Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang aspek aspek Ilmu Murni tentang buku tafsir ilmi Kementrian Agama yang mulai di kerjakan pada tahun 2009 sampai tahun tahun 2010, artikel ini menfokuskan pada telaah buku tafsir ilmi kemenag pada terbitan periode awal tahun 2009-2010 berupa tiga buku diantaranya; Pertama, Penciptaan langit dan Bumi dalam perspektif al-Qur’an dan Sains, Kedua, Penciptaan Bumi dalam Perspektif al-Qur’an dan Sains, ketiga, Penciptaan Manusia dalam Perspektif al-Qur’an dan Sains. lebih lanjut, artikel ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pemahaman kontekstual terhadap istilah-istilah dalam Al-Qur'an, seperti penggunaan kata "hari" yang lebih tepat dipahami sebagai "masa" atau "periode". Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penciptaan tidak hanya terjadi dalam waktu yang singkat, tetapi melalui proses yang panjang dan kompleks. Penjelasan tentang penciptaan manusia dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an dan sains juga diuraikan, di mana tahapan perkembangan embrio dijelaskan secara bertahap, sejalan dengan penemuan ilmiah modern. Dengan demikian, tafsir ilmiah Kemenag tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman spiritual, tetapi juga menjembatani antara ajaran agama dan ilmu pengetahuan, menunjukkan bahwa keduanya dapat saling melengkapi dalam memahami asal-usul dan proses penciptaan alam semesta.

Abstract

Ukhuwa, or brotherhood, is a fundamental value in Islamic teachings, extensively discussed both explicitly and implicitly in the Quran. This study aims to uncover and deeply examine the Quranic insights into the concept of ukhuwa, including its terminology, forms, and implications for the social life of Muslims. The approach used in this study is qualitative, using the thematic interpretation method (maudhu'i), which explores verses related to brotherhood, including ukhuwa Islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood), ukhuwa insaniyah (human brotherhood), and ukhuwa wathaniyah (national brotherhood). The results of this study indicate that the Quran emphasizes the importance of building harmonious relationships, helping each other in good deeds, forgiving one another, and maintaining unity amidst differences. The values of ukhuwa in the Quran are not only directed at fellow Muslims but also at all humanity as a manifestation of the universal grace of Islam. This research confirms that ukhuwa is the primary foundation for building a just, peaceful, and civilized society.

Abstract

This study explores the concept of maslahah, according to Najmuddin Al-Thufi, as a realization of fintech development in Indonesia. Najmuddin Al-Thufi developed a theory of maslahah that emphasizes flexibility and adaptability to dynamic socio-economic contexts. This study integrates the theory with the development of fintech in Indonesia. This descriptive and qualitative research provides a more comprehensive picture of the concept of maslahah at-Thufi and the phenomenon of fintech in detail and in-depth and using a phenomenological approach. Data sources come from secondary data from books and relevant and reliable journals related to the discussion of Maslahah Najmuddin at-Thufi and fintech. The results showed that applying Najmuddin al-Thufi's maslahah concept to the development of fintech in Indonesia can be implemented for effective regulation and support the growth of fintech in an inclusive, safe, and equitable manner. The maslahah principle, which focuses on the public good, can deal with challenges such as consumer protection, data security, financial inclusion, and business ethics. By applying this principle, regulations can be more adaptive and responsive to technological dynamics, ensuring that the real benefits to society are always prioritized in every regulatory decision.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reality of Islamic education in post-independence Indonesia which plays a role in building the character of the Indonesian nation, focusing on developments, challenges and future prospects. The research method carried out is through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) regarding the literature sources used. from an indexing machine with a publication period between 2014 and 2024. Based on the results of literature analysis, post-independence Islamic education contributed to the development of national character. Islamic education currently has challenges that need to be considered, namely problems of resources, infrastructure and teacher quality which are serious obstacles to the effectiveness of Islamic education. Apart from that, issues related to the curriculum being less relevant to community needs and community recognition of Islamic education are also challenges that need to be overcome. Despite having challenges, Islamic education has good prospects. By improving the quality and relevance of education through technological integration, policy changes, and international cooperation, Islamic education will become global in the future.

Abstract

This article presents an in-depth analysis of the concept of madani society (civil society) from the Qur’anic perspective, understood as an ideal social order founded upon justice, welfare, and democratic values. The study aims to formulate the fundamental principles underlying the formation of a madani society and to underscore their relevance in responding to the challenges of globalization, pluralism, and shifting power dynamics in the modern era. The research employs a qualitative methodology based on library research with a descriptive-thematic (mawḍū‘ī) analytical approach. Primary data are drawn from key Qur’anic verses—Q. al-Nisā’ 58, al-Ḥujurāt 13, al-Shūrā 38, and al-Baqarah 143—supported by authoritative exegetical works by Ibn Kathīr, al-Qurṭubī, and Sayyid Quṭb. The findings indicate that the conceptual blueprint of a madani society is constructed upon four foundational principles: (1) justice as the ethical and legal cornerstone; (2) equality of human dignity, which rejects discrimination and affirms diversity; (3) consultation (shūrā) as a participatory political mechanism to prevent authoritarianism; and (4) moderation (ummatan wasaṭan) as a moral and spiritual framework. The study argues that these principles position madani society as an essential counter-power through the implementation of amr bi al-ma‘rūf wa nahy ‘an al-munkar as a form of social accountability. Consequently, the Qur’anic conception of madani society offers not only a theoretical framework but also an ethical-operational foundation for establishing a just, harmonious, and inclusive social order in contemporary contexts.

Abstract

Al-Quran menyajikan konsep al-fitnah yang mengandung beragam makna dan dimensi, mencakup ujian, cobaan, godaan, siksaan, kesesatan, dan kekacauan. Pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap konsep al-fitnah sangat penting bagi umat Islam agar dapat mengartikan pesan-pesan Al-Quran dengan benar dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam secara kaffah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengertian al-fitnah secara mendalam, mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis al-fitnah yang disebutkan dalam Al-Quran, serta mengeksplorasi strategi-strategi dalam menghadapi dan mengatasinya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa al-fitnah memiliki makna yang luas dan beragam, termasuk di dalamnya fitnah syahwat, fitnah syubhat, fitnah kekuasaan, dan fitnah ujian. Al-Quran mengajarkan berbagai cara untuk menghadapi al-fitnah, di antaranya memperkuat keimanan dan ketaqwaan, menuntut ilmu agama, berpegang teguh pada Al-Quran dan Sunnah, dan memilih pergaulan yang baik. Dengan memahami konsep al-fitnah dan menerapkan strategi-strategi tersebut, diharapkan umat Islam dapat melewati berbagai ujian dan godaan dalam kehidupan dengan tegar dan mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Penelitian Kajian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menelaah konsep pendidikan karakter menurut pandangan Al-Qur’an. Pendekatan yang terimplementasi bersifat kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yakni melalui penelusuran mendalam terhadap sejumlah sumber tertulis seperti buku dan referensi ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik yang diteliti. Bahan pustaka yang dikaji mencakup karya-karya yang membahas pembentukan karakter dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an serta kitab-kitab tafsir yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan tema tersebut. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tekstual dan tafsiriyah untuk mengungkap kandungan makna dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan karakter (akhlāq al-karīmah) dalam tafsir Al-Qur’an tidak semata-mata berorientasi pada aspek intelektual atau capaian akademik, tetapi juga menitikberatkan pada pembinaan moral dan sikap etis sebagai landasan pembentukan kepribadian menuju sosok insān kāmil yang berlandaskan ketakwaan. Pendekatan pendidikan karakter yang digariskan Al-Qur’an mencakup metode bimbingan berupa nasihat dan perintah, metode naratif melalui kisah, serta keteladanan perilaku. sehingga, konsep pendidikan karakter dalam tafsir Al-Qur’an menegaskan urgensi proses pembelajaran yang berpijak pada nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an serta petunjuk sunnah, sebagai sarana membentuk manusia yang berakhlak mulia dan berkepribadian Qur’ani.

Abstract

This study examines the position of multicultural education within the framework of Islamic education by analyzing its key dimensions, paradigms, and conceptual relevance. Although multicultural education has been widely discussed in global scholarship, limited studies have mapped its theoretical constructs while simultaneously linking them to Islamic educational principles in an integrated manner. To address this gap, this study employs a literature review approach that synthesizes classical and contemporary theories of multicultural education, including Banks’ five dimensions and Indonesia’s national multicultural paradigms. The findings show that multicultural education provides a structural and pedagogical foundation through content integration, knowledge construction, prejudice reduction, equity pedagogy, and empowering school culture that aligns with Islamic principles of equality, justice, tolerance, and rahmatan lil-‘ālamīn. The study concludes that integrating multicultural frameworks into Islamic education strengthens its function in shaping inclusive, moderate, and socially responsible learners. This research contributes theoretically by offering a conceptual linkage between two major educational discourses and provides practical implications for developing culturally responsive Islamic education in pluralistic societies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam wawasan AlQur’an tentang hak asasi manusia, termasuk konsepsi, prinsip, dan implikasinya dalam kehidupan sosial kontemporer. Kajian dilakukan melalui penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yakni dengan menelaah ayatayat AlQur’an yang berhubungan dengan martabat serta hak dan kewajiban manusia, serta mengkaji tafsir klasik dan kontemporer yang relevan untuk memahami makna dan konteksnya. Selain itu, literatur ilmiah tentang hak asasi manusia dalam perspektif Islam digunakan untuk memperkaya analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AlQur’an menegaskan nilai kemanusiaan yang universal sebagai ciptaan Allah, memberikan dasar normatif tentang hak hidup, kebebasan, keadilan, dan martabat manusia yang tidak dapat dikurangi, serta menempatkan tanggung jawab sosial dan etika sebagai bagian integral dari pengakuan hak tersebut. Konsep ini tidak hanya bersifat teoretis tetapi juga memiliki relevansi aplikatif dalam dinamika kehidupan masyarakat modern. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa wawasan AlQur’an tentang hak asasi manusia memberikan landasan filosofis dan praktis yang kuat untuk mempromosikan martabat dan keadilan dalam tatanan sosial.

Abstract

This research is grounded in the need for Islamic religious education that does not merely instill religious values in a dogmatic manner, but is also capable of fostering tolerant, inclusive attitudes and respect for cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. The aim of this study is to analyze the development of Islamic Religious Education learning in the perspective of multicultural education at SMAN 9 Pinrang. This study employs a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the development of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning at SMAN 9 Pinrang is carried out in an integrated manner through four dimensions: contextual development of learning materials, enhancement of teacher competencies in conflict resolution, cross-subject curriculum collaboration, and the involvement of parents along with continuous evaluation of students’ attitudes. This approach is systemic and comprehensive, distinguishing it from previous studies that tended to focus only on isolated aspects such as teaching methods, teacher roles, or curriculum design. These findings suggest that multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning can foster inclusive, dialogical, humanistic, moderate, and contextual learning practices in the dynamics of a multicultural society
