Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa pendidikan merupakan faktor utama yang dapat dijadikan referensi utama dalam rangka membentuk generasi yang dipersiapkan untuk mengelola dunia global yang penuh dengan tantangan. Demikian pula pendidikan Islam yang bercita-cita membentuk insan kamil yang sesuai dengan ajaran al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama islam pada lembaga pendidikan madrasah dan pondok pesantren dalam era digital. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis pada penelitian ini adalah metodologi kualitatif yang menekankan pada pengamatan suatu fenomena dan lebih meneliti ke substansi makna dari fenomena tersebut. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan di pesantren diklasifikasikan menjadi empat, yaitu pesantren yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan formal dengan menerapkan kurikulum nasional, baik yang hanya memiliki sekolah keagamaan maupun yang juga memiliki sekolah umum, pesantren yang hanya mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan agama dalam bentuk madrasah diniyah, pesantren yang hanya sekedar menjadi tempat pengajian, dan terakhir adalah pesantren yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan keagamaan dalam bentuk madrasah dan mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan umum, meski tidak menerapkan kurikulum nasional. Meskipun demikian, semua perubahan itu, sama sekali tidak mencabut pesantren dari akar kulturnya. Secara umum pesantren tetap memiliki fungsi-fungsi lembaga pendidikan yang melakukan transfer ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan agama dan nilai-nilai islam, lembaga keagamaan yang melakukan kontrol sosial, lembaga keagamaan yang melakukan rekayasa sosial.

Abstract

This study will discuss about the Angkringan service process on customer satisfaction. In line with this problem, this research was carried out using qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods, namely research by focusing on certain aspects and showing the relationship between various variables, then conducting descriptions to provide a clear picture. Based on the results of the analysis on Angkringan Abah Agus Karawang, it can be concluded that the value of the correlation coefficient between the two variables X and variable Y where the resulting value r = 0.51 has a strong enough relationship, and is based on the regression coefficient Y = 31.16 + 7.5 X, meaning that if the X value increases, the Y value will be even greater. This has been proven through the F test, where the F test results show that the F-count> F-table which in this study has been proven and acceptable. And customer satisfaction, has a positive and significant effect, it means that the two variables in this study are not the more dominant variables so that they are declared unproven and unacceptable. Based on these findings, Angkringan Abah Agus Karawang suggested the need to improve the quality of services provided as a stimulus to increase customer satisfaction of angkringan and to get the expected customer satisfaction. There is also a need for a periodic assessment process for the services provided as a measure of appropriate satisfaction for customers.

Abstract

Background. The use of mobile devices has brought significant changes to learning in elementary schools, offering quick access to learning resources and increasing interactivity in the learning process. This reflects a paradigm shift in education towards the use of technology as an effective and dynamic learning tool. Purpose. The aim of this research is to fill the existing knowledge gap in the literature by investigating the views of PGSD students and elementary school teachers regarding the use of mobile devices in learning at school base. It is hoped that this research can provide a deeper understanding of the potential of mobile devices in supporting the learning process at the basic level, as well as becoming a basis for developing more effective learning strategies in the future. Method. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach through a survey model involving 30 respondents, consisting of PGSD students and elementary school teachers. Data collection was carried out through distributing online questionnaires using Google Form. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative data analysis approach, paying attention to the validity of the data through comparison with other relevant data sources. Results. The results of the questionnaire analysis show that the majority of students use mobile devices regularly, indicating widespread adoption of technology in the educational context. However, challenges that need to be overcome include a lack of training and support for educators, as well as school policies that may not fully support the integration of technology in the curriculum.   Conclusion. The integration of mobile devices in learning in elementary schools promises many benefits, but also faces challenges that need to be overcome. With adequate support, it is hoped that the use of mobile devices can become an effective and inclusive learning tool for all students, preparing them to face the demands of an increasingly digitally connected world.

Abstract

This study assesses the effectiveness of online learning platforms in promoting inclusive education for students with disabilities. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative data from surveys with qualitative insights from interviews and document analysis. The findings indicate that platforms with comprehensive accessibility features and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles significantly enhance educational outcomes and satisfaction for students with disabilities. However, disparities in satisfaction among different disability groups highlight the need for more tailored accommodations. Key themes identified include accessibility, usability, support, engagement, and persistent challenges. The study concludes that while online learning platforms have made significant strides, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration are essential for optimizing inclusivity and educational equity.

Abstract

Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts to develop an assessment of Islamic learning in Islamic vocational education institutions in the digital era. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach through library research. The results of the study can be concluded that the development of an assessment of Islamic Education learning in Islamic vocational institutions in the digital era 1) Attempts to develop and evaluate learning for the progress of students by carrying out a comprehensive assessment process. 2) The vision and mission reflect the excellence that educational institutions want to inculcate, and the main objectives focus on three things, namely skills, religion and character education. 3) Evaluation results to promote digital technology advances and understand Islamic religious principles. 4) Aiming for professionalism in the digital era both in terms of knowledge and characteristics. Abstract

This research analyzes and describes the views of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari on the Manners of a Scientist and Their Relevance in the Digital Era, as a central figure in various areas of national needs, the kyai and nobles who are inherent in him do not become shackles to forming a personality with far-reaching effects. This research uses library research with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the etiquette of a scientist in the book “Ādabul 'Ālim wal Muta'allim” contains a concept of etiquette that is appropriate for a scientist and of course the effect is on society globally. Adab or a good personality, he had a concept for purposes that are not momentary so that the theories in his thinking are relevant at this time, of course by assessing the rapid and rapid turnaround of human civilization today. So the etiquette of a scientist can be a role model with the knowledge he has and be able to become an inspiring intellectual figure in the digital era, especially social media. A scientist must be able to maintain etiquette in expressing his opinions on social media and be able to be a good role model in the midst of the rapid flow of globalization. .

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that is very thick with religious values. The education system that lasts for 24 hours is a distinct characteristic of Islamic boarding schools. It is not surprising that the weight of learning and activities is much denser when compared to schools in general. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Mutaba'ah Yaumiyyah program (Journal of Daily Worship Evaluation) in shaping the religiosity of class VIII students at the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School (PPTQ) Community Development Independent (BMM) Masfiah Rasyid Bogor. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach which produces data in the form of written descriptions of certain phenomena and behaviors according to facts or findings in the field. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) The Yaumiyyah Mutaba'ah Program has been implemented quite well in terms of controlling, giving rewards and punishments, providing motivation, and filing Yaumiyyah Mutaba'ah forms. (2) There is an effectiveness value from the implementation of the Mutaba'ah Yaumiyyah program in shaping the religiosity of students, especially class VIII. This is evidenced by the increased awareness of students in worship and changes in morals for the better after the implementation of the Mutaba'ah Yaumiyyah program. (3) There are supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing the Mutaba'ah Yaumiyyah program. Keywords: Implementation, Mutaba'ah Yaumiyyah, Religiosity

Abstract

Life has changed with the development of science and technology. One technology that has a significant impact is the technology of the Internet world, the Internet introduces people to the digital world. Of course, this development also affects the law, especially copyright law. Copyrighted works that were still in a traditional form can now be converted to a digital form or digital copyrighted works can be created. In this case, copyright law, which previously protected traditional forms of copyrighted works, must evolve to include the protection of digital copyrighted works, one of which is through cooperation with technology. This research is a normative study with a focus on how copyright law, which previously protected traditional forms of copyright, must evolve to include protection of digital copyrights, one of which is through cooperation with technology. This research is a normative research with a qualitative approach that is descriptive. As technology allows the conversion of copyrighted works into digital forms, there are advantages such as the easy distribution/notification of copyrighted works, but also the ease of infringement. In view of these developments, the WIPO has issued two international treaties known as the WIPO Internet Treaties. These treaties have been adopted by several countries. Indonesia in its positive copyright law has implemented the protection of digital copyrighted works in its articles. Our copyright law needs to be further enriched to protect digital copyrighted works as suggested by the author in this study

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the At-Tibyan method in read the Al-Qur’an online at Graha Qur’an Wadi Mubarak, as well as the strategies and factors that support or inhbiting  read the Al-Qur’an online using the At-Tibyan method. The research methodology employed is qualitative research, with 7 participants involved. Data analysis follows the Miles Huberman analysis approach, involving data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The research findings indicate that the At-Tibyan method used in read the Al-Qur’an online at Graha Qur’an Wadi Mubarak involves preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, and is supported by factors such as qualified instructors and active participant involvement. However, challenges such as poor internet connectivity and limited participant engagement are also encountered.
