Abstract

The regulation of military criminal law is subject to the KUHPM and also to criminal laws outside the KUHPM, including Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics. The KUHPM does not explicitly regulate narcotics abuse; therefore, military courts apply Article 2 of the KUHP, which applies to all offenders, whether civilian or military. The principle of lex specialis derogate legi generalis applies, meaning the Narcotics Law, as a special regulation, takes precedence over the KUHP. Principal penalties are imposed based on Article 10(a) of the KUHP and Article 6(a) of the KUHPM, while additional penalties such as dismissal refer to Article 26 of the KUHPM. This article is mutatis mutandis, meaning it can be applied by the judge without being proven as an element of the offense. Judges have discretion in determining sentences but must base their decisions on complete considerations. If such considerations are lacking, the Supreme Court may annul the verdict. Case analysis shows that judges place greater emphasis on juridical considerations based on trial facts and statutory provisions.

Abstract

This research discusses the personnel of Sekintang Dayo art studio. The purpose of this study is to know how the ability of the problem in accessing, evaluating and how to use and communicate information about dance music. This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach and data collection through interview method, observation and documentation. Based on the analysis and research findings, the ability of the artist members Sekintang Dayo art to access information can be categorized well. This can be seen from 18 informants who identify the sources of information used through Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and TV, as a medium of information access. Then The ability of personnel in evaluating information can be categorized well. It can be seen that personnel evaluate the music information they obtain by comparing and sorting information. The personnel's ability to use and disseminate information can be categorized well. It can be seen that they have their own application account to disseminate music information dance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan Aplikasi Kahoot dalam mempengaruhi keterlibatan belajar peserta didik di SDN 17/I Rantau Puri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 1 orang guru kelas V dan 18 peserta didik, sehingga total responden berjumlah 19 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan 25 butir pernyataan yang mencakup tiga indikator, yaitu persepsi kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness), persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), dan persepsi kepuasan pengguna (perceived user satisfaction). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap penggunaan Aplikasi Kahoot berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata persentase keseluruhan sebesar 89,14%. Secara rinci, indikator kebermanfaatan memperoleh rata-rata 89,63%, indikator kemudahan penggunaan sebesar 88,33%, dan indikator kepuasan pengguna sebesar 89,46%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Kahoot dianggap bermanfaat, mudah digunakan, dan memberikan kepuasan dalam mendukung keterlibatan belajar siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi Kahoot dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran interaktif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar siswa, membantu guru dalam melaksanakan asesmen, serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi digital di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis powepoint dan wordwall yang memiliki kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan, yaitu: tahap Analyze (analisis), Design (perancangan), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), dan tahap Evaluation (evaluasi). Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis validitas, praktikalitas dan efektivitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, media interaktif Powerpoint dan wordwall yang dikembangkan telah divalidasi oleh validator atau ahli materi pada tahap sebelum revisi memperoleh presentase skor sebanyak 68,8% dengan kategori “Layak” dan setelah dilakukan revisi memperoleh hasil presentase skor 80% dengan kategori “Layak” yang dilihat dari aspek- aspek yang dinilai. Data hasil nilai praktikalitas menunjukkan presentase skor sebanyak 92,5% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis” yang diisi oleh salah seorang praktisi atau guru kelas IV SD Swasta At- Taufiq. Adapun data hasil nilai efektifitas yang diperoleh dari soal post-test yaitu setelah ditampilkannya media interaktif mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 20% dari rata-rata nilai 90, sehingga dikategorikan “Sangat Efektif”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Powerpoint dan wordwall memiliki kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif yang diperoleh dari data hasil instrumen maupun angket.

Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan salah satu perkembangan yang harus di kembang oleh anak usia dini . penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan kreativitas anak dan juga mengetahui seberapa besar program ini berjalan . Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindak kelas yang dibantu oleh guru TK aba 18 Medan dalam kegiatan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dimana program ini sangat berpengaruh perkembangan kreativitas anak karena dalam kegiatan ini anak dapat melakukan kreativitas yang mereka sukai tanpa adanya tuntutan

Abstract

This research aims to describe and show Sri Mumpuni's creativity in the Mulie Bekipas Dance at Sanggar Kusuma Lalita Metro Lampung. The problems in this research include: (1) what is the form of the Mulie Bekipas Dance at the Kusuma Lailta Studio? and (2) how is Sri Mumpuni's creativity in the Mulie Bekipas Dance at the Kusuma Lalita Studio? Thus, to answer this problem, Y. Sumandiyo Hadi's theory is used to discuss the dance form which contains elements of group choreography and to discuss Sri Mumpuni's creativity in this dance work the author uses Rodhes' theory quoted by Utami Munandar, namely person, process (process), press (pusher) and product (product). This research uses a qualitative research method with a choreographic approach. The research stage carried out was data collection by means of observation, interviews and literature study. Then all the data is collected and finally analyzed. The results of the research show that the Mulie Bekipas Dance form is a group dance, which consists of 11 elements which include dance movements, dance space, dance accompaniment/dance music, dance theme, type/kind/nature of dance, mode or method of presentation, number of dancers/type gender and body posture, make-up, lighting/stage lighting, dance props/other equipment. And this creativity is shown in the choreographer, the factors that influenced it, the creation process up to the formation of the Mulie Bekipas Dance.

Abstract

The research entitled "The Function of the Lading Dance in Tempirai Village, North Penukal District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province", aims to describe the Form and Function of the Lading Dance. The problems in this research include: (1) what is the form of the Lading Dance? and (2) how does the Lading Dance function? Answering problems regarding dance form using Y. Sumandiyo Hadi's theory and discussing function using M. Jazuli's theory. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data obtained through observations, interviews and literature study.  The results of the research show that the form of Lading Dance is a group dance, which consists of 11 elements which include dance movements, dance space, dance accompaniment/dance music, dance theme, type/type/nature of dance, mode or method of presentation, number of dancers, gender, and body posture, make-up, lighting/stage lighting, dance props/other equipment. The functions of the Lading dance include: Lading dance for ceremonial purposes, namely the traditional wedding ceremony of Tempirai Village and the ceremony for welcoming important guests. The function of the Lading dance is for entertainment/spectacle which is intended to enliven and celebrate a meeting or reception. The function of the Lading dance for performance aims to provide an aesthetic experience to the audience. The function of Lading dance for educational media means that dance becomes a tool for education or learning the values needed to achieve goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari atas rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalahpembelajaran masih didominasi oleh Guru, dan siswa kurang diberi kesempatan melakukansesuatu selain mencatat, mendengar serta menyatakan informasi dengan kalimat mereka sendiri.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh strategipembelajaran aktif tipe rotating quartet exchange terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa padaranah kognitif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pra eksperimen dan rancangan penelitian yangdigunakan adalah randomized control group only design.Berdasarkan tes akhir hasil belajar diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar matematika pada kelaseksperimen 83,68 dan rata-rata hasil belajar matematika kelas kontrol 72,13. Hasil analisa uji- t diperolehthitung = 3,58 dan ttabel = 1,67 pada taraf nyata 0,05. Disimpulkan thitung > ttabel menerima hipotesis alternatif(H1) yaitu hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol, artinyapembelajaran aktif tipe rotating quartet exchange berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the method of Online marketing (Ecommerce) influences competitive advantage This type of research is quantitative descriptive with statistical data analysis, where the population and sample are all traditional culinary industries in South Sulawesi especially in Makassar, Pare-Pare, Bulukumba and Bantaeng. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. Samples were taken by puposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis The results of this study indicate that the influence of online methods (Ecommerce) on competitive advantage is partially significant.

Abstract

This research is an experimental study that aims to determine: (1) The process of making instant oyster mushroom congee; (2) Panelists acceptance of the organoleptic of instant oyster mushroom congee, which includes color, aroma, texture, taste, and overall (overall assessment); (3) Potassium Nutritional Value of instant oyster mushroom congee. There were 38 panelists, consisting of 3 trained panelists, 25 semi-trained panelists, and 10 untrained panelists. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA. The research was out at the Kitchen Laboratory Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar and the Makassar Health Laboratory Center. The results showed instant oyster mushroom congee products started from preparation, weighing, cutting, grinding, drying, storage and packaging. The panelists acceptance of the instant oyster mushroom congee with the F1 formulation with a yield of 1.5 grams of dry oyster mushrooms is equivalent to 15 grams of fresh oyster mushrooms. In terms of color, aroma, texture, and taste assessment, it is better than other formulations with a rating of 4.18, aroma, texture, and taste of 4.82, and overall, 5.42. The change in the nutritional value of potassium in instant oyster mushroom congee was 225.75 mcg, and the nutritional value of iron was 14.72 mcg.
