Abstract

Abstract: Women have dual roles that they perform simultaneously in their daily lives, namely taking care of the household while also being active in community activities. In their neighborhood, women's involvement in social activities such as the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) is part of their routine, which they carry out with various adjustments. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to examine how women balance their domestic and social roles. The research was conducted in 2025 in RW 03, Jatinegara Village, Cakung Subdistrict, East Jakarta, with five housewives who are active in the PKK community as subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. This study employs qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, presenting results narratively based on the direct experiences of the informants. The findings reveal that women continue to prioritize domestic responsibilities while simultaneously actively participating in social activities such as resident registration, religious activities, and managing environmental health programs, which are part of PKK activities themselves. Some of them face structural challenges, such as resistance from residents, difficulty finding replacements for cadres, and a lack of support from the surrounding community. Despite these challenges, they consistently fulfill their roles and view community activities as a form of social contribution and a means to expand networks and strengthen women's roles in society. Keyword: Women, Dual Roles, Household, Community, PKK Abstrak: Perempuan memiliki peran ganda yang dijalankan secara bersamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yaitu mengurus rumah tangga sekaligus aktif dalam kegiatan komunitas. Di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya, keterlibatan perempuan dalam kegiatan sosial seperti PKK menjadi bagian dari rutinitas yang mereka jalankan dengan berbagai penyesuaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana perempuan menjalani peran domestik dan sosial secara bersamaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2025 di wilayah RW 03 Kelurahan Jatinegara, Kecamatan Cakung, Jakarta Timur, dengan subjek lima orang ibu rumah tangga yang aktif dalam komunitas PKK. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang menyajikan hasil secara naratif berdasarkan pengalaman langsung para informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para perempuan tetap menjalankan tanggung jawab domestik sebagai prioritas utama dan secara bersamaan juga aktif menjalankan kegiatan sosial seperti pendataan warga,, kegiatan keagamaan, serta pengelolaan program kesehatan lingkungan yang termasuk dalam kegiatan PKK itu sendiri. Beberapa dari mereka mengalami tantangan struktural, seperti penolakan dari warga, sulitnya mencari pengganti kader, serta kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar. Meskipun demikian, mereka tetap menjalani peran tersebut secara konsisten dan melihat aktivitas komunitas sebagai bentuk kontribusi sosial serta sarana untuk memperluas jaringan dan memperkuat peran perempuan di masyarakat. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to examine the impact of involvement in online gambling on the consumptive behavior of young people. This phenomenon is increasingly widespread along with the ease of internet access and the increasing use of gadgets. The research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach and interviews with five informants who have been involved in online gambling activities. The results show that the motivation to play online gambling is not only economic, but also related to social pressure, curiosity, and entertainment seeking. This activity causes significant changes in consumption behavior, such as overspending, neglecting basic needs, and the tendency to borrow money for gambling. Analysis using Mark Griffiths' addiction theory and Abraham Maslow's needs theory shows that online gambling becomes a compensatory tool for unmet psychological needs, while forming an addictive cycle that damages financial and emotional conditions. The study concludes that online gambling not only affects the economic aspects of individuals, but also worsens the psychosocial conditions and social relations of young people as a whole. Keyword: Online Gambling, Consumptive Behavior, Young Generation, Addiction, Psychological Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak keterlibatan dalam judi online terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi muda. Fenomena ini semakin meluas seiring kemudahan akses internet dan meningkatnya penggunaan gawai. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan wawancara terhadap lima narasumber yang pernah terlibat dalam aktivitas judi online. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi bermain judi online tidak hanya bersifat ekonomi, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan tekanan sosial, rasa penasaran, dan pencarian hiburan. Aktivitas ini menimbulkan perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku konsumsi, seperti pengeluaran berlebihan, pengabaian kebutuhan pokok, dan kecenderungan meminjam uang untuk berjudi. Analisis menggunakan teori kecanduan Mark Griffiths dan teori kebutuhan Abraham Maslow menunjukkan bahwa judi online menjadi sarana kompensatif atas kebutuhan psikologis yang tidak terpenuhi, sekaligus membentuk siklus adiktif yang merusak kondisi finansial dan emosional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa judi online tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek ekonomi individu, tetapi juga memperburuk kondisi psikososial dan relasi sosial generasi muda secara keseluruhan. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM) berbasis web di Rumah Sakit TNI AL Dr. Mintohardjo untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengatasi keterbatasan sistem berbasis desktop yang ada. Sistem yang berlaku saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pembaruan manual di berbagai komputer pengguna, tidak adanya dasbor SISDM real-time untuk manajemen, dan proses manual untuk permohonan cuti, penjadwalan tugas, dan penilaian kinerja. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membangun SISDM berbasis web yang terintegrasi yang memfasilitasi pembaruan terpusat, presentasi data real-time, dan mendigitalisasi proses HR inti seperti manajemen data pegawai, permohonan cuti, penjadwalan tugas, dan penilaian kinerja. Sistem ini, dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, dirancang agar responsif dan dapat diakses melalui berbagai perangkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, observasi, dan wawancara untuk menganalisis proses saat ini dan menginformasikan desain sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SISDM berbasis web ini secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pemrosesan data bagi personel SDM.

Abstract

The marmet technique is a technique used to express breastmilk. This technique provides a relaxing effect and also reactivates the milk ejection reflex (MER) so that milk begins to drip. With the MER activated, breast milk will often spray out by itself. The marmet technique is a massage using two fingers. This method is often referred to as back to nature because it is simple and does not require cost. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the marmet technique on the smoothness of breast milk in postpartum mothers in the working area of the Mowewe health center in 2021. This type of pseudo-experimental research uses a nonequivalent control group design model. The research sample was the experimental group who were given treatment with marmet massage techniques on postpartum mothers as many as 10 people and the control group was those who were not given marmet massage treatment on postpartum mothers as many as 10 people. The results showed that there was no effect of marmet technique on the smoothness of breast milk in postpartum mothers in the working area of Mowewe health center. The difference between the average pretest and posttest in the control group using the paired sample t-test test obtained a t value = 3.240 and a p value = 0.010 (p < 0.05). It is hoped that the results of the study will serve as a source of information and add insight into the marmet method for smooth breastfeeding for postpartum mothers.

Abstract

The Bapalas Bidan tradition is a ritual of the Dayak tribe in Kalimantan to express gratitude to the midwife after the birth process. The ritual includes activities such as bathing the baby, serving offerings, and performing a symbolic ceremony to spiritually "return" the baby from the midwife to its parents. In the past, these rituals had a magical element, but nowadays more prayers and Islamic principles are applied. While modern midwifery practice faces challenges to its survival, this tradition remains crucial as it strengthens culture and social connections. This study examines the meaning of the tradition, its evolution, and the ways in which communities maintain it in modern times.

Abstract

Learning the History of Islamic Culture (SKI) in Madrasahs has the aim of providing knowledge about Islamic history and culture to students, then from this history students are expected to be able to take inspiration, values ​​and meaning in that history. However, in reality, after being investigated, learning the history of Islamic culture in Madrasas found several problems (problematics) in SKI learning. This research aims to find out what the problems are and how to overcome them by using the library research method by reading sources from the internet such as journals which the researchers then analyze. Then the results of this research are that the problems of SKI learning include: problems of students, problems of educators, problems of facilities and infrastructure, problems of insufficient learning time, negative views about SKI, problems of learning that is less interesting or monotonous, and problems of the dominance of cognitive aspects of knowledge. In SKI learning, the solution to overcome this problem is for teachers to better master the learning material and teachers are required to be creative and innovative in creating an SKI learning atmosphere that is interesting and easy to understand by students by using interesting strategies, media and methods using advanced science and technology technology.

Abstract

Consumers in making purchases always consider matters related to the price and quality of a product to be purchased, some people do not prioritize quality over price but some other people make quality a consideration in purchasing broiler meat. This study aims to determine the effect of price and quality of broiler chicken on consumer purchasing decisions at Mattirowalie market. This research was conducted at Mattirowalie market, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi in March-April 2024. This study uses quantitative data obtained from observations of distributing questionnaires with 100 respondents, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that the results of multiple linear regression analysis of price variables had a negative or reciprocal effect and the quality of broiler chicken had a positive or unidirectional effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially shows that the price and quality of broiler chickens have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions while simultaneously the price and quality of broiler chickens together have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination of the price and quality of broiler chicken is 56% on consumer purchasing decisions in the Mattirowalie market while the remaining 44% is influenced by other factors outside of the study.

Abstract

Gastritis is inflammation in the stomach due to an unhealthy lifestyle. If not treated immediately, it can cause damage to cells in the digestive system and if it lasts for a long time, it can cause stomach cancer. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between caffeine consumption behavior, anxiety levels and smoking behavior with the incidence of gastritis at Mulia Karya Husada Health Vocational School in 2023. Quantitative research method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling with a sample size of 123 respondents, data collection using a questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The statistical test used in this research is the Chi Square test. Based on the results of the Chi Square test, it shows that the significance value between caffeine consumption behavior and gastritis (p-value = 0.003), the significance value between the level of anxiety and gastritis (p-value = 0.001) and the significance value between smoking behavior and gastritis (p-value = 0.025). In conclusion, there is a relationship between caffeine consumption behavior, anxiety levels and smoking behavior and the incidence of gastritis at Mulia Karya Husada Health Vocational School in 2023. The incidence of gastritis at Mulia Karya Husada Health Vocational School is relatively high, which is caused by caffeine consumption behavior, anxiety levels, and smoking behavior. So it is important to create programs such as a healthy canteen, game based learning and education about the dangers of smoking and supervision carried out by Mulia Karya Husada Health Vocational School to reduce the incidence of gastritis in students

Abstract

The majority of students tend to have irregular eating patterns and often consume unhealthy foods, resulting in nutritional problems such as malnutrition or overnutrition. Malnutrition makes the body more susceptible to infectious diseases, while overnutrition makes the body more susceptible to degenerative diseases. Nutritional status is basically determined by the amount of food consumed and how that food is processed in the body. This study aims to investigate the relationship between macronutrient intake and the nutritional status of female students in the Nutrition Study Program at Unesa. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The respondents in this study were female students in the Nutrition Study Program at Unesa, namely the 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts, totaling 247 students. Nutritional status data were obtained from weight and height measurements, while macronutrient intake data were obtained from food consumption measurements using a 3x24-hour food record form. Data analysis in this study used the chi-square test. The results of the chi-square test showed that there was no relationship between carbohydrate intake, fat intake, and protein intake with the nutritional status of female students in the Nutrition Study Program at Unesa.

Abstract

In the context of rapidly evolving mobile technology, memory management has become an important aspect that determines the efficiency and effectiveness of Android operating systems, particularly on mid- range smartphones. The objective of this research is to identify, analyze and develop memory management strategies that can improve the performance of the Android operating system on resource-constrained devices. Using an experimental approach, this study evaluates various memory management techniques, including the use of optimized caches, memory compression, and page replacement algorithms, to determine the most effective combination to improve system responsiveness and performance. The results show that the implementation of appropriate memory management strategies can significantly improve operating system performance and user experience while extending battery life. These findings provide valuable information for application developers and device manufacturers to optimize their products for mid-range smartphone competition.
