Abstract

Lingkungan kerja yang inklusif memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan retensi karyawan, terutama di perusahaan rintisan yang membutuhkan inovasi dan adaptabilitas tinggi. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak inklusivitas dalam lingkungan kerja terhadap retensi karyawan melalui tinjauan literatur terbaru sejak 2019. Lingkungan kerja inklusif, yang ditandai dengan keadilan, penghormatan, dan dukungan terhadap keragaman, meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas karyawan. Hasil dari literatur yang ditinjau menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan rintisan yang menerapkan inklusivitas lebih mampu mempertahankan talenta terbaik, karena karyawan merasa dihargai dan termotivasi untuk berkontribusi pada tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan rintisan dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan inklusif akibat keterbatasan sumber daya dan dinamika yang cepat berubah. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang praktik terbaik dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja inklusif dan implikasinya terhadap strategi retensi karyawan jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya komitmen kepemimpinan dan evaluasi konsisten terhadap inklusivitas tempat kerja untuk menjaga daya saing dalam pasar talenta.

Abstract

The digital era has transformed the workplace, introducing new opportunities and challenges for employee well-being. This article explores the impact of technology on mental health in the workplace, focusing on strategies to balance productivity and well-being. Through a literature review of studies published from 2020 onwards, the article examines key themes such as digital overload, remote work challenges, and the role of organizational support in promoting mental health. The findings reveal that while technology enhances efficiency, it also contributes to stress and burnout if not managed effectively. Practical recommendations are provided to help organizations foster a healthy work environment, including the implementation of digital wellness programs, flexible work policies, and mental health resources. This study contributes to the growing body of literature by synthesizing contemporary research and offering actionable insights for improving employee well-being in the digital age.

Abstract

Omnichannel marketing has emerged as a critical strategy for businesses aiming to provide seamless consumer experiences across online and offline platforms. This article explores the effectiveness of omnichannel strategies in bridging the gap between digital and physical consumer interactions through a literature review of studies published since 2020. Key components such as integrated technology, personalized customer engagement, and consistent brand messaging are analyzed for their role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The findings reveal that successful omnichannel strategies require a deep understanding of consumer behavior, robust data analytics, and alignment between online and offline operations. Practical recommendations are provided to help businesses implement effective omnichannel frameworks, emphasizing the importance of technological integration and customer-centric approaches. This study contributes to the growing body of literature by synthesizing contemporary research and offering actionable insights for improving consumer experiences in a multi-channel environment.

Abstract

Working capital management (WCM) involves the control and optimization of a company’s current assets and liabilities, such as inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash balances. It plays a vital role in a firm’s liquidity, operational efficiency, and financial health. The purpose of this study is to analyze working capital management and its effect on firm profitability. This literature review has examined the relationship between working capital management (WCM) and firm profitability by synthesizing findings from various empirical and conceptual studies. The evidence consistently indicates that effective WCM plays a critical role in enhancing a firm’s financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung desain pekerjaan, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Berdasarkan data dari SMA Katolik Frateran Malang, terdapat 30 karyawan yang menjadi populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan data cross section. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur dan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa desain pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Desain pekerjaan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh desain pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The implementation of training and development programs for teachers plays a crucial role in enhancing their skills and capabilities, especially in the context of curriculum change. This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of such programs, focusing on their effectiveness, challenges, and areas for improvement. Through a literature review approach, various scholarly works, empirical studies, and best practices are examined to evaluate the impact of training and development initiatives on teacher performance and student outcomes. The evaluation encompasses aspects such as program design, delivery methods, content relevance, participant engagement, and organizational support. It delves into the strategies employed to address the evolving needs of teachers amid curriculum transformations, considering factors like technological integration, pedagogical innovations, and curriculum alignment. Furthermore, the study explores the role of continuous professional development in sustaining teacher motivation, fostering a culture of lifelong learning, and adapting to dynamic educational landscapes. Based on the analysis, several recommendations are proposed to enhance the efficacy of training and development programs for teachers. These recommendations encompass tailored professional development pathways, collaborative learning communities, mentorship programs, feedback mechanisms, and resource allocation strategies. The findings of this study contribute valuable insights to educational policymakers, administrators, and stakeholders involved in designing and implementing teacher training initiatives within the framework of curriculum change.

Abstract

In the contemporary digital era, artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the landscape of consumer behavior by enabling personalized marketing and advanced data analytics. This article reviews existing literature to explore the role of AI in shaping purchase decisions. The emergence of AI technologies allows marketers to leverage vast amounts of consumer data to create personalized experiences, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. Through personalized marketing strategies, companies can deliver tailored content, product recommendations, and targeted advertisements that align with individual consumer preferences. The integration of data analytics provides deeper insights into consumer behavior, enabling businesses to anticipate trends and make informed decisions. This literature review examines various case studies and empirical research to highlight the effectiveness of AI-driven marketing strategies in influencing consumer purchase decisions. The findings indicate that personalized marketing, underpinned by sophisticated data analytics, not only enhances consumer trust and loyalty but also drives higher conversion rates. This study underscores the importance of embracing AI technologies for businesses aiming to stay competitive in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Abstract

Disinformasi di media sosial telah menjadi fenomena global dan berdampak luas, termasuk dalam konteks bisnis dan reputasi perusahaan. Di era digital saat ini, krisis komunikasi tidak lagi hanya bersumber dari kejadian internal perusahaan, tetapi juga dari serangan informasi palsu, manipulasi citra publik, dan kampanye negatif yang disebarkan secara masif dan viral. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen krisis komunikasi perusahaan di era disinformasi media sosial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan sistematis terhadap literatur. Fokus utama dari tinjauan pustaka ini adalah mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam mengelola krisis akibat disinformasi serta mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi tersebut berdasarkan temuan-temuan yang terdokumentasi dalam literatur ilmiah. Disinformasi di era media sosial telah mengubah lanskap manajemen krisis komunikasi secara signifikan. Informasi palsu yang menyebar cepat dan luas melalui berbagai platform digital tidak hanya menciptakan kebingungan publik, tetapi juga dapat menghancurkan reputasi perusahaan dalam waktu yang sangat singkat.

Abstract

Green Management Practices (GMP) muncul sebagai pendekatan strategis yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip ramah lingkungan ke dalam proses manajemen perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasi green management practices dalam mendorong keberlanjutan bisnis di sector jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka sistematis (systematic literature review/SLR) untuk mengeksplorasi dan mensintesis temuan-temuan ilmiah terkait implementasi Green Management Practices (GMP) dalam mendorong keberlanjutan bisnis di sektor jasa. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan pustaka yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi Green Management Practices (GMP) di sektor jasa memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam mendorong keberlanjutan bisnis. Penerapan GMP tidak hanya mencakup aspek teknis seperti efisiensi energi dan pengelolaan limbah, tetapi juga melibatkan dimensi manajerial seperti kepemimpinan berwawasan lingkungan.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, perilaku konsumen telah banyak berubah. Konsumen cenderung mencari informasi, membandingkan produk, dan melakukan transaksi secara daring. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk Optimalisasi Strategi Pemasaran Digital bagi Pelaku Usaha Kecil untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode literature review sebagai pendekatan utama untuk merancang dan menyusun materi edukatif serta strategi pendampingan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaku usaha kecil dalam menerapkan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada optimalisasi strategi pemasaran digital bagi pelaku usaha kecil ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital untuk memasarkan produk dan jasa mereka.
