Abstract

A baby's condition during sleep is a condition that requires intense attention directly from the parents. The quality and quantity of baby sleep are very much affected by the conditions and setting of the environment where the baby sleeps, including the baby's space for movement, room temperature, light intensity, sound/noise, and humidity of the room. Keeping the quality of the baby's sleep is very important both for the baby and for parents. The Design and Development of a Baby Sleep Monitoring System Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) aim to help parents monitor their baby while sleeping and optimize the quality of baby's sleep by monitoring the conditions of the baby's bedroom environment without being present in person. Parents can monitor their baby's condition while sleeping by getting alerts to their smartphone if the conditions exceed the threshold of the ideal limits received from the IoT sensors, like sound sensor, movement sensor, temperature, and humidity sensor. Therefore parents can feel serenely in doing their daily activities, and the baby still gets theappropriate sleep needs.

Abstract

The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm is a statistical learning method that has shown promise in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients. Hepatitis is a liver disease that can be chronic or acute and affects millions of people worldwide. The healing rate of patients with hepatitis can vary widely depending on various factors such as age, gender, and medical history. The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm takes into account the correlations between the different attributes of patients and their healing rates, unlike the traditional Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This approach has been shown to improve the accuracy of predictions significantly. In this study, the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm was applied to a dataset of hepatitis patients. The dataset contained information about patients' age, gender, medical history, and other attributes that might affect their healing rates. The algorithm was trained on this dataset to predict the healing rate of new patients. The results showed that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm achieved higher accuracy in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients compared to the traditional Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This suggests that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm could be a useful tool for healthcare professionals in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients, and ultimately improving their treatment and care. Furthermore, the study also investigated the importance of different attributes in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients. The results showed that age and medical history were the most important factors, followed by gender and other attributes. The findings of this study have significant implications for the medical community, as accurate prediction of healing rates can inform treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes. The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm provides a powerful tool for healthcare professionals in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients, and could be extended to other medical conditions. However, it is important to note that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm has limitations, such as the assumption of independence between attributes. Therefore, future research should investigate alternative methods that can overcome these limitations and improve the accuracy of predictions further.

Abstract

Background: Family caregivers play a crucial role in the recovery of stroke patients, especially in community settings. An adequate understanding of the range of motion (ROM) exercises enables caregivers to actively support rehabilitation and prevent complications. This study aimed to analyze the improvement of family caregivers' understanding of ROM exercises after training. Methods: This pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest study involved 25 families with stroke patients for ≥1 month, selected through consecutive sampling in the working area of Puskesmas Tambora, West Jakarta, in July 2025. Interventions included active and passive ROM exercises based on standard operating procedures (SOPs), also it was used to simulate the manual muscle testing (MMT). Measurement instruments used the validity and reliability questionnaires and MMT observation sheets. Data were analyzed by the Wilcoxon test at a significance level of p<0.05. Results: The results showed a significant increase in family caregiver understanding of ROM (p= 0.000). Before the training, 88% of respondents (22 people) had sufficient knowledge, and 12% (3 people) had good knowledge. After the training, the proportion of good knowledge increased to 56% (14 people), while moderate knowledge decreased to 44% (11 people). Conclusion: Structured training effectively enhanced family caregivers' understanding of ROM exercises, supporting their active participation in patient care. These findings suggest that such education can be integrated into community-based non-digital clinical pathways to prevent complications in stroke patients.

Abstract

The business world has undergone significant changes as a result of digital transformation, including the logistics sector, which requires information system integration and efficiency. Businesses can now optimize their operational processes and become more competitive thanks to advances in information technology. PT. Mandiri Leader Cargo (MLC), a freight forwarding company operating via air and land routes, still faces difficulties in running its operations due to the lack of an integrated information system. Processes such as fleet scheduling, monitoring delivery status, and reporting are still carried out manually through verbal communication, WhatsApp, and Excel. This leads to inefficiency and errors. The purpose of this research is to create an Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the TOGAF ADM approach, starting from the preliminary phase to Opportunities and Solutions. The design results in a blueprint for an integrated business architecture, applications, data, and technology, with a focus on the development of three main modules: Pick-Up, Outgoing Tracking, and Outgoing Report. It is expected that this design will improve operational processes, enhance coordination between divisions (Customer Service, Fleet, Warehouse, Gateway, and Finance), and enhance the quality of service and competitiveness of PT. MLC in the domestic logistics industry

Abstract

Health is a fundamental aspect of human life, and providing quality and sustainable healthcare remains a significant challenge globally. With the advancement of medical technology and health information systems, delivering effective, efficient, and affordable healthcare has become increasingly complex. In this context, Integrated Health Management (IHM) has emerged as a promising approach to improving healthcare quality and sustainability. IHM integrates various elements of the healthcare system, such as hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and policies, to achieve more efficient and sustainable health outcomes. This approach aims to address fragmentation in healthcare services, where patients often receive disconnected care without coordination among specialists, medical staff, and institutions. This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore the impact of IHM on healthcare quality and sustainability. Data was gathered from three major academic databases: Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, using keywords such as "Health Management," "Quality Healthcare," and "Sustainable Services." The findings indicate that IHM can significantly enhance healthcare outcomes through the use of digital technologies, decentralization, and community-based models. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, resistance to change, and financial constraints remain barriers to its widespread implementation. To maximize the effectiveness of IHM, investment in technology, improved governance, and comprehensive training for healthcare professionals are essential. A well-planned, holistic approach is necessary to overcome these challenges and build a sustainable healthcare system

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program has emerged as a major public policy issue frequently discussed on social media platform X (Twitter). Public discourse surrounding this program reflects diverse perspectives, including support, criticism, and broader debates on national nutrition policies. This study seeks to identify the dominant topics within these conversations through K-Means clustering and to classify sentiments using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, enhanced with SMOTE to address class imbalance. A total of 3,053 tweets were collected through crawling. The clustering results revealed three main themes: (1) nutrition fulfillment and food access for priority groups, highlighted by keywords such as nutrition, milk, fish, toddlers, schools, and pesantren; (2) political dynamics and program legitimacy, represented by terms like stunting, support, president, Prabowo, society, and national; and (3) state financial concerns, reflected in words including tax, funds, state budget, cost, people, and expenditure. In sentiment analysis, SVM without SMOTE produced accuracies of 65.69%, 67.76%, and 68.12% under 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30 split ratios. After applying SMOTE, accuracy increased to 77.94%, 76.38%, and 75.06%, with an F1-Score of 78%. These results confirm that K-Means is effective in identifying discussion topics, while SMOTE enhances SVM performance in sentiment classification.

Abstract

Alokasi SDA, istilah yang dapat merujuk pada standar efisiensi atau teknologi tertentu di berbagai sektor, berfokus pada pengoptimalan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sambil meminimalkan konsumsi sumber daya. Konsep ini sangat penting dalam industri yang sangat berdampak pada lingkungan, karena bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah dan mempromosikan praktik berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ekonomi meliputi produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi barang dan jasa. Integrasi efisiensi SDA ke dalam kegiatan ekonomi dapat mendorong inovasi dan daya saing sambil mengatasi masalah lingkungan.Di satu sisi, meningkatkan efisiensi dapat mengurangi dampak lingkungan dengan mengurangi limbah dan melestarikan sumber daya. Di sisi lain, pertumbuhan ekonomi sering menyebabkan peningkatan konsumsi dan potensi bahaya lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik.Oleh karena itu, penting bagi bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan untuk menemukan keseimbangan yang mendorong pembangunan ekonomi sambil menjaga lingkungan.Degradasi lingkungan mengacu pada kerusakan lingkungan melalui menipisnya sumber daya seperti udara, air, dan tanah; perusakan ekosistem; dan kepunahan satwa liar.Kontributor utama degradasi lingkungan termasuk kegiatan industri, urbanisasi, deforestasi,dan polusi.Hubungan antara efisiensi SDA dan degradasi lingkungan sangat signifikan, karena peningkatan efisiensi dapat menyebabkan pengurangan emisi,konsumsi sumber daya yang lebih rendah, dan jejak ekologis yang lebih kecil.Namun,jika langkah-langkah efisiensi tidak diterapkan secara berkelanjutan, mereka dapat secara tidak sengaja menyebabkan peningkatan produksi dan konsumsi, memperburuk masalah lingkungan

Abstract

Poverty is a condition of deprivation experienced by individuals, which directly impacts their well-being and is a fundamental problem that is difficult to overcome in all countries in the world, including Indonesia. This study analyzes the impact of asset ownership, capital access, and human resource quality on poverty rates in Sumatra. Using an associative approach with panel data regression and EViews 12, this study examines secondary data from 10 Sumatran provinces (2019-2023) sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. Data collection uses documentation, and the Fixed Effects Model is applied for analysis. The results show that asset ownership and human resource quality significantly influence poverty rates individually, while capital access does not have a significant partial effect. However, collectively, asset ownership, capital access, and human resources significantly influence poverty rates in Sumatra.

Abstract

PT. Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) is a mining company that utilizes information technology to support its business. In practice, IT services play an important role in supporting business operations from production, security, to supply chains. These services are also subject to Incident s and problems such as network disruptions, application troubleshooting, password resets, work device repairs, and access rights requests. Therefore, PTBA needs to implement Incident and Problem Management practices based on the ITIL V4 framework to handle Incident s as quickly as possible, so that their impact can be minimized and repeated Incident s prevented. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of Incident and Problem Management practices at PTBA using the ITIL V4 Maturity Level Self Assessment questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to eight stakeholders selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the implementation of Incident Management practices at PTBA is at Level 3 (Product) with a gap of 1 from the target level, and Problem Management practices are at Level 3.5 (Quality Control) with a gap of 0.5 from the target level. Core processes such as recording, classification, prioritization, escalation, handling, and closure have mostly been implemented. However, there are weaknesses such as prioritization not being based on impact, and cross-party coordination not being fully structured. Therefore, recommendations were compiled based on ITIL V4 Incident and Problem Management practices, with the hope of helping PTBA improve the quality of its IT services.

Abstract

The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method was used in this study to evaluate and plan the information system strategy for PT Telekomunikasi Witel West Jakarta. The background of this research is the need for companies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data-driven decision-making and operational monitoring. The research uses TOGAF to assess current conditions, identify key problems, and create architectural solutions that support the company's strategic goals. This research was carried out through several stages, including needs analysis, architectural planning, and solution evaluation. Research shows that the implementation of TOGAF can help companies build a more integrated and responsive monitoring information system to changes that occur in business. This study finds that the TOGAF approach provides a complete framework for planning and managing the transformation of sustainable information systems in companies.
