Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of academic supervision and teacher administration on the quality of classroom learning processes, with teacher competence as an intervening variable. The research background is based on the fact that learning quality still faces challenges, particularly in terms of the effectiveness of academic supervision and the regularity of teacher learning administration. This study used a quantitative approach with explanatory methods and path analysis techniques to test the causal relationships between the variables studied. The subjects were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Margaasih. The analysis results showed that teacher administration had a significant effect on teacher competence, while academic supervision showed a positive but insignificant effect. In the model of influence on the quality of the learning process, teacher administration was again the most significantly influential variable, while academic supervision and teacher competence did not show significant effects. The indirect effect through teacher competence showed a small contribution but still acted as a mediator. The study's conclusion confirms that teacher administration is a dominant factor in improving the quality of the learning process. Meanwhile, weaknesses in the implementation of academic supervision and the suboptimal manifestation of teacher competency in teaching practice demonstrate the need for ongoing development and comprehensive strengthening of teacher professional capacity. Efforts to improve the quality of learning must be carried out through an integrative approach that encompasses structural, pedagogical, and reflective aspects.

Abstract

Amidst the rapid growth of digital literacy, subsistence UMKM are a low-income group, particularly female heads of households who are the backbone of their families, facing the dual challenges of limited access to resources and digital literacy gaps. The government plays an active role in community empowerment programs through training in general business development. Therefore, community empowerment through digital-based entrepreneurship education addresses these challenges by opening mindsets, connecting ideas, skills, and market access through digital technology, and promoting cross-sector collaboration in a mutually reinforcing ecosystem. This study aims to determine the role of digital-based entrepreneurship education in the success of such community empowerment programs. This research collaborates with the Women's Empowerment Agency (DP2PA) in collaboration with the Indonesian Creative Women's Community and academics from the UMKM Entrepreneurship Institute of Widya Gama Mahakam University in Samarinda in an empowerment program through non-formal entrepreneurship education at women's business schools. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data obtained through interviews and observations, using instruments in the form of interview guides and observation guides. There were 15 participants consisting of organizers, mentors, facilitators, and business school participants. The data analysis process was applied inductively by referring to Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes five stages, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results of the study show that the success of the empowerment program requires the role of entrepreneurship education in encouraging an entrepreneurial attitude, the ability to identify and create business opportunities, and the ability to integrate digital technical skills and strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset. In practical terms, this study concludes that amid digital disruption, digital-based entrepreneurship education, mentoring, and community become the main catalysts for the transition of subsistence UMKM to sustainable businesses

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a valid and practical Teaching Factory-based Field Work Practice learning model to improve the competency of Vocational High School students. This research is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of Field Work Practice, which is still lacking in structure, measurement, and is not fully aligned with industry standards. This research used a Research and Development (RD) approach with the ADDIE development model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instruments consisted of an expert validation sheet and a teacher practicality questionnaire with a five-level scale. The validation subjects involved five experts, while the practicality test was conducted by five teachers teaching the Field Work Practice subject. The results showed that the TeFa-based Field Work Practice learning model achieved a validity level of 93.15%, categorized as very valid, and a practicality level of 90.8%, categorized as very practical. These results indicate that the developed model has high design quality, is easy to implement, and is relevant to the needs of industry-based learning. The implication of this research is that the Teaching Factory-based Field Work Practice model can be used as a strategic alternative in implementing Field Work Practice in vocational schools, especially in overcoming limited industrial access, as well as contributing to improving student competencies through authentic, structured, and work-oriented learning experiences.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the decline of moral integrity in legal politics and public policy in Indonesia, characterized by the dominance of pragmatic interests and the insufficient implementation of Pancasila values and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Normatively, the strengthening of state ideology is mandated in Article 1(3) of the 1945 Constitution, which affirms Indonesia as a state governed by law, Article 31(3) concerning the development of a national education system based on faith, piety, and noble character, and Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System emphasizing character building. However, in practice, the teaching of Pancasila and constitutional values remains suboptimal across educational levels, resulting in weak ideological and constitutional understanding among society, including academics, public officials, and legal practitioners. This research aims to analyze the condition of moral integrity in legal politics, examine the impact of weak ideological education, and formulate a reconstruction of national legal development based on Pancasila and constitutional values. The study employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, philosophical, and historical approaches. The findings indicate that moral degradation in legal politics is closely linked to the weak internalization of Pancasila values in education and legal practice. Therefore, strengthening Pancasila education, reforming legal policies, and reinforcing constitutional values across all aspects of national life are essential to achieving a just, moral, and sustainable legal system.

Abstract

This literature review examines the implementation of restorative justice as a contemporary criminal policy instrument, tracing its paradigmatic shift from retributive punishment to relational healing. Drawing on scholarly literature published between 2020 and 2026, the study synthesizes conceptual foundations, regulatory frameworks, operational mechanisms, and implementation barriers. Findings reveal that while Indonesia has advanced restorative practices through sectoral regulations and juvenile diversion, fragmented legislation, resource constraints, and entrenched retributive cultures hinder consistent application. Evidence indicates that properly facilitated processes enhance victim satisfaction, reduce judicial burdens, and promote offender accountability, yet success depends on voluntary participation and institutional safeguards. The review concludes that realizing restorative justice’s potential requires unified legislation, sustained capacity building, and systematic monitoring. Ultimately, it offers a culturally resonant pathway toward humane criminal justice reform.
