Abstract

This study is motivated by motorists' lack of knowledge and discipline when it comes to traffic signs, which leads to frequent traffic accidents, congestion, and other issues on the road. The problem formulation is how to design and develop an Android-based traffic learning media application. The goal of this research is to provide motorists with information about road signs. The purpose of this research is to examine the literature on the theory of instructional media and the various types of android-based application development. The black box method was used to test this application. This study yielded an android-based traffic learning media application. Based on the test results, it is possible to conclude that this application was created to assist motorists in locating traffic signs on the highway

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country with various types of cultural heritage, including traditional houses, traditional folk dances and musical instruments. However, today with the rapid advancement of technology, the existing cultural heritage is starting to be abandoned because of the large number of foreign cultures entering this country. The author carried out this research aimed at reintroducing cultural heritage to the community through media in the form of games that are adaptive to the players, one of which is by using the forward chaining method in its development. In practice, the forward chaining method is used to determine whether the player has the right to continue to the next level or not. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained, it shows that 92.5% of respondents strongly agree that this game can help users get to know more about cultural heritage in Indonesia and 82.9% of respondents strongly agree that this game is interesting to play.

Abstract

Partisipasi politik yang dilakukan oleh netizen di Indonesia saat ini sudah berkembang. Dengan adanya media online yang menyediakan berita politik, netizen bisa mengeluarkan pendapatnya dengan memberikan komentar terhadap berita politik yang disajikan oleh portal web berita. Dalam memberikan komentar, ada beberapa netizen yang berkomentar negatif maupun positif bahkan beberapa dari mereka berkomentar tidak relevan dengan berita yang disajikan. Penelitian ini menganalisis respon netizen terhadap berita politik yang disediakan media online seperti portal web berita. Analisa yang dilakukan menggunakan frame analysis (analisis bingkai), dengan menggunakan analisis ini komentar-komentar netizen dimasukan sesuai dengan frame yang telah ditentukan. Ada sembilan frame yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dukungan, saran, metafora, perbandingan, tantangan, tidak relevan, sindiran, harapan, dan SARA.

Abstract

Dimasa pandemi banyak pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring sejak masa PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) pada tahun 2020 untuk menjaga penyebaran Covid-19. Pembalajaran daring identik dengan gadget sebagai teknologi yang banyak dipakai untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran dari internet. Pengunaan internet oleh anak ketika sedang belajar terkadang tidak selalu mendapat pengawasan orang tua, sehingga ketika anak mencari referensi melalui situs atau aplikasi untuk mencari jawaban pembelajaran terkadang muncul iklan yang mengandung konten dewasa, hal ini dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk pada anak diantaranya menjadikan anak tertarik untuk melihat iklan konten dewasa tersebut, dikhawatirkan anak kedepannya juga tertarik untuk mencontoh apa yang dilihat pada iklan konten dewasa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dengan dampak yang ditimbulkan pada anak usia Sekolah Dasar di Pekanbaru, menggunakan metode Cross Sectional untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dengan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari iklan yang mengandung konten dewasa. Uji hipotesis pada pengujian (H3) diketahui nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 120,091 > F tabel 3,04 sehingga diketahui terdapat pengaruh H1 dan H2 secara simultan terhadap H1a dan H1b, ini menandakan bahwa ada keterkaitan antara penggunaan gadget dengan pengaruh iklan dewasa pada gadget yang digunakan anak.

Abstract

Pembelajar anak usia dini lebih suka belajar melalui bermain. Namun, ketika Covid-19 menyebar, proses belajar mengajar sangat dibatasi. Akibatnya anak kecil lebih banyak menghabiskan waktunya untuk bermain daripada belajar, dan mereka disibukkan dengan ponsel atau smartphone mereka, terlepas dari teman mereka, yang membuat mereka malas untuk belajar. Pendidikan usia dini anak memiliki enam tujuan: norma agama dan moral, pengembangan keterampilan fisik dan motorik, pengembangan kognitif, pengembangan sosial-emosional, pengembangan bahasa, dan pengembangan artistik. Belajar sambil bermain adalah cara yang bagus untuk menggunakan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran di masa pandemi ini. Membuat belajar lebih mudah bagi anak-anak melalui Android dan teknik Speech Recognition (perintah suara) membuat belajar menjadi menyenangkan bagi anak-anak! Dalam metode waterfall, kerja suatu sistem dilakukan secara berurutan atau linier. Dengan bantuan aplikasi game edukasi ini, anak-anak akan belajar bagaimana berkomunikasi dan memperluas wawasan mereka ketika belajar atau menjawab pertanyaan di kemudian hari. Berbagai materi akan disajikan dalam game ini untuk membantu mengenalkan siswa pada huruf arab, angka, dan hijaiyyah. Ini adalah alat yang sangat baik untuk dimiliki oleh orang tua atau guru PAUD.

Abstract

Indonesian Language Proficiency Test is a proficiency test to measure a person's language proficiency in communicating using Indonesian, both Indonesian speakers and foreign speakers. The UKBI rating has 7 rating categories consisting of special, very excellent, excellent, intermediate, poor, marginal, and limited. The number of participants who take UKBI at the Riau Province Language Center has more than 1000 but no one has managed the data into new knowledge. One of the efforts that can be done with the data is classification. The Naïve Bayes Classification Algorithm is a classification algorithm that is very effective (getting the right results) and efficient (the reasoning process is carried out by utilizing existing inputs in a relatively fast way). In order to obtain good accuracy results, the Naive Bayes Algorithm is combined with the Adaboost feature selection with a 70:30 and 80:20 test scheme. The results of the research carried out resulted in the highest accuracy value, namely 89% which combined the Naive Bayes algorithm with the Adaboost feature selection with 70:30 data splitting

Abstract

Abstract: Student objectivity in filling out E-EDOM is very necessary, the results of data analysis become the basis for the leadership in making decisions for learning strategies. Previous research has proven that the E-EDOM filling done by students is not objective. Efforts should be made so that students can fill it in seriously. This study aims to determine strategies that can be applied so that students can fill out the E-EDOM very objectively. Starting with analyzing and collecting data through a questionnaire. The Delon and Mclean model is used as a basis for creating questions in the questionnaire and processing the questionnaire data. The data collection technique used a simple random sampling method, with a population of 121 students from Amik Riau STMIK who were active in the 2019-2020 school year. Before processing, the data is tested for validity and reliability. After testing the validity and reliability, then testing the hypothesis to determine the relationship between variables in the Delon and Mc Lean success model. The results showed that each variable showed the effect of a positive relationship that was fully accepted with a value of 0.000. This means that all the variables used in this study are related to one another. Even so, it is necessary to implement several strategies that must be done in an effort to fill out E-EDOM which is very objective by students. Keywords: e-edom, delon and mclean models, objectivity, students. Abstrak: Objektifitas mahasiswa dalam mengisi E-EDOM sangat diperlukan, karena hasilnya akan dijadikan dasar oleh pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk masalah pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya pengisian E-EDOM yang dilakukan mahasiswa masih banyak yang belum mengisinya dengan sangat objektif. Perlu dilakukan upaya agar mahasiswa dapat mengisinya dengan sunggun-sungguh.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi yang dapat diterapkan supaya mahasiswa dapat mengisi E-EDOM dengan sangat objektif. Diawali dengan melakukan analisa dan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Model Delon and Mclean digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat pertanyaan dalam kuisioner dan melakukan pengolahan data kuesioner tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda sampling simple random, dengan populasi mahasiswa STMIK Amik Riau yang  aktif pada tahun ajaran 2019-2020 sejumlah 121 orang mahasiswa. Sebelum dilakukan pengolahan, terlebih dahulu data-data tersebut dilakukan uji validitas dan reability. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reability, selanjutnya melakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variable yang ada pada model Delon and Mc Lean success. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap variable menunjukkan pengaruh hubungan positif dapat diterima seluruhnya dengan nilai 0.000. Artinya semua variable yang digunakan pada penelitian ini memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan lainnya. Walaupun demikian perlu diterapkan beberapa strategi yang harus dilakukan dalam upaya pengisian E-EDOM yang sangat objektif oleh mahasiswa. Kata kunci: e-edom, delon and mclean model, mahasiswa, objektifitas.

Abstract

Smart chair acupressure is a technology that has been built using the application of the internet of things concept. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality level of the Acupressure Smart Chair, so that there are no errors in some features and the occurrence of errors in its functionality, which must be in accordance with the specified usability, the researchers conducted a test by utilizing the characteristics of ISO 25010. Related to the researcher's reasons taking ISO 25010 as one of the tests on the acupressure smart chair is because the smart chair acupressure technology cannot be said to be feasible because there has been no testing carried out in the measurement, the researchers used ISO 25010 which utilizes several characteristics that can be used such as functional suitability, usability and performance efficiency which focuses on measuring the electronic equipment used. Basically the concept used in this research is the internet of things which is a system that functions to control and simplify the workings of acupressure massage techniques for users. Whereas other problems that occur and arise often depend on customer satisfaction related to the quality provided on software and devices. This study uses the ISO 25010 method as the standard for the feasibility test on the device, where ISO 25010 basically also has 8 characteristics. In this study, to test the smart acupressure hair, the researchers used 7 characteristics that exist in ISO 25010, namely functional suitability, compatibility, usability, performance efficiency, reliability, maintability and portability. The instrument used is looking for an approach using the formula for reliability testing and processing on SPSS software. The results obtained from this study are that the acupressure smart chair has not been able to meet the ISO 25010 standard because the results obtained are 34.9% with an alpha cronbch value of 0.46 (unacceptable)

Abstract

The palm Oil Factory is a raw material industry that processes Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Palm oil Factory has a press station in press station has unit Cake Breaker Conveyor (CBC). The CBC to use to transfer dregs and palm shells as fuel bait. For one unit CBC can be serving 4 press machines the waste and oil palm shells to be transferred are still solid clumps due to pressing process is have temperature of 98oC. In addition to the high temperatures of the dregs and the palm oil shells are dense clumps that cause transfer failure In case of transfer failure, the shell and the oil palm dregs will accumulate at the point of disposal of the press machine, other than that the boiler fuel feed is disturbed because the shells and the oil palm dregs are not sent to the fuel furnace. To determine the As Screw break point in the proper position required a method that can find As- screw breaks on the CBC unit. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic can help calculate where the As-screw point breaks on the CBC, using the input time and rotation speed of the CBC detection motor using the rotary encoder, the output used is the point where As-screw breaks on a 30 meters. This research is expected to be one solution to solve the problems that occur in the palm oil mill especially in the press station.

Abstract

Futsal is a soccer game played indoors, this game itself is played by two teams, each team consisting of five people. At this time futsal is very much in demand from various groups ranging from children to adults, so there are many futsal field rental places, especially in the city of Pekanbaru. However, the problem that occurs is that it is still difficult for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from where the tenant is located, including price information and field facilities. Therefore, we need a system that can make it easier for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from the tenant's location. This system is made based on Android so that it can make it easier for users to use this system. The method used in making this system is the Haversine method. The results obtained are a marketplace system that can make it easier for users to find out where there is a futsal field, find the nearest field and it is also easy to find out all information related to the field and can make it easier to rent a futsal field through the marketplace system.
