Abstract

Healthcare workers face Covid-19 patients and are at risk of being exposed to the virus, they also work long shifts, with high workloads, and face logistical constraints. This study was conducted to determine the effect of working conditions on the mental health of healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the independent variables, which are working hours, workload, support from peers, support from supervisors, logistical support and occupational competence on the mediating variable which is working conditions, and to determine the effect of working conditions on the dependent variable of mental health. This research was conducted in Depok City, involving 162 health workers at SMC Hospital. Questionnaires were distributed using the google form application to collect data based on quota sampling, the questionnaire contained 58 questions using a Likert scale value 1 – 5. All data analysis used the PLS-SEM method with the results of the study stating that there was a positive impact between all independent variables on working conditions and there is a positive impact between the working conditions variable and mental health. It was also found that there is low predictive accuracy with low predictive relevance on the dependent variable of mental health, while the mediating variable working conditions has moderate predictive accuracy with high predictive relevance, so this research can be developed further to obtain an appropriate model. This research also has managerial implications as well as recommendations for further research.

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic in early March 2020 to 2021, it has changed the learning patterns of students in high school and students at universities or in higher education. This study was conducted to examine the factors that influence online learning from students at higher education universities, besides that in this study also to test whether the self-efficacy factor affects students at the university. This study uses a quantitative method, by taking primary data 112 primary data from universities, and distributed using google form. After the data is collected, using the confirmatory Composite Analysis method and also using PLS-SEM, to test whether there is a high correlation between factors or not. After knowing the components that affect online learning, the results show that Self Efficacy meets the criteria for confirmatory composite analysis testing, so that Self Efficacy becomes a reliable and valid dimension in Online Learning, and ranks first with an R2 of 0.821 which has an effect on Online Learning. In this study, online learning also has a major effect on WOM, which is 0.816 and can also be seen from R2 of WOM, which is 0.665 which is included in Moderate Predictive Accuracy, so it can be concluded that Online Learning has a strong influence on WOM of students who are studying during a pandemic, so that very influential on the marketing of the college.

Abstract

This research is a case study that analyzes the problem of the Faith-Learning Integration management process for the Korean Sunday School “Y” in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this research, data collection was carried out with 5 informants, 58 questionnaires from respondents consisting of students, parents and teachers as well as recordings of student activity results. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in the Faith-Learning Integration management process. First, students are not satisfied with centering on video learning platforms because there is no interaction between teachers, students and their friends so it needs to be changed from a one-way platform, such as video to an interactive platform between students and teachers such as Zoom or Google Classroom, etc.  In addition, students from parents of other religions do not get support and attention from their parents to carry out  Faith-Learning Integration with Work From Home (WFH)  so that  Faith-Learning Integration activities stop. Second, teachers' technical skills are very limited, so interactive online classroom training is required. Third, parents feel burdened and stressed when they have to give examples of faith, morals and good discipline to children in  Faith-Learning Integration during WFH. The last obstacle, the 5 dimensions of the Faith-Learning Integration are not tightly integrated with each other so they do not run in harmony. The dimensions of Leitourgia and Didache were implemented well, while Kerygma, Koinonia, and Diakonia were not carried out well due to social distancing obstacles. For this reason, it is recommended that "Y" management use an interactive platform and develop innovative and creative ways that can motivate students so that they do not feel the distance between teachers and students and the surrounding environment is getting farther away even though they participate in social distancing.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang menganalisa masalah proses manajemen pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman Sekolah Minggu Korea “Y” di Indonesia pada masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

This study contends that quantitative empirical legal research is instrumental in enhancing comprehension of public legal awareness regarding the implementation of human rights protection in Indonesia. Utilizing Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), the study offers a flexible framework to explore the relationship between human rights ideals and key elements of the legal system as research variables. This research constitutes a literature review emphasizing the significance of empirical quantitative methods, particularly through the development of a path model termed Regulatory Status Analysis. In the proposed model, justice, certainty, and expediency are posited as independent variables representing fundamental legal ideals, while substantive law and legal structure serve as mediating variables within the legal framework. Through empirical testing, the path model elucidates the intricate connections among these variables, focusing on their impact on public awareness and compliance with legal norms safeguarding human rights. Findings indicate that substantive law significantly enhances awareness of legal obligations, whereas the influence of legal structure is minimal, possibly due to perceived inadequacies in enforcing laws against human rights violations. These empirical insights underscore the imperative of developing a robust human rights legal framework conducive to effective implementation and enforcement. By informing national and global legal scholarship, this research aims to guide policy-makers in refining legal systems that promote public awareness, compliance, and protection of human rights.
