Abstract

ABSTRAK : Upacara Horja godang merupakan upacara adat perkawinan pada etnik Mandailing,dilaksanakan setelah seminggu acara akad nikah. Upacara Horja Godang dilaksanakanoleh masyarakat keturunan raja-raja di Kecamatan Kotanopan yang mayoritaspenduduknya adalah etnik Mandailing. Menurut tradisinya upacara Horja Godangberlangsung selama tiga hari, lima hari, atau satu minggu, sesuai dengan ketentuanadat. Pada upacara Horja Godang ditampilkan Gordang Sambilan sebagai musikpendukung upacara. Secara turun-temurun masyarakat Kotanopan berpendapatbahwa musik Gordang Sambilan merupakan musik adat dan Gordang Sambilandiyakini sebagai alat musik milik raja-raja mereka secaran turun temurun. Fungsimusik Gordang Sambilan sangatlah menentukan pada rangkaian upacara HorjaGodang. Fungsi musik tersebut meliputi (1) Fungsi Ekspresi Emosi, (2) FungsiReaksi Jasmani, (3) Fungsi Hiburan, (4) Fungsi Representasi Simbolis, (5) FungsiKomunikasi, (6) Fungsi Identitas Etnik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the activity of the antibacterial filtrate and sediment from the juice of the leaves valoak (Sterculia comosa Wallich) bacteriostatic or off bactericidal on the Salmonella typhi. This is the experimental-laboratory research, the treatment included five (5) filtrate and sediment concentration of the juice of the leaves valoak (Sterculia comosa Wallich) is: A = 100%, B = 80%, C = 60%, D = 40%, E = 0 %, and each with five (5) replications.The results showed that treatment of the activity of the antibacterial filtrate and sediment from the juice of the leaves valoak (Sterculia comosa Wallich) off bactericidal on the Salmonella typhi bacteria at a concentration of 80%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa-senyawa antibakteri yaitu saponin, flavonoid, tannin, dan polifenol pada ekstrak ekstrak akar herba Acalypha indica L. asal Kupang Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium, dengan langkah-langkah: Pembuatan ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi. Mengidentifikasi jenis senyawa antibakteri (saponin, flavonoid, tannin, dan polifenol) pada akar herba Acalypha indica L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak akar herba Acalypha indica L. mengandung senyawa antibakteri, yaitu senyawa saponin dan polifenol. Senyawa Flavonoid dan tannin tidak terdapat pada pada akar herba Acalypha indica L. Kata kunci: Antibakteri, ekstrak akar herba, Acalypha indica L

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the isolation and identification of Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus bacterium content of smoked at Euthynnus afinis of temperature and duration of storage. This research represent research of laboratoris eksperimental with factorial experiment desain 2 factor, that is A factor treatment of temperature ( 0oC, 4oC, 25oC), and duration of storage treatment factor ( 0, 4, 8, 12 day) each treating 3 replikasi. The result of isolation and identification no Salmonella were found, howefer Staphylococcus aureus were found. The total Staphylocuccus aureus bacterium content of smoked Euthynnus afinis: Treatment of temperature 4oC, and duration of storage 12 and 16 day, mean of colony 3,5 x 104 CFU/ml, and 2,2 x 105 CFU/ml. Treatment of temperature 25oC, and duration of storage 4, 8, 12 and 16 day, each mean of colony 1,6 x 104 CFU/ml, 2,7 x 104 CFU/ml, 1,6 x 105 CFU/ml, dan 4,2 x 105 CFU/ml. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi golongan senyawa tanin, flafonoid, alkoloid dan saponin sebagai senyawa antibakteri pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) yang berasal dari Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium, dengan langkah-langkah: Pembuatan ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi. Mengidentifikasi jenis senyawa antibakteri (Tanin, flavonoid, alkaloid , dan saponin) pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) yang berasal dari Kota Kupang mengandung golongan senyawa sebagai antibakteri yaitu golongan senyawa tanin, flafonoid, saponin, dan tidak mengandung golongan senyawa alkaloid.Kata kunci: Identifikasi, antibakteri, Daun, Moringa oleifera L

Abstract

This paper is aimed to construct the Khaled M. Abou al-Fadl’s hermeneutics on hadiths gender, by examining its authentity and interpretation. This study brings a study case on a number of fatwas of Council for Scientific Research and Legal Opinion, the Saudi Arab-based Fatwa Institute. Abou El- Fadl applies a number of hermeneutic works; such as, negotiating process among texts, authors, the prophet’s traditions, and transmitters, as well as the readers. The hermeneutics work was throuruoghly counducted by bringing together the five principal rules: honesty, deligency, comprehensiveness, rationality, and self-restraint. A number of findings found is as follow: first, hadiths being bases of the fatwa are inadequate. Some of them are not authentic and yet proportionally. Second, hadith is the long final authorship product from the prophet as the first author to the level of hadith collector such as Imam Bukhori. Finally, each author's subjectivity can be tightly attached to the hadiths that he or she revealed which historically must be explored.

Abstract

Poor sleep quality in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is caused by shortness of breath, coughing and excessive secretion production. Someone who has good sleep quality will affect his cognitive function, where sleep stage is associated with cerebral blood flow. Increased oxygen consumption can help store memory and learning related to cognitive function. Disorders of cognitive function will affect someone's productivity and even loss of independence. The incidence of COPD increases every year. By BBKPM 2015 that there were 130 patients, 142 in 2016 and 182 in 2017. This study aimed to describe the quality of sleep and cognitive function in COPD patients.This was descriptive study in that number of sample was 52 from 182 populations diagnosed with COPD at BBKPM Makassar. Data collection applied PSQI questionnaires to measure sleep quality and MMSE questionnaire to measure cognitive function.The results revealed that from 52 respondents, 35 (67.3%) performed poor sleep quality while 17 (32.7%) had good sleep quality with average score on PSQI 6.92. In addition, from 52 respondents, 29 (55.8%) had impaired cognitive function while 23 (44.2%) had normal cognitive function with average score on MMSE 22.77.It concluded that patients with COPD experienced poor sleep quality and cognitive impairment. It is encouraged to COPD patients to reduce strenuous activities in order to avoid shortness of breath.

Abstract

Clot retention is a common urological condition, if clot retention is left untreated, it can lead to severe pain, tachycardia, hypertension and bladder rupture, the most common cause of which is post-transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Thus, bladder irrigation is used to prevent obstruction, bleeding and clots that may occur after TURP surgery, and to maintain patency of the urinary catheter. Therefore, it is this systematic aim to evaluate the management of bladder irrigation due to clot retention in patients with urinary disorders. The research design was systematic reveiw based on PRISMA and question formulation using PICOT. The electronic databases used are Pubmed, Scincedirect, Proquest, Wiley and Google Scholar. With research inclusion criteria in accordance with research objectives, English, published in the last 10 years from 2010-2020 and full text. There were 6 articles reviewed, namely 2 articles with the cohort study method and 4 articles with the clinical trial / experimental study method. This systematic review shows that the Manual Bladder Washout (MBW) procedure is the main choice in the treatment of frequent blood clot retention, but there are various new alternative options such as the "thoracic catheter" technique, the "suction bridge" technique, CBI (continued bladder irrigation). based on wireless sensor, MBW (manual bladder irrigation) CATCH-22, modified irrigation fluid and modified Malecot catheter design.ABSTRAKRetensi bekuan darah adalah kondisi urologi yang umum, jika retensi gumpalan dibiarkan tidak diobati, itu dapat menyebabkan rasa sakit yang parah, takikardia, hipertensi dan ruptur kandung kemih, penyebab paling umum adalah pasca-transurethral reseksi prostat (TURP). Sehingga, irigasi kandung kemih digunakan untuk mencegah obstruksi, mengeluarkan darah dan clots yang mungkin terjadi setelah proses pembedahan TURP, serta mempertahankan patensi kateter urin. Oleh karena itu, tujuan sistematik ini untuk mengevaluasi penatalaksanaan irigasi kandung kemih karena retensi bekuan darah pada pasien gangguan perkemihan. Desain penelitian yaitu sistematik reveiw berpedoman pada PRISMA dan formulasi pertanyaan menggunakan PICOT. Database elektronik yang digunakan yaitu Pubmed, Scincedirect, Proquest, Wiley dan Google Scholar. Dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, bahasa Inggris, diterbitkan 10 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2010-2020 dan full teks. Terdapat 6 artikel yang direview yaitu 2 artikel dengan metode cohort study dan 4 artikel dengan metode clinical trial/eksperimental study. Tinjauan sistematik ini menunjukkan bahwa tindakan Manual Bladder Washout (MBW) menjadi pilihan utama dalam penanganan retensi bekuan darah yang sering dilakukan, namun terdapat berbagai pilihan alternative yang baru seperti teknik “thoracic catheter”, teknik “suction bridge”, CBI (continued bladder irrigation) berbasis wireless sensor, MBW (manual bladder irrigation) CATCH-22, modifikasi cairan irigasi dan modifikasi desain kateter Malecot.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease-2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new type of coronavirus, namely SARS-CoV-2. In the beginning of 2020 WHO had declared a global pandemic for this disease and many infected had no symptoms or were mild so they needed isolation, on the other hand there were still many people who didn’t knor about how to self-isolate at home which impacted in the higher transmission rate. This study was aimed to determine the increase in knowledge and abilities of Covid-19 patients regarding care during self-isolation at home. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental approach using purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study were 47 patients who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 who were carrying out self-care at home, willing to be respondents. Health education is carried out using an online method via whatsapp (WA) with booklet media. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Statistical test using t-test. The study showed that there was a significant increase in the knowledge and ability of Covid-19 patients after being given health education about self-care at home. Providing health education online through WA to Covid-19 patients can increase their knowledge and abilities. This research is expected to provide additional information about the health education of Covid-19 patients, especially those who are carrying out self-isolation. For further researchers, in order to examine other variables, such as psychosocial effects and coping mechanisms of Covid-19 patients

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepercayaan diri, kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal, dan perilaku belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas X MAN 2 Model Makassar, serta hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal dengan perilaku belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas X MAN 2 Model Makassar. P melalui teknik random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data untuk kepercayaan diri, kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal dan perilaku belajar ketiganya menggunakan skala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial yait korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata  untuk kepercayaan diri dengan kategori sedang, kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kategori rendah, dan perilaku belajar siswa dengan kategori sedang, sedangkan hasil inferensial yaitu Fhitung>Ftabel sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan kecemasan komuniksai interpersonal dengan perilaku belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas X MAN 2 Model Makassar.
