Abstract

The development of digital economic technology has triggered a shift from conventional to electronic-based transaction patterns in Indonesia, with Shopee dominating as the most popular e-commerce platform among students. This study aims to analyze the influence of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) factors on the sustained actual usage of the Shopee application among active students in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. A quantitative causal approach with a survey method was employed, using an online questionnaire based on a 1–6 Likert scale distributed to 200 active student respondents from five State Universities (PTN) in Jabodetabek through purposive sampling. The primary data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) operated through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), along with mediation testing using the Sobel test. The empirical results reveal that all twelve proposed hypotheses were accepted, showing positive and significant effects. Perceived ease of use proved to be the key driver in enhancing perceived usefulness, attitude toward use, and behavioral intention among students. Furthermore, attitude and behavioral intention were found to serve as effective mediating variables, transforming psychological motivation into actual, routine use of the Shopee application in daily activities. These findings are expected to contribute theoretically to the TAM model and offer practical recommendations for marketing strategies in the digital retail industry.

Abstract

This study aims to design the UI/UX and develop a high-fidelity prototype of a web-based healthy food catering ordering platform named NutriGo using a Human-Centered Design approach. The research is grounded in systemic problems faced by consumers, including the absence of transparent menu and price information, reliance on manual communication, and order discrepancies due to the lack of a standardized order management system. This study applies the Waterfall method integrated with five stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The unit of analysis is prospective users of application-based healthy food catering services, using convenience sampling for 30 usability testing respondents and purposive sampling for 5 interview respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, prototype testing scenarios, the System Usability Scale (SUS), and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using SUS scoring based on Brooke (1996) and thematic analysis. The results show that the NutriGo prototype obtained an average SUS score of 81.33, which falls into the Excellent category and exceeds the minimum acceptance threshold, while all respondents expressed positive intentions on the three Behavioral Intention indicators: Intention to Use, Continuance Intention, and Recommendation Intention.

Abstract

The growing public interest in independent Umrah in Indonesia has not been matched by adequate digital infrastructure for novice users, resulting in procedural confusion, fear of visa rejection, cost uncertainty, and limited visibility of post-transaction travel status. This study designs the UMNA Platform, a digital solution that integrates the entire independent Umrah planning process through step-by-step navigation, dynamic cost calculation, visa administration support, and a centralized user control center. Employing a Human-Centered Design approach through five Design Thinking stages within a Waterfall SDLC framework, the research covers requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and finalization. The unit of analysis comprises prospective urban Muslim pilgrims aged 20–45 in the Jabodetabek area. Data were analyzed qualitatively, through social media observation and pre-research questionnaires to identify user pain points, and quantitatively, using Black-Box Testing for functional validation and the System Usability Scale (SUS) for usability measurement. All twenty functional test scenarios achieved a 100% Pass status, and all four usability tasks reached a 100% completion rate, with an average SUS score of 82.75, exceeding the acceptability threshold. Integrating cost transparency, guided navigation, and travel status visibility was shown to enhance user confidence and ease of use. The UMNA Platform is expected to reduce consumer confusion and strengthen pilgrims' autonomy in performing Umrah independently.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) prototype application to address operational inefficiencies faced by property agents in leads management, including the lack of initial qualification data, budget mismatch, manual qualification inefficiency, and the absence of an integrated pipeline system. Problems were identified through a pre-survey of six active property agents. Smart Realty was developed using the waterfall model combined with Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design (HCD) based on ISO 9241-210:2019, producing thirteen mid-fidelity wireframes and a functional prototype comprising Smart Discovery, Pipeline Kanban, Consultation, Leads Management, Property Listing, and Dashboard & Business Funnel modules. Evaluation was conducted through black-box testing and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 30 active property agent respondents. All seven black-box testing scenarios were declared Pass. The average SUS score reached 90.08 (Grade A Excellent), surpassing the industry average of 68, with an average task completion rate of 97.3% and continued use intent as a reflection of behavioral intention averaging 4.70 out of 5. The research concludes that Smart Realty meets usability standards and supports property agents' behavioral intention to transition from manual leads management to a more structured and integrated digital e-CRM system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct influence of customer experience dimensions, comprising cognitive, affective, relational, and sensorial experience, as well as brand image, on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty among Kopi Kenangan mobile application users in Jabodetabek. Primary data were collected from 226 active users through an online questionnaire using purposive sampling and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. Of 11 hypotheses tested, 9 were accepted. Cognitive experience emerged as the strongest predictor of satisfaction (β=0.297), followed by brand image (β=0.254), affective experience (β=0.191), and relational experience (β=0.161). Relational experience exerted the largest direct effect on loyalty (β=0.187), while customer satisfaction was the overall strongest loyalty predictor (β=0.273). Sensorial experience was non-significant in both paths, indicating its transition to a hygiene factor at the current stage of app maturity. These findings offer actionable implications for digital F&B companies in optimizing customer experience design and brand management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer-influencer congruence, consumer-product congruence, influencer-product congruence, and arousal on online impulse buying intentions among TikTok Shop users, with wishful identification as a moderating variable. The study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires from respondents who had accessed and shopped at TikTok Shop, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method assisted by SmartPLS. The research model tested 8 hypotheses to explain the direct relationship and moderating effects between variables. The test results showed that of the 8 hypotheses proposed, 4 hypotheses were accepted and 4 hypotheses were rejected. The research findings indicate that not all congruence dimensions are consistently able to drive online impulse buying intentions, but the arousal variable is proven to have an important role in shaping spontaneous buying impulses in the context of social commerce on TikTok Shop. On the other hand, wishful identification shows a selective moderating role, so the effectiveness of the relationship between consumer, influencer, and product congruence on impulse buying intentions depends on the form of consumer psychological attachment to the influencer. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of digital marketing and consumer behavior literature, as well as practical implications for business actors and marketers in designing more effective influencer-based promotional strategies to encourage impulse purchases on the TikTok Shop platform.
