Abstract

The implementation of education at SMPN 187 Jakarta is often limited to the use of PPT and RPP,causing the material to become monotonous and less interesting for students. Reproductioneducation is also often not delivered comprehensively, resulting in less than optimal studentunderstanding. To overcome this, an Android-based application was developed which aims toincrease students' understanding of reproductive health. This application provides educationalmaterial covering secondary and primary aspects as well as a test feature to measure studentunderstanding, making learning more effective and interactive. This application uses Flutter as amulti-platformframework andDart as an open source programming languagewithOOPconceptsthat are easy to understand. The application backend is managed with Laravel, functioning asBackendAPImanagement of themobile application.The prototypemethod is used in development,starting from collecting user needs to creating a design/prototype. The results of this research areas an educational application and learning support media for students at SMPN 187 Jakarta bymaking learning media flexible and efficient, with features for characters that help improvestudents' and female students' understanding of educational reproduction.

Abstract

Kelurahan Kemanggisan is an institution under kecamatan Palmerah that regulates the rules and administration of RT and RW. Kelurahan Kemanggisan requires media to monitor the activities and administration carried out by residents to RT, RT to RW or vice versa. To determine the right type of media, the authors conducted a study. The method applied in the study is a qualitative data collection technique, which data is obtained from the side of kelurahan and residents. From the results of these techniques, the authors then grouped the data for the purpose of analyzing the problem with the fishbone problem analysis technique. The results of the analysis explain, that the main problem is something related to the activities and administration of citizens of RT and RW or vice versa. The data is not recorded in kelurahan Kemanggisan because the recording by RT and RW is still manual, namely by recording on paper. For this reason, the authors propose the right type of media for kelurahan in terms of monitoring is the existence of a digital dashboard. The data source comes from residents, RT and RW through mobile application media that they operate for the purpose of updating activities and administration. Digital dashboard visualizes data in the form of tables, graphs and maps. That way, the results of the visualization make it easier for kelurahan in terms of monitoring, this is indicated by the existence of accurate data sources in terms of residents, RT and RW.

Abstract

Lumindai merupakan salah satu geosite dari Geopark Nasional Sawahlunto dengan potensi wisata alam seperti Hutan Batu, Gua Batu Kudo, Puncak Panjaringan, dan Air Terjun Batimpo yang dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah melalui POKDARWIS Talawi Hilie. Namun, karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keunikan alam dan budaya mereka sendiri yang menjadi dasar dari suatu objek wisata serta keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan pariwisata, pemasaran dan sistem informasi, sehingga belum meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan turis dan memberikan dampak ekonomi yang signifikan bagi masyarakat Lumindai. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan pemerintahan Desa Lumindai dengan cara menggali dan mempelajari potensi wisata (Alami dan Kebudayaan) Desa Lumindai agar dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Penggalian potensi ini menggunakan teknik participatory action research (PAR) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penggalian potensi diketahui bahwa didapatkan keunggulan alam, seni, budaya, dan kuliner. Dari segi potensi alam, Desa Lumindai memiliki objek wisata Hutan Batu, Gua Batu Kudo, Puncak Panjaringan, dan Air Terjun Batimpo. Sektor kesenian, Desa Lumindai memiliki berbagai jenis kesenian khas yang mencerminkan budaya setempat, seperti Silek Sitaralak, Barsanji, Randai, Salawat Dulang, Dabuih, Dikia Rabana, dan Tenun Songket. Sektor pertanian, desa ini memiliki potensi perkebunan tembakau berkualitas tinggi dan pohon aren penghasil nira yang menjadi bahan pembuatan gula aren. Sedangkan potensi kuliner Desa Lumindai menawarkan beragam makanan dan minuman. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Lumindai memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata, taman pendidikan (education park atau edupark) dan sumber ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce dan dompet digital (e-wallet) terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada generasi Z di Kota Padang melalui demonstration effect sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal, melibatkan 400 responden menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-commerce dan e-wallet serta demonstration effect memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Selain itu, demonstration effect terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang menjembatani pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce dan e-wallet terhadap perilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

A baby's condition during sleep is a condition that requires intense attention directly from the parents. The quality and quantity of baby sleep are very much affected by the conditions and setting of the environment where the baby sleeps, including the baby's space for movement, room temperature, light intensity, sound/noise, and humidity of the room. Keeping the quality of the baby's sleep is very important both for the baby and for parents. The Design and Development of a Baby Sleep Monitoring System Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) aim to help parents monitor their baby while sleeping and optimize the quality of baby's sleep by monitoring the conditions of the baby's bedroom environment without being present in person. Parents can monitor their baby's condition while sleeping by getting alerts to their smartphone if the conditions exceed the threshold of the ideal limits received from the IoT sensors, like sound sensor, movement sensor, temperature, and humidity sensor. Therefore parents can feel serenely in doing their daily activities, and the baby still gets theappropriate sleep needs.

Abstract

The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm is a statistical learning method that has shown promise in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients. Hepatitis is a liver disease that can be chronic or acute and affects millions of people worldwide. The healing rate of patients with hepatitis can vary widely depending on various factors such as age, gender, and medical history. The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm takes into account the correlations between the different attributes of patients and their healing rates, unlike the traditional Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This approach has been shown to improve the accuracy of predictions significantly. In this study, the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm was applied to a dataset of hepatitis patients. The dataset contained information about patients' age, gender, medical history, and other attributes that might affect their healing rates. The algorithm was trained on this dataset to predict the healing rate of new patients. The results showed that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm achieved higher accuracy in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients compared to the traditional Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This suggests that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm could be a useful tool for healthcare professionals in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients, and ultimately improving their treatment and care. Furthermore, the study also investigated the importance of different attributes in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients. The results showed that age and medical history were the most important factors, followed by gender and other attributes. The findings of this study have significant implications for the medical community, as accurate prediction of healing rates can inform treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes. The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm provides a powerful tool for healthcare professionals in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients, and could be extended to other medical conditions. However, it is important to note that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm has limitations, such as the assumption of independence between attributes. Therefore, future research should investigate alternative methods that can overcome these limitations and improve the accuracy of predictions further.

Abstract

Background: Family caregivers play a crucial role in the recovery of stroke patients, especially in community settings. An adequate understanding of the range of motion (ROM) exercises enables caregivers to actively support rehabilitation and prevent complications. This study aimed to analyze the improvement of family caregivers' understanding of ROM exercises after training. Methods: This pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest study involved 25 families with stroke patients for ≥1 month, selected through consecutive sampling in the working area of Puskesmas Tambora, West Jakarta, in July 2025. Interventions included active and passive ROM exercises based on standard operating procedures (SOPs), also it was used to simulate the manual muscle testing (MMT). Measurement instruments used the validity and reliability questionnaires and MMT observation sheets. Data were analyzed by the Wilcoxon test at a significance level of p<0.05. Results: The results showed a significant increase in family caregiver understanding of ROM (p= 0.000). Before the training, 88% of respondents (22 people) had sufficient knowledge, and 12% (3 people) had good knowledge. After the training, the proportion of good knowledge increased to 56% (14 people), while moderate knowledge decreased to 44% (11 people). Conclusion: Structured training effectively enhanced family caregivers' understanding of ROM exercises, supporting their active participation in patient care. These findings suggest that such education can be integrated into community-based non-digital clinical pathways to prevent complications in stroke patients.

Abstract

The business world has undergone significant changes as a result of digital transformation, including the logistics sector, which requires information system integration and efficiency. Businesses can now optimize their operational processes and become more competitive thanks to advances in information technology. PT. Mandiri Leader Cargo (MLC), a freight forwarding company operating via air and land routes, still faces difficulties in running its operations due to the lack of an integrated information system. Processes such as fleet scheduling, monitoring delivery status, and reporting are still carried out manually through verbal communication, WhatsApp, and Excel. This leads to inefficiency and errors. The purpose of this research is to create an Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the TOGAF ADM approach, starting from the preliminary phase to Opportunities and Solutions. The design results in a blueprint for an integrated business architecture, applications, data, and technology, with a focus on the development of three main modules: Pick-Up, Outgoing Tracking, and Outgoing Report. It is expected that this design will improve operational processes, enhance coordination between divisions (Customer Service, Fleet, Warehouse, Gateway, and Finance), and enhance the quality of service and competitiveness of PT. MLC in the domestic logistics industry

Abstract

Health is a fundamental aspect of human life, and providing quality and sustainable healthcare remains a significant challenge globally. With the advancement of medical technology and health information systems, delivering effective, efficient, and affordable healthcare has become increasingly complex. In this context, Integrated Health Management (IHM) has emerged as a promising approach to improving healthcare quality and sustainability. IHM integrates various elements of the healthcare system, such as hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and policies, to achieve more efficient and sustainable health outcomes. This approach aims to address fragmentation in healthcare services, where patients often receive disconnected care without coordination among specialists, medical staff, and institutions. This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore the impact of IHM on healthcare quality and sustainability. Data was gathered from three major academic databases: Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, using keywords such as "Health Management," "Quality Healthcare," and "Sustainable Services." The findings indicate that IHM can significantly enhance healthcare outcomes through the use of digital technologies, decentralization, and community-based models. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, resistance to change, and financial constraints remain barriers to its widespread implementation. To maximize the effectiveness of IHM, investment in technology, improved governance, and comprehensive training for healthcare professionals are essential. A well-planned, holistic approach is necessary to overcome these challenges and build a sustainable healthcare system

Abstract

The skin is a crucial organ in the human body, serving not only as the primary protective barrier but also exhibiting diverse characteristics such as specific types and conditions. Increasingly, people are recognizing the importance of skin care in their daily routines. However, a lack of understanding about different skin types and appropriate skin care products can pose challenges. This research aims to develop a facial skin type classification system based on the existing system. The development of this facial skin type classification system refers to Baumann's Theory, which categorizes skin into four characteristics: Hydration, Sensitivity, Pigmentation, and Aging. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology and tested using Black Box Testing. The results of Black Box Testing demonstrate that the system functions well and meets the specified requirements. All features and functionalities operate optimally without significant bugs, indicating the success of the Waterfall approach in producing a reliable and ready-to-use system. This system is expected to assist users in accurately identifying their skin type and receiving appropriate skincare solutions, thereby improving the health and appearance of their facial skin.
