Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the strategy of learning habituation as part of the hidden curriculum in shaping and enhancing Islamic character among students at SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Setiabudi Pamulang. Islamic character is a crucial aspect of education that is instilled not only through Islamic Religious Education subjects but also through habitual practices in daily school life. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, students, and educational staff. The results show that the habituation strategy is implemented through routine activities such as congregational prayers, Qur'an recitation, collective prayers, and the cultivation of polite behavior. These habituations are consistently applied and integrated into the school culture, thus fostering Islamic values such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, and mutual respect. The role of teachers, parents, and the guidance and counseling approach also supports the success of this strategy. Despite challenges, such as the lack of continuity of habituation at home, the synergy between school and family becomes a key factor in sustainably instilling Islamic character. Therefore, the habituation strategy as a hidden curriculum has proven effective in improving students’ Islamic character and can serve as a model for strengthening character education based on Islamic values in schools.

Abstract

An objective and standardized technician performance evaluation is essential for improving efficiency and service quality in companies. CV. Difacom Solusindo faces challenges due to its current manual and subjective assessment process, which often leads to unfair evaluations and reduced employee motivation. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist in evaluating technician performance. The system incorporates five key criteria: discipline, work quality, punctuality, teamwork, and customer feedback. The results demonstrate that the system effectively produces objective, fast, and transparent evaluations, supporting more accurate managerial decision-making.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro (UM) di Kecamatan Maccini Parang, Kota Makassar, yaitu terbatasnya jangkauan pasar dan rendahnya daya saing produk akibat minimnya pemanfaatan platform digital. Meskipun UM memiliki kualitas produk yang baik, kegagalan dalam strategi branding yang kuat dan storytelling yang menarik menyebabkan produk-produk tersebut kesulitan menembus pasar yang lebih luas, terutama di tengah persaingan ekonomi digital saat ini. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi praktis dan terstruktur melalui pelatihan komprehensif yang berfokus pada ilmu administrasi bisnis dan pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melibatkan tiga tahapan utama: 1) Analsisis Kebutuhan dan identifikasi profil UM peserta; 2) Pelatihan Intensif, yang mencakup modul-modul tentang prinsip dasar branding produk (diferensiasi, nilai jual unik), teknik penyusunan storytelling yang otentik dan berdampak (menceritakan asal-usul, proses, dan nilai sosial produk), serta administrasi visual produk untuk platform digital; dan 3) Pendampingan Implementasi dan evaluasi, di mana peserta didorong untuk segera mempraktikkan materi di media sosial dan marketplace. Pelatihan ini menekankan pada konsep administrasi bisnis kontemporer, yaitu marketing management dan strategic communication, yang diadaptasi agar mudah diterapkan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro. Total peserta pelatihan adalah 30 pelaku UM yang bergerak di berbagai sektor, termasuk kuliner, kerajinan, dan jasa. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar minimal 80% mengenai pentingnya identitas merek dan narasi digital, serta terciptanya prototype konten storytelling yang siap unggah (ready-to-upload) untuk setiap UM. Luaran jangka panjang yang ditargetkan adalah perluasan jangkauan pasar UM di Kecamatan Maccini Parang hingga keluar wilayah Makassar, peningkatan volume penjualan, dan terciptanya merek-merek lokal yang kuat dan diingat oleh konsumen. Kesuksesan program ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi ilmu administrasi bisnis yang tepat dan terfokus pada literasi digital dapat menjadi katalisator bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi mikro di tingkat komunitas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the integrated assessment for Learning (AfL) which is assisted by the Tryout application in scientific approach on students' conceptual understanding. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted at a high school in Malang with a sample of two classes by a random cluster sampling technique. There were two classes involved, namely one as an experimental class (using an integrated AfL assisted with a tryout application in scientific approach) and one as a control class (using a scientific approach through assignment instructions). Thirthy four students in each class were tough the work and energy topic. The test instrument used was 20 reasoned multiple-choice questions with a reliability of 0.62. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the posttest mean scores of the experimental class students and the control class students (p = 0.017). Descriptive analysis showed that the mean scores of posttest students for the experiment and control class were 61.76 and 54.26, respectively. That means that the conceptual understanding of students who learn with integrated AfL that assisted by tryout application in scientific approach was higher than students who learn with the scientific approach through assignments.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the scientific reasoning level of students in urban and rural areas on heat and temperature topic. This current study involved 104 students from two schools in urban areas and three schools in rural areas. The instrument used was a six-item essay test. The result showed that the students' scientific reasoning score was still low. However, based on the Mann–Whitney test, the study found that there was a significant difference in scientific reasoning scores between students in urban and rural areas. Both students in urban and rural areas were indicated to have higher proportional reasoning when compared to the other kinds of scientific reasoning. In particular, students’ proportional reasoning in urban areas was higher than in rural areas. The result also showed that probabilistic reasoning and correlational reasoning of students in the rural area tended to be unstable compared to students in the urban area. The implication is that physics teachers in the rural area should make maximum use of the facilities in practicing student reasoning skills.

Abstract

While the concept of integrating religion and science is frequently debated at philosophical and epistemological levels, there remains a critical need to operationalize these ideas into concrete learning practices within Islamic educational institutions. This research investigates the technical policies guiding the management of this integration through the Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) curriculum at the Faculty of Education, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Utilizing a qualitative-descriptive approach structured around a case study method, the study reveals that the integration of religious values and scientific inquiry is systematically applied across AIK courses 1 through 4. Specifically, the AIK-3 course focuses on "Muamalah and Islam as a Discipline of Science," successfully blending religious doctrine with educational theory. Practical implementation includes initiating lectures with Quranic recitation, explicitly linking verses to academic course material, requiring religious evidence in research theses, and fostering Islamic conduct on campus. The AIK course serves as a model of integration and a platform for character and spiritual development in FIP graduates as future professional educators with a vision to eliminate the dichotomy between science and religion. Muhammadiyah educational institutions and integrated Islamic school also require teachers to manage integrated learning between science and religion concepts holistically.ABSTRAKGagasan integrasi masih berada di aras pemikiran para filosof dan epistemologi sehingga perlu di implementasikan dalam praktik pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kebijakan teknis penerapan manajemen pembelajaran berbasis integrasi agama dan sains melalui Mata Kuliah Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran berbasis integrasi agama dan sains diterapkan pada Mata Kuliah AIK mulai dari AIK 1 sampai 4. Khusus pada AIK-3 dibahas tema Muammalah dan Islam Disiplin Ilmu yang banyak mengintegrasi konsep ilmu agama dan ilmu pendidikan dalam bentuk tadarus Al-Qur’an sebelum perkuliahan, mengaitkan ayat al-Qur’an dengan materi kuliah Ilmu Pendidikan, pencantuman ayat dan dalil pada skripsi, penerapan perilaku Islami di kampus. Mata Kuliah AIK menjadi model integrasi dan wadah pembentukan karakter dan jiwa lulusan FIP sebagai calon pendidik profesional yang memiliki visi untuk menghilangkan dikotomi sains dan agama. Lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah dan Sekolah Islam Terpadu juga menuntut kemampuan guru untuk mengelola pembelajaran integratif antara konsep sains dan agama secara utuh.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta (FT UNJ) is one of the faculties at the Jakarta State University. At FT UNJ is still implementing a manual system, one of which is the processing of annual procurement of data where the goods will be used for 18 Study Programs. The implementation of this manual system can lead to data searches that take a long time, data security is not guaranteed even can occur data loss of procurement of incoming goods and data redundancy. By using a computerized annual procurement program, it is easier for facilities and infrastructure staff, superiors and distributors to record goods that have entered FT UNJ. Information systems can process input, alteration, search data and report generation easier and faster. The research method used by the author in this thesis is the grounded research method, which is a research method based on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of carrying out empirical generalizations, establishing concepts, proving theories, developing theories, collecting and analyzing data in a shorter time together. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FT UNJ) merupakan salah satu fakultas di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada FT UNJ masih menerapkan sistem manual salah satunya dalam hal pengolahan data pengadaan barang tahunan dimana barang tersebut yang akan digunakan untuk 18 Program Studi. Penerapan sistem manual ini dapat menimbulkan pencarian data yang memakan waktu lama, keamanan data tidak terjamin bahkan bisa terjadinya kehilangan data pengadaan barang masuk dan redundancy data. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengadaan barang tahunan yang sudah terkomputerisasi, mempermudah staf bagian sarana dan prasarana, atasan serta distributor untuk mendata barang yang sudah masuk ke FT UNJ. Sistem informasi dapat memproses inputan, pengubahan, pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan menjadi semakin mudah dan cepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode grounded (grounded research) yaitu suatu metode penelitian berdasarkan pada fakta dan menggunakan analisis perbandingan dengan tujuan mengadakan generalisasi empiris, menetapkan konsep, membuktikan teori, mengembangkan teori, pengumpulan dan analisis data dalam waktu yang bersamaan.

Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of KMA Number 1503 of 2025 as a strategic policy that reconstructs the direction of madrasah curriculum development through two main pillars: Deep Learning (PM) and Love-Based Curriculum (KBC). This policy marks a fundamental paradigm shift, where madrasahs are no longer positioned as centralized curriculum implementers, but as institutions that have broad autonomy in designing, adjusting, and contextualizing the curriculum according to the needs of students and local characteristics. This autonomy provides space for madrasahs to develop program differentiation and optimize local content as a vehicle for forming essential competencies and strengthening learner identity. Deep learning emphasizes a meaningful, reflective learning process oriented towards critical, collaborative, and creative thinking skills, while KBC focuses on the formation of values, affections, and moderate character based on compassion, respect, and humanity. The integration of the two is aimed at producing a graduate profile that is intellectually intelligent, religious, and has an inclusive character. The results of the analysis show that the successful implementation of KMA 1503/2025 is strongly influenced by madrasah readiness in facing the demands of managerial transformation, strengthening teacher capacity, and fulfilling adequate learning resources. These factors are important prerequisites for the principles of Deep Learning and KBC to be applied consistently and effectively in the classroom. This article recommends the need for systemic support through teacher training, curriculum implementation assistance, and reorganization of madrasah management to align with the new policy direction. Thus, KMA 1503/2025 has great potential to strengthen the quality of madrasah education while affirming the role of madrasah as a center of learning that is humanist, transformative, and responsive to change.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai tujuan dan manfaat dari media pembelajaran, membuat media pembelajaran berupa papan permainan chemistry scrabble sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif untuk membantu guru dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran kimia, sehingga diharapkan terjadi peningkatan minat belajar dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap unsur dan senyawa kimia. Mitra Kerjasama Kegiatan ini adalah Yayasan Anak Ceria Indonesia dan Panti Asuhan Asuwain Timor, Depok. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan cara pemberian penyuluhan dan demonstrasi pembuatan dan penggunaan chemistry srabble sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif untuk membantu guru dalam memberikan pemahaman dan penguasaan nama-nama unsur dan senyawa kimia kepada peserta didik. Langkah-langkah kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat, para guru antusias mengikuti kegiatan. Peserta aktif bertanya dan membuat media pembelajaran. Minat dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap pokok bahasan unsur dan senyawa kimia meningkat dengan digunakannya chemistry srabble sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Since 2020, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has made a very fundamental effort to improve the quality of madrasah, namely by conducting the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI), which includes 4 literacies, namely reading literacy, numeracy literacy, socio-cultural literacy through a fairly rigorous selection. Data shows that the results of AKMI from 2020 to 2023 show quite encouraging results. The AKMI learning improvement model, which begins with an assessment and continues with training madrasah teachers to improve learning in the classroom, has proven to be very effective, so it is necessary to maintain and improve the quality of AKMI implementation in the coming years.
