Abstract

Uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Stimulus refleks faring dan latihan oral motor efektif meningkatkan frekuensi menyusui bayi baru lahir.

Abstract

Efficient electrical energy management is increasingly important in supporting the sustainability of institutional operations and national budget efficiency policies. This study presents the design and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based 3-phase electricity usage monitoring system implemented at the Sleman Class I Geophysical Station, Yogyakarta. This system integrates a PZEM-004T energy sensor, an ESP32 microcontroller, a 16x2 Liquid Crystal Display, and a W5500 Ethernet module to acquire, process, and transmit real-time electrical parameters, including voltage, current, and kWh. A local network topology is implemented to ensure stable data transmission to a MySQL-based database server, which allows storing data according to a predefined table structure. A web-based user interface is developed to visualize real-time measurements, historical graphs, and electricity cost estimates. Several features are also developed. System evaluation is conducted by comparing the developed instrument with the official PLN kWh meter. Statistical analysis shows an average difference of 0.021 kWh with a standard deviation of 0.02132 kWh. The linear regression results show a slope of 1.000349, an intercept of −3.589572, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.9999988, indicating a near-perfect linear correlation. Error metrics including MAE (0.01934 kWh), RMSE (0.02696 kWh), and MAPE (0.0001885%) confirm the high accuracy and precision of the system. Therefore, the proposed system is reliable for real-time internal energy monitoring and supports data-driven electricity usage optimization.

Abstract

The Public School Bus Service in South Lampung Regency is a form of public transportation service provided by the local government to support students’ safety and mobility in accessing educational activities. This service is implemented by the Department of Transportation as part of public service delivery in the transportation sector and is provided free of charge. However, in its implementation, various issues remain that have resulted in suboptimal service quality and a declining level of public interest in utilizing the service. This study aims to analyze the factors that hinder the quality of the Public School Bus Service in South Lampung Regency and to formulate strategies for improving service quality that can be implemented by the local Department of Transportation. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using a Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram with a 5M approach to identify the root causes of service-related problems, which were subsequently analyzed using SWOT analysis as the basis for formulating service quality improvement strategies. The findings indicate that the quality of the Public School Bus Service is influenced by limitations in operational management, inadequate route coverage that has not yet reached all schools, constraints in human resources and supporting facilities, and the absence of optimal evaluation and service quality monitoring mechanisms. These constraints have contributed to the low utilization of the Public School Bus Service by the community. Based on the SWOT analysis, several service improvement strategies were formulated, focusing on strengthening service management, enhancing quality management practices, improving human resource capacity, and reinforcing coordination with relevant stakeholders. The study concludes that improving the quality of the Public School Bus Service requires integrated and sustainable service management in order to meet community needs and support effective public service delivery in South Lampung Regency.

Abstract

This study presents a comparative evaluation of two widely used Linux-based firewall solutions, Uncomplicated Firewall (UFW) and ConfigServer Security & Firewall (CSF), using the SEPER framework, which encompasses Security, Performance, Effectiveness, and Reliability dimensions. While previous studies have examined Linux firewall configurations individually, systematic comparisons that apply a structured evaluation framework such as SEPER remain limited. The experiments were conducted on Ubuntu Server using an intra-host virtualized environment consisting of multiple virtual machines. Network performance was evaluated using throughput and latency measurements, while security effectiveness was assessed through port scanning, SSH brute-force simulations, and mild SYN flood scenarios. System reliability was analyzed based on CPU and memory utilization. The results indicate that UFW and CSF exhibit comparable network performance, with throughput differences remaining below 5%, suggesting no statistically significant performance advantage for either firewall. UFW demonstrates slightly lower resource overhead, whereas CSF provides stronger automated brute-force mitigation through its integrated Login Failure Daemon (LFD), at the cost of modestly higher resource usage. Mild SYN flood tests produced similar outcomes across all configurations, largely influenced by Linux kernel-level mechanisms. Overall, this study highlights a trade-off between resource efficiency and advanced security automation. By applying the SEPER framework, the findings provide balanced and practical guidance for Linux administrators in selecting firewall solutions based on deployment priorities rather than isolated performance metrics.

Abstract

Character education has become the main focus in overcoming the moral degradation that is rampant in Indonesian society. As mandated in the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, and Law Number 20 of 2003. This article discusses the importance of character education as a core value of Indonesian education. The main focus is on the implementation of character education at MTs Pondok Tremas, taking into account the strong religious and traditional aspects in boarding school. The research method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed using data reduction, data display, and data verification. The research results show that character education at MTs Pondok Tremas is integrated into the school's vision and mission, by applying 18 character values in all aspects of learning and extracurricular activities. The approach used in forming student character includes seventeen character values, such as honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity and national spirit. Evaluation is carried out through direct assessment and observation of student attitudes. The role of teachers is very significant in developing character education, by utilizing classical methods and personal approaches. In conclusion, student character formation at MTs Pondok Tremas is carried out through a comprehensive approach which includes classroom learning, extracurricular activities and the role of the teacher. With good implementation, character education is expected to be able to produce a generation that has noble morals and strong character, ready to face future challenges.
