Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan elemen fundamental yang berperan penting dalam menunjang keberlangsungan dan pengembangan organisasi. Budaya organisasi yang positif mampu membentuk nilai bersama, meningkatkan komitmen, serta menjadi pedoman perilaku bagi anggota organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sebaliknya, budaya organisasi yang negatif dapat menghambat kinerja dan perkembangan organisasi karena bertentangan dengan nilai dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran budaya organisasi terhadap pengembangan organisasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan media daring yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap proses pengembangan organisasi melalui pembentukan pola interaksi sosial, internalisasi nilai, serta mekanisme adaptasi organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan. Budaya organisasi juga berfungsi sebagai proses berkelanjutan yang diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi dan berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah secara kolektif. Dengan demikian, penguatan budaya organisasi yang konstruktif menjadi strategi penting dalam menciptakan pengembangan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bencana banjir bandang dan tanah longsor yang terjadi di Provinsi Aceh pada tahun 2025 merupakan bencana hidrometeorologi yang dipicu oleh curah hujan ekstrem serta diperparah oleh degradasi lingkungan dan perubahan tutupan lahan. Peristiwa ini menimbulkan dampak kemanusiaan dan kerugian materiil yang signifikan, termasuk korban jiwa, kerusakan permukiman, serta lumpuhnya infrastruktur publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen bencana pasca peristiwa banjir bandang dan tanah longsor di Aceh tahun 2025, dengan meninjau tahapan mitigasi, tanggap darurat, dan pasca bencana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dan analisis dokumen, dengan memanfaatkan data dari laporan resmi pemerintah, regulasi kebencanaan, pemberitaan media nasional, serta pendapat pakar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan bencana di Aceh telah dilakukan melalui upaya mitigasi struktural dan nonstruktural, respons darurat yang melibatkan koordinasi lintas sektor, serta penyusunan kebijakan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi pasca bencana. Meskipun demikian, tantangan masih ditemukan dalam aspek pengelolaan lingkungan, sistem peringatan dini, dan penataan ruang berbasis risiko. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan masyarakat menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan ketangguhan wilayah Aceh terhadap bencana hidrometeorologi di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The rising energy demand in Indonesia is driving the development of biodiesel as a sustainable, renewable fuel. Waste cooking oil has the potential as a biodiesel feedstock due to its abundant availability and relatively low cost. Biodiesel is generally produced via transesterification, but conventional heating methods have limitations, such as long reaction times and high energy consumption. Therefore, microwave-based heating is used as an alternative to improve process efficiency through rapid, even heating. This research aims to' optimize biodiesel synthesis from used cooking oil using a microwave-assisted transesterification process with the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) approaches. The process variables studied include catalyst' concentration (1', 2, 3, 4, and' 5%w/w) and' reaction time (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 minutes), with biodiesel yield as the main response. A mathematical model was developed using an appropriate experimental design and statistically validated using ANOVA to assess the model's significance and the effects of interactions between variables. The research results showed the highest biodiesel yield at 4% catalyst with a reaction time of 6 minutes. The RSM method, validated by ANOVA, was effective in determining optimum operating conditions and increasing biodiesel yield. This approach has the potential to be applied as a highly effective and sustainable method for biodiesel production from used cooking oil. Abstract

Coal fly ash is an industrial waste containing aluminium and iron with potential for reuse as coagulant materials. This study aimed to recover aluminium and iron from coal fly ash using Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE) with hydrochloric acid, and to evaluate their application in textile wastewater treatment. Variations in HCL concentration (1-5 M) and extraction time (30-50 minutes) were examined to determine optimal conditions. The result showed that the highest recovery was achieved at 5 M HCL and 40 minutes, with aluminium and iron recovery of 48.4% and 78%. The extracted aluminium and iron were successfully applied as coagulants in textile wastewater treatment, resulting in significant reductions in color to 30 Pt-Co, turbidity to 26.9 NTU, and TSS to 46 mg/L, while maintaining a stable pH value at 6. All treated wastewater parameters complied with the applicable discharge standards. These finding demonstrate that MAE is an effective and promising approach for recovering aluminum and iron from coal fly ash and production sustainable coagulant for industrial wastewater treatment. Abstract

Global climate change significantly affects the agriculture sector, including reducing crop productivity and potential distribution through the frequency of hydrometeorological disasters. Despite its economic importance, limited research has explored the effects of such hydroclimatic extremes on shallot (Allium cepa var. aggregatum) cultivation. This study aims to identify the soil-climate conditions, extreme events, variable contributions, and potential distribution areas of shallot in Sleman regency. The MaxEnt model was used herein to predict the suitable distribution area of shallot under hydroclimatic extremes and soil physical properties. The results show that shallot potential distribution in Sleman regency is governed by the synergistic action of climatic extremes and soil physical structure based on MaxEnt analysis. The dominance of Consecutive Dry Days (CDD) and soil moisture underscores the necessity of maintaining a stable soil–water equilibrium under intensifying hydroclimatic variability. These insights support the use of high-resolution soil and climate mapping to inform adaptive irrigation scheduling, precision tillage, and organic amendment strategies. Abstract

This study aims to synthesize and characterize aluminosilicate catalysts derived from Indonesian kaolin through the hydrothermal method with variations in surfactant type and aging temperature. Kaolin served as the main source of silica and alumina, while CTABr (cationic) and PEG (non-ionic) acted as structure-directing agents that guided the formation of the catalyst pore framework. The synthesis was carried out at aging temperatures of 25°C, 40°C, 50°C, 65°C, and 70°C to investigate their effects on the functional groups and crystallinity of the catalysts. FTIR analysis revealed the presence of main Si–O–Si and Al–O–Si functional groups in all samples, with additional organic peaks attributed to the surfactants. Samples synthesized with CTABr showed sharper spectral peaks, indicating a more ordered structure. XRD analysis showed that the aluminosilicate catalyst synthesized with CTABr at 50°C exhibited the highest diffraction intensity (2615 cts), representing higher crystallinity compared to the PEG-based sample, which remained amorphous. SEM observations demonstrated that PEG produced smoother and more porous particle morphology, while CTABr resulted in agglomerated particles. Overall, the combination of CTABr surfactant and 50°C aging temperature yielded the best synthesis result with a stable semi-crystalline structure. This research highlights the great potential of local kaolin as a sustainable and efficient raw material for aluminosilicate catalyst production.

Abstract

Pembiayaan berbasis prinsip syariah, khususnya mudharabah dan musyarakah, memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Skema pembiayaan ini tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga menekankan prinsip keadilan, kemitraan, dan berbagi risiko antara lembaga keuangan syariah dan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembiayaan mudharabah dan musyarakah terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM, yang diukur melalui peningkatan modal usaha, kinerja usaha, keberlanjutan bisnis, serta kemandirian pelaku UMKM. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pelaku UMKM penerima pembiayaan mudharabah dan musyarakah. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan tingkat efektivitas masing-masing skema pembiayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah dan musyarakah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM. Musyarakah cenderung memberikan dampak lebih kuat terhadap keberlanjutan dan pengembangan usaha, sementara mudharabah berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan akses permodalan dan kepercayaan usaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa optimalisasi pembiayaan syariah dapat menjadi instrumen penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan kemandirian UMKM secara berkelanjutan.
