Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan terkait kinerja manusia tenaga kependidikan dan bagaimana prioritas yang digunakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja manusia melalui intervensi Perilaku Organisasi (OB) dengan menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Penelitian dilakukandengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengujian Two-Steps terhadap elemen dan cluster teori OB untuk menemukan prioritas permasalahan yang secara faktual terjadi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Sampel responden penelitian sebanyak 30 orang, dengan rincian 15 orang responden kategori ahli dan 15 orang responden kategori praktisi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik kuota sampling. Pengolahan data awal menggunakan SuperDecisionSoftware. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prioritas intervensi OB adalah Level Kelompok dengan skor (0,152), Struktur Kelompok dengan skor (0,503), kepemimpinan (0,467), dan keaktifan kelompok (0,605). Kemudian, peningkatan kinerja dilakukan melalui Intervensi OB pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta.

Abstract

Pengembangan Perpustakaan Digital Sebagai Pusat Sumber Belajar Untuk Meningkatkan Budaya Literasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya budaya literasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan khususnya pada minat membaca. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah yang membantu siswa dan siswi mengenah kejuruan untuk mendapatkan digital library yang merupakan bagian dari program inovasi berisi ruang eksplorasi dan wadah apresiasi yang dikemas secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan juga untuk membantu para guru khususnya guru sekolah menengah kejuruan untuk memudahkan dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan perpustakaan digital ini. Metode pengembangan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode penelitian Borg & Gall dengan sepuluh langkah, yakni: Research and Information colletion, Planning, Develop Preliminary form of Product, Preliminary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing, Operational Product Revision, Operational Field Testing, Final Product Revision, dan Disemination and Implementasi. Penelitain ini juga bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa dan dosen di FIP UMJ untuk mencari sumber ajar dan sumber pustaka.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to examine how character education is viewed in Islamic Education. This study utilises qualitative methods, specifically library research. The data for this study is derived from written materials relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that character education and Islamic education are not in conflict, but rather complement each other in fostering societal growth and promoting a civilised community. The virtues promoted in character education, such as integrity, accountability, patriotism, compassion, peacefulness, acceptance, self-control, innovation, and more, are all encouraged in Islamic doctrine and are traits of individuals who have faith and reverence for Allah SWT.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum (Independent Curriculum) demands a learning transformation toward a more flexible, student-centered approach, where interactive media is expected to play a key role. However, a comprehensive synthesis of how this media is being implemented, its consistent impact, and the real-world challenges in Indonesian Elementary Schools remains lacking. This study aims to analyze the role of interactive learning media in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Elementary Schools. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology adhering to the PRISMA protocol. An article search (2020–2024) was conducted using Publish or Perish on the Google Scholar, Scopus, and SINTA databases. From 985 identified articles, 10 articles were selected through a rigorous screening and criteria process for qualitative synthesis. The synthesis results show a strong consensus: (1) Interactive media consistently improves both cognitive (learning outcomes) and affective (motivation, learning interest, critical thinking) domains, aligning with global trends. (2) Two dominant media categories were identified: Low-Code/No-Code platforms (like Canva and LearningApps) and Developed Applications (such as Android-based media). (3) A "publication gap" was found; the primary implied challenge is a "Second-Order Barrier" (teacher digital competency), which in the Indonesian context co-exists with "First-Order Barriers" (infrastructure), creating a "dual challenge".

Abstract

IDENTIFIKASI MISKONSEPSI SISWA MENGGUNAKAN UJI ISOMORFIK: KASUS HUKUM NEWTON TENTANG GERAKAbstractStudents' misconceptions can lead to learning failure if they are not addressed. In this study, using Google Form, we identify students’ misconceptions using the isomorphic test method on Newton's Law of Motion, especially the principles of dynamics. This study is quantitative research conducted in three junior high schools in South Tangerang. There are 90 participants involved that was selected by purposive sampling method. The research instrument was an isomorphic test in form of multiple choice with nine questions with three indicators namely: analyzing the application of Newton’s I law in daily life; analyzing the correlation between force and mass and the acceleration of a moving object; and analyzing the application of Newton’s III Law in daily life. The results showed that the students were identified as having misconceptions in Newton’s Law concept using isomorphic tests, including misconceptions of inertia and misconceptions of Newton’s Third Law of Motion. One of the misconceptions is that students assume an object will maintain its initial position in motion by applying a new force in the opposite direction. The students' misconceptions found in this study can be used as a reference so that they can be overcome in the learning process.AbstrakMiskonsepsi dapat menyebabkan siswa sulit belajar jika tidak segera diatasi. Dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan Google Form, kami mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi siswa menggunakan instrumen tes isomorfik pada materi Hukum Newton tentang gerak, khususnya pada prinsip-prinsip dinamika. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di tiga SMP di Tangerang Selatan. Terdapat 90 partisipan yang dilibatkan yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes isomorfik berupa pilihan ganda dengan sembilan soal dengan tiga indicator yaitu menganalisis penerapan hukum I Newton dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; menganalisis hubungan antara gaya dan massa dengan percepatan suatu benda yang bergerak; dan menganalisis penerapan Hukum 3 Newton dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa teridentifikasi mengalami miskonsepsi pada konsep Hukum Newton. Diantara miskonsepsinya adalah siswa berasumsi bahwa benda akan mempertahankan posisi awalnya dalam gerak dengan memberikan gaya baru dalam arah yang berlawanan. Miskonsepsi siswa yang ditemukan dalam studi ini dapat menjadi referensi sehingga dapat diatasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The implementation of Teaching Factory in vocational education continues to develop as a strategy to bring the learning process closer to the world of work, but studies that specifically discuss its application in the Program Keahlian Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura at SMKN 7 Ende remain limited. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Teaching Factory, the synchronization of the curriculum with industry needs, the application of a block-system learning schedule, as well as its supporting and inhibiting factors. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research participants consisted of the principal, the vice principal for curriculum affairs, the head of the expertise program, productive teachers, the Teaching Factory coordinator, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the implementation of Teaching Factory had been carried out through the use of the school’s practice land, but it did not yet fully reflect the industrial work system. Curriculum synchronization with industry needs was also not yet optimal, and the learning schedule had not implemented a block system for practice. The main supporting factors included the availability of land, the support of the principal, the agrarian condition of the region, and students’ enthusiasm, while the inhibiting factors included limited industry partnerships, teacher competence, production facilities, and the absence of an established school production unit. These findings emphasize the importance of developing a Teaching Factory based on local potential in a more systematic and sustainable manner in order to strengthen the linkage between vocational education and industry needs.

Abstract

The phenomenon of flexingreligious flexing phenomenon on social media shows a change in the way the young Muslim generationexpress piety in the digital space. This research aims toanalyze the forms and motivations behind religious flexing as well as its implications for the meaning of self-authenticity.implications for the meaning of self-authenticity. By using a qualitativeapproach through discourse analysis of posts on Instagram and TikTok as well as interviews with young Muslim creators, it was found that religious expressions are ofteninterviews with young Muslim creators, it was found that religious expressions often functionas a form of personal da'wah and a social existence strategy.social existence strategy. While reinforcing a positive image of Islam, this phenomenon also raises thedilemma between sincerity and self-image. Abstract

Pendidikan dasar membutuhkan kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan struktur dan isi Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan analisis dokumen resmi dan kajian akademis terkait. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka menawarkan fleksibilitas dan pendekatan berbasis proyek, sementara Kurikulum 2013 lebih terpusat dengan pendekatan tematik terpadu. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menghadapi tantangan kesiapan guru dan sumber daya yang belum merata. Kesimpulannya, Kurikulum Merdeka lebih adaptif terhadap tuntutan pendidikan modern, tetapi membutuhkan dukungan pelatihan dan infrastruktur yang memadai.

Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar merupakan langkah strategis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21, dengan menekankan fleksibilitas, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan pengembangan kompetensi siswa seperti berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, kreativitas, serta komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya, dan menyusun rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review) terhadap studi-studi terdahulu terkait implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, memperkuat karakter Pelajar Pancasila, dan mendorong pembelajaran yang lebih relevan dengan kehidupan nyata, meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan kebijakan, pelatihan intensif bagi guru, serta penguatan infrastruktur untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan konsistensi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
