Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kedudukan ayat muhkam dalam menentukan prinsip pengakuan dan pengukuran transaksi pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Ayat muhkam, sebagai ayat yang memiliki makna jelas dan tegas dalam Al-Quran, menjadi landasan fundamental dalam penetapan standar akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk menganalisis bagaimana ayat muhkam diterapkan dalam praktik pengakuan dan pengukuran transaksi perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ayat muhkam memberikan dasar hukum yang kuat dalam menentukan waktu pengakuan pendapatan, pengukuran aset dan kewajiban, serta perlakuan akuntansi untuk berbagai akad syariah. Penerapan ayat muhkam secara konsisten memastikan transparansi, keadilan, dan kepatuhan syariah dalam pelaporan keuangan bank syariah. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan standar akuntansi syariah yang lebih komprehensif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the story of the Prophet Yusuf (AS) in the Qasas al-Qur'an as a source of values ​​for the development of financial governance from an Islamic perspective. The method used is a literature study of journal articles discussing public financial management, sharia accounting, risk management, and Qur'anic studies related to the story of the Prophet Yusuf (AS). The results of the study indicate that the strategy of seven years of abundance and seven years of famine reflects financial governance practices that emphasize long-term planning, resource control, risk mitigation, and public accountability. The values ​​of trustworthiness, prudence, and orientation towards the welfare of the people are the main principles in the management of public resources. These findings confirm the relevance of the story of the Prophet Yusuf (AS) as a normative foundation for financial governance. Keyword: Governance, Finance, Prophet Yusuf As

Abstract

This article elaborates the tafsir methodology used by local scholars, namely AG. Daud Ismail. This research is descriptive-analytic, which describes comprehensively the methodology of Tafsir al-Munir written by AG. H. Daud Ismail, which includes manhaj, sources, and ṭariqah (method). This research's primary and secondary sources are literature, which dominantly focuses on textbook research, especially Tafsir al-Munir in Buginese language written by AG. H. Daud Ismail. The results showed that Tafsir al-Munir used the tahlili methodology by explaining the relationship (munasabah) between verses or between one chapter and another. Explaining the causes of the descent (asbab al-nuzul), Analyzing vocabulary (mufradat) and the point of view of Arabic pronunciation from, Describing the general content of the verse, Explaining the fasahah elements, bayan and i'jaz, Explaining the laws that can be drawn from the discussed verse, Explaining the meaning and purpose contained on the verse which interpreted in fiqh style.

Abstract

Burnout is a psychological phenomenon characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased self-fulfillment due to prolonged stress, whether in the context of work, education, or social responsibilities. This phenomenon not only impacts mental health but also reduces the overall quality of life. This study aims to analyze the concept of burnout from a Qur'anic perspective through an examination of verses related to human psychology. The approach used is qualitative library research using the thematic interpretation method (tafsir maudhu'i), which emphasizes the collection and analysis of Qur'anic verses related to human mental conditions, such as fatigue, sadness, anxiety, fear, despair, and recovery efforts through serenity, patience, surrender (relief), dhikr (remembrance of God), prayer, and balance in life (tawāzun). The results show that the Qur'an recognizes human psychological dynamics as part of life's trials and provides spiritually based solutions that can build mental and emotional resilience. These Qur'anic concepts not only help identify symptoms of burnout but also offer strategies for managing life's stresses holistically, encompassing both psychological and transcendental dimensions. These findings demonstrate that mental health, from an Islamic perspective, cannot be separated from spiritual health, and that an integrative approach between Qur'anic values ​​and modern psychology can be an effective solution to addressing the problem of burnout in the contemporary era. Thus, this research contributes to the development of thematic interpretation studies and holistic mental health practices. Abstrak Burnout merupakan fenomena psikologis yang ditandai oleh kelelahan emosional, depersonalisasi, dan penurunan pencapaian diri akibat tekanan yang berkepanjangan, baik dalam konteks pekerjaan, pendidikan, maupun tanggung jawab sosial. Fenomena ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan mental, tetapi juga menurunkan kualitas hidup secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep burnout dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an melalui telaah ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan aspek psikologis manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode tafsir tematik (tafsir maudhu’i), yang menekankan pengumpulan dan analisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an terkait kondisi jiwa manusia, seperti kelelahan, kesedihan, kegelisahan, ketakutan, keputusasaan, serta upaya pemulihan melalui ketenangan hati, sabar, tawakkal, dzikir, doa, dan keseimbangan hidup (tawāzun). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an mengakui dinamika psikologis manusia sebagai bagian dari ujian hidup dan memberikan solusi berbasis spiritual yang dapat membangun ketahanan mental dan emosional. Konsep-konsep Qur’ani ini tidak hanya membantu mengidentifikasi gejala burnout, tetapi juga menawarkan strategi untuk mengelola tekanan hidup secara menyeluruh, mencakup dimensi psikologis dan transendental. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa kesehatan mental dalam perspektif Islam tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kesehatan spiritual, dan bahwa pendekatan integratif antara nilai-nilai Qur’ani dan psikologi modern dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam menghadapi problematika burnout di era kontemporer. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kajian tafsir tematik serta praktik kesehatan mental yang holistik.

Abstract

In Islamic theology, the concept of destiny (qadar) is a fundamental tenet of faith, representing one of the six pillars that guide every Muslim's belief system. Destiny is understood as the divine decree of Allah SWT, encompassing all events—large and small—predetermined since the beginning of creation. However, this understanding does not equate to passive acceptance; rather, it serves as a foundation that encourages Muslims to strive earnestly and pursue their aspirations. The Qur'an frequently references destiny, often in the context of natural laws and causality, highlighting that divine decrees underpin the order and predictability of the universe. While Allah's will is absolute, humans are granted the freedom to choose their actions, thereby bearing moral responsibility for their choices and their consequences. This balance between divine determination and human agency forms the basis for justice, equality, and the dignity of humankind in Islam. The term "al-qadr" appears in various forms throughout the Qur'an, primarily signifying determination, limitation, control, and glorification, with the most prominent meaning being "to determine." Islamic teachings distinguish between immutable destiny (qadar mubram) and conditional destiny (qadar mu’allaq), emphasizing that while some aspects of fate are unchangeable, others may be influenced by human effort and supplication. Ultimately, the Islamic perspective on destiny harmonizes divine sovereignty with human responsibility, encouraging both trust in Allah and proactive striving in life.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between spirituality and school well-being among students (santri) in Islamic boarding schools in South Sulawesi. Using a quantitative correlational survey design, data were collected from 416 students selected through multistage cluster random sampling from 12 pesantren. The Spirituality Scale was adapted from the Spiritual Orientation Inventory (SOI) by Elkins et al., while the School Well-Being Scale was adapted from the model of Konu and Rimpelä. Both instruments showed high reliability (α = 0.943 and α = 0.857, respectively). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Mplus software. The SEM results indicate that spirituality has a small positive but non-significant direct effect on school well-being (beta = 0.084, p = 0.121). These findings suggest that, in the pesantren context, students’ school well-being may be shaped more strongly by social and structural factors (e.g., peer relationships, social interaction, and institutional policies) than by spirituality alone, highlighting the need for holistic well-being programs.

Abstract

The global environmental crisis, marked by natural resource exploitation, pollution, and ecosystem degradation, calls for a robust ethical and normative framework. In Islamic thought, human beings are regarded as khalīfah fī al-arḍ, entrusted with the responsibility to protect the earth and prohibited from causing fasād (destruction). This article examines environmental conservation from a Qur’anic perspective, focusing on the principle of iṣlāḥ (rectification) and the ethical implications of Q.S. al-A‘rāf (7):56. The verse emphasizes the prohibition of environmental damage after the earth has been set in order and highlights a spiritual balance between fear and hope toward God. The discussion indicates that environmental preservation in Islam extends beyond ecological concerns to encompass moral, social, and spiritual responsibilities rooted in faith. Consequently, environmental stewardship is understood as both a manifestation of divine trust and a form of worship aimed at sustaining life for present and future generations.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is important for understanding how School Well-Being in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), which has been underexplored, can influence santri resilience in facing academic, social, and spiritual challenges within a structured pesantren environment. The study aims to analyze the impact of School Well-Being on santri resilience in pesantren. A quantitative approach with a correlational survey design was used. The study sample consisted of 416 senior high school-level santri selected using multistage cluster random sampling. The instruments used were the School Well-Being Scale based on the Konu and Rimpelä model, and the Resilience Scale based on Reivich and Shatté's theory. Both instruments demonstrated validity and reliability, with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.857 for the School Well-Being Scale and 0.790 for the Resilience Scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that School Well-Being positively and significantly affects santri resilience (β = 0.215; p < 0.001). These findings suggest that an emotionally, socially, and spiritually supportive pesantren environment contributes to strengthening the psychological resilience of santri. This study highlights the importance of developing an education ecosystem focused on well-being as a strategy to enhance santri resilience.Abstrak: Penelitian ini penting untuk memahami bagaimana School Well-Being di pesantren, yang masih belum banyak diteliti, dapat mempengaruhi resiliensi santri dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik, sosial, dan spiritual di lingkungan pesantren yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh School Well-Being terhadap resiliensi santri di pesantren. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 416 santri tingkat SMA yang dipilih melalui teknik multistage cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Skala School Well-Being berdasarkan model Konu dan Rimpelä serta Skala Resiliensi berdasarkan teori Reivich dan Shatté. Kedua instrumen ini memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,857 untuk Skala School Well-Being dan 0,790 untuk Skala resiliensi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa School Well-Being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi santri (β = 0,215; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pesantren yang mendukung secara emosional, sosial, dan spiritual berkontribusi dalam memperkuat ketahanan psikologis santri. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan ekosistem pendidikan yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan resiliensi santri.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of Ulul Albab in the Qur'an through a thematic interpretation approach (tafsir maudhui) and library research method. The term Ulul Albab represents an ideal human figure in the Qur'anic perspective, characterized by the integration of intellectual clarity, spiritual consciousness, and moral integrity. The study collects and analyzes verses containing the term Ulul Albab, examining them through linguistic, historical, and exegetical perspectives from both classical and contemporary scholars. The findings indicate that Ulul Albab are individuals who actively use their intellect to reflect upon the signs of God, engage in constant remembrance of Him, and apply their knowledge into wise and meaningful actions. This concept remains highly relevant in addressing modern challenges of value disintegration and knowledge fragmentation, offering a holistic model for Islamic education and leadership development.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an merupakan mukjizat Islam yang abadi dan sebagai panduan utama dalam kehidupan manusia, mencakup segala aspek kehidupan seperti aqidah, ibadah, jihad, ekonomi, hukum, dan lain-lain. Selain itu, Al-Qur'an juga banyak membahas tentang ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pandangan Al-Qur'an terhadap ilmu pengetahuan dengan menguraikan makna ilmu dalam Al-Qur'an, ayat-ayat yang membahas ilmu, serta pandangan para ahli tafsir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir tematik atau metode maudhu'i untuk menganalisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an. Adapun kesimpulannya bahwa dalam sejarah turunnya al-Qur’an disebutkan bahwa ayat yang pertama kali Allah swt. turunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad saw. adalah ayat yang berkaitan dengan ilmu pengetahuan sebagaimana QS al-Alaq/96: 1-5: Allah memulai wahyu-Nya dengan perintah "Bacalah!". Ayat ini menunjukkan pentingnya membaca sebagai sarana untuk memperoleh pemikiran dan pemahaman yang luas. Al-Qur'an juga menegaskan bahwa dalam proses penemuan ilmu pengetahuan, terlibat tiga komponen utama yaitu al-Sama (pendengaran), al-Bashar (penglihatan), dan al-Fu'ad (pemahaman). Ketiga komponen ini merupakan alat potensial yang dimiliki manusia untuk memperoleh dan mengembangkan pengetahuan. Secara lebih lanjut, al-Qur'an menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan melibatkan tiga langkah kunci: observasi (pengamatan), pengukuran, dan analisis. Ini menunjukkan bahwa al-Qur'an tidak hanya memberikan panduan spiritual dan moral, tetapi juga memberikan fondasi untuk metodologi ilmiah yang digunakan dalam memahami dan mengembangkan pengetahuan tentang alam semesta dan kehidupan.
