Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penerapan pembelajaran blended learning yang memerlukan interaksi dan komunikasi guru dan peserta didik yang lebih banyak, sementara ketersediaan waktu tatap muka dalam pembelajaran masih kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model blended learning yang digunakan saat ini, mengembangkan model blended learning dan menguji keefektifan model blended learning berbasis masalah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui gambaran atau besarnya persentase data penilaian produk dan angket keefektifan yang berada pada ketegori minimal baik sampai sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Blended learning yang selama ini dilaksanakan menggunakan LMS Edmodo yang hanya diimplementasikan untuk keperluan evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Model blended learning berbasis masalah layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli yaitu persentase validasi silabus 90%, persentase validasi RPP 84,55 % dan validasi e-learning 83%. (3) Model blended learning berbasis masalah efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil post test kelas control 77,33 dan rerata post test kelas eksperimen 81,11. Hasil analisis Uji t diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,161 dengan pvalue = 0,03 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Manfaat penelitian untuk menambah khasanah keilmuan dalam teknologi pembelajaran tentang blended learning khususnya penggunaan Edmodo pada pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.This research is motivated by the application of blended learning requires more interaction and communication of teachers and learners, while discussing face time in learning is still lacking. The purpose of this research is to analyze the blended learning model used today, to develop blended learning model and effectiveness strategy. The method used in this research is research and development (R & D) method. Descriptive analysis to know the description and value of the percentage of product valuation data and questionnaire effectiveness that is in the minimum category good until very good. The results showed (1) Blended learning which has been implemented using LMS Edmodo which only implemented for learning learning. (2) Problem-based blended learning model using expert validation that is percentage of validation of syllabus 90%, validation percentage of RPP 84, 55% and e-learning validation 83%. (3) blended learning model based on 77.33 control class exam and experimental class experimental grade. Result of t test analysis got tcount = 2,161 with pvalue = 0,03 < 0,05 which mean there is difference of learning result which significant between experiment class and control class. Benefits of research to add variance science in learning technology about learning models, especially the use of edmodo applications in learning-based outcomes learners to learn.

Abstract

Matriks Kompleks merupakan matriks yang entri-entrinya bilangan kompleks. Matriks kompleks terdiri dari matriks hermite, matriks satuan (uniter) dan matriks normal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiagonalisasi dari dua matriks hermite secara simultan. Suatu matriks hermite  dan  terdiagonalisasi secara simultan jika . Langkah pertama mendiagonalisasi matriks hermite  adalah menentukan basis untuk masing-masing ruang eigen. Selanjutnya, menormalisasikan masing-masing basis bagi masing-masing ruang eigen, kemudian membentuk matriks  yang kolom-kolomnya adalah vektor-vektor basis. Untuk mendiagonalisasi matriks  dan  secara simultan menggunakan persamaan D1 = P*AP dan D2 = P*BP. Untuk matriks A dan B ordo 2 x 2 diperolehD1 dan D2. Untuk matriks A dan B ordo 3 x 3 diperoleh D1 dan D2.

Abstract

Waste is defined as something that is no longer used, unused, disliked or something that is thrown away, which comes from human activities and does not occur by itself or remains from a business or activity in the form of piles of used goods, animal waste, plants or vegetables. Environmental balance becomes disturbed if the amount of waste products exceeds the environmental tolerance threshold and causes damage and can have a negative impact on human health. So it is necessary to handle waste, one way to process waste to make it more useful is by making Paving Blocks. In Nirannuang Village, Bontomarannu District, the community was given training on how to use waste such as plastic waste, used oil waste and sugarcane bagasse waste as material for making paving blocks. The aim is to expand the creativity of the people of Nirannuang Village, Bontomarannu District and help them create independent businesses that can improve their own economy and that of the surrounding community. Training is carried out by delivering speeches and interactive discussions. The results of the socialization show that the understanding of the people of Nirannuang Village, Bontomarannu District in entrepreneurship has increased significantly, as evidenced by a questionnaire regarding interest in exploring making Paving Blocks from plastic waste, which has increased by 90%. Apart from that, the community was very enthusiastic and fully participated in the stages of socialization activities.

Abstract

Abstract Blanakan Village is in Blanakan District, Subang Regency, most of the residents of Blanakan Village work as fishermen because the area is located directly adjacent to the sea. Blanakan Village also has tourism potential, including Nadran, TPI, Crocodile Farm, Mangrove Forest. In Blanakan Village there is also a cooperative that has high economic attractiveness, namely KUD Mandiri Mina Fajar Sidik, but this potential is not widely known by the wider community. So that this potential can be developed and increase sales value or added value so that it also has an impact on the community and regional economy, it is very important for a region to promote its region. One of the efforts made is to create a video profile which is uploaded to several social media such as Instagram. The aim of this service is to introduce the existence and potential of Blanakan Village, using a virtual ethnographic approach where this method is used to see community phenomena on social media. The data analysis method is taken qualitatively by drawing conclusions from observation data, interviews, surveys, direct field observations, which are used in promoting and introducing the potential of Blanakan Village with the implementation/making stages of pre-production, production and postproduction videos. The results of the service showed that from 30 respondents and the public who watched the village profile video, positive responses were obtained from users or the public who watched the profile video, including several positive comments and expressions of the community's desire to get to know and visit Blanaka Village, as well as producing several recommendations for improving the area. and hopes for the progress of Blankan Village, such as improving infrastructure, development and governance of various aspects in Blanakan Village. It is hoped that this video can introduce the Blanakan Village area and increase the added value of the tourism potential and superior potential of Blanakan Village. AbstrakDesa Blanakan yang berada di Kecamatan Blanakan Kabupaten Subang, sebagian besar warga masyarakat Desa Blanakan bekerja sebagai Nelayan karena letak wilayahnya yang berbatasan langsung dengan laut. Desa Blanakan pun memiliki potensi pariwisata diantaranya, Nadran, TPI, Penangkaran Buaya, Hutan Mangrove. Di Desa Blanakan juga terdapat koperasi yang memiliki daya tarik ekonomi yang tinggi, yaitu KUD Mandiri Mina Fajar Sidik, akan tetapi potensi tersebut belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Agar potensi tersebut dapat dikembangkan dan meningkatkan nilai jual atau nilai tambah sehingga berdampak pula pada perekonomian masyarakat dan perekonomian daerah, maka sangat penting bagi suatu daerah untuk mempromosikan daerahnya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat video profile yang diunggah dibeberapa media sosial seperti instagram. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk mengenalkan keberadaan dan potensi Desa Blanakan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi virtual di mana metode ini digunakan untuk melihat fenomena masyarakat di media sosial. Metode analisis data yang diambil secara kualitatif dengan mengambil kesimpulan dari data-data observasi, wawancara, survey, pengamatan lapangan secara langsung, yang digunakan dalam mempromosikan dan memperkenalkan potensi Desa Blanakan dengan tahapan pelaksanaan/pembuatan video pra-produksi, produksi dan pasca– produksi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 responden serta masyarakat yang menonton video profil desa, didapatkan respon positif dari pengguna atau masyarakat yang menonton video profil tersebut antara lain beberapa komentar positif dan ungkapan keinginan masyarakat untuk mengenal dan berkunjung ke Desa Blanaka, serta dihasilkan beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan daerah dan harapan akan kemajuan Desa Blankan, seperti perbaikan infrastruktur, pengembangan serta tata kelola dari berbagai aspek yang ada di Desa Blanakan, diharapkan dengan adanya video tersebut dapat mengenalkan daerah Desa Blanakan dan meningkatkan nilai tambah dari potensi wisata dan potensi unggulan Desa Blanakan.   Kata-kata kunci: Koperasi; nadran; unggulan; wisata.

Abstract

Indonesia mengalami transisi epidemiologi selama dua dekade terakhir, yakni dari penyakit menular yang semula menjadi beban utama kemudian mulai beralih menjadi penyakit tidak menular. PTM yang utama di antaranya hipertensi, diabetes melitus, kanker, dan penyakit paru obstruktif kronik. Akademi Kebidanan Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang berada di kabupaten Lampung Tengah Provinsi Lampung yang telah melaksana kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan di PAKARE, dilaksanakan setiap hari minggu pagi. Dilaksanakan tanggal 19 Desember 2021. Tujuan PKM ini yaitu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat dan memotivasi masyarakat. Metode yang di gunakan adalah dengan pemberian sosialisasi dan pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan PKM ini adalah 120 peserta. Dari 120 peserta 50 peserta memiliki gejala, 25 peserta dengan hipertensi, 15 peserta dengan diabetes militus, 10 peserta dengan asam urat. Kegiatan berjalan lancar dan masyarakat sangat antusias.

Abstract

Abstract. This article presents the students’ perspective on the language assessment practice in hybrid classes using a survey research method. Preservice English teachers were chosen purposively as respondents in particular the ones that have passed Language Assessment or Language Testing subject. The respondents show positive views on the language assessment practice in hybrid classes. Abstract

Abstrak. Society 5.0 merupakan hasil penyempurnan dari revolusi 4.0. Peran nstrument di Universitas merupakan penyanggah utama guna menghasilkan SDM yang mumpuni dalam melancarkan roda pariwisata di negeri ini. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan desain penelitian mixed metod, yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta eksplorasi merupakan bagian dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif berupa tindakan kelas selama 2 siklus pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, web-based learning sebagai wujud dari penerapan tren dalam pengajaran menjadi alat yang paling populer untuk berkomunikasi dan melakukan edukasi melalui layar dengan tetap menjaga jarak social di Era generasi Z ini. Penggunaan trend dalam Pendidikan sekarang telah menjadi kebutuhan peradaban sebagai akibat dari pandemi COVID-19. Temuan survei ini menunjukkan bahwa 75% mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa mereka merasa sangat nyaman saat mereka belajar dengan adanya tren dalam pengajaran. Selain itu, mahasiswa sebanyak 87.6 % berpendapat bahwa Penggunaan web-based learning (bamboozle, secret door, nearpod) memotivasi peserta untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan kelas, memberikan umpan balik, diskusi, dan berbagi ide. Bamboozle, Secret Door, dan Nearpod dalam pengajaran bahasa asing dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembelajaran siswa, keterlibatan mereka dalam kelas, dan persiapan mereka untuk menghadapi era Smart Society 5.0.  Kata Kunci: Trends, Smart Society, Industry 5.0

Abstract

This study explores the integration of student-created video projects within a HyFlex learning environment to enhance active learning and English speaking skills among students in Universitas Negeri Makassar. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method, the research involved second-semester English Education Study Program students who enlisted in Interactive Speaking Course and participated in video-project assignments. Data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of student-created videos. The findings provide insights into the impact of video projects on English speaking proficiency, particularly in terms of engagement and skill development. The result also identifies issues encountered related to technical features and resource availability. The study concludes by addressing the potential of video projects to support active learning and improve speaking proficiency in a HyFlex learning design.

Abstract

The study investigated whether or not students are interested in learning General Maritime English course materials and demonstrate how using General Maritime English course materials significantly increases students' success in oral communication. In this work, an experimental design was used. The researchers conducted nearly non-equivalent group design experiments for this investigation. For the second half of the academic year 2022/2023, 42 students were a part of the research group. Basic random sampling techniques were used in this investigation on a sample of clusters. Both an oral student communication exam and a student interest questionnaire were used to collect the data. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to examine the student oral communication data, and the Likert scale was used to assess the student interest data. The study's findings were as follows: (1) The GME course materials might improve AMI AIPI's oral communication in Makassar's third semester. It can be said that GME training resources are effective at improving oral communication in terms of accuracy, fluency, and comprehension and that students are very interested in learning from GME language course materials at maritime academies. Signing up GME for Maritime English learning has the potential to significantly boost students' oral communication performance by providing an engaging, realistic, and effective learning environment. It can enhance language skills, cultural awareness, and overall communication competence, preparing students for successful careers in the maritime industry. As the implications of this study, enrolling in General Maritime English emphasizes the value of contextualized language instruction by improving students' oral communication skills. GME may greatly improve students' capacity for professional and effective communication in the marine industry by concentrating on industry-specific needs. This will improve safety, compliance, and career opportunities. But for these programs to be successful, they must handle the issues of resource allocation, varied student needs, and efficient assessment.

Abstract

This study used two different types of instruments, including a scale test by giving two types of questionnaires to the students and a learning achievement test used by getting the MID-Test score of the students studying Research in ELT course in the undergraduate program, to ascertain the correlation between students' self-efficacy and their learning achievement, as well as the correlation between students' academic stress and their learning achievement. Quantitative research with a correlational design was used in this study. A total of 43 students studying Research in the ELT course in the undergraduate program constituted the sample for this study. Simple random sampling was also used in the sampling process, which carried out randomly regardless of the strata in that population. In this study, the researcher found that the level of students’ self-efficacy with a mean score 70,70; the level of students' academic stress with a mean score 61,81; and the learning achievement of students studying Research in ELT course in the undergraduate program with a mean score 78,72. Students' self-efficacy and learning achievement were positively correlated. This means that the higher self-efficacy in a student is the higher the learning achievement will be. While the correlation between academic stress and learning achievement is negative, it means that the higher the academic stress experienced by students, the lower the learning achievement.
