This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and communication style have on work performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of SMPN 1 Dharmasraya. The method used is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires as many as 63 respondents. The results of data analysis concluded that there was a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on organizational commitment variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the organizational commitment variable. There is a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the work performance variables. There is a significant positive effect between organizational commitment variables and work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between work involvement variables on work performance through organizational commitment. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the variables of communication style on work performance through organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to organizational citizenship behavior through organizational support as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Famili Raya Padang data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. Data testing techniques in this study include validity tests, reliability tests with Alpha Cronbach, Inner Model and analysis: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.039 <0.05. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.792 > 0.05. (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.045 <0.05. (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.044 <0.05. (5) Organizational support has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.716 <0.05. (6) Organizational support cannot mediate the influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.631 < 0.05. (7) Organizational support cannot mediate the effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.921 < 0.05.

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Airumeg AMDK Factory PT. Umega Sembilan Berlian. Data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation, with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis method used is the Measurement Model Test (Outher Model) and structural model testing (Inner Model). It is obtained that: Rewards have a big impact on how satisfied you are at work. This research aims to determine the design of bead products, procurement of materials for bead product production and the manufacturing process for bead product production at Lamudra.id. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The bead craft business is one of the micro businesses in the city of Padang. Seeing the obstacles faced by business actors and the desire to improve and develop the bead craft business, assistance is needed to achieve the desire to improve thebead craft business,namely by providing creativity and innovation training in making bead crafts so that business actors have the skills in making various kinds of bead products. Then another obstacle is that the tools are still simple, so procurement of tools is very necessary to speed up the process of making bead crafts and improve the quality produced. The impact of this service is expected to improve quality and innovation in bead craft products. So it is hoped that business actors will increase their income and become more independent.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable at PT. Surya Andalan Primatama Mukomuko. The population and research sample were 110 respondents with a sampling technique using the total sampling method. The data processing method uses Structure equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS tool. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on work morale. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and interpersonal communication has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work morale has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. For indirect effects, this research also reveals that leadership style and interpersonal communication influence employee performance through work morale

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have. The research variables are Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Employee Performance (Y) and Job Satisfaction (Z). The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The analysis method used is the outer model and inner model test using the smart PLS 3.0 data processing tool. The research results show (a) Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 8,152 with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05) (b) Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 2,918 with a significant level (0.069 < 0.05) (c) Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance of 1,460 with a significant level (0.002< 0.05) (d) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 3,111 with a significant level (0.000< 0.05) (e) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect significant effect on Employee Performance of 8,152 with a significant level of (0.047< 0.05) (f) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance of 2,600 with a significant level of (0.078> 0.05) (g)

Manajemen strategis adalah suatu pendekatan yang penting dalam mengelola organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan jangka panjangnya. Ini melibatkan perumusan visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi, serta pengembangan dan pelaksanaan rencana strategis untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Objek penelitian ini adalah Cafe D’Sruput merupakan unit usaha yang memiliki banyak cabang diberbagai kota. Analisis SWOT adalah alat yang digunakan dalam manajemen strategis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja suatu organisasi atau proyek. Analisis SWOT membantu organisasi dalam merumuskan strategi dengan mempertimbangkan kekuatan dan kelemahan internal, serta peluang dan ancaman eksternal yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Teknik Analisis SWOT meliputi IFE, EFE, dan TOWS. Matrik IFE menunjukkan bahwa Cafe D’Sruput memiliki ciri organisasi yang kuat secara internal sedangkan matrik EFE menunjukkan kelemahan dari cafe D’Sruput, Sehingga cafe D’Sruput bisa melakukan pengembangan pada pasar, pengembangan pada produk serta melakukan inovasi dalam mengembangkan usaha pada cafe D’Sruput.

This research aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance and work experience using work discipline and employee training at Passaman Class D Hospital as independent variables. The population and sample of this study amounted to 72 respondents with the sampling technique using the total sampling method. The methodology used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS tool. The findings show that work discipline has a positive impact on work experience. It also shows that training has a significant positive impact on professional experience. Work discipline also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Training is proven to have a positive impact on employee performance. Work experience has been proven to have a positive impact on employee performance. Employee performance is one important factor that is useful in helping the organization. This relates to the achievement of the objectives contained in the vision and mission of an organization. This study aimed to analyze the performance of employees with an organizational structure and knowledge-oriented leadership based on learning innovation and organizational suitability. The population of this research was the employees of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Padang, totaling 222 people. The sampling technique used the Census method, where the entire existing population was used as a research sample. While the data analysis technique used Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3. The results of the research hypothesis showed that knowledge-oriented organizational structure and leadership had a significant effect on learning innovation as well as employee performance. Empirical facts found that learning innovation had a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, knowledge-oriented leadership had no significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, learning innovation proved to have a significant effect in mediating organizational structure and knowledge-oriented leadership on employee performance. The contribution of this research, to be able to improve the performance of employees, organizational leaders can provide training and education as well as distribute knowledge and skills in supporting the work of employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of deferred tax expense,tax planning and managerial ownership of earnings management with institutional ownership as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, so that there were 58 companies that would be sampled for 5 consecutive years so that a total of 290 companies were observed. This research usesmoderated regression analysis (MRA) with the help of the Eviews 10 program. The results of testing the hypothesis state that deferred tax expense andtax planning has a positive and significant effect on earnings management, while institutional ownership has no significant effect on earnings management, then institutional ownership is able to moderate the relationship between deferred tax expense andtax planning on earnings management while institutional ownership is not able to moderate the relationship between managerial ownership on earnings management.
