Abstract

The One Suro Siraman Ritual at Sedudo Waterfall is one of the traditional ceremonies performed every month Suro by the Ngliman Village people who take place at the Sedudo Waterfall tour. The main purpose of the Suro watering ceremony held at the Sedudo waterfall is as a tribute and respect for Mbah Ageng Wali Ngaliman who is considered to be the forerunner of Ngliman Village and as a thanksgiving to God for the blessings given to the people of Ngliman Village. Discussing the changes in the Suro splash ritual at Sedudo Waterfall has never changed in the core of its ritual activities because it is a tradition for the people of Ngliman Village who do not dare to change the core procession of the Suro splash ritual in the Sedudo waterfall, but the changes are seen in the transition of the waterfall manager Sedudo from the Ngliman Village Government to the Nganjuk District Government and the changes were also seen in terms of the costumes of dancers used in the splash ritual every year the costume changes were intended to attract the attention of tourists to come to see the Suro watering ritual at the Sedudo Waterfall.

Abstract

In 1920, many Banjar people migrated to Tulungagung. Banjar community gradually grew more and more to the end of the interaction with the indigenous peoples of Tulungagung the majority of Javanese people. Therefore, from the interaction, in the year 1980 Banjar Migrant society is doing marriage with the people of Tulungagung who are aiming to establish their lives. At first the implementation of the marriage still follows the customs of the Banjar people, so it has not seen the function of marriage between Banjar and Java. Therefore, the existence of the marriage has emerged cultural influences and occurred accultutation. In the year 1987 when there began to be many who did the marriage between the two tribes, began to see a change of function in the marriage by looking at the customary clothing used and in the provision of Mahar. Then there is also a function of marriage that appears, judging by the use of customary marriage used based on the customary origin of the bride candidate. So that in the year 1991 to 2018 Acculturation is seen from the customary marriage that is used based on the origin of the bride candidate. Abstract

Reyog kendang is a unique art in Tulungagung. In the village of Gendingan there is an art studio founded by Siswoyo since 1984. The problem that will be examined inthis study is how the background of the establishment and development of reyogkendang art studio Dhodhog Sadjiwo Djati from 1984 to 2009. This study useshistorical research methods consisting of stages of the process consisting of 4 steps,namely: 1. Heuristics; 2. Criticism; 3. interpretation; and 4. Historiography. Theresults of this study are the development of the studios studied mainly in costumesand dance moves. Costumes include the addition of supporting accessories while inthe movement there are added creative movements aside from the standard motion.In 2009 the reyog kendang art got a copyright from IPR. Suggestions in this studyare expected to be a reference in the development of cultural history writing,especially traditional arts and provide information about reyog kendang dhodhogart.

Abstract

Abstract Football is the most beloved sport in Indonesia, not only by adults, children, even women play it. Football clubs are also an expression of identity for regional and. Almost every region has a football club, no exception in Lumajang district. The Lumajang Indonesian Football Association (PSIL) has a long history of National Association. But the history of the establishment until the competition in Indonesia is still a junction. Prolonged internal problems have an impact on achievement in competitions. The highest achievement by PSIL Lumajang was able to pass the Division I in 2001 and then Fakum participated in the competition. In 2012 PSIL Lumajang was able to penetrate the division I again until the competition system changed in the year 2017 to Liga 3. During the 1947 to 2018 period, PSIL Lumajang experienced a rise in progress and achievement. Keywords: Sepak bola, PSIL, Lumajang.

Abstract

The art of Jaran Bodhag is an interesting traditional art and has it’s own uniquenesscompared to the other form of the art of Jaranan. Jaran Bodhag is the result of the inovationof people in Probolinggo, because they can’t perfom Jaran Kencak. This art became theicon of Probolinggo that shows the Pandhalungan culture of Probolinggo. The problems inthis research are: What is the reason behind the creation of Jaran Bodhag?; How is theexistence of the art of Jaran Bodhag during 2004-2017 in Probolinggo? ; What is the artist,people, and the government of Probolingo effort to preserve the existence of the art ofJaran Bodhag in Probolinggo? The purpose of this research is to describe the existence ofthe art of Jaran Bodhag during 2004-2017. The research method that being used is hitoricalresearch method with the cultural anthropology approach and functionalism theory. Thisresearch is expected to give a contribution and information about the connection ofPendhalungan culture and the existence of Jaran Bodhag. The conclusion of this research isthe the reason behind the creation of Jaran Bodhag and it’s existential form during 20042017,and the artist, people, and the government of Probolingo effort to preserve theexistence of the art of Jaran Bodhag.

Abstract

Sukarno's thinking about unity began in 1926. At that time Indonesia was colonized and there was no great power to against the colonialist. The circumstances have made Sukarno having ideas to unite the three ideologies of Nationalism, Islamism and Marxism. Soekarno argues that the unity of the three idheologies can bring the people of Indonesia to be united towards the independence. Sukarno wanted to unite the people of Indonesia by forming a party pioneer that is PNI Staatspartij. The problems in this research are: (1) how the background of environmental conditions that influence Soekarno's thinking about unity to form the PNI as Staatspartij; (2) how the Soekarno's concept of thoughts about unity to form the PNI as staatspartij; (3) how Soekarno's struggle to create his thoughts on Indonesian unity through PNI staatspartij. Theories and approaches which are used in this research are The Hermeneutic Theory and the sociology of knowledge and anthropology approach . The research method is used historical research method. The conclusion of this research is that Soekarno have ideas to unite the people of Indonesia by forming PNI Staatspartij as a party that contains all of the elements of society. The Soekarno's concept of thoughts about unity with the form of PNI Staatspartij are Pancasila, Democratic Centralism and Nationalist, Religion and Communist (NASAKOM).

Abstract

The background of this research is after the Indonesian nation became independent until the change of form of the Indonesian state which was originally since KMB (Konferensi Meja Bundar) is a federal state back into the form of unitary state (1945-1950). Indonesia's chaotic condition in the social, political and economic fields prompted Sultan Hamengku Buwono IX to apply the rescue action of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to (1) examine the background of Hamengku Buwono IX in maintaining the independence of the Republic of Indonesia; (2) to examine in depth the actions or strategies of Hamengku Buwono IX in maintaining the independence of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945-1950. This study uses historical research methods with heuristic steps, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Sultan Hamengku Buwono IX retained the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, preventing the Dutch crime in Jakarta, which moved the capital in Yogyakarta. When the capital of Yogyakarta in the attack of Sultan Hamengku Buwono IX, became a savior and dared to arrange a counterattack. Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX accelerated the process of recognition of Indonesian independence. However, a new problem arose in the form of Westerling insurrection and Sultan Hamid II. Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX managed to prevent and make people not believe in the federalists. This is what makes the return of the state form into a unitary state. Abstract

The prolonged economic crisis in Indonesia since the middle of 1997 began with the falling value of the Thai bath currency which influenced the social, economic and political life in Indonesia. The resignation of President Soeharto was replaced by B.J. Habibie as president with a policy direction that emphasizes the people's economic system. At the beginning of his reign, President B.J. Habibie was faced with problems such as the weaker banking system, the corporate world went bankrupt, and the high level of poverty. President B.J. Habibie's trade in overcoming the economic crisis embodied in the policy, among others, the restructuring of banks, the implementation of the social safety net (JPS) program, and the empowerment of the people's economy. Policies commited by President B.J. Habibie gained support from the Indonesian people, and gradually showed a positive picture of Indonesia towards recovery and improvement due to the economic crisis. The Indonesian economy is improving as indicated by the stability of national finance, the corporate world is increasing, and the poverty rate is declining. Keywords: B.J Habibie, Economic Crisis.

Abstract

Probolinggo Museum is a museum in the Probolinggo City area. the Probolinggo museum has a function for the community, but the function of the museum has not been maximally utilized by the community in the field of education. The museum functions as tourism and education because museums contain elements of knowledge. The research objective was to determine the function of the Probolinggo Museum as a tourist and educational place, a source of knowledge and inspiration for the formation of the character values ​​of the museum for visitors. This research is about history, used the historical method with steps (1) Heruristic, (2) Criticism, (3) Interpretation, and (4) Historiography. The research results of the Probolinggo Museum have collections which are divided into several, including the Archaeological Collection, Ethnographic Collection, Heritage Collection, Historical Collection, Numismatic Collection, Philological Collection, Keramological Collection and Technological Collection which are the main attraction of the museum as a tourist destination. Probolinggo Museum has a source of knowledge about the history, art and culture of Probolinggo, knowledge is focused on the local area. The character values ​​of the Probolinggo Museum include religion, tolerance, love for the country, mutual cooperation and national spirit, these sources can be used as a visitor's educational character.

Abstract

The Termite coffee plantation agro-tourism is agro-tourism which has historical heritage and is used as a tourist attraction. The problems in this research are: (1) What is the background of the establishment of termite coffee plantation agro-tourism?; (2) How was the development of termite plantation agro-tourism in 2003-2019?. The method used in this research is the historical method with stages; heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of this research include in 2003 the establishment of the termap coffee plantation into a tourist destination with the first attraction, namely Villa Termap. In 2008 another attraction was made, namely the Educational Tour which is the second attraction after Villa Termites. The next development in 2012 was the development of the attraction of Wisma Robusta. Initially Wisma Robusta was an employee house. In 2016, Kaffe Termap was founded. Development in 2019 Termite coffee plantation agro-tourism has a special food for sale, namely cassava cheese, a typical drink sold, namely Robusta coffee.
