Abstract

Along with the advancement of information technology, the use of computer technology in education has become a subject of increasing attention. The large number of articles that conduct studies on the same field of science may produce different conclusions in their studies, especially in seeing the effect of using computer technology on improving learning outcomes, for this reason a study is needed to analyze this effect. We collected and analyzed information from various relevant studies over the past few years from 2020 to 2023, totaling 16 articles from various sources. This meta-analysis involves research conducted in various contexts of using computer technology in the learning process at various levels of education, with the criteria of the article having an experimental class and a control class, having data such as the number of samples, mean and standard deviation so that the effect size value can be obtained. This research uses quantitative methods by utilizing openmee software as an effect size measure. The results of the analysis show that the utilization of computer technology significantly improves student learning outcomes. This was found in a variety of subjects and education levels, from elementary school to college. In addition, the average effect size results show that it is in the medium category, which means that the use of computer technology in learning affects learning outcomes

Abstract

Media pembelajaran daring sangat diperlukan terutama pada masa pandemi covid-19 saat ini. Namun, media pembelajaran yang tersedia belum mampu untuk menunjang proses dan manajemen dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran daring terutama dalam pembelajaran matematika. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media e-learning berbasis LMS yang dinamakan dengan ELMA (E-learning for Mathematics) dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi). Hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh  berada pada kategori “sangat baik”dan hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh  berada pada kategori “sangat baik”, hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan media ELMA layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, hasil uji coba terbatas terhadap satu kelas di kelas VIII diperoleh  yang berarti bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan media ELMA mendapatkan respon yang “sangat baik”. Oleh karena itu, media ELMA layak dan dapat untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Farming activities that require love of the environment, tenacity, creativity and responsibility are expected to be able to improve the productive and independent character of program participants. The target participants for this program are teenagers who take part in the taklim assembly. Implementation methods include surveys, outreach, training, mentoring, evaluation and reporting. The survey was carried out by visiting potential partners, requesting their willingness to partner in carrying out activities and determining the time and place for socialization and training activities on hydropnic farming as a form of backyard farming. Socialization and training were carried out by inviting mosque teenagers and parents of Islamic study students who were motivated to take part in the activities. Furthermore, mentoring activities are carried out periodically until the plants are ready to be harvested. After the first harvest, several partner members were interested in continuing backyard farming activities using a hydroponic system and growing plants in pots/polybags. The results of monitoring before reporting the progress of this activity show that it is ready to harvest for the second period and the hybrid red chili plants planted in polybags have started to bear fruit. This condition indicates that the participants' motivation to carry out production activities, one of which is backyard farming, is starting to grow. It is hoped that program participants will be skilled in carrying out backyard farming and be able to develop it into an additional source of family income, so that apart from being beneficial for a greener environment, it also provides economic benefits. In order to measure the success of the program, the implementers conducted a survey via questionnaire to participants regarding the participants' attitudes towards socialization and training activities as well as towards hydroponic cultivation as a form of backyard farming practice. The results of filling out the questionnaire have been tabulated and analyzed at the next stage

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis learning trajectory peserta didik berdasarkan argumentasi matematis. Penelitian menggunakan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Subjek penelitian diambil secara purposive sebanyak empat orang peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Islam Terpadu Qoshrul Muhajirin berdasarkan learning trajectory peserta didik dan tipe argumentasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes argumentasi matematis, tes tipe argumentasi dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) learning trajectory peserta didik pada tipe argumentasi matematis induktif yaitu menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan memanfaatkan gambar pada soal. (2) learning trajectory peserta didik pada tipe argumentasi matematis aljabar menggunakan rumus khusus dalam menyelesaikan masalah. (3) learning trajectory peserta didik pada tipe argumentasi matematis pictorial menggunakan ilustrasi gambar dengan rumus dalam menyelesaikan masalah.  (4) learning trajectory peserta didik pada tipe argumentasi matematis perseptual dengan menggunakan bantuan ilustrasi gambar pada soal serta membuktikannya dengan rumus terstruktur.

Abstract

Kualitas tidur menjadi bagian penting dari kualitas hidup seseorang, masalah  tidur yang dirasakan lansia karena banyak pikiran dan nyeri. Pengobatan dengan non farmakologi yaitu dengan relaksasi benson. Teknik Relaksasi Benson merupakan teknik pernapasan yang menggabungkan relaksasi fixed minded untuk menenangkan dan merilekskan tubuh, melepaskan ketegangan pada saat stres, dan melepaskan diri dari ancaman.. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh. terapi. benson. terhadap. kualitas. tidur. Lansia. Metode.penelitian.: Penelitian menggunakan metode penerapan studi kasus dengan melakukan pengukuran pretest dan posttest. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kusioner Pitssburgh Sleep.Quality Index (PSQI) dengan uji validitas (r=0.73) dan uji reliabilitas (Cronbach’s α=0.83). Hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test untuk mengetahui nilai pengaruh antar variabel. Responden dalam penerapan ini sebanyak 4 orang lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi.  Penerapan terapi benson dilakukan selama 10 menit sebelum tidur dan diterapkan selama 5 hari berturut-turut. Hasil : Penerapan terapi benson terhadap kualitas tidur lansia didapatkan adanya penuruanan skor Pitssburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dimana hasil menunjukkan mayoritas memiliki skor kualitas tidur yang baik. Hasil  Paired Sample T test terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari terapi benson terhadap skor Pitssburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) pada masing-masing kualitas tidur responden dengan p-value < 0.05. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh penerapan terapi benson terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Technology today continues to develop in various fields, including learning technology. One of the many learning methods that can improve the quality and quantity of learning is website-based learning. In the current era, many students access the website as an online learning resource. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of website-based learning media in exploring mathematical numeracy skills based on student behaviorism. This type of quantitative research with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques in the form of pre-test and post-test through questions of mathematical numeracy skills. The research was conducted at one of the State Junior High Schools in Ciamis Regency with the research subjects of class VII as many as 30 students who participated in the entire series of studies. The results of this study indicate that the web-based learning media developed based on learner behaviorism is effective in exploring mathematical numeracy skills, with the quality of effectiveness (effect size) of 1.47692 1.00 being in the "Strong effect" criteria.

Abstract

Digital era learning media can enhance quality and facilitate teachers and students in teaching and learning activities. YouTube is a very popular online video-sharing platform. Users can watch, upload, and share videos easily. Its content is highly diverse, ranging from Islamic film clips, Qur'an recitations, to Qur'an educational videos and tutorials. Currently owned by Google, YouTube is the second most popular site in the world. YouTube can provide learning to humans in the form of edited videos on the application. It helps students understand complex subject matter, bridge understanding gaps, and improve learning effectiveness. This application is highly favored by teachers and students because the videos presented are well-structured and can even deliver learning in a short time. This study employs library research, an approach involving in-depth analysis of literature. It discusses the implementation of YouTube in Qur'an Hadith learning in Madrasah, including how to use the application, its advantages and disadvantages, and its goal for teachers and students to use this media effectively. Thus, this study aims to provide more accurate information, relevance, and how to utilize YouTube in Qur'an and Hadith learning effectively. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate technology appropriately and effectively in learning, as well as develop teacher competencies in managing technology-based learning.

Abstract

Kampung Sabbe’ta di Desa Pising merupakan Sentra Pengembangan Sutra yang memiliki beberapa kelompok masyarakat pengrajin sutra yang aktif menghasilkan benang sutra. Belum adanya kelembagaan yang mendukung kegiatan peruteraan di daerah tersebut sehingga perlu adanya penguatan sistem kelembagaan untuk kegiatan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pada tahun 2024, tim pengadian Fakultas Kehutanan, Unhas fokus pada transfer ilmu pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pembentukan kelembagaan guna meningkatkan produktifitas masyarakat serta strategi promosi kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah ada di Kampung Sabbeta’. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pemantapan kelembagaan sentra pengembangan sutra dengan berbagai divisi terutama R&D (Riset and Development), divisi pengemasan dan divisi penjualan. Selain itu membantu memfasilitasi promosi secara daring dan luring. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan FGD (Fokus Group Discussion). Hasil kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program kemitraan-masyarakat, diharapkan Kampung Sabbe’ta sebagai sentra pengembangan sutra memiliki kelembagaan yang intergrated mulai dari alur pemasaran, peningkatan produktifitas serta penanganan limbah. Pemerintah dan semua stakeholder dapat menjadi mitra kerjasama yang akan mendukung kegiatan pengembangan sutra terutama di Kampung Sabbe’ta, Kabupaten Soppeng, Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the metaphorical thinking approach on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities and determine the percentage of students' mathematical critical thinking abilities who use the metaphorical thinking approach. The method used is the experimental method, namely Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in the study was all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya. The samples in the research were students in class VIII G as the experimental class and class VIII A as the control class. The sample technique uses random assignment. The instrument used is a description test of mathematical critical thinking abilities. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by analyzing and measuring students' mathematical critical thinking skills using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Normality test using Shapiro Wilk, homogeneity test using Levene's, mean difference test (right side) using Independent Sample T- Test, and the Mann Whitney test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the metaphorical thinking approach on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. The mathematical critical thinking ability of students with a metaphorical thinking approach is in the high category 40.625%, medium 40.625%, low 18.75%, and the overall average score is 58% in the medium category.

Abstract

Kurangnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyatakan ulang konsep dari soal yang diberikan, yang merupakan indikator pemahaman konsep, berkontribusi pada kesalahan penggunaan rumus dan nilai yang rendah dalam ulangan harian materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivan model project based learning berbantuan papercraft terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre-eksperimen design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Darmaraja. Sampel pada penelitia ini yairu kelas VIII-D diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu tes pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model project based learning berbantuan papercraft efektif terhadap pemahaman matematis peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan ketercapaian melampaui Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) dalam pemahaman matematika dengan nilai rata-rata 79,85, nilai terendah kelas memiliki nilai 70 dan nilai tertinggi adalah 90. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, H0 diterima jika exact.sig > 0,05. Nilai exact.sig yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Versi 24.yaitu sebesar 0,024, maka pada taraf α = 0,05 H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model project based learning efektif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik.
