Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has driven fundamental changes in the way organizations manage work processes, make decisions, and coordinate teams in digital environments. However, an integrated understanding of how AI-based leadership affects digital team performance, particularly through the roles of transformational leadership and digital literacy, remains limited and dispersed across different streams of literature. This study aims to analyze the role of AI in supporting digital leadership, identify its influence on decision-making effectiveness and team performance, and examine the challenges and ethical implications of its implementation in organizations. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by reviewing relevant scholarly literature on AI, leadership, digital literacy, human–AI collaboration, and digital team performance. The findings indicate that AI-based leadership can enhance team management effectiveness when implemented through transformational leadership practices that foster vision, change readiness, learning, and team coordination, and when supported by adequate digital literacy. Conversely, barriers such as low trust in AI, digital competency gaps, resistance to change, and ethical issues remain major challenges. This study contributes by offering a conceptual synthesis that positions AI-based leadership, transformational leadership, and digital literacy within a single framework to explain the optimization of digital team performance in modern work environments.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed how business organizations manage operations, process information, and make strategic decisions, thereby creating a need for leadership patterns that are more adaptive, visionary, and responsive to digital transformation. This study aims to explain the concept of AI Leadership in the business context, identify why modern leadership must adapt to the advancement of AI, and analyze the leadership strategies that are relevant for navigating the era of AI-driven business. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with a narrative-thematic synthesis of relevant open-access scholarly literature on AI Leadership, digital leadership, human–AI collaboration, business transformation, and AI ethics. The findings show that AI Leadership represents a modern form of leadership that emphasizes not only technological understanding but also the ability of leaders to direct organizational change, foster data-driven decision making, manage collaboration between humans and technology, and implement responsible AI governance. The study also finds that the main strategies required by leaders in the AI era include strengthening digital literacy, developing adaptive managerial capabilities, enhancing human–AI collaboration, and integrating ethical principles into technology implementation. This article contributes conceptually by reinforcing AI Leadership as a leadership framework that is highly relevant to modern organizations and offers practical implications for the development of business leadership in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

The development of digital transformation in human resource management has encouraged organizations to utilize Human Resource Analytics (HRA) as a basis for more effective, data-driven decision-making. This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource Analytics in improving the effectiveness of organizational decision-making through a literature review approach. The research method used is a literature review by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing various scientific sources in the form of national and international journals, academic books, and other scientific publications relevant to the topic of Human Resource Analytics and decision-making effectiveness. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Human Resource Analytics can help organizations identify employee behavior patterns, improve the efficiency of the recruitment process, predict workforce performance and retention, and support the development of more accurate and objective organizational strategies. In addition, the use of human resource analytics also contributes to improving the quality of managerial decisions through the use of real-time data and predictive approaches. However, the implementation of Human Resource Analytics still faces various challenges, such as limited data quality, low human resource analytical competency, and issues of employee data ethics and privacy. This study concludes that Human Resource Analytics has a strategic role in improving the effectiveness of organizational decision-making in the digital era. Therefore, strengthening analytical competency and integrated data management are necessary for its optimal implementation.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep perilaku kepemimpinan dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kepustakaan (library research). Hasil kajian ini menjelaskan tentang perilaku kepemimpinan yang meliputi pengertian, tujuan, fungsi, jenis-jenis kepemimpinan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam kajian ini ialah kepemimpinan yaitu bagian penting dalam organisasi, pemimpin mengorganisasikan sumber daya nya dengan kemampuan seorang untuk mengarahkan orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu sesuai dengan tujuan bersama. Keberhasilan kepemimpinan dinilai dari prilaku kepemimpinan yang di terapkan dan kepuasan bawahannya.

Abstract

Leadership is the ability to influence the behavior of a group towards achieving goals. The main focus of this research is the behavioral approach of leadership in the context of management. This approach emphasizes the behavior and actions of leaders as the main factors in influencing individual and group performance in organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze various theories and research related to the behavioral leadership approach, the concept of leadership behavior approach, leadership style based on the behavioral approach, various behavioral approach theories, such as the Michigan study, the Ohio study, and the Managerial Grid/Leadership grid, as well as various case studies from previous studies. The method used is a literature review study method, such as from books, journals, and several previous studies. The results of this study emphasize the importance of an effective leadership behavior approach in achieving organizational goals. Leader behavior has a significant influence on employee motivation, performance, and satisfaction. Therefore, it is important for organizations to understand and implement effective leadership principles and styles to create a productive and motivating work environment.

Abstract

Kesadaran dan kreativitas adalah dua konstruk psikologis yang menarik perhatian dalam bidang kepribadian dan studi kreativitas. Kesadaran, yang ditandai oleh sifat-sifat seperti kerajinan, disiplin, dan ketekunan, sering dikaitkan dengan perilaku yang bertanggung jawab dan patuh pada aturan. Di sisi lain, kreativitas melibatkan generasi ide-ide baru dan bernilai, pemikiran orisinal, dan kemampuan untuk keluar dari norma konvensional. Artikel ini menjelajahi hubungan antara kesadaran dan kreativitas, mengkaji mekanisme yang mungkin mendasari hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kesadaran dan kreativitas.

Abstract

kepemimpinan transformasional adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan pemimpin dengan memotivasi dan memberdayakan orang-orang yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya untuk bekerja sama mewujudkan visi perusahaan. Gaya pemimpin sangat berpengaruh antara pemimpin dan bawahannya akan mendukung semua aspek di dalamnya termasuk kinerja dan motivasi para karyawannya yang tentu saja akan memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja dari perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan bahan materi yang bersumber dari berbagai macam jurnal. Berdasarkan hasil literatur yang tersedia dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki peangaruh positif di beberapa aspek perusahaan gayakepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional ditandai dengan kemampuan pemimpin untuk memotivasi,menginspirasi, dan memberikan contoh yang baik kepada karyawan. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, komitmen, dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Job satisfaction of employees is one of the successes for a person who leads an organization. A leader is appointed based on the results of his hard work during his previous work, of course as a leader is appointed because of his work that is considered good and trusted from the organization. Employee job satisfaction can be seen from the leader's treatment of them. The purpose of the study is to analyze whether the situational leadership style affects the job satisfaction of employees in carrying out their duties. By using the literature review study method, data obtained from books and several previous studies. Situational leadership affects job satisfaction. Most employees are more likely to like the situational leadership style because it can make it easier for employees to make work plans for the organization and control employees to prevent unwanted things. Therefore, good leadership in environmental adjustment often leads to job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several crucial roles in achieving effective team performance. In understanding team leadership, a strong theoretical and conceptual framework is needed. Team leadership also influences team performance motivation. Effective leaders can influence team motivation through effective communication, providing positive feedback, providing rewards and recognition, and creating a supportive work environment. The key factors that influence great team performance also need attention. factors such as team trust, collaboration, effective communication and leader support are major factors that contribute to great team performance. This study uses the literature study method and aims to determine the role of leadership in organizations. In conclusion, team leadership plays an important role in achieving effective team performance in organizations. By understanding a strong theoretical and conceptual framework, leaders can develop the practical and strategic insights needed to lead teams effectively. Effective leaders influence team performance motivation, manage conflict, build teamwork, and create a supportive work environment. The importance of effective team performance is also underpinned by the key factors that influence great team performance. In practice, leaders must be able to apply these insights practically to achieve the desired results.

Abstract

This article examines servant leadership as a promising approach to addressing challenges in the ever-evolving era of business and organizations. Servant leadership places the interests of and service to subordinates as top priority with the aim of helping them achieve their full potential. In this article, we explore the results and discussion of literature studies on servant leadership, including its influence on organizational performance, creating a harmonious work environment, and building subordinate loyalty. We also identify challenges in practicing servant leadership and provide recommendations for addressing these challenges. This article aims to provide a comprehensive and detailed insight into the importance and benefits of servant leadership in this dynamic era.
