Due to the manyexistingcardproductswithcertain advantages,making consumersconfusedinchoosingthe cardto be used.Therefore, it is necessary to doresearch onthe faktorsintoconsideration inthe selection ofthe useofprepaidGSMcard.The method of analysis used is Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This method waschosen because it can be used as a comparison to get priorities in order to determine the bestGSM card later. Bardasarkan findings then some of the faktors that become the criteria forselecting the GSM card is the quality faktor with a weight of 0.49%, the price faktor to thepriority weighting faktor of 0.31% and promos with priority weighting of 19%, while supportingquality faktor is the quality cards, signal quality, coverage and quality. Because without anyquality or range of the signal, the use of prepaid GSM cards will not work even though the priceis cheaper and the rate offered more promo.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the loyalty of Lion Air airline behavior. The research design used was causality, while the type of research was quantitative research using the quesionary method. The population of this research is the students of Perbanas and some of the writer's friends who have flown with Lion Air, while the determination of the sample uses non-random sampling techniques and by purposive sampling. The research data used is primary data, obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, conducted using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool u sed is the correlation test, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that: (1) perceived fairness of price has no effect on behavioral loyalty, (2) service quality has a significant effect on behavioral loyalty, (3) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral loyalty (4) Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it shows that quality service is more dominant than the perception of price fairness and customer satisfaction in influencing the behavior of Lion Air airlines.

The mining sector (Mining index) is an index composed of various shares of mining sector issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Indonesia's dependence on the mining sector as a supporter of the economy is reflected in the large contribution of the mining sector to state revenues. Factors that affect stock returns are macroeconomic factors and fundamental factors. Macroeconomic factors stem from broad economic problems, one of which is inflation. This fundamental factor can be seen from the financial statements, and the issuer's financial statements can be seen from the level of financial performance both in terms of the ability to generate profits (profitability). This study aims to prove the effect of inflation and corporate social responsibility on stock returns with profitability as an intervening variable in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is 47 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method that has certain criteria in taking samples that have the 2019-2021 annual financial statements, in order to obtain 141 company. This research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). SEM with PLS is based on variance so that it can handle two conditions, namely conditions with undetermined factors and conditions where the solution cannot be accepted. The analysis used includes descriptive analysis, convergent validity, discriminant validity, construct reliability, R-square, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research that has been done, the variables that have a significant effect on stock returns are profitability variable and corporate social responsibility (CSR) variable.

ABSTRACT The purposes of this research are: 1) To analyze the effectiveness of Tax Withdrawal Tax on Local Tax Target. 2) To analyze how big the rate of growth before and during the application of withdrawal of Mobile Tax on Local Revenue. 3) Projecting the capacity of local governments in determining tax targets to improve local indigenous participation. This research uses quantitative research method by using Secondary Data. The sample of this research is collecting local revenue data around 6 years.The results of this study show that: 1) There is a level of effectiveness in before and during the application of mobile taxes can be deduced on the increasing yield every year. 2) there is a level of effectiveness on before and during the implementation of mobile taxing can be concluded on the results every year has an increase of 14% and 3) There has been an increase contribution in the realization of taxes over the three-year period of Kediri municipal government has increased by proven based on projection analysis. This result indicates that a level of effectiveness in before and during the application of mobile taxes can be deduced on the increasing yield every year. Abstract “Right issue is an event that’s related to information’s publication as an announcement and can be used to observe the market reaction. Theoretically, the market reaction is measured by abnormal return and trading volume activity. This research used paired sample t-test to examine the effect of right issue’s announcement to the abnormal return and trading volume activity, using samples as much as 41 firms from 2009 to 2011. The observation period was 5 days before and 5 days after the announcement’s period. The result showed that the right issue’s announcement did not affect significantly to the abnormal return of firms, while affected significantly to the trading volume activity”. The data analysistoolusedinthisstudyistheMultiple Linear RegressionAnalysis.Based on theresults of thisstudy, itisknownthatthevalue of t arithmetic on the ROE -100 variableshowstheSigvalue of 0.920 smallerthan 0.05 andthe t valueiscalculated on the CSR variable of -0.532 with a Sig 0.597 sothatitcanbeconcludedthat ROE and CSR have a significantpositiveeffect on thevalue of thecompany. Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine how the influence of firm size, asset growth, profitability and corporate income tax on the capital structure of cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The population in this study are all cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria obtained by 4 cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The test method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that firm size, asset growth and profitability (ROE) have no effect on capital structure (DER). Whereas corporate income tax affects the capital structure. Simultaneously, the four independent variables influence the capital structure. Keywords: Firm Size, Asset Growth, Profitability and Corporate Income Tax.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to know the influence of asset growth, funding decision, dividend policy, and the level of inflation to the grade of company in period 2014-2016. The population that used in this research were property and real estate which have listed on Stock Exchange. The subject of the research was determined through purposive sampling. Based on 48 companies, it obtained 11 companies which shared dividend for 4 years sequent. The data analysis that used in this research was multiple linear regression.The findings of the research showed that asset growth, funding decision, and dividend policy was positive significant to the grade of company, meanwhile, the level of inflation was not significant or negative to the grade of company. Abstract This research aims to find out the influence of promotion, advertising power and celebrity endorsement on the buying interest of consumers online shop tokopedia study in students feb Universitas Islam Malang Force 2018. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire dissemination methods. The sample in this study was as many as 100 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This research has qualified for validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is a test of classical assumptions, normality, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and determination coefficient analysis. The variables used in this study are the Buy Interest variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Promotion, Ad Attractiveness and Celebrity Endorsement.The results of this study concluded that Variable Promotion, Ad Attractiveness and Celebrity Endorsements are influential both simultaneously and partially on Consumer Buying Interests. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sangat cepat dan pesat saat ini menjadi tuntutan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk selalu menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi terhadap usaha untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan membuat sistem informasi pengelolaan data siswa di MI Nahdlatul Ulama Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa kinerja sistem yang ada di MI Nahdlatul Ulama saat ini masih berjalan lambat dan untuk pengolahan data siswa dan pendaftaran peserta didik baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), metode ini merupakan metode dasar dalam pembuatan sistem informasi yang dimulai dari pemodelan proses bisnisnya, analisa sistem, desain, pembuatan sistem dan pengujian, untuk pemrogramannya menggunakan bahasa PHP dan MySql denganframework codeigniter. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Pengelolahan Data Siswa MI Nahdlatul Ulama.
