Abstract

A vital component of teaching science is laboratory administration, which is the endeavor to oversee a laboratory and learning activities. Science laboratory management is related to the managers and users of laboratory facilities and practical activities carried out in the laboratory. This study aimed to determine how planning, organizing resources and assets, implementation, supervision, and impacts arise in the management of science laboratories at MTs.N 02 East Lombok. In this study, documentation, observation, and interviews are the methods used to collect data. The results of the study are that the planning stage is quite good, the existence of short-term, medium-term, and long-term programs evidences this. Short-term programs are planned to be completed within a day, a week, or even a month. At the same time, the medium term is planned to be completed during a quarter to a semester. The Organizational Stage is the management of resources, tools, and materials available in the science laboratory. An organizational structure for managing science laboratories has been formed for the organization of resources. The Implementation Stage is the operational stage of the plan that has been scheduled. This stage is very urgent because it determines the success of achieving goals. Related to the implementation stage, the science laboratory manager at MTs. N. 02 East Lombok has done many things such as inventorying available tools and materials, making regulations, and utilization schedules that are synchronized with the madrasah program. The supervision stage functions as a controller and evaluator of the success of the implementation of laboratory management as a whole. The impacts that arise from laboratory management have been implemented well at MTs. N. 02 East Lombok.

Abstract

Religious moderation has become a public discourse and has given birth to various meanings. This fact is one indicator of the importance of moderation, as seen in the development and variety of studies such as religious moderation, Islamic moderation, moderate Islam, and so on. This study aims to determine how the Madrasah Policy is in the implementation of Islamic moderation and the Implementation of Islamic moderation through Imtaq Activities at MAN 2 East Lombok. In this study, documentation, observation, and interviews are the methods used to collect data. The study results are the Madrasah Policy regarding the Implementation of Islamic Moderation Through Imtaq Activities at MAN 2 East Lombok. The efforts made by MAN2 East Lombok in implementing Islamic moderation through imtaq activities are as follows: 1) Information collection policy related to Islamic Moderation, 2) Integrative Policy of Islamic Moderation, and 3) Action policy towards instilling moderation values. Implementation of Religious Moderation in Learning at MAN 2 East Lombok The learning program has been integrated with the values ​​of religious moderation through teaching and learning activities (KBM), extracurricular activities (Imtaq), and habituation activities. In terms of content, these programs are related to the socio-cultural context, which not only teaches religion in the dzahiri aspect but also the spiritual aspect. However, in the implementation process, it is sometimes trapped in fanaticism and extremism which results in verbal violence and intolerance.

Abstract

This research evaluates the implementation of the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) regulation in the Indoor Multifunction Stadium Construction Project in Jakarta to support national economic growth by increasing the use of local products in construction projects. The objectives of this study are to determine the percentage of domestic component use, identify factors that influence the implementation of TKDN, and analyze the main challenges in implementing the policy. The research method involved project and survey data analysis, with the Relative Importance Index (RII) method to assess the dominant factors that play a role in the implementation of TKDN. The results showed that the percentage of local product contribution in this project was 55.80% with a target achievement in accordance with the regulation of 60% with the dominant constraint factor being local product certification. This research is expected to support the TKDN policy on construction projects in Indonesia, strengthen the involvement of domestic industries, and provide input for policymakers to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of this policy.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip maslahah mursalah dalam kewajiban sertifikasi halal bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) penjual jajanan pasar, dengan fokus pada studi di Pasar Tempel Way Dadi, Kota Bandar Lampung. Subfokus penelitian ini adalah Analisis Maslahah Mursalah Terhadap Kewajiban Setifikasi Halal Bagi UMKM Penjual Jajanan Pasar di Pasar Tempel Way Dadi Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan  wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kendala utama yang menghambat UMKM untuk mematuhi kewajiban ini terletak pada kurangnya pengetahuan tentang sertifikasi halal, mengira biaya sertifikasi yang tinggi, dan kompleksitas prosedur. Analisis maslahah mursalah menunjukkan bahwa kewajiban ini bertujuan untuk melindungi konsumen dari produk yang tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam yang mana hal ini merupakan kebutuhan mendasar bagi kelangsungan hidup mereka.  Penelitian ini juga telah berhasil membantu UMKM untuk mendaftarkan produk mereka dalam proses sertifikasi halal, memberikan dukungan praktis untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk menyederhanakan prosedur sertifikasi, memberikan bantuan untuk menerbitkan sertifikasi, serta meningkatkan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Kata kunci : maslahah mursalah, sertifikasi halal, UMKM.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of maslahah mursalah in the obligation of halal certification for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) selling market snacks, focusing on studies at Tempel Way Dadi Market, Bandar Lampung City. The subfocus of this research is the Maslahah Mursalah Analysis of the Obligation of Halal Certification for MSMEs Selling Market Snacks at Tempel Way Dadi Market, Bandar Lampung City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with observation methods and in-depth interviews with MSME owners. The results showed that the main obstacles that prevent MSMEs from complying with this obligation lie in the lack of knowledge about halal certification, considering the high cost of certification, and the complexity of the procedure. The maslahah mursalah analysis shows that this obligation aims to protect consumers from products that are not in accordance with Islamic law, which is a fundamental need for their survival.  This research has also successfully helped MSMEs to register their products in the halal certification process, providing practical support to overcome existing obstacles. Based on these findings, this study provides policy recommendations to simplify certification procedures, provide assistance to issue certification, and increase socialization on the importance of halal certification. Abstract

Desa Palung Raya rentan terhadap bencana banjir karena berdekatan dengan aliran sungai dan sistem drainase yang buruk. Banjir berpotensi menimbulkan masalah kesehatan bagi warga. Tulisan ini membahas dampak kesehatan banjir dan upaya penanggulangannya di Desa Palung Raya melalui tahap pra bencana, tanggap darurat, dan pasca bencana. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dari laporan akhir kegiatan mahasiswa KKN di Desa Palung Raya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program yang dilakukan meliputi pembuatan simbol evakuasi bencana, edukasi DBD, skrining kesehatan korban banjir, dan pengumpulan data korban. Kesimpulannya, diperlukan kesiapsiagaan bencana yang komprehensif dari berbagai pihak untuk menanggulangi dampak kesehatan akibat banjir di Desa Palung Raya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of paronomasia (jinās) in Surah Al-Waqi'ah, focusing on its rhetorical and aesthetic functions. The primary problem addressed is understanding the impact of jinās on the beauty and eloquence of the Quranic text. The research seeks to explore how paronomasia enhances the meanings and messages within Surah Al-Waqi'ah. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing library research to collect and analyze data from various literary and rhetorical sources, including Quranic exegesis, books on rhetoric, and other relevant texts. The findings indicate that jinās in Surah Al-Waqi'ah significantly contributes to the text's aesthetic appeal and clarity of meaning. Paronomasia serves to emphasize key concepts and create a rhythmic flow that enhances the reader's emotional and intellectual engagement with the text. The study concludes that understanding the use of rhetorical devices like jinās can deepen appreciation for the artistic qualities of Quranic verses and enrich the comprehension of their messages. Further research is recommended to explore the full extent of rhetorical devices in other Surahs to fully grasp their impact on audiences.

Abstract

This community service focuses on the importance of instilling ethical values and data security awareness in children to prevent potential risks related to data misuse, especially among orphanage children. The service is conducted through socialization using qualitative methods, participatory approaches, and experiential learning theories to actively engage children in learning about the ethics of technology use and data security. The methodology includes interactive sessions such as material presentations and Q&A sessions to enhance understanding and internalization of ethical values. The results show that children actively participated in the sessions, increasing their awareness of the importance of protecting personal data and applying ethical principles in everyday technology use. Factors such as privacy awareness and safe and responsible technology use play a crucial role in creating a safe and ethical environment for information technology use in the orphanage. This service demonstrates the effectiveness of experiential learning and outreach activities in promoting ethical technology use and data security awareness among children. This activity can serve as an effective model for other community service programs in the field of information technology ethics education for the younger generation.

Abstract

This article explains the implementation of the characteristics of wasathiyah Islam in Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding schools are one of the existing education systems in Indonesia that teach Islamic characteristics. But lately we have come across groups that are radical Islam who are intolerant. The implementation of wasathiyah Islamic character is important to avoid radical religious thinking and foster an open attitude towards other beliefs. So this article seeks to answer what are the forms of wasathiyah Islamic characteristics that have been implemented in the As-Salam Rimbo Bujang Islamic Boarding School? and what is the form of implementation of wasathiyah Islamic characteristics in the As-Salam Rimbo Bujang Islamic Boarding School? And to answer the question, the researcher conducted a field research with a qualitative approach and in data acquisition was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Then several theories were used to analyze the data from the research. From this research, the final result was obtained that the As-Salam Islamic Boarding School had implemented the characteristics of wasathiyah Islam well. The good implementation of the characteristics of wasathiyah Islam at the As-Salam Rimbo Bujang Islamic Boarding School is a form of the success of the Islamic Boarding School in producing students who respect each other and are highly tolerant. The results of this study will provide insight to the general public that the As-Salam Rimbo Bujang Islamic Boarding School is one of the parts of the Islamic Boarding School that implements the implementation of wasathiyah Islamic characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis konflik interpersonal dan efektivitas pendekatan mediasi serta negosiasi dalam penyelesaian konflik di PT. Pranala Bisnis Mandiri Tunggul Hitam, Kota Padang. Menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian dilaksanakan selama periode Januari-Desember 2024, melibatkan 25 informan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi metode, mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga kategori utama konflik: konflik struktural (45%), konflik komunikasi (35%), dan konflik kepentingan (20%). Implementasi pendekatan mediasi menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 84.7%, dengan mediator internal menunjukkan efektivitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan mediator eksternal (90% vs 75%). Strategi negosiasi berbasis kepentingan mencapai tingkat keberlanjutan kesepakatan 85% setelah enam bulan implementasi. Program pengembangan kapasitas mediator internal berkontribusi pada peningkatan keberhasilan mediasi sebesar 25%. Dampak positif terhadap kinerja organisasi tercermin dalam peningkatan kepuasan kerja (32%), komitmen organisasi (28%), produktivitas tim (25%), dan penurunan turnover (40%).
