Abstract

In an attempt to realize national character, the purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of Pancasila learners. A library method approach was employed in this study's methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that one of the strategies promoting the accomplishment of national education objectives and the ongoing implementation of the character-building initiative is the Pancasila student profile. The Pancasila student profile outlines the qualities and aptitudes Indonesian students need to possess in order to succeed in school and integrate into society. Using the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile—faith and devotion to God Almighty, global diversity, independence, mutual cooperation, critical reasoning, and creativity—it is hoped that the Indonesian people will grow into intelligent, polite people capable of facing the challenges of the twenty-first century. They will also, of course, instill the values found in Pancasila, as our nation's philosophy is consistent and can ultimately fulfill one of the 1945 Constitution's mandates: create a prosperous and dignified national life. A key component of the approach for creating Pancasila student profiles is the integration of co-curricular and extracurricular activities into project-based formal education activities in order to enhance the profile of Pancasila students. It is envisaged that the Pancasila student profile strategy will enable the development of an exceptional Indonesian national character that can compete on a global scale.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi strategi organisasi. Penguasaan yang komprehensif tentang berbagai model kepemimpinan menjadi referensi esensial untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas manajemen strategik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai teori kepemimpinan, serta bagaimana model kepemimpinan dapat diterapkan dalam implementasi strategi organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research yang terstruktur. Sumber data diperoleh dari literatur yang relevan dengan tema penelitian melalui identifikasi dan seleksi yang cermat. Data yang terkandung dalam literatur terpilih kemudian diolah melalui proses komparasi dan analisis kritis, melibatkan ekstraksi informasi signifikan untuk mendukung jawaban terhadap pertanyaan penelitian dan serta pemahaman mendalam terhadap aspek-aspek yang terkait dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan model kepemimpinan yang tepat berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja strategis organisasi. Kemampuan menggabungkan berbagai model kepemimpinan sesuai kebutuhan organisasi menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif, adaptif, dan inovatif. Pemimpin inspiratif, beradaptasi dengan perubahan, dan melibatkan karyawan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan strategis dapat mendorong peningkatan motivasi, komitmen, dan kreativitas.

Abstract

Evaluasi strategi merupakan komponen esensial dalam manajemen pengendalian mutu organisasi yang berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pengawasan yang memastikan pemenuhan standar kualitas secara berkesinambungan, optimalisasi kinerja operasional, dan penguatan daya saing di kancah global. Artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam pentingnya evaluasi strategi, berbagai metode yang diterapkan, serta kontribusinya terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka yang terstruktur. Sumber data diperoleh dari literatur yang relevan dengan tema penelitian melalui proses identifikasi cermat dan selektif. Data yang bersumber dari literatur terpilih kemudian diolah melalui analisis kritis dan proses komparatif, melalui proses ekstraksi informasi signifikan untuk mendukung jawaban dari pertanyaan penelitian serta pemahaman mendalam terhadap aspek-aspek yang terkait dengan tema penelitian. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa evaluasi strategi memainkan peran vital dalam mengukur keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan dan pencapaian tujuan strategis. Evaluasi strategi berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pengawasan yang memastikan pemenuhan standar kualitas secara berkesinambungan, optimalisasi kinerja operasional, dan penguatan daya saing. Evaluasi strategi mengidentifikasi keberhasilan dan area perbaikan, mencapai tujuan strategis dengan lebih efisien, mempertahankan kualitas produk dan layanan, mengurangi biaya operasional, serta meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap berbagai perubahan.

The analysis of research trends highlights a dynamic evolution in the field, with growing attention to innovative teaching methods, effective teacher training, and inclusive educational practices. The study identifies several potential research areas, such as the development of differentiated instruction techniques, the impact of culturally responsive teaching, and the role of community involvement in supporting inclusive education. The author collaboration network reveals distinct research clusters and influential researchers, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in advancing the field. Abstract

This study aims to identify digital leadership strategies that are effective in improving employees' work innovation behavior at Sinar Murni Banten Savings and Loan Cooperative. Using a quantitative approach with survey techniques, data was collected from 100 cooperative employees who have at least one year of work experience and are involved in the use of digital technology in their daily work. The results showed that digital leadership has a significant influence on employees' creativity, proactivity, and ability to implement new ideas. Regression analysis revealed that digital leadership strategies contributed 37% to the variability of employees' innovative work behavior. Leaders who integrate digital technology in their managerial strategies can encourage employees to be more creative and proactive in completing their tasks. In conclusion, an effective digital leadership strategy can improve operational efficiency and create added value for cooperatives through the development of employee work innovation behavior. This research suggests that cooperatives should continue to develop technological infrastructure, initiatives to face challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the digital era

Abstract

The Pancasila student profile is designed to answer one big question, namely students with what kind of profile (competency) the Indonesian education system wants to produce. In this context, the Pancasila Student Profile has a competency formulation that complements the focus on achieving Graduate Competency Standards at each level of educational unit in terms of cultivating character in accordance with Pancasila values. The Pancasila student profile competency pays attention to internal factors related to the identity, ideology and ideals of the Indonesian nation, as well as external factors related to the life context and challenges of the Indonesian nation in the 21st century which is facing the industrial revolution 4.0. Apart from that, Indonesian students are also expected to have the competence to become democratic citizens and become superior and productive human beings in the 21st century. Indonesian students are expected to be able to participate in sustainable global development and be resilient in facing various challenges. The Pancasila student profile has various competencies which are formulated into six key dimensions. The six are interrelated and strengthen each other so that efforts to realize a complete Pancasila student profile require the development of all these dimensions simultaneously. by students, but rather increase appreciation and practice in everyday life. Islamic religious education is a benchmark for how Islam and its people have played their role in various social, political and cultural aspects. Therefore, by following developments in the modern era, Islamic religious education throughout Indonesia must increasingly develop and be distributed in all areas of life in today's world. The position of Pancasila Education and Islamic Religious Education is very important, namely that it is related to Islamic sciences which are the foundation in life that need to be known and understood properly.

Abstract

This research examines an independent curriculum based on differentiated learning with an Islamic education perspective. An independent curriculum based on differentiated learning can be interpreted as the implementation of Islamic values ​​which views each individual as unique and entitled to education that suits his or her capacity. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection carried out through a literature review. The focus of the research is to explore various types of literature, such as books, notes and previous research reports which discuss the implications of the independent learning policy on the development of assessments in the independent curriculum with an Islamic religious education approach. The secondary sources used include national journal articles, books, and other relevant information to investigate assessment development models in the independent curriculum with an Islamic religious education perspective. Research findings show that assessment in the independent learning curriculum has a crucial role in ensuring the smooth learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami proses pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan kebijakan dalam konteks tertentu. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan kebijakan, serta untuk mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap implementasi kebijakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, dilakukan dengan meneliti beberapa artikel dan jurnal nasional yang berhubungan dengan kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan yang terdapat pada pada basa google scholar. Sumber data utama berasal dari hasil wawancara, observasi lapangan, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan penggunaan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola tematik yang muncul dari data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kebijakan publik, kebutuhan masyarakat, dan kendala implementasi memainkan peran kunci dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan kebijakan. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang dinamika kompleks yang terlibat dalam proses ini, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan kebijakan di masa depan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana keputusan dan kebijakan dibuat, serta memberikan dasar untuk perbaikan proses pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan kebijakan di berbagai konteks. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi praktisi, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang tertarik dalam mengoptimalkan proses kebijakan publik.

Abstract

Keputusan seringkali sangat sulit dibuat. Tidak jarang seorang pemimpin akan sulit untuk dinilai apakah benar atau salah saat membuat keputusan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengambilan keputusan dibuat, serta bagaimana keputusan yang diambil oleh seorang pemimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur. Pendekatan ini melibatkan pengumpulan informasi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi lain yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang sedang kami teliti. Sejumlah buku yang membahas topik kepemimpinan dan pengambilan keputusan pemimpin juga kami pilih untuk mendukung penelitian ini. Metode studi literatur memungkinkan untuk memanfaatkan sumber data penelitian tanpa perlu melakukan penelitian lapangan. Pemilihan metode studi literatur bertujuan untuk memperoleh referensi yang lebih luas dan dapat diandalkan dari berbagai buku yang tersedia di perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pemimpin sangat strategis dan penting. Ditemukan bahwa seorang pemimpin dalam membuat keputusan memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang unik yang akan menjadi pola tertentu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.  Kualitas dan kelemahan pembuat keputusan ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan. Informasi yang sama akan dievaluasi dan keputusannya dibuat dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang berbeda. Ini akan membantu menjelaskan alasan manajer yang berbeda membuat keputusan yang berbeda. Secara keseluruhan, analisis gaya pembuat keputusan bermanfaat karena membantu memahami cara-cara berbeda untuk membuat keputusan. Dengan mempertimbangkan banyak hal dengan teliti, para pemimpin organisasi dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dan menerapkan gaya kepmimpinan yang sesuai dengan keadaan.
