In the teaching and learning process the teacher is seen as having a very important role in helping students to develop their potential in cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities, the teacher also seeks to arouse curiosity, encourage independence and accuracy of intellectual logic, and create conditions for success in study. Teacher performance can be seen and measured based on competency specifications/criteria that must be possessed by each teacher. can be displayed through the mastery of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competencies. Considering that the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance provides a correlation, it is suggested at the Permata Gemilang Integrated Islamic Middle School, that teachers can improve performance as can be seen from their responsibilities in carrying out the professional duties they carry out, their obedience and loyalty in carrying out teacher duties as teachers. The concept of the Balanced Scorecard has been widely implemented in various business fields, both goods and services, so that by studying this concept the reader can understand the meaning, purpose, benefits, factors that are the key to the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard. The purpose of this study is to implement the Balanced Scorecard at SMK NEGERI 6 Garut. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, both in books, articles, journals, or online media which discusses the analysis of educational management standards accompanied by field studies using interview techniques and descriptive surveys using simple questionnaires. The Balanced Scorecard in business functions to provide guidance in determining the objectives and measures of the Scorecard, obtaining commitment from project participants and clarifying the framework for implementation, and the management process that must be carried out after the initial scorecad preparation. In business, it is a management tool used to boost an organization's ability to multiply performance. Talking about education cannot be separated from the term quality. The quality indicator itself can be measured by supervision activities that can be carried out by the principal as the head of the institution in the school he leads. The role of the school principal is being able to make breakthroughs in terms of managing teacher performance and to increase teacher professionalism. The research chosen by the author is library research or library research, namely research that utilizes library sources which is carried out by tracing and examining primary and secondary literature on books on academic supervision, the role of the school principal, building a climate of cooperation and other scientific essays. The success of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance is very dependent on management supervision which includes the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The ability of school principals to build a climate of good cooperation with school committees will make it easier for their institutions to achieve common policies and goals in terms of controlling the quality of education in their institutions on an ongoing basis. This article aims to describe the management of school principals' academic supervision and to analyze the role of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance. This study aims to investigate the effects of the Index Card Match learning paradigm on students' attention and memory. This quasi-experimental quantitative study used a non-equivalent group design called pre-test-post-test control group. Students from class X.5 (experimental) and class X.6 (control) served as the study's samples. Tests, surveys, and documentation are utilized as data collection techniques. The independent sample t test was used to analyze the data. Because the t test computation produced a significance value of 0.000, which corresponds to a significance value of 0.005, Ha is accepted whereas Ho is rejected. The N-Gain calculation shows that the learning activity of the experimental class, which is 0.71, falls into the high group, whereas the learning activity of the control class, which is 0.45, goes into the medium category. The N gain memory calculation for the experimental class falls into the middle category at 0.60 and the low category at 0.29 for the control class. The index card match learning paradigm affects the concentration and memory of students.

This study aims to study the development of PAI learning assessments, as well as the vision, mission and goals, objectives with the concept of planning and evaluation in Madrasah and Islamic Boarding School educational institutions in the digital era.The research method used uses a qualitative approach, through literature studies.Literature Study is carried out by analyzing classical/contemporary literature).The results of the study show that the development of assessments for PAI learning in the digital era is an effort to obtain data/information from learning processes and outcomes to find out how well students, classes/subjects, or certain learning objectives/criteria/achievements are performing based on Islamic teachings in the digital era and the Vision, mission and objectives with the concept of planning and evaluation in educational institutions in madrasas and Islamic boarding schools in the digital era must be adjusted and considered clearly and measurably in order to achieve what is the goal and success of education in madrasas and Islamic boarding schools. The development of science and technology is a challenge for islamic education, especially in facing the era of globalization which has been able to systematize distance and time between various countries in exchanging information and knowledge. The rapid development of Islamic Religious Education, both in curriculum and in learning, encourages educational institutions, educators, (teachers or lecturers) to be able to improve their learning in Islamic Religious Education. Every parent enjoys seeing their child's ideal development on the physical and psychological levels. The truth is that certain kids, including those with autism spectrum disorder, sometimes known as autism, are born with physical or mental disabilities. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effects that the Parent Training Program has on the psychosocial development of autistic adolescents and how those effects are perceived. This study was carried out in one of schools in Indonesia. With the goal of determining the impact of the Parent Training Program on the psychosocial development of students with autism spectrum disorder, this study employs a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Based on the research findings and the technical triangulation findings, it is clear that the Parent Training Program has an effect on the psychosocial development of students with autism. Parents who have participated in the Parent Training Program and put it into practice in their parenting can support their children's developmental stages effectively, allowing children to experience development in psychosocial aspects.

A number of indicators can show developments in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe and interpret the results of observations regarding the Development of the Sharia Banking Industry, especially in Financing Distributed (PYD) in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the approach used is library (library research) in which the collection of data and information obtained from library sources (readings) derived from books, journals, articles, and other reading material that has relevance to the topics in this research. Observations were made by examining the theories, concepts, statistical data, and regulations related to this research. So that in each analysis the main reference is found in the source of data concerning the development of the Islamic banking industry, especially in the financing channeled. The results of the study show that the PYD in the Islamic banking industry continued to show an increase from 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2019 the PYD was at 343 trillion rupiah with a growth percentage of 12.94%.
