This study aims to determine the effect of water application intervals and the type of drum fertilizer on the growth and yield of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.), This research was conducted in the greenhouse of Agrotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Trunojoyo University, Madura. The research design used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 2 factors, factor I, the water supply interval consisted of four levels, namely A1 (1 once a day), A2 (2 once a day), A3 (3 once a day), A4 (4 days). very). Factor II type of manure consists of two levels, namely P1 (cow manure) and P2 (goat manure). The results showed that the water treatment interval had a significant effect on plant height parameters at all ages of observation and leaf number parameters at 27 and 39 DAP. The highest value was obtained by treatment A1. Treatment The type of manure only had a significant effect on the number of leaves at 39 DAP. There was an interaction between the treatment interval of water application and the type of manure on the parameters of wet weight, dry weight, number of pods per plant and seed weight per plant and the best treatment was P1A4.

This present study purposed to know the result from applied of Altman Z-Score Analysis (Second Model) for Financialperformance analysis of prime credit customer ABC Bank. And also to knowing that analysis method can be used in credit analysis process of ABC Bank expecially for early warning system in financial condition of credit customer. This research using seven prime credit customer ABC Bank for sample and the result of this study shows that almost all prime credit customer in the sample predicted will be bancrupcy (grey area and distrees area) at first lending conditions and financial review conditions. The result of this research is obtained the fact than Altman Z-Score Analysis can be used as the one of analysis tools in the credit analysis process at ABC Bank. Z-Score Analysis can be giving the information about real financial condition of prime credit customer than the information will be advising for board of management ABC Bank to increasing the quality of credit analysis their Credit Officer.

Bencana gempa bumi yang menimpa Kabupaten Pasaman Barat mengakibatkan banyak kerugian yang dapat dirasakan secara fisik maupun non fisik. Kerugian berupa non fisik yang terjadi adanya trauma yang dimiliki terutama terjadi pada anak-anak pasca bencana gempa. korban yang selamat dan luka mengalami kerugian non fisik berupa trauma sehingga terganggu secara mental serta psikologis. Traumatik yang terjadi pada korban bencana gempa ini, bukanlah masalah yang dapat dibiarkan berlarut-larut. Korban bencana harus melakukan pemulihan trauma atau trauma healing, agar korban dapat melanjutkan kehidupan secara normal sebagaimana mestinya sebelum adanya bencana yang terjadi. Tujuan KKN Tematik ini dilakukan untuk menciptakan suasana yang lebih ceria dan dukungan secara psikis sehingga dapat memulihkan trauma yang terjadi setelah bencana gempa bumi. Metode KKN yang dilakukan ialah dengan mewujudkan bentuk nyata untuk pemulihan trauma melalui permainan (play therapy) dan dance therapy agar dari kegiatan ini diharapkan menghilangkan rasa takut yang terjadi serta meminimalisir kesedihan atas trauma yang dialami, agar anak-anak dapat kembali dalam keadaan ceria dan bahagia.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc) is efficacious as a cooking spice and traditional medicine. Lampung Province produces ginger as much as 2,351 tons and especially in Way Kanan Regency, 234 tons of ginger is produced in 2021. This large production of ginger is an opportunity for residents to process ginger into healthy snacks such as ginger chips. Based on the potential, Institut Teknologi Sumatera students conducted ginger chip-making training as a community service. This training targeted residents which are part of a community organization in Gunung Sari Village, Rebang Tangkas District, Way Kanan Regency. Through this training, residents can increase their knowledge and understanding of the efficacy, benefits, processing, and manufacture of ginger chips. These ginger chips are a healthy snack and very suitable for consumption during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is evidenced by the results of the evaluation which increased significantly after the ginger chip processing training.

Pemerintah bertanggung jawab terhadap penyelenggaraan penanggulangan bencana meliputi fokus rekonstruksi dan rehabilitasi pasca bencana. Jaminan pemenuhan hak masyarakat dan pengungsi yang terkena bencana secara adil dan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan harus segera diupayakan, hal ini untuk mengantisipasi korban yang lebih banyak. Populasi pada dasarnya merupakan wilayah yang akan dikenai generalisasi dari suatu hasil penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPBD NTB. Dalam menentukan besarnya sampel penulis menggunakan teknik pengambilan Snowball sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan korespondensi dengan meminta informasi dari sampel tangan pertama untuk mendapatkan sampel berikutnya sampai kebutuhan sampel penelitian terpenuhi. Etos Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Three intestinal bacteria isolates (namely C1, C2, and C3) from common carp (Cyprinus carpio) were isolated and identified as new potential probiotics. This research aimed to study the effect of three isolates potential probiotics addition on growth performance, survival rate and feed efficiency of common carp. Completely randomized design was assigned to fourth diet treatments with five replicates. As a control, we used the feed without any supplemention of potential probiotic. The result showed that the addition of potential probiotic bacteria (C1, C2, and C3) gave significant effect on daily growth rate, survival rate and feed efficiency and could be used in aquaculture industry to reduce feeding cost.

Isolation and Characterization of Thermophilic Bacteria as Cellulolytic Enzyme Producer from the Hot Spring of Ie Seuum Aceh Besar, Indonesia RUHUL KHALILA; lenni fitri; SUHARTONO SUHARTONO

Cellulase enzymes can be isolated from thermophile bacteria obtained from the hot spring Ie Seuum, Aceh Besar. This research aimed to recover and characterize the isolates morphologically and biochemically followed by determination of the thermophile bacterial isolates potential as cellulolytic enzyme producers,. The sampling method in this research was conducted by a purposive sampling at temperature of 70 oC, 60 oC and 50 oC. Isolation of thermophilic bacteria was carried out on nutrient agar (NA) media. There were four isolates of thermophilic bacteria isolated recovered at 70 oC, five isolates at 60 oC, and seven isolates at 50 oC. Of the 18 isolates obtained, 15 of them were able to produce cellulase enzymes. Cellulase enzyme production can be determined by the presence of clear zones around bacterial colonies on CMC media after addition of 1% congo red drops and wash with 1 M NaCl. The highest five Cellulolytic Index (CI) values â€‹â€‹were obtained from isolates ISB75; ISB64; ISB52; ISB54; ISB56 that were 1.23; 2.22; 1.39; 1.59; 1.10, respectively. Biochemical tests carried out on 5 isolates with the highest cellulolytic index values showed that the bacterial isolate were suspected to be from the genera of Bacillus sp.

Background: Hypothyroidism on women at childbearing age (WCA) can cause reproduction disorder, i.e. infertility,spontaneous abortion, impaired growth and development of foetus, placental abruption, and preterm delivery.Exposure tolead(Pb) at low lever contunuely for a long time willresult thyroid dysfunction. This research aimedtoprove that lead exposure is a risk factor for thyroid dysfunction among WCA in metal industrial of Pesarean inTegal districtMethods: Cross-sectional studyused32subjectsresearchatmetal industrial PesareanDistrictof Tegal. Pblevelsinthe bloodwas used asbiomakerofPbexposure. Thyroid dysfunction was determined based on the result ofTSH(Thyroid Stimulating Hormone). Confounding variables were also measured. These variables were age,length of stay, participation in hormonal contraception, iodine intake, pesticide exposure, exposure to cigarettesmoke, and employment history. Data would be analyzed using chi-square test at 0,05 level of significancy.Result: The prevalence of hypothyroidism among WCA was 25 %. Lead exposure was a risk factor for hypothyroidism(95 % CI, PR= 11,667(1,628- 83,597); and p-value = 0,002. The higher the degree of exposure, the greater therisk of having thyroid dysfunction. Based on data and the theory analysis, the pathogenesis of hypothyroidismwas suspected through the disruption of TPO function, D1 enzyme inhibition and D3 enzyme activation.Conclusion: Lead exposure was a risk factor for thyroid dysfunction among WCA in metal industrial township.Keywords: Leadexposure, hypothyroidism, blood lead level

Background : Lead (Pb) is a toxic material which easily accumulated in human organs and can cause health problems.Pb in the blood can cause damage to a variety of human organs including the liver. Results of preliminary studies inSmall Industry Village (PIK) Kebasen Tegal obtained that the air lead concentratios exceed the required standard,lead concentrations in the blood and parameters of liver function (AST, ALT and Gamma GT) on several workers wellbeyond normal limits.Methods : Cross-sectional study on 55 subjects research at Small Industry Village Kebasen Talang District Tegalregency. Pb levels in the blood as biomarker of Pb exposure on levels of ALT, AST and Gamma GT as a parameter formeasuring the physiology of Liver function. Data were collected through observation, interviews and laboratorytests. Univariate analysis, bivariate analysis by Chi-square, then followed by multivariate logistic regression.Result : Kendall Tau test showed significant association between blood lead level with the level of AST (p = 0.000),ALT (p = 0.025) and Gamma GT (0.001). Result of Chi-square test showed significant association between blood leadlevel with liver dysfunction (p = 0.002), prevalence ratio (PR) with 95% CI = 1.783 (1.360 to 2.337).Conclusion : There is a significant association between blood lead level and liver dysfunction on lead exposedworkers at small industries villages Kebasen district Tegal.Keywords : Lead exposure, AST, ALT, Gamma GT, Toxic Lead and Liver Function.

Background : Stunting is identified by comparing measurements of childrent’s heights to the NCHS WHO2005growth reference population : children who fall potential as a result of suboptimal health and/or nutritionalconditions. Stunting prevalence in Indonesia still high level, this indicated health problem because associatedwith increase in morbidity and mortality, low cognitive capability and improper physical function.The purpose inthis study was to determine many environmental factors and behaviour associated with incidence of stunting.Methods : It was an observational research with case-control study design.Subject were divided into two groups: case and control groups in Elementary School student class 4 and 5 with 37 subject in case group and 53 subjectin the control group. Variables examined in this study was a history of exposure to pesticides, history of cigarettesmoke exposure, mosquito smoke exposure history, a history of using plastic as a place to store food is still hot,urinaryexcretioniodine (UEI), levels of urinary thyocyanate, anemia, TSH levels, Cholinesterase levels and BodyMass Index.Data was collected by interviewing, observation and measurement. Data would be analyzed using independent t–test or Mann Withney), bivariate analisys using Chi-Square and multivariate analysis using logistic regression.Result :This study indicated that the incidence of stunting was 37 %; 56,8% of them had history of pesticidesexposure. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the risk factor of stunting in student is a history ofpesticides exposure with Odds Ratio (OR) 2,625. The result of logistic regression test showed there was asignificant association between the incidence of stunting with a history of pesticide exposure(OR 2,39).Conclusion :The history of pesticides exposure was the risk factor for stunting.Key words : Environmental and behaviour factors, stuting, elementary student, agriculture areas.
