Industri kerajinan rotan di Silungkakng telah menghasilkan berbagai macam produk kerajinan rotan seperti kursi, pot bunga, tempat sampah, dan tudung saji sehingga dapat nyaman dan memiliki daya tarik tersendiri dibandingkan dengan produk rotan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan faktor eksternal apa saja yang mempengaruhi strategi pengembangan usaha kerajinan rotan di Silungkang, dan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha kerajinan rotan di Silungkang. . Objek penelitian ini difokuskan pada strategi pengembangan industri kerajinan rotan di silungkang dan ruang lingkup penelitian dibatasi pada strategi pengembangan industri kerajinan rotan di Silungkang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang dapat mendukung perkembangan usaha kerajinan rotan di Silungkang adalah faktor kekuatan yang meliputi kualitas produk yang baik, sedangkan faktor kelemahannya adalah kurangnya promosi dalam pemasaran produk yang belum terlaksana. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yang dapat mendukung dan menghambat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan usaha kerajinan rotan di Silungkang adalah faktor peluang yang meliputi lokasi potensial yang mendukung usaha dan faktor ancaman meliputi pengaruh masuknya pesaing. Dengan demikian faktor eksternal dan internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap strategi pengembangan usaha kerajinan rotan di silungkang. Yang paling tepat adalah menggunakan strategi agresif, yaitu strategi yang menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Sebaiknya pemilik usaha kerajinan rotan melakukan manajemen pemasaran melalui promosi pemasaran digital dan langsung ke seluruh konsumen khususnya yang berada di wilayah Silungkang dan Sumatra barat, sehingga akan memperluas minat konsumen untuk membeli dan meminimalisir masuknya pesaing pada usaha kerajinan rotan putri silungkang, sehingga akan meminimalisir kelemahan-kelemahan yang muncul. ada di industri, dan dapat mempertahankan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada.

This service activity aims to find out the application of digital marketing strategies and digital payments in increasing sales of Kebab Dara, Lubuk Begalung branch, Padang City, the obstacles faced by Kebab Dara in digital marketing and digital payments and the efforts made by Kebab Dara to increase sales of the products faced. In this activity we use detailed analysis using data collection techniques, observation and interviews. The results of this activity indicate that Kebab Dara is experiencing problems with declining sales. To overcome this, a digital marketing strategy is needed through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media and appropriate digital payments or qris so that sales can increase again in the future in an era of increasing numbers of competitors. After carrying out this research and observations, the marketing strategy carried out by Kebab Dara is a mix of digital marketing and digital payments.

Strategic management is an important approach in managing an organization to achieve its long-term goals. This involves formulating the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve these goals.SWOT analysis is a tool used in strategic management to identify internal and external factors that affect the performance of an organization or a project.SWOT analysis assists organizations in formulating strategies by considering internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as existing external opportunities and threats. The application of information technology systems will be beneficial if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization by establishing business strategies and information technology systems strategies related to SWOT Analysis.The research method used is the SWOT Analysis Technique including IFE, EFE, and TOWS. The IFE matrix shows that Cafe D'Sruput has strong organizational characteristics internally while the EFE matrix shows the weaknesses of cafe D'Sruput, so that cafe D'Sruput can carry out market development, product development and innovate in developing business at cafe D' Slurp.

Perkembangan bisnis untuk industry makanan sangatlah pesat. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan menjamurnya berbagai macam produsen makana cepat saji di Indonesia. Para produsen seolah ingin berlomba untuk menghadirkan produk unggulan yang dapat memenuhi keinginan dari para konsumen.Berbagai macam pola pengembangan produk telah dilakukan,namun usaha tersebut dirasakan belum terlalu sesuai dengan ekspetasi perusahaan karena tidak mampu meningkatkan omset penjualan. Hal tersebut ditengarai karena pola pengembangan yang telah dilakukan,tidak sesuai dengan prefensi konsumen sehingga tidak mampu memenuhi keinginan konsumen. Kesimpulan artikel bisnis ini menunjukan bahwa untuk memiliki kebab yang baik dan dapat bersaing,harus memiliki ciri khas khusus agar para konsumen tertarik dengan produk yang kita jual.Kebab harus memiliki kualitas yang baik sehingga konsumen juga tertarik untuk mencicipi kebab 3ini. Dimana produk ideal yang sesuai dengan prefensi konsumen untuk pengembangan kebab Abud’s adalah kebab yang isian daging dan menggunakan mayonise yang diolah sendiri oleh produsen, dengan ukuran kebab sebesar 20 cm serta harga jual sebesar 12.000 hingga 15.000.k

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and locus of control on work performance and job satisfaction as intervening variables at the West Pasaman Regent's office. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By circulating the questionnaire as many as 59 respondents. The results obtained were that there was a positive and significant impact between work discipline on job satisfaction in employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. There is a positive and significant impact between locus of control on job satisfaction in West Pasaman Regent Office employees. There is a positive and significant impact between work discipline on work performance for employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. There is a positive and insignificant impact between locus of control on work performance in West Pasaman Regent Office employees. There is a positive and significant impact between job satisfaction on work performance for employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. There is a positive and insignificant impact of work discipline on work performance through job satisfaction in employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. Job satisfaction has not been able to mediate the effect of work discipline on work performance. Recognize the changes that occur in an agency with several factors that occur, namely those located at the Ashabul Kahfi Foundation, Jalan Kolam Indah IV, Mata Air, Kec. South Padang, Padang City, West Sumatra. By using a change management scheme, we got the results from the problem basic learning (PBL) that we carried out, there are several implications for the Ashabul Kahfi Padang Kindergarten, the challenge of human resource (teacher) readiness as the main pillar of implementing the independent curriculum. The existence of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum is a locomotive and driving force for the success of various independent learning programs such as differentiated learning, implementing projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles and learning assessments as well as empowering technology as a learning support tool. Therefore, strengthening the existence of teachers through development programs according to needs needs to be carried out continuously and consistently, especially if you look at the results of teacher professional development programs so far that have not had a significant impact on improving quality.

Contemporary drinks are rife among young people. The competition between the beverage outlets can be seen from the emergence of various unique beverage outlets. For this reason, the authors are interested in examining the factors of modern drinking interest in buying interest among young consumers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the respondents are taken from young people in Padang who like modern drinks. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field, it was found that there were several factors of interest so that there was an interest in buying among young people, namely factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, factors of good taste where there were many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names that made people interested in buying. Besides that, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with a creative and attractive design. In addition, it was also found that personal, social and psychological factors were one of the factors in the interest in buying contemporary drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage sector as well as further research in researching business in this field.

Business strategy is an important part that every business person should have. This research attempts to determine the ideal strategy through SWOT analysis. The object of this study is Kenanagan Coffee. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through Observation, Interview, and Documentation. SWOT Analysis Techniques include IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy and QSPM. The findings of IFE Matrics and Matrics show that coffe memories has strong organizational characteristics internally with strategies that can utilize strength factors that can minimize weaknesses and be able to take advantage of opportunities from the situation faced. The analysis of TOWS Matrix, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy as the final result of this study recommends the right business strategy for Kopi Kenanagan is to implement a market development strategy followed by product development through continuous innovation.

This research aims to investigate the relationship between leadership style, level of work discipline, motivation and employee performance at the Economic Bureau of the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics. Data was collected through interviews and observations of employees and leaders at the Economic Bureau. The research results show that effective leadership styles, such as transformative and participative leadership, have a positive influence on employee motivation and performance. On the other hand, a high level of work discipline also has a positive impact on employee motivation and performance through creating a structured and supportive work environment. Employee motivation, as a mediator, plays an important role in linking leadership style, work discipline, and employee performance. This research provides valuable insight into the factors that influence employee performance in the Economic Bureau and their effectiveness on the effectiveness of economic management at the provincial level.

This research aims to determine and try to analyze the influence of discipline and cooperation on work productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Wilmar Nabati Padang. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Wilmar Nabati Padang. The research results found that there is an influence between discipline and job satisfaction. There is an influence between Collaboration on Job Satisfaction. There is an influence between discipline and work productivity. There is no influence between Collaboration on Work Productivity. There is an influence between Job Satisfaction and Work Productivity. Job Satisfaction mediates Discipline on Work Productivity. Job Satisfaction mediates Collaboration on Work Productivity.
