Abstract

Curriculum Vitae (CV) merupakan salah satu indikator utama kesiapan peserta dalam mengikuti program Ausbildung di Jerman. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun CV berstandar Jerman melalui pelatihan pembuatan CV berbasis Canva. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Blickpunkt Institute (BPI) dan disusun secara sistematis melalui lima tahapan utama: analisis kebutuhan, penyampaian materi teoretis mengenai struktur CV Jerman, pelatihan teknis penggunaan Canva, praktik mandiri dan pendampingan revisi, serta evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Sebanyak 20 peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini dan dievaluasi menggunakan angket skala Likert delapan indikator. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pemahaman struktur CV, keterampilan desain visual, kemampuan menyusun informasi secara sistematis, serta kesiapan karier. Data evaluasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,43 yang berada pada kategori “sangat baik”. Indikator tertinggi adalah manfaat pelatihan bagi pengembangan karier (4,60) dan kejelasan pendampingan fasilitator (4,55), sedangkan indikator lain seperti kemudahan penggunaan Canva, relevansi materi, dan kepuasan peserta terhadap hasil CV juga memperoleh skor tinggi. Visualisasi hasil menunjukkan dominasi jawaban “setuju” dan “sangat setuju”, memperkuat bukti bahwa pelatihan berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan peserta. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital, kemampuan desain CV profesional, dan kesiapan peserta mengikuti proses seleksi Ausbildung

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the innovative attitude of teachers at the cluster of SD Inpres Tala-Tala, Kecamatan Bisssappu, Kabupaten Bantaeng. This research was an Ex Post Facto research. The population in this study was teachers at the cluster of SD Inpress Tala- Tala, Kecamatan Bissappu, Kabupaten Bantaeng, which consisted of eight elementary schools. The study was a descriptive correlational method. The population and sample of this study consisted of 64 teachers who were selected by using saturated sample because the population was less than 100 people. The data were collected by administering using a questionnaire on the teacher's innovative attitudes. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive techniques. The results of the study showed that the maximum value of innovative attitudes was a 110 while the minimum value was 80. Then, the average value was 98.3125 and the standard deviation was 5.77591. Based on the results of the innovative attitude interval, 8% of respondents in low category gave a score between 80-90; 30% of the respondents in the medium category gave a score between 91-100, while in the high category, 26% of respondents scored between 101-110.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the use of Big Book media toward students' interest and learning outcomes in social science. This research used a quantitative approach and quasi-experimental research type. The data collection techniques used were: questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the Homogeneity of Variances test were operated to answer the formulation of the problem, and finally T-test was operated to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of this study were: (1) there was a significant influence between Big Book media on social studies interests as evidenced by the tcount> t table (7,656> 2,0003) and the t significance value for the questionnaire variable was 0,000; this value was smaller than the probability 0.05 (0.000 <0.05); (2) there was a significant influence between Big Book media on social studies learning outcomes as evidenced by the value of tcount> t-table (3.982> 2.0003) for the T-test variable. The significance value of t for the test variable was equal to 0.000 and this value was smaller than the probability of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05); and (3) there was a significant influence between Big Book media on the social studies learning interest and learning outcomes as evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable (7,656> 2,0003) for the questionnaire variable, while for the test variable (3,982> 2,0003). The significance value of t for the questionnaire and test variables was both 0,000 and this value was is smaller than the probability of 0.05 (0,000 <0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers' ability to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of teacher competence in the preparation of assessment instruments for social studies subjects. The type of research used is qualitative research through a descriptive approach, with the sample determined by purposive sampling consisting of the principal, teachers in grades III and VI, and students in grades III and VI. This study concluded that teachers who taught already had good pedagogical competencies in the preparation of assessment instruments. Furthermore, the increase in pedagogical competence was supported by several supporting factors, namely: (1) high level of education; (2) participation in various training and scientific activities; (3) length of service and work experience; (4) level of welfare; (5) awareness of obligations and responsibilities; (6) availability of facilities and infrastructure; (7) principal leadership; and (8) guidance activities undertaken. The inhibiting factor for teacher pedagogical competence was the lack of understanding of the 2013 curriculum assessment.

Abstract

Implementasi keterampilan guru dalam memvariasikan pembelajaran IPS melalui pembelajaran daring di SD Inpres Layang Kota Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Nursalam dan Rosleny Babo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru dalam memvariasikan pembelajaran IPS melalui pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini termaksuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil peneleitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Keterampilan guru dalam memvariasikan pembelajaran IPS di SD Inpres Layang Kota Makassar yaitu keterampilan variasi dalam gaya mengajar, keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan bertanya, keterampilan memberikan penguatan, dan keterampilan mengelola kelas. Hasil wawancara implementasi keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran IPS melalui pembelajaran daring di SD Inpres Layang Kota Makassar menunjukkan bahwa reaksi siswa kurang memahami dalam pembelajaran daring, siswa sangat jenuh karena terkadang tidak mendengarkan, siswa kurang menyukai mata pelajaran IPS dalam pembelajaran daring dengan alasan jaringan kurang jelas dan suara terputus-putus, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah dan metode penugasan serta menggunakan media powerpoint, siswa menyukai metode ceramah dan penugasan, upaya yang ditempuh guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar IPS dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu dengan banyak membaca, siswa harus dilatih untuk dapat menyimak pembelajaran serta menyusun jadwal sebaik mungkin, faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu faktor intern siswa, faktor teknis, serta faktor ekstern, serta memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran lebih menggunakan via zoom. Implementasi keterampilan guru dalam memvariasikan pembelajaran IPS melalui pembelajaran daring dilakukan dengan mengaktifkan siswa selama mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran IPS melalui pembelajaran daring yaitu siswa diberikan tugas dan menggunakan power point.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the quality of service delivery provided by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kupang Branch at the Bolok Ferry Terminal, focusing on the five SERVQUAL dimensions: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The findings indicate that the overall service quality has not yet reached an optimal level. The Tangible dimension reveals limitations in waiting-room facilities, particularly the insufficient availability of seating and ventilation equipment such as fans. The Reliability dimension is affected by inconsistencies in departure schedules, with frequent delays ranging from one to four hours. Meanwhile, although the Assurance dimension in terms of passenger safety is generally adequate, the practice of overcapacity loading on vessels poses potential risks to passenger comfort and safety. This study recommends improvements in time management, vessel capacity control, and physical facilities at the terminal in order to enhance overall service quality. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation.

Abstract

The rapid population growth in Kupang City, particularly in Kampung KB of Lasiana Subdistrict, requires proper interventions to improve the quality of family life. This study aims to analyze the role of the Population and Family Planning Control Office (DPPKB) in increasing the participation of Family Planning (KB) participants in Kampung KB. Using a qualitative approach through a case study, this research explores the implementation of the KB program through counseling, service provision, and inter-sectoral coordination. The results show that DPPKB Kupang has successfully carried out its normative and actual roles in educating the public and providing equitable KB services. However, challenges remain in increasing the use of long-term contraceptive methods due to social stigma, limited information, and family support. The evaluation highlights the importance of a socio-cultural approach to enhance community participation. This study offers recommendations to strengthen inter-sectoral coordination and improve the distribution of KB information to achieve optimal family welfare goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Mathematical Literacy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in mathematics education using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The emphasis is on how mathematics learning can support sustainable development by improving higher-order thinking skills. A total of 43 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 were collected from Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Taylor & Francis Online, then analyzed thematically using content analysis. The SLR process followed the PRISMA protocol consisting of four steps: identification, screening, eligibility evaluation, and inclusion. Inclusion criteria included articles discussing the integration of SDGs or Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in the context of mathematics education, indexed in Scopus, and in English. The results of the study show that there are five main themes: the role of teachers as key agents of transformation, mathematics curriculum: gaps and opportunities, the role of technology and digital innovation in the learning process, affective and well-being approaches to learning, and interdisciplinary collaboration for transformative learning. The integration of SDGs is currently still limited, but has great potential if supported by ESD-based teacher training, adaptive curriculum, and the use of innovative learning technology to build students' social and ecological awareness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dinamika transmisi pengetahuan tradisional dalam konteks regenerasi pengrajin Songkok Recca di Kecamatan Awampone, Sulawesi Selatan. Menggunakan kerangka teoretis Pierre Bourdieu tentang habitus dan modal kultural, studi ini mengungkapkan bagaimana mekanisme pewarisan pengetahuan tradisional mengalami disrupsi signifikan akibat transformasi struktural masyarakat kontemporer. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 25 pengrajin dari tiga generasi berbeda, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa fragmentasi waktu interaksi intergenerasional, transformasi struktur keluarga, dan devaluasi pengetahuan tradisional dalam hierarki epistemik kontemporer menjadi faktor krusial dalam menurunnya minat generasi muda terhadap kerajinan tradisional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa generasi muda mengalami "generation gap" tidak hanya pada dimensi teknologis dan ekonomis, tetapi juga epistemologis dan aksiologis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskursus sosiologi pengetahuan dengan mendemonstrasikan bagaimana modal kultural tradisional mengalami devaluasi dalam konteks ekonomi kreatif kontemporer, sekaligus mengidentifikasi strategi adaptif yang dikembangkan pengrajin untuk mempertahankan relevansi pengetahuan tradisional.
