depth understanding of the processes, meanings, and social dynamics that occur in the implementation of the program. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study show that the principal's leadership strategy in developing the semi-pesantren program was implemented through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating in a participatory manner by involving various parties in the school environment. The semi-boarding school program was integrated with the national curriculum through the habit of religious values such as praying together, reading the Qur'an, praying in congregation, morning zikir, and memorizing Juz 30. The implementation of the program was also supported by the exemplary behavior of the principal, the cooperation of teachers, and the involvement of parents and the school committee. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, the quality of human resources, and limited learning time. Overall, the principal's participatory, transformational, and collaborative leadership strategies have been able to support the successful development of the semi-boarding school-based program in shaping the religious character of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the leadership strategies of the school principal in the digital age to enhance innovation and teacher commitment at UPTD SDN 399 Siwa. The development of digital technology requires school principals to act not only as administrators but also as astute leaders capable of adapting to technology, fostering innovation in learning, and strengthening teachers’ commitment to the school. A qualitative descriptive method was used in this study, which collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research sample consisted of the school principal and teachers from grades one through six. Triangulation techniques were used to test data validity. The results indicate that school principals who demonstrate the use of technology, provide opportunities for participation, and support teachers’ professional development can enhance teachers’ sense of ownership, commitment, and performance. Humanistic, participatory, and digital technology-based leadership are key factors in creating an innovative school environment and enhancing teacher loyalty. Mentoring strategies and a phased approach have proven effective in overcoming barriers such as disparities in digital literacy and resource limitations.
