Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menegaskan kembali makna dan fungsi aksiologi ilmu dalam filsafat pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) sebagai dasar pembentukan nilai, moral, dan tujuan pendidikan dasar. Selama ini, kajian filsafat pendidikan Islam lebih menyoroti aspek epistemologi dan ontologi, sedangkan dimensi aksiologi ilmu masih jarang dikaji dalam konteks pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi pustaka dengan analisis filosofis dan hermeneutik terhadap karya Al-Ghazali, Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, serta pemikir kontemporer seperti Moh. Roqib dan Nata. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aksiologi ilmu dalam pendidikan MI meliputi tiga dimensi utama: (1) nilai moral dan spiritual, (2) pembentukan karakter dan adab peserta didik, serta (3) tujuan sosial dan teologis ilmu bagi kemaslahatan dan pengabdian kepada Allah SWT. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada model konseptual tiga dimensi aksiologi ilmu yang mengintegrasikan nilai, moral, dan tujuan sebagai fondasi kurikulum dan pembelajaran MI, guna melahirkan insan berilmu dan beradab yang seimbang antara intelektualitas, moralitas, dan spiritualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the changes and impacts of implementing PSAK 216 as a replacement for PSAK 16 in the accounting treatment of fixed assets in Indonesia. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through a systematic literature review of 13 academic studies published between 2021 and 2025. The findings indicate that PSAK 216 enhances transparency, relevance, and comparability of financial reporting, particularly in the recognition, measurement, depreciation, and disclosure of fixed assets. However, implementation challenges remain, including the limited readiness of accounting information systems, insufficient human resource competence, inconsistent recognition of impaired assets, and discrepancies between accounting and taxation standards. The 2023 amendments to PSAK 216 also reduced net income because proceeds from pre-use testing must now be recorded as revenue. Overall, this study highlights that the successful adoption of PSAK 216 requires policy readiness, adequate human resources, and strong managerial commitment to improving the quality of financial reporting in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penjamah makanan merupakan orang yang bersentuhan langsung dengan makanan dan peralatan pengolahannya. Penjamah makanan harus menjaga kebersihan agar terhindar dari bahaya yang ditimbulkan akibat penularan dari proses penyelenggaraan makanan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan tindakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kebersihan individu penjamah makanan melalui penyuluhan melalui media poster. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media poster terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap higiene individu penjamah makanan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design dan subjek penelitian sebanyak 35 penjamah makanan. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon. Pengetahuan dan sikap penjamah makanan setelah diberikan penyuluhan melalui media poster berada pada kategori baik. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media poster terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap higiene individu penjamah makanan (p-value < 0,05).

Abstract

Generally, construction workers in Indonesia have competency from experience, independent learning, and learning from their seniors. The construction workers started their careers starting from servants, repairmen, to becoming the head of a repairman, and some even could become foremen. They have never attended training or education specifically. Moreover, competency tests so that the aspects of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) are often ignored. Construction workers generally do not understand in theory about the importance of equipping themselves with personal protective equipment in work, especially in OHS construction work which includes the work of formwork, cleaning, casting, and demolition. Through this training, construction workers are expected to be able to improve their experience by combining knowledge about OHS so that they can improve occupational health and safety, especially in Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. The method of activity consists of the preparation and implementation stages. The preparation stage is observing the area and establishing communication with partners. Then, the implementation stage, namely debriefing about OHS construction work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get know success or failure of Advanced Stop Lines with the parameters of the level of occupancy at St. Jend Ahmad Yani – St. Mayor Madmuin Hasibuan – St. KH Noer Ali, Bekasi. The method used in supporting the implementation of this research was by using the survey method conducted at 6 - 8 am,12 pm – 1 am and 4 am – 6 am, the data obtained is the number of motorcycles in the Advanced Stop Line area and many phases are only motorized. The analysis results obtained that Advanced Stop Line Based on Modul Pelatihan Monitoring dan Evaluasi RHK 2012 was <60%. It indicates that Advanced Stop Lines at St. Jend Ahmad Yani – St. Mayor Madmuin Hasibuan – St. KH Noer Ali, Bekasi not being an appropriate solution.

Abstract

This research was developed using a research and development (R&D) model that refers to the Lee & Owens Instructional design model so that it can develop learning media in Engineering English courses in the form of Android-based multimedia software applications, thus facilitating access and student learning activities in the class as well as outside of the class. Lee and Owens' model consists of five stages, namely assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis technique in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from needs analysis, linguist validation, and product evaluation. The results of the media development research are 13 meetings of Android-based multimedia software application products that have been validated by linguists who obtained 85.75% results and fall into the very feasible category. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the Android-based multimedia software application is grammatically feasible, but it should be validated by a material expert before the developed media can be used in Technical English for Engineering courses.

Abstract

This study analyzes the critical thinking tendencies of students with physical disabilities in mathematics learning at SMA-LB Negeri 3 Yogyakarta using a Grounded Theory approach. A qualitative method was applied, with data collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results indicate that 80% of students exhibit positive critical thinking tendencies, while 20% face internal challenges such as shyness, lack of confidence, and difficulty in collaboration. The main factors influencing critical thinking tendencies include the role of teachers, student participation, and classroom conditions. Teachers who implement interactive learning strategies, such as discussions and cooperative learning, play a crucial role in motivating students. A comfortable learning environment and adequate facilities also support the development of students' critical thinking skills. This study concludes that interactive teaching strategies and a conducive learning atmosphere are key to fostering students' critical thinking tendencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the implementation of E-performance in Improving Employee Work Productivity at the Palopo City Regional Inspectorate Office. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used consisted of data collection, data display, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of E-performance in Improving Employee Work Productivity at the Palopo City Regional Inspectorate Office has been running well based on three Franklin & Ripley indicators, namely the level of compliance, smooth routines, and impacts (benefits). In the compliance indicator, employees showed a fairly good awareness in fulfilling the obligation to input work activities. From the aspect of smooth routines, the e-Performance implementation process also ran quite stably. The workflow—starting from inputting activities, carrying out tasks, to superior approval—can be implemented thanks to effective coordination between departments. In the impact (benefit) indicator, e-Performance has been proven to provide a positive contribution to improving employee and agency performance. This system facilitates structured activity recording, expedites the reporting process, and increases transparency and fairness in assessments because all data is recorded objectively. Furthermore, its implementation encourages the development of employees' digital skills. The challenges that arose were primarily technical in nature and did not impact the overall quality of implementation.

Abstract

his research aims to examine the influence of the psychological contract on organizational commitment and the influence of both on employee performance. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 93 banking employees in Jambi City. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses the SEM PLS method. The results of this research prove that there is a positive and significant influence of psychological contracts on organizational commitment and organizational commitment on employee performance, however, psychological contracts only have an indirect influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Product standardization socialization for UMKM Intan Permata, which is engaged in the production of batik cloth using eco-print techniques in Matansala Village, Bungku Tengah District, Morowali Regency. To date, UMKM Intan Permata has carried out production without clear SOPs and measurable quality standards. Without standard guidelines, the production process is often inconsistent, which risks producing products with varying quality. This results in the resulting products not always meeting the desired quality standards, thereby reducing customer satisfaction and potential sales. The production process without adequate supervision, the use of raw materials, labor, and time is often inefficient, which also impacts high production costs. This activity is expected to improve production efficiency and business sustainability through the implementation of standardization in their production processes. This activity includes socialization on the importance of product standardization, the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training in the application of higher quality standards. Thus, it is expected to produce more consistent products, reduce waste, and increase competitiveness in the market. This activity is expected to provide benefits in the form of increased practical skills in the field of business management and production, as well as the ability to implement standardization techniques in daily business.
