Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang penerapan fungsi manajemen perpustakaan madrasah dalam meningkatkan peserta belajar peserta didik dengan subyek penelitian di MTs As’adiyah Nomor 3 Atapange Kabupaten Wajo Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran deskriptif, uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perpustakaan di MTs As’adiyah No. 3 Atapange telah menerapan fungsi manajemen dalam pengelolaannya, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasi, penggerakan dan pengawasan. Perpustakaan madrasah sangat berperan sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang bersifat teknis edukatif dan bersama-sama dengan unsur-unsur pendidikan lainnya ikut berperan menentukan berhasilnya proses pembelajaran. Perpustakaan madrasah merupakan elemen tak terpisahkan dari MTs As’adiyah No. 3 Atapange, serta telah menjalankan fungsinya sebagai sarana penyimpanan koleksi bahan pustaka, tempat belajar yang dikelola dan diatur secara sistematis, serta dimanfaatkan oleh peserta didik dan guru sebagai bahan informasi dalam menunjang peningkatan prestasi peserta didik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah terakreditasi Sinta melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara online melalui aplikasi Zoom pada tanggal 1 Maret 2023. Peserta kegiatan berasal dari berbagai kalangan, termasuk mahasiswa, guru, dan dosen, dengan total 28 peserta. Abstrak ini menjelaskan latar belakang pentingnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah terakreditasi Sinta. Isu-isu terkait dengan masalah tersebut dan kajian penelitian atau kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang relevan dengan tema kegiatan juga diuraikan. Penelitian dan pengabdian sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan oleh pengabdi lain atau pengabdi sendiri memberikan dasar kuat untuk kegiatan ini. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melibatkan penggunaan aplikasi Zoom sebagai platform online. Peserta diberikan materi dan pelatihan interaktif mengenai teknik penulisan yang benar, struktur karya tulis ilmiah, penggunaan referensi yang tepat, dan metode penelitian yang relevan. Kolaborasi dan diskusi antara peserta juga menjadi bagian penting dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran tentang penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah terakreditasi Sinta. Mereka dapat menerapkan keterampilan praktis yang diperoleh dalam menyusun karya tulis ilmiah berkualitas tinggi. Evaluasi kepuasan peserta juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif, menegaskan keberhasilan kegiatan dalam mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Dalam kesimpulan, kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran peserta dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah terakreditasi Sinta. Dampak positif dari kegiatan ini diharapkan akan berlanjut dalam jangka panjang, melalui peningkatan jumlah dan kualitas karya tulis ilmiah terakreditasi Sinta yang dihasilkan oleh peserta, serta pengembangan ekosistem pengetahuan yang lebih kuat dan inovatif.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Kiyai di pondok pesantren memegang peran strategis. Hal ini karena Kiyai sebagai pemimpin, memiliki kewenangan penuh dalam mengatur kelangsungan hidup pondok pesantren yang dipimpinnya. Tulisan ini mengetengahkan manajemen kepemimpinan di pondok pesantren, dengan menggali lebih dalam bagaimana tipe kepemimpinan kharismatik K.H.M. Yunus Martan selaku pimpinan periode 1961-1986 dalam manajemen Podok Pesantren As’adiyah. Kajian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan cara menyusun dan mendeskripsikan tipe kepemimpinan K.H.M Yunus Martan dalam manajemen Pondok Pesantren As’adiyah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi tentang kehidupan pesantren yang diteliti. Melakukan wawancara dengan kerabat, santri, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, pengurus Pondok Pesantren As’adiyah yang memilik informasi berharga dan mengetahui secara mendalam tentang kepemimpinan K.H.M. Yunus Martan. Selanjutnya melakukan studi pustaka dan dokumen yang berkaitan ulama yang diteliti. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K.H.M. Yunus Martan menerapkan tipe kharismatik dalam kepemimpinan. Ciri kepemimpinannya, ditandai dengan disiplin tinggi dan tegas dalam manajemen organisasi yang dipimpinnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of independent factors (employee behavior and work environment) on the dependent factor (employee efficiency) both separately and together, with employee commitment acting as the mediating factor. The participants for this study were chosen through a saturated sampling method, including the entire population, and consisted of seventy educators. The theoretical framework for this research was evaluated using path analysis methods, considering the previously conducted correlation and regression analyses. The findings of this study indicate that employee conduct has an influence on employee loyalty, workplace atmosphere has an influence on employee loyalty, employee conduct and workplace atmosphere collectively impact employee loyalty, employee conduct has an influence on employee productivity, workplace atmosphere has an influence on employee productivity, employee loyalty has an influence on employee productivity, employee conduct, workplace atmosphere, and employee loyalty collectively influence employee productivity, employee conduct affects employee productivity through employee loyalty, and workplace atmosphere affects employee productivity through employee loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui studi literatur dalam bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kompetensi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan dukungan kerja. Kinerja pegawai dianggap sebagai faktor kunci dalam mencapai keberhasilan organisasi di pasar yang kompetitif saat ini. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) memainkan peran sentral dalam mengelola faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, seperti merekrut, mengembangkan, memotivasi, dan mempertahankan pegawai yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur (library research) yang mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Dengan menganalisis dan mensintesis temuan-temuan ini, mereka dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Data ini akan dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Faktor-faktor yang akan dipelajari meliputi lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi satu sama lain dalam memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hasil dari library research ini adalah bahwa: 1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Organizational performance is a measure of the progress of an organization that shows how well an organization achieves its goals and the results of work achievements that have been achieved by employees in accordance with their functions and work in a certain period. This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of leadership effectiveness and Islamic work motivation on organizational performance with Islamic work ethics as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative techniques with primary data collection method questionnaires. The population in this study are all employees of Amil Zakat Institutions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained by 210 respondents. The results showed that the work effectiveness of Islamic leadership and motivation had a significant effect on organizational performance, which means that the first and second hypotheses were accepted, while the Islamic work ethic was not able to moderate the influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation on organizational performance so that the third and fourth hypotheses were rejected. Abstract

In the ongoing era of digital transformation, organisations around the world are faced with rapid and complex changes in technology, business processes and work culture. To meet these challenges, it is important for organisations to have effective and proactive leadership in managing digital transformation. The purpose of this study is to examine in more depth the role of leadership in managing digital transformation, including how different leadership styles can impact digital transformation outcomes. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results arrive at a statement that the role of leadership in digital transformation management in organisations is crucial. Effective leadership will ensure the success and effectiveness of the change.

Abstract

This study examines IT-based HR development strategies in Islamic higher education and boarding schools in Indonesia, focusing on the Faculty of Tarbiyah at Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Thaha Saifuddin, Jambi. It also explores the integration of IT in primary school teacher of education training programs. The research employed interviews, surveys, and document analysis using a case study approach. Participants included faculty members, administrators, students, and teachers/administrators from selected Islamic boarding schools. The findings show the faculty's progressive integration of IT-based HR development strategies. These include Learning Management Systems (LMS), online training modules, virtual classrooms, and educational apps. These tools improve instruction, student engagement, and administrative efficiency. The study also highlights the inclusion of IT in basic school teacher education training programs. Incorporating IT skills into the curriculum is crucial for prospective teachers to effectively use educational technologies in their classrooms. This research enhances the understanding of IT-based HR development strategies in Indonesia's Islamic higher education and boarding schools. It guides educational institutions and policymakers for better integration of IT in teacher education programs, promoting effective HR development strategies, and improving overall educational quality.

Abstract

The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.
