Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas tentan inovasi dunia pendidikan dalam bidang ketenagaan pendidikan, makin maju zaman maka semakin komplek kebutuhan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh ketenagaan pendidikan, inovasi ini harus melalui upaya-upaya yang dikaji secara konprehensif, kegiatan belajar mengajar sebagai suatu sistem harus selalu mendapatkan perhatian baik dilingkungan masyarakat maupun negara, mutu pendidikan yang diharapkan akan tercapai dengan terus dilakukannnya penyesuaian pola pendidikan terhadap perkembangan zaman karena indikator kualitas negara akan dapat dengan jelas terlihat dari sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Library reaserch berfokus pada anaisis-analisisi fakta dan data yang terjadi serta sumber-sumber literatur yang juga mengulas tentang semua yang berkaitan dengan Inovasi pendidikan dalam bidang ketenagaan pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada tulisan ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data secara tidak langsung dengan meneliti objek yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Innovation in education is closely related to continuous change, aiming to enhance learning effectiveness and achieve educational goals. Particularly in Islamic education, the focus is on improving learning innovations to help students master subjects efficiently. In the era of globalization, educational innovation plays a crucial role in shaping effective teaching and learning processes. This study explores the process of educational innovation through three key stages: decision-making, diffusion, and dissemination. Decision-making involves evaluating and accepting or rejecting new educational approaches. Diffusion refers to the communication process in spreading innovative ideas, while dissemination ensures the systematic distribution of innovations for broader implementation. This research employs a library research method, analyzing relevant theories from academic sources such as journals, books, and previous studies. The findings highlight that successful educational innovation depends on well-structured decision-making, effective diffusion strategies, and comprehensive dissemination processes. Additionally, teachers play a vital role in implementing educational innovation, as their involvement significantly impacts the success of new learning methods. Innovation in education must align with Indonesia's educational needs, incorporating curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and technological integration. The structured adoption of innovation ensures that education remains relevant, efficient, and adaptable to changing times

Abstract

Effective and efficient management of education finances, facilities and infrastructure is essential to improving the quality of education. However, many schools still face difficulties in managing education finances, facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to identify innovations in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure. In this study the author used descriptive qualitative research, which is research that intends to interpret phenomena that occur and is carried out in various ways involving various existing methods. The results show that innovations in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of education and the efficiency of resource use. Innovations include the use of information technology to manage finances and facilities, curriculum development that is relevant to industry needs, and the use of natural resources to reduce operational costs. This research has implications for the importance of innovation in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education and the efficient use of resources

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological developments have a significant impact on various sectors, including Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of technology in supporting innovation in Islamic education in the era of globalization. Information and communication technology allows for major transformations in the teaching and learning process, making Islamic education more dynamic and adaptive to changes in the times. The results show that the role of technology in innovation in Islamic education covers various aspects, such as accessibility, efficiency, and wider dissemination of knowledge. One of the main roles of technology is to expand access to Islamic education. Through online platforms, religious lessons can be accessed by anyone, anytime, without being limited by distance and time. This also encourages the creation of a more interactive learning environment, where students can learn through various media, such as videos, applications, and discussion forums. Technology also facilitates digital-based learning that allows teaching Islamic materials in a more interesting and easy-to-understand way. Application-based learning provides space for students to access materials independently, in depth, and according to their needs. With the right use of technology, Islamic education can be more developed and relevant amidst the dynamics of globalization, so that it can produce a generation of Muslims who are intelligent, creative, and ready to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Acceleration of educational innovation programs is a strategy to improve the quality of learning and accelerate the achievement of student competencies. This acceleration program is intended for students with special intelligence and talents, allowing them to complete their education in a shorter time compared to the regular path. In addition to acceleration, monitoring and evaluation (monev) are important factors in the success of educational innovation. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various literature related to the acceleration of educational innovation and monev in the education system in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the acceleration of educational innovation programs supported by a continuous monitoring and evaluation system can improve the quality of education, provide a more adaptive learning experience for students, and produce graduates who are better prepared to face global challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze contextual learning and problem-based learning. This research includes qualitative research. The approach used is purely library research. Data is obtained from reading materials obtained by researchers from books, articles contained in print. The data were collected and sorted to fill in the answers to the formulated research questions. The analysis used a content analysis approach to obtain information related to contextual learning and problem-based learning. The conclusion of this research is that contextual learning is a learning that relates everyday contexts to learning materials so that students are able to interpret the knowledge/skills they learn and can flexibly apply their knowledge/skills from one problem/context to another. The contextual approach involves seven main components of contextual learning, namely: constructivism, discovery, questioning, learning community, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment. Problem-based learning is one of the appropriate models developed in technology learning to respond to issues of improving the quality of technology learning and anticipating changes that occur in the world of work. Abstract

Educational innovation is a crucial factor in improving the quality of learning and adapting the education system to the demands of the modern era. The characteristics of educational innovation, educational strategies, and educational innovation strategies are closely interconnected in creating a more effective, adaptive, and relevant learning system. This study aims to analyze the concepts and relationships among these three aspects to understand how educational innovation strategies can be optimally implemented. This research employs a literature review method by examining various relevant sources, including books, scientific journals, and previous studies. The analysis focuses on the concept of educational innovation, the educational strategies applied in different learning systems, and innovation strategies that enhance the effectiveness of education. The findings indicate that educational innovation has key characteristics such as flexibility, sustainability, and adaptability to learning needs. Meanwhile, educational strategies serve as guidelines for designing a structured and well-directed learning process. Educational innovation strategies are necessary to systematically integrate innovations, including technology, learning methods, and curricula. This study emphasizes that the success of educational innovation depends on human resource readiness, policy support, and adequate infrastructure.

Abstract

Mathematics learning plays an essential role in developing students’ logical, systematic, and analytical thinking skills. One of the higher-order thinking abilities that serves as a main focus in mathematics education is mathematical reasoning. This ability is closely related to the process of mathematical proof, which functions to justify the truth of a statement logically. This study aims to examine the relationship between the understanding of proof concepts and the development of mathematical reasoning among junior high school students through a library research approach. Data were obtained from various sources such as textbooks, journal articles, research findings, and relevant educational documents. The analysis was conducted using the content analysis method to review both conceptual and empirical findings from the literature. The results indicate that understanding the concept of proof not only helps students comprehend the logical structure of mathematics but also contributes to the development of deductive and reflective reasoning skills. Engaging in proof activities enables students to shift from merely imitative reasoning toward independent logical construction (creative reasoning). However, teaching proof at the junior high school level still faces several challenges, such as students’ limited understanding of basic logic, time constraints, and the lack of teacher training in teaching proof effectively. Therefore, learning strategies that emphasize students’ thought processes, provide opportunities for exploration, and integrate proof activities into meaningful learning contexts are needed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi pengelolaan budaya dan iklim madrasah: mewujudkan pendidikan berkarakter sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan madrasah yang kondusif. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber datanya yakni buku-buku, jurnal, serta website merujuk literatur selaras pembahasan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yakni studi literatur serta teknik analisis data yakni reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Budaya madrasah terbentuk melalui interaksi antara kepala madrasah, guru, karyawan, dan siswa, yang membentuk nilai-nilai dan kebiasaan Islami. Pengelolaan budaya dan iklim madrasah yang efektif, dengan tujuan pendidikan yang jelas, kompetensi pendidik, serta fasilitas yang memadai, penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa. Praktik-praktik Islami seperti shalat berjamaah dan tadarus Al-Qur'an berperan dalam membentuk akhlak siswa. Tantangan utama meliputi perbedaan latar belakang sosial-ekonomi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan pengaruh media sosial. Namun, inovasi, pelatihan guru, serta kolaborasi dengan pihak luar dapat mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Sinergi antara madrasah, orang tua, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkarakter dan mendukung perkembangan siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan seringkali menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang menghambat proses pengembangan kompetensi guru. Beberapa kendala umum yang sering ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan waktu dalam mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran baru, minimnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung, rendahnya motivasi guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan atau kegiatan pengembangan profesional, serta supervisi yang belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui peningkatan kinerja guru di MI Attohiriyah serta mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, dua orang guru, dan seorang siswa di MI Attohiriyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai program pengembangan kompetensi guru telah dilaksanakan, seperti pelatihan, workshop, supervisi rutin, serta partisipasi dalam kegiatan pengembangan profesionalisme di luar sekolah. Namun, upaya tersebut masih belum optimal karena adanya kendala yang perlu diatasi, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan waktu, fasilitas yang kurang memadai, rendahnya motivasi guru, serta supervisi yang belum efektif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru di MI Attohiriyah perlu dilakukan secara lebih komprehensif dan berkelanjutan agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara optimal.
