Abstract

Government services for the public are currently utilizing technology, especially in the city of Pekanbaru. The government has currently centralized all services for the public, both online and offline, in public service malls. The type of service that uses technology, especially for online services, has received criticism in online media such as Twitter. To see the public's response to Pekanbaru city government services, especially in terms of technology, this study will use sentiment analysis to see positive, negative, and neutral comments. The method used is to see the accuracy generated using the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method. Bayes classifier is a statistical classifier, where the classifier can predict the probability of class membership of a data tuple that will fall into a certain class, according to the probability calculation. Accuracy results are obtained by dividing training data and testing data with a comparison of 70%:30% with an accuracy value of 55.56%, Precision 64%, recall 80%, f-score 71.2%.

Abstract

Each region in Indonesia has advantages and disadvantages, such as location, facilities, and infrastructure. These advantages and disadvantages give rise to social inequalities, especially in rural areas. To minimize social inequality, the government provides village funds that can be used to build facilities and infrastructure, training, and tourism development through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The use of village fund assistance is discussed in village council meetings with the community. Some of the obstacles faced in the deliberations are the minimal attendance of participants, less than optimal participants getting information and giving opinions, and the corona virus-19 pandemic. Public concern about the COVID-19 pandemic has turned face-to-face meetings into virtual ones. In this study, public opinion obtained from village e-voting is processed using TF-IDF which aims to give weight to words as a reference in determining development priorities and empowerment needed by the community. After the system is completed, the system is tested with three characteristics of ISO 9126: usability, efficiency, and functional test. The results obtained from testing ISO 9126 are 86.5% for usability, 80% for efficiency, and 75.5% for functionality. TF-IDF generates requests for empowerment, improved facilities and infrastructure, and education. In the word cloud, empowerment becomes the most dominant, depicting it as the biggest. The results showed that the community's priorities and the results of the system were running well.

Abstract

Produktivitas kelapa sawit Pada KUD Setia Kawan dalam rentang umur kelapa sawit 18 sampai 23 tahun berada dibawah kondisi ideal. Didalam kondisi itu juga terjadi kenaikan dan penurunan. Analisis faktor penyebab terjadinya kenaikan dan penurunan berguna untuk mengetahui informasi sebagai bahan perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait produktivitas kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh curah hujan (), pupuk () dan pekerja () sebagai variable bebas terhadap hasil produksi () sebagai variable tidak bebas menggunakan bahasa Python. Data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah data tahun 2016 – 2021 yang diperoleh langsung dari pengurus KUD Setia Kawan Desa Koto Damai. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas mempengaruhi hasil produksi () sebesar 0.20 untuk curah hujan (), 3.77 untuk pupuk () dan 24.74 untuk pekerja (). Nilai F-hitung dan T-hitung menyatakan bahwa curah hujan, pupuk dan pekerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil produksi. Untuk koefisien korelasi R2, variabel bebas curah hujan, pupuk dan pekerja hanya mempengaruhi hasil produksi sebesar 52,8%, sedangkan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakerin) merupakan kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pembelajaran bagi siswa SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) yang dilakukan di dunia usaha atau dunia industri yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi siswa sesuai bidang yang digelutinya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu sesuai dengan kurikulum dan kebutuhan kerja. Terdapat beberapa persiapan yang harus diketahui oleh para siswa menjelang pelaksanaan kegiatan Prakerin , salah satu persiapan yang esensial adalah penguasaan materi penulisan karya ilmiah, khususnya penyusunan laporan Prakerin. Kondisi yang ditemukan saat ini adalah masih rendahnya tingkat pemahaman dan pengalaman praktis siswa terkait penulisan laporan Prakerin. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa SMK dalam menulis laporan Prakerin. Materi yang diberikan pada pelatihan ini tentang pembuatan daftar isi, gambar, dan tabel secara otomatis. Selain itu juga diberikan cara pembuatan daftar pustaka dengan menggunakan Mendeley. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang siswa dari tiga (7) SMK di kota Pekanbaru yang sedang melaksanankan kegiatan Prakerin di STMIK Amik Riau . Hasil dari kegiatan ini meningkatnya kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan fitur Office Integration dan Aplikasi Mendeley sebagai library dalam pembuatan laporan Prakerin serta meningkatnya pemahaman siswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah.

Abstract

Sani Computer  merupakan sebuah toko yang menyediakan kebutuhan onderdil (suku Cadang) Computer dan laptop yang  berlokasi di kota Pekanbaru. Selama ini permasalahan pemantauan jumlah stok Stok tidak diperhitungan dalam melakukan transaksi pemesanan Stok, ini menimbulkan terjadinya salah prediksi pada kapasitas jumlah pada gudang yaitu kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Karena proses pengolahan data transaksi yang ada masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga mengakibatkan salah prediksi informasi Stok. jadi informasi ketersediaan Stok berdampak pada proses jual beli yang dilakukan di toko. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, dibangunlah “Sistem Monitoring Persediaan Stok Onderdil Menggunakan Metode Reorder Point Pada Sani Computer”. Metode Reorder Point (ROP) merupakan saat dimana perusahaan harus melakukan pemesanan kembali sebelum persediaan Stok yang ada digudang habis. Pada penggunaan metode reorder point maka Sani Computer membutuhkan nilai penjualan maksimum, penjualan rata-rata, lead time, dan safety stock. Dan untuk pengujian menggunakan Blackbox, untuk menyatakan bahwa seluruh kebutuhan pengguna telah terpenuhi secara keseluruhan. Agar pengelola toko nantinya bisa menggunakan sistem ini dengan mudah, untuk kualitas sistem biasa meyediakan informasi yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

Shopee Affiliate is one of Shopee's e-commerce programs to make it easier to market products. However, with the popularity of this program, there are still many people who do not know the advantages of this program. As a result, in this e-commerce, not all sellers benefit (loss) from the products sold. In order to avoid the problem of losses on marketed products, this study aims to produce a profit prediction system for shoppe affiliate e-commerce users. To build the system, this research uses the waterfall method which is used to complete the prediction system. The first stage is to collect data from social media and references related to the prediction system, then design a prediction system, after carrying out the process of system creation and implementation and testing. The test uses blackbox to test the system and accuracy test to determine the level of accuracy of this system. The result of this prediction system is to gain knowledge in the form of profit rate patterns of influencers of shopee affiliate e-commerce users. Testing the accuracy of the system built has a very good performance with a percentage of 100%. So that the profit prediction of shopee affiliate e-commerce users is feasible to be implemented. With this system, it is hoped that the community will be able to increase sales at e-commerce shopee.

Abstract

The traffic light functions as a traffic controller at crossroads and also as smoothness at intersections to avoid congestion. The current application of conventional traffic lights still has weaknesses in determining the duration of traffic lights which are not adjusted to the number of vehicle volumes which often change every time. Especially when there is a dense flow of vehicles at intersections, especially at certain times. Based on observations of traffic density at the intersection that connects Soekarno - Hatta road and Arifin Achmad road in Pekanbaru City. There is often a high density of vehicles from the direction of Jalan Soekarno-Hatta (Morning Market) to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman during working hours so that the duration of the traffic lights cannot reduce the amount of queue density in the light traffic. The implementation of the Smart Time Scheduler is a solution for adjusting the duration of traffic lights based on the level of traffic density, by building a tool to detect and calculate the number of vehicle queues at the Traffic Light and then enter the calculation results into 3 categories, namely Normal, Medium and Dense Density. The system uses Haar Cascade with the open cv library on the Raspberry pi, the results of the system testing that has been carried out can count the number of vehicles and instruct Arduino to set the duration of the traffic lights where in the category of normal vehicle queues, the green traffic light gets a waiting time of 10 seconds in countdown, Moderate category for 15 seconds, and Solid Category, for 20 seconds, while the calculation error value uses the Error Percentage equation formula, namely comparing the results of vehicle calculations by the system with Manual Calculation Results multiplied by 100% Then the System Calculation Error is 16% and the accuracy level of the tool is 100% - 16% = 84%, the size of the error value is influenced by the quality of the light intensity, and the distance of the camera's detection of the object when performing the detection.

Abstract

Rencana Pembelajaran Semester adalah rencana studi yang menjadi pedoman bagi pengajar dan mahasiswa untuk melakukan aktivitas perkuliahan.selama.satu..semester.untuk..mencapai..pembelajaran..yang..telah ditentukan. Dosen diharuskan menyusun Rencana Pembelajaran Semester sebelum perkuliahan dilaksanakan. Rencana dalam mengajar adalah pedoman atau instruksi untuk proses pembelajaran yang dikenal sebagai Rencana Pembelajaran Semester, dimana pada sistem tersebut memiliki hasil akhir yang diinginikan, serta berisi materi yang akan diajarkan, kegiatan belajar mengajar dan alat yang digunakan. Pada kampus STMIK Amik Riau masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Word sebagai aplikasi dalam pembuatan perencanaan pembelajaran semester. Setiap dosen harus mengisi RPS terkait matakuliah yang diambil pada form yang di buat pada Microsoft Word. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pembuatan sistem RPS di STMIK Amik Riau. Sistem RPS ini dibuat untuk memudahkan dosen dalam melakukan pengisian Rencana Pembelajaran Semester. Sistem ini menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter (CI) untuk mempermudah dalam pembuatan sistem. Extreme Programming adalah salah satu metode pengembangan sistem yang dianggap cocok dalam membangun sistem RPS berbasis web yang dilakukan secara efisien dan membutuhkan perubahan yang cepat dan fleksibel di setiap tahapannya. Extreme Programming terdiri dari fase Planning, Design, Coding dan Testing hingga perangkat lunak yang dibuat diriliskan. Sebelum sistem RPS ini dirilis, pengujian diperlukan untuk memprediksi terjadinya kesalahan fungsional. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metodologi pengujian Black Box. Pada setiap tahap, penelitian ini memprioritaskan interaksi berulang (iterative) dengan pengguna untuk memastikan bahwa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan semua pengguna secara memadai dalam mengembangkan sistem perencanaan pembelajaran semester. Penelitian ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprosessor atau yang biasa dikenal dengan (PHP) dan MySQL sebagai manajemen basis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem Rencana Pembelajaran Semester berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dosen dalam membuat dan mengumpulkan RPS, serta dapat mempermudah pencarian data saat diperlukan.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The rapid spread of this disease has affected 216 other countries and regions, including Indonesia. In minimizing the spread and increasing losses, it is necessary to have several policies made by the Indonesian government in dealing with this. One of the policies taken by the government is the Convict Assimilation Program to prevent the spread of the virus in prisons. The Prisoner Assimilation Program fosters inmates by integrating prisoners into social life. Many media reported on the assimilation program in various media, including news portals, so that it became a forum for the public to express their opinions. News portals can be a source for getting public opinion. Therefore, sentiment analysis can be done to determine the sentiment of any existing public opinion. In this study, the analysis was carried out by applying one of the data mining methods, namely the Support Vector Machine, with positive, negative, and neutral sentiment labeling. The data used is audience comments in Indonesian with a dataset of 404 comments and then resampled so that the number of data becomes 669. The analysis uses the kernel Radial Basis Function (RBF), RBF with Grid Search, Polynomials, and Polynomials with grid search. Kernel RBF and Kernel Polynomial with Grid Search comparing test and training data 80%:20% with the highest accuracy of 95%.

Abstract

Online lecture is a distance learning system that utilizes information technology in its implementation. Although it has been agreed, this lecture system has caused controversy. Not infrequently online lectures are considered to bring a variety of new obstacles in lectures, and not a few also consider that online lectures are the most appropriate solution to continue to run lecture activities in the midst of alarming pandemic conditions. In response to this policy, many people expressed various kinds of opinions and views on the implementation of online lectures which are generally stated on social media, one of which is through Twitter. Sentiment analysis is a branch of the science of machine learning that is carried out to obtain useful information or new knowledge by extracting, understanding, and processing text data automatically. Several methods are widely used by researchers to classify sentiment analysis datasets including K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). K-NN will be adapted to classify online lecture datasets because K-NN can produce good accuracy on a large number of data. The presence of feature selection also helps machine learning in improving its performance. The purpose of this study was to determine student sentiment toward online lectures and to determine the level of accuracy of the combination of K-NN with various feature selections. Based on 780 tweets data, a classification of 394 positive sentiments, 320 negative sentiments, and 39 neutral sentiments was obtained. So, the results of student opinions are on POSITIVE sentiments. The accuracy result of the K-NN Algorithm was 56% and the accuracy of the K-NN Algorithm + Forward Selection was 51%, the accuracy of the KNN Algorithm + Adabost was 54%, and the accuracy of the KNN Algorithm + Genetic Algorithm was 55%.
