This study aims to determine the exact analysis of the work environment in improving the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang. This type of research is qualitative. The type of data used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews. The object of this research is the manager and employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang, totaling five people. The results of the research that can be written show that the non-physical work environment at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang is inadequate It is said to be inadequate because communication between coworkers is less harmonious. The factor for the lack of communication at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang is the fatigue factor or work pressure factor. The physical work environment at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang is not ideal as there are still some office facilities that have not been fulfilled and this affects the work environment of employees and will have an impact on the survival of the company

Profit growth is one measure of a banks success in meeting the banks health levels.The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously determine the effect ofrisk profile (NPL), good corporate governance (GCG), earnings (ROA), andcapital (CAR) on profit growth at Regional Development Banks in Indonesia in2017 - 2019. The method used in this research is quantitative method, while thetype of data is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the classicalassumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test, and determinationcoefficient test.The results of this study found that partially the risk profile has noeffect on profit growth. Partially the GCG has no effect on profit growth. Partiallythe earnings affects profit growth. Partially the capital has no effect on profitgrowth. While simultaneously the risk profile, GCG, earnings, and capital have aneffect on profit growth

Virtual Reality (VR) is not new in today's digital era. This technology has developed very quickly and has penetrated into many aspects of life, such as education. In this article, researchers reviewed current and previous research, to understand the extent to which Virtual Reality (VR) technology is used as an alternative learning media in educational institutions using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by defining research questions as the first step. The search process was carried out from Scopus database using Publish or Perish 8 tools, and the selection of articles was based on inclusion and exclusion criteria related to the research questions. There were 200 articles found in the early stages of the search with a total of 22 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results obtained are in the form of a discussion of several aspects related to the use of virtual reality as a learning medium, such as: the type of technology, the location of educational institutions that use VR, learning domains, educational levels, evaluation techniques for learning with VR, and the purpose/benefit of its use.

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Green Products, Green Promotion, Green Prices and Green Places on Interest in Buying Savings Products at Bank OCBC NISP (Case Study at Central Bank OCBC NISP). This study uses primary data and the data used in this study were obtained. from distributing questionnaires to Bank OCBC NISP Customers located at Bank OCBC NISP's head office. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS version 26 application. This study used a sample of 150 respondents who were customers. The results of the study partially show that Green Products, Green Promotions and Green Prices have an influence on consumer buying interest, while Green Places have no influence on buying interest.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, ULaMM PANTAS product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Tangerang Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS program. The unit of analysis used is all ULaMM Pantas customers of PT. Civil National Capital Branch of Tangerang which has done a minimum of two Top Ups. The sample consists of 300 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using online questionnaires. The results of the study prove that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service and product quality on customer loyalty. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the customer satisfaction in mediating the quality of services and products, the higher the loyalty of ULaMM PANTAS customers to PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Tangerang Branch Office.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic risk management activities for non-mortgage guarantees, analyze risk management that occurs if a guarantee is not installed with mortgage rights in it and analyze the executor's efforts if there is bad or problematic financing at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Branch Office Jakarta. Researchers used a type of field research (field research), with a qualitative approach, using data obtained directly from employees PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Branch Office Jakarta. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity analysis used source triangulation, data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Identification and measurement of non-mortgage credit risk is carried out by PNM before extending credit to prospective customers. PNM conducts assessments, surveys of customer backgrounds, businesses and guarantees provided by customers. Monitoring and controlling credit risk is carried out when credit has been given to customers. Steps taken include persuasive billing and visits to troubled customers.

Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 1997 tentang Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) dirasakan oleh lembaga litbang pemerintah sebagai penghambat lajunya pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha pelayanan jasa teknologi, setidaknya bila dibandingkan dengan ketentuan sebelumnya, yakni Keppres Nomor 38 Tahun 1991 tentang Unit Swadana dan Tata Cara Pengelolaannya.Atas dasar banyaknya keluhan dari berbagai pihak, lahirlah Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2002 tentang Sistem Nasional Penelitian, Pengembangan, dan Penerapan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 20 Tahun 2005 tentang Alih Teknologi Kekayaan Intelektual serta Hasil Penelitian dan Pengembangan oleh Perguruan Tinggi dan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Kedua peraturan tersebut merupakan lex specialis dari rezim PNBP. Artinya, semua PNBP yang khusus berasal dari alih teknologi kekayaan intelektual dan kegiatan pelayanan jasa iptek dapat digunakan langsung oleh perguruan tinggi dan lembaga litbang pemerintah tanpa harus disetor terlebih dahulu ke Kas Negara.

This study aims to assess the improvement in students' learning outcomes in science lessons focused on energy sources and energy transformation. The research uses a classroom action research (CAR) approach with the objective of enhancing students' academic performance. The study participants are fourth-grade students from SD Negeri 095 Gunung Tua in Panyabungan Subdistrict, comprising 17 students in total. Data collection methods include observation, tests, and documentation. Results indicate that student learning outcomes improved from an average score of 66.18 in the first cycle—where 7 students (29.41%) met the minimum competency criteria (KKM) and 12 students (70.59%) did not—to an average score of 81.65 in the second cycle, with 15 students (88.23%) achieving the KKM and only 2 students (11.76%) falling short, marking a average 17.64% increase. These findings suggest that using the Discovery Learning method in fourth-grade science lessons on energy sources and energy transformation at SD Negeri 095 Gunung Tua has effectively enhanced student learning outcomes.

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Wiralodra melakukan salah satu kegiatan sosialisasi tentang “Pentingnya Menabung Sejak Usia Dini” kepada anak-anak SDN 1 Kedokangabus yang berada di desa Kedokangabus Kecamatan Gabuswetan Kabupaten Indramayu, mengingat masih rendahnya budaya menabung di kalangan masyarakat khususnya pada anak-anak usia dini. Adapun waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut yaitu pada tanggal 29 Juli 2022. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada anak-anak mengenai pentingnya menabung dan manfaatnya untuk masa depan, dan memotivasi anak-anak untuk mau menabung sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran pada anak-anak untuk dapat menyisihkan sebagian kecil dari uang jajannya untuk ditabung. Metode Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi ini yaitu dengan Metode Penyuluhan dan interaktif secara tatap muka di ruan kelas SD. Hasil dari kegiatan Sosialisasi ini diharapkan para anak-anak di desa Kedokangabus khususnya pada anak-anak SD dapat menerapkan pola hidup yang hemat demi masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract The main target of the Faculty/Postgraduate Community Service (PPM-WBF) activities is physical education teachers in elementary schools in Indramayu Regency. Service activities are carried out by providing both theoretical and practical knowledge about PJOK teachers' knowledge about fostering athletic sports achievements for early childhood and increasing PJOK teachers' competencies about athletics. The participants of this activity were PJOK teachers as many as 33 participants. Community Service Activities in Faculty/Postgraduate Areas (PPM-WBF) have been carried out well. Community Service Activities in Faculty/Postgraduate Areas (PPM-WBF) Coaching Clinic The application of the Kids Athletic Learning Model in Physical Education and Health Learning in Indramayu Regency received an enthusiastic response from the participants of the activity. This is evident from the participation rate of activity participants of more than 100%. The level of satisfaction of PJOK teachers with this coaching clinic activity is very high, which is 89.24%. Keywords: Coaching Clinic, Kids Athletic, PJOK teacher Abstrak Sasaran utama kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Wilayah Binaan Fakultas/Pascasarjana (PPM-WBF) adalah adalah guru-guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah Dasar si Kabupaten Indramayu. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pemberian pengetahuan baik teori maupun praktek tentang pengetahuan guru PJOK tentang pembinaan prestasi olahraga atletik bagi anak usia dini serta peningkatan kompetensi guru PJOK tentang kids atletik. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah guru PJOK sebanyak 33 peserta. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Wilayah Binaan Fakultas/Pascasarjana (PPM-WBF) telah terlaksana dengan baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Wilayah Binaan Fakultas/Pascasarjana (PPM WBF) Coaching Clinic Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kids atletik Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan Di Kabupaten Indramayu mendapatkan respon yang antusias dari para peserta kegiatan. Hal ini terbukti dari tingkat partisipasi peserta kegiatan sebesar lebih dari 100%. Tingkat kepuasaan guru PJOK terhadap kegiatan coaching clinic ini sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 89,24%.
