Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan pola komunikasi kiai dalam membangun komitmen guru di Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kiai di Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda telah berhasil menjalankan fungsi-fungsi kepemimpinan Pesantren khususnya dalam membangun komitmen guru. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai melalui strategi komunikasi edukatif-persuasif. Strategi komunikasi edukatif-persuasif dalam membangun komitmen guru di Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda dilakukan dengan empat (4) cara yaitu: Pertama, memanfaatkan kekharismatikan kiai, kiai dalam memberikan uswah (keteladanan) bagi guru dalam hal nilai-nilai spiritual, diantaranya dari hal adab, ibadah yang langsung dicontohkan oleh kiai. Kedua, guru di Pesantren memiliki komitmen terhadap pesantren karena melihat keluasan ilmu kiai lebih utama ilmu dalam bidang agama (tafaqquh fiddin) dan ilmu hikmah yang dimiliki  kiai. Ketiga, Kiai memotivasi guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, pembinaan, pengembangan karier dan lain-lain. Keempat, guru di Pesantren memiliki komitmen terhadap Pesantren karena melihat sikap  kiai serta kedekatan kiai dengan guru dan masyarakat Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran corona virus disease (COVID-19). Semenjak pandemi Covid-19 merebak di Indonesia kegiatan belajar mengajar dialihkan menjadi sistem learn from home. Dalam proses pembelajaran daring menjadi tugas besar yang diemban oleh semua tenaga pendidik baik itu orang tua di rumah maupun guru di sekolah sebagai fasilitator pembentukan motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab persoalan seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas tinggi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Samarinda. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa di kelas tinggi yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VI, V, IV sebanyyak 240 siswa, kemudian sampel diperoleh sebanyak 32 siswa dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket yang sudah di ujicoba dengan hasil reliabel dan valid. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasayarat: uji normalitas dan homogenitas, uji hipotesis: uji korelasi product momen dan koefisien determinan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: nilai r hitung sebesar r = -0,247 terletak diantara 0,20- 0,399 yang menyatakan hubungan negatif dengan tingkat hubungan rendah antara pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas tinggi. Berdasarkan perbandingan r hitung dan r tabel untuk mengetahui apakah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai r hitung -0,247 lebih kecil dari r tabel 0,334. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan dari uji korelasi product moment bahwa Ho diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran daring tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas tinggi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Samarinda

Abstract

Smart parenting is a pattern of children's education, that parents or caregivers accompany and guide the growth of children towards the creation of a golden generation in accordance with the expectations of all parties. The focus of this research lies in the effort to implement smart parenting in improving the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Nabil Husein Samarinda and MTs Al Mujahidin Samarinda. This research used a qualitative approach with case study. The results show that the implementation of smart parenting in improving the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Nabil Husein Samarinda and MTs Al Mujahidin Samarinda is carried out in a planned and systematic manner. The steps taken to implement smart parenting were; 1) planning smart parenting activities designed by the madrasah by involving all existing components, 2) implementng smart parenting as a form of implementation of the existing planning design, and 3) evaluating smart parenting activities with the principles of openness, objectivity and based on continuous improvement. The results of these activities appear on the students’ discipline behavior, adherence to existing regulations and responsibility.

Abstract

Since the 1980s, Indonesian Army has implemented programs solely to help overcome the difficulties of rural communities, the program which was originally known as ABRI Masuk Desa (AMD) has now changed to TNI Manunggal membangun Desa (TMMD). The 108th TMMD program of Kodim 0402/OKI in Pemulutan Barat sub-district, OganIlir district in collaboration with the local government as a budget provider for infrastructure development will run well and effectively if it is carried out through careful planning and preparation stages and serious implementation. The dimensions of target accuracy for the short and long term, program socialization through communication and delivery of information, program objectives with indicators of implementing activities and achieving goals, as well as dimensions of program effectiveness with indicators of quality and quantity of activity results and the time used, become benchmarks for the effectiveness of program implementation 108th TMMD 2020.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis persyaratan pengaturan operasi perubahan wajah oleh dokter bedah plastik di Indonesia dan menganalisis bentuk pertanggungjawaban hukum dokter bedah plastik yang melakukan tindakan operasi perubahan wajah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan operasi perubahan wajah oleh dokter bedah plastik di Indonesia masih belum diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan secara khusus. Namun, hal ini tersirat dalam Undang-undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan pada Pasal 137. Sehingga dasar pengaturan melakukan bedah plastik yang belum diatur secara khusus dalam Peraturan Pemerintah, saat ini dasar pengaturan yang dapat digunakan dalam melaksanakan tindakan medis bedah plastik adalah kesepakatan tindakan kedokteran yang menghasilkan suatu perjanjian penyembuhan atau transaksi terapeutik. Pertanggungjawaban hukum dokter bedah plastik yang melakukan tindakan operasi perubahan wajah di Indonesia adalah dengan memberikan pelayanan pembedahan yang baik dan layak sesuai prosedur kedokteran yang telah diuji kebenarannya, memberikan informasi medis sebelum melakukan pembedahan plastik pada wajah, dan bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan suatu pembedahan akibat kelalaian dokter. Jika terdapat pelanggaran, sanksi tegas akan diberikan sesuai dengan yang telah diatur dalam Pasal 433 Undang-undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan.

Abstract

The current Pancasila student character program is being promoted as an effort to recover from the crisis of students' character. The presence of student management based on Islamic boarding schools is expected to assist students in achieving the values ​​contained in the Pancasila student character. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe student management based on Islamic boarding schools in realizing the Pancasila student character at SMA Madina Citra Insani Samarinda. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model is used to analyze the data found. The research findings on student management based on Islamic boarding schools in realizing the Pancasila student character begin with the stages: (1) planning, including the determination of character values, socialization, and the arrangement of daily programs; (2) organizing, including the arrangement of the school's organizational structure; (3) implementation, including formal and non-formal education, organizations, and extracurricular activities; (4) supervision by the school principal and the pesantren's astidz. Meanwhile, the program activities include the analysis of student needs (AKPD), new student admissions (PPDB), selection, school environmental introduction period (MPLS), placement and specialization of students, development and guidance of students, reporting on students, as well as graduation and alumni.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the aspects of diversity in educational institution organizations. The method used is a literature review approach. A comprehensive search strategy was carried out by searching various research journal databases. The research databases used are EBSCO, Science Direct and Wiley Online. The research criteria are (1) articles written in English and Indonesian between 2013 and 2023; (2) Articles are available in full-text form; (3) the article discusses diversity/diversity in educational organizations. Multicultural education can reduce stereotypes, misunderstandings and allow individuals to interact with others. Strategies for developing multicultural education through educational strategies, examples, and habits. In addition, multicultural education needs to implement the development of higher education systems, curriculum development, improving the quality of teaching staff, developing of education management systems, equalizing audience perceptions and developing cultural understanding and diversity of perspectives.

Abstract

Information technology has affected society, especially entrepreneurship. Smart millennials must be taught to look for opportunities to maximize technology use. Entrepreneurship basics must be understood by the trained age. For poverty reduction, pesantren economic empowerment is developed to improve the community's economy. Due to the pesantren's economic urgency, various activities can revive its economy and foster student entrepreneurship. At Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, students are taught to be entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze and understand the activities carried out by the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School to raise awareness of santripreneurs based on local wisdom. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology, in which researchers try to find and understand the phenomena that exist and are developing at this time. The data collection technique was carried out using participant observation, interviews with several informants, and documentation. Data analysis is done by presenting, collecting, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that building students' awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship was carried out by the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School Community through Skills Activities carried out by bringing in mentors, Opening of Bazaar Stands, and Pesantren Cooperatives. This research affects Islamic boarding schools' role in empowering local wisdom-based economies.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola tanam monokultur dan tumpangsari terhadap hasil jagung dan tiga varietas padi di lahan kering. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Trenggono Kidul, Gunungkidul, pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2020 dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial 3 ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi monokultur Nasa 29, monokultur Inpari 42, monokultur Inpari 43, monokultur Inpago 10, tumpang sari Nasa 29 dan Inpari 42, tumpang sari Nasa 29 dan Inpari 43, dan tumpang sari Nasa 29 dan Inpago 10. Variabel tanaman jagung meliputi: tinggi tanaman, bobot brangkasan basah, bobot brangkasan kering, bobot jagung dengan kelobot, panjang tongkol jagung, bobot jagung pipilan, bobot tongkol tanpa biji dan bobot 100 biji. Variabel pengamatan tanaman padi meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, panjang daun, lebar daun, panjang malai, jumlah gabah isi per malai, bobot 100 butir gabah, dan bobot gabah per rumpun. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) pada α= 5% digunakan dalam analisis data dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan di antara perlakuan menggunakan uji DMRT pada α= 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jagung Nasa 29 secara tumpang sari dengan ketiga varietas padi (Inpari 42, Inpari 43 dan Inpago 10) tidak berbeda nyata dengan hasil jagung Nasa 29 secara monokultur. Hasil monokultur padi (Inpari 42, Inpari 43, dan Inpago 10) dibanding dengan hasil padi secara tumpang sari dengan jagung Nasa 29 menunjukkan beda nyata, dimana hasil monokultur lebih unggul daripada tumpang sari. Paket tumpang sari yang dapat memberikan hasil jagung maupun padi yang terbaik diperoleh pada tumpang sari jagung Nasa 29-Inpari 43 dengan nisbah kesetaraan lahan (NKL) 1,24 artinya penerapan pola tanam tumpang sari masih tergolong menguntungkan karena memiliki nisbah kesetaraan lahan (NKL) lebih besar dari satu.

Abstract

The government has continued to undertake intensive measures to combat COVID-19 since the beginning of March 2020 to lower the pace of COVID-19 spread. Based on preliminary findings, there is a collaborative approach in Lingga Regency that has not been fully utilized, with indications of a lack of material assistance in addressing the needs of facilities and infrastructure from every village in the regency. The goal of this study is to look into "Collaborative Governance in the Lingga Regency in Combating COVID-19." This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach as the research method. According to the findings, the Starting Condition is characterized by adequate resources; the Collaborative Process is characterized by an interactive discourse, growing trust, dedication to the process, and mutual understanding; and the End State is characterized by a lack of resources. Facilitative Leadership is characterized by a large number of facilities and infrastructure that may meet current needs but are underutilized; The Lingga Regency administration has done an excellent job with institutional design, which includes participation, the role of external parties, and policy regulations. Meanwhile, financial indications that stymie collaboration, such as the fact that small company aid is not particularly controlled, and public view that there is still suspicion in Covid-19 and a refusal to be vaccinated, can stymie the current partnership process
