Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) in enhancing the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers at SD Inpres Macanda, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. This qualitative research uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects include the KKG chairperson, school principal, and teachers at SD Inpres Macanda. The findings reveal that KKG significantly contributes to improving pedagogical and professional competencies through training participation, teacher collaboration, and innovative teaching strategies. However, factors such as limited time, imbalanced participation, and irrelevant training materials present challenges. The study highlights the importance of flexible planning and tailored training to overcome these obstacles and improve the overall teaching quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of social media on the development of students' discipline character at SD Kecil Mario, Tondong Tallasa District, 2) the influence of the surrounding natural environment on the formation of students' discipline character, 3) the simultaneous effect of social media and the surrounding natural environment on students' discipline character, and 4) the dominant variable affecting the formation of students' discipline character. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a questionnaire from 86 students using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, t-test, and F-test with SPSS 26. The results show that both social media and the natural environment significantly influence students' discipline character, with the natural environment.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) examine the implementation of the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) based on local wisdom for Grade IV students of UPT SPF SDN Mangkura IV, 2) assess entrepreneurial skills of Grade IV students, and 3) analyze the influence of P5 on entrepreneurial skills. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 39 students selected through saturated sampling. Data collection methods included questionnaires, observation, and documentation, analyzed using t-tests. Results reveal the P5 implementation faces challenges in planning, coordination, and assessment. Despite these, students demonstrated excellent entrepreneurial skills. Statistical analysis confirmed a positive and significant effect of P5 on entrepreneurial skills, with a t-value of 5.680 (p < 0.05), suggesting its efficacy in enhancing entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

This research examines the character of Abdullah in the novel Na’am Ahwãka by Marwah Mamdouh using a structuralism approach. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, analyzing written data from the novel through note-taking and literature review. The analysis focuses on identifying, classifying, and interpreting Abdullah’s character traits to understand his role in the story. The novel Na’am Ahwãka explores themes of love and resilience, with Abdullah serving as a key figure who complements the main character, Rana. Through the structuralism approach, this research highlights Abdullah’s contribution to the narrative’s overall structure and meaning. The findings reveal that Abdullah embodies five characters: caring, optimistic, entertaining, loyal, and concerned. يبحث هذا البحث في شخصية عبد الله في رواية "نعم أهواك" لمروة ممدوح باستخدام منهج البنيوية. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي النوعي، حيث يتم تحليل البيانات المكتوبة من الرواية من خلال تدوين الملاحظات ومراجعة الأدبيات. يركز التحليل على تحديد وتصنيف وتفسير سمات شخصية عبد الله لفهم دوره في القصة. تتناول رواية "نعم أهواك" موضوعات الحب والصمود، حيث يُعد عبد الله شخصية رئيسية تُكمل البطلة رنا. ومن خلال النهج البنيوي، يبرز هذا البحث مساهمة عبد الله في البنية العامة والسياق الدلالي للرواية. تكشف النتائج أن عبد الله يجسد خمس سمات أساسية: العناية، والتفاؤل، والتسلية، والوفاء، والاهتمام. Penelitian ini mengkaji karakter Abdullah dalam novel Na’am Ahwãka karya Marwah Mamdouh dengan menggunakan pendekatan strukturalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis data tertulis dari novel melalui teknik pencatatan dan tinjauan pustaka. Analisis difokuskan pada identifikasi, klasifikasi, dan interpretasi sifat-sifat karakter Abdullah untuk memahami perannya dalam cerita. Novel Na’am Ahwãka mengeksplorasi tema cinta dan ketabahan, dengan Abdullah sebagai tokoh penting yang melengkapi karakter utama, Rana. Melalui pendekatan strukturalisme, penelitian ini menyoroti kontribusi Abdullah terhadap struktur dan makna keseluruhan narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Abdullah memiliki lima sifat utama: penyayang, optimis, penghibur, setia, dan peduli.

Abstract

The nature of Islamic education is an effort or process to change human attitudes and behaviour based on the formulation of rules in its teachings. So that it is able to postulate Islamic teachings and translate them into positive and civilised practices. The purpose of this research is to examine the role and contribution of Islamic education for humanity. The method used is library research. The result is that Islamic education continues to transform in supporting humans to achieve a civilised life based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah. Islamic education continues to purify its teachings and teachings starting from the form of practice from the conversion of traditional beliefs to rational beliefs, so that Muslims really return to the true authentic Islamic doctrine. Then in interpreting human existence in life, namely to carry out the task of caliphate on Earth which is given the title khalifatul fill ard by Allah SWT. As a continuation of the Divine mission, it aims to form a harmonious life in the world by sticking to the Koran as the basis for practice. In Islam also all forms of human life affairs have been given guidance through the Koran. To manifest these values, Islamic education is present as a support for humanity.

Abstract

Islamic Family Law is an integral part of the lives of Muslim communities around the world. Although the fundamental principles of Islamic family law are derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, its implementation can vary across different countries or regions. This article aims to discuss a comparative overview of family law in several Muslim-majority countries that represent diverse legal systems, such as Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey, and Iran. Through a descriptive approach, this article analyzes the differences and similarities in the application of Islamic family law in these countries, focusing on issues such as marriage, polygamy, divorce, and inheritance. The findings show that despite shared foundational principles, local cultural, social, and political factors influence the different implementations of Islamic family law in each country.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out capitalism in the view of Islamic business philosophy, Capitalism is the dominant economic system in the modern world, but is often considered contrary to moral and ethical values in various traditions, including in Islamic business philosophy. This research uses a qualitative method (seeking meaning from an understanding) using a library research approach, this research shows that although capitalism can provide economic benefits, it also leaves challenges in terms of ethics and justice. Islamic business philosophy offers an alternative that emphasizes the welfare of society, ethics in transactions, and social responsibility as cornerstones in the development of a more sustainable economic system. As such, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the integration of Islamic values in business practices and the challenges and opportunities for capitalism in the context of a society that emphasizes spiritual and moral values.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the renewal of Islamic law in Iran. This study is a normative study with a literature study. The results of the discussion explain that: Family law reform in Iran has undergone significant developments, especially after the 1979 Islamic revolution which made Islamic law the main source of law, replacing previous civil and criminal laws. Family law is regulated in The Civil Code of The Islamic Republic of Iran in 2000, with an emphasis on Shia law. The family protection law enacted in 1967 includes provisions regarding marriage registration, where every marriage must be registered, as well as a minimum age limit for marriage, which is 18 years for men and 15 years for women. Polygamy is strictly regulated, requiring permission from the wife and the court. Although influenced by the Western legal system, Iran still maintains a strong Islamic nuance in law enforcement. The model for establishing family law has gone through a long process, starting from the influence of the Sunni school of thought, the integration of French regulations, to returning to the classical Shia Ja'fariyah fiqh. Increasing recognition of women's rights and dignity, including changes in inheritance laws that provide equal rights for widows and widowers, reflects progress towards gender equality.

Abstract

Mesin Screw Press merupakan salah satu komponen utama pada proses pengepressan Crude Palm Oil (CPO) di PT. Anugerah Putra Langkat. Namun, proses pengepressan tersebut tidak berjalan lancar dikarenakan mesin Screw Press sering mengalami kerusakan terhadap beberapa komponennya. Hal ini diketahui, berdasarkan data manager report dari bulan Januari 2021 sampai dengan Juli 2021 terdapat 23 frekuensi kegagalan yang terjadi pada komponen mesin Screw Press yang mengakibatkan mesin tidak dapat beroperasi, losses pada fiber menjadi tinggi, juga banyaknya ampas yang jatuh ke fyber cyclone. Tentunya hal tersebut akan berdampak pada terganggunya proses produksi dan target produksi yang dihasilkan menjadi tidak tercapai. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlunya dilakukan identifikasi untuk mengetahui penyebab kegagalan pada komponen mesin sebagai prioritas untuk dilakukannya tindakan perawatan yang baik dan tepat agar nantinya proses produksi dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat menghindari kerugian yang ditimbulkan akibat kegagalan pada mesin tersebut. FMEA merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi skala prioritas dalam perawatan sebuah mesin dengan mengevaluasi skala prioritas yang terjadi pada mesin tersebut. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, komponen yang menjadi resiko kritis pada mesin Screw Press yaitu press cage robek dengan nilai RPN sebesar 320, as long shaft intermedid putus nilai RPN sebesar 288, contractor press terbakar nilai RPN sebesar 240 dan worm screw aus nilai RPN sebesar 210

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the perceptions and level of exposure of undergraduate primary school teacher candidates to implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The research used a descriptive survey method involving 44 prospective elementary school teacher students from Muhammadiyah Bima University who were selected as survey respondents. Research data was collected using a questionnaire item that was numerically assessed and distributed via Google Forms. Then the research data, analysed using descriptive statistics and percentages to describe the characteristics of the data and respondents in seeing changes in the merdeka curriculum implementation policy in Bima City in the form of tables, graphs, or diagrams to facilitate interpretation. The research findings revealed that around 51% of elementary school prospective teachers fall into the category of moderate exposure to the Merdeka Curriculum. In comparison, 44% have low exposure, and only 5% have high exposure to information and implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This condition is influenced by several factors, among which the most significant factor affecting elementary school teacher candidates is motivation, with 67.4% motivated to explore the Merdeka curriculum. The survey also depicts the most common forms of support provided by the university, including the use of learning resources related to the Merdeka curriculum (41.9%), support through applications in courses (39.5%), support through the dissemination of information about Merdeka curriculum seminars, and some do not provide any support or mentoring (4.7%). Prospective teachers make various efforts to improve their understanding of the independent curriculum implementation policy, such as attending seminars and workshops on the Merdeka curriculum, seeking information independently from reading sources both from textbooks and online sources, discussing with lecturers, and being directly involved in the implementation of the independent curriculum.
