Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas tentan inovasi dunia pendidikan dalam bidang ketenagaan pendidikan, makin maju zaman maka semakin komplek kebutuhan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh ketenagaan pendidikan, inovasi ini harus melalui upaya-upaya yang dikaji secara konprehensif, kegiatan belajar mengajar sebagai suatu sistem harus selalu mendapatkan perhatian baik dilingkungan masyarakat maupun negara, mutu pendidikan yang diharapkan akan tercapai dengan terus dilakukannnya penyesuaian pola pendidikan terhadap perkembangan zaman karena indikator kualitas negara akan dapat dengan jelas terlihat dari sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Library reaserch berfokus pada anaisis-analisisi fakta dan data yang terjadi serta sumber-sumber literatur yang juga mengulas tentang semua yang berkaitan dengan Inovasi pendidikan dalam bidang ketenagaan pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada tulisan ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data secara tidak langsung dengan meneliti objek yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

This research focuses on how the application of the Problem Based Instruction learning model is a learning model based on the interaction between stimulus and response, which in this case is learning and the environment of MAN IC OKI which is one example of a madrasa that implements a boarding school system, where students are required to live or live in dormitories with fairly strict rules. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the problem-based instruction learning model in peer teaching activities in Islamic Cultural History subjects in class IX MAN IC OKI. As for achieving these objectives, descriptive quantitative research methods are used by using comparisons between pretest scores and posttest scores after treatment. Data taken using interview techniques and comparison between pretest and posttest scores. The sample was taken as many as 11 students from 117 class XI students at MAN Insan Cendekia OKI. Based on this research, the results obtained that the problem-based instruction learning model is effectively applied in peer teaching activities in the subject of Islamic Cultural History to students of class XI MAN IC OKI Gazal Semester 2024-2025, it can also be seen from the increasing value and enthusiasm for learning of the sample students.

Abstract

Permasalahan kesejahteraan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya yang berstatus non-PNS, masih menjadi isu krusial dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk di Kota Palembang. Ketidaksesuaian antara beban kerja dan kompensasi yang diterima berdampak langsung pada motivasi dan mutu profesionalisme guru. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah Kota Palembang meluncurkan program peningkatan kompensasi bagi guru PAI sebagai upaya untuk memperkuat kualitas pendidikan agama di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program tersebut dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan, dan dampaknya terhadap mutu guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini secara konteks sangat relevan dan berdampak positif terhadap semangat kerja guru, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal validitas data, ketimpangan distribusi, keterbatasan pengawasan, dan minimnya keterkaitan antara kompensasi dengan pengembangan profesionalisme guru. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan reformulasi kebijakan yang lebih sistematis, adil, dan partisipatif agar tujuan peningkatan mutu guru PAI benar-benar tercapai secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Innovation in education has become a key factor in improving the quality of human resources in the era of globalization. Educational personnel, as an important element in the education system, play a strategic role in creating an effective and adaptive learning environment in response to technological developments. However, various challenges are still faced in efforts to improve the quality of educational staff in Indonesia, including the lack of continuous training, low utilization of technology in learning, and limited policies supporting the welfare of educational staff. This research uses a literature study method with a content analysis approach on various academic literature relevant to educational innovations in the field of educational personnel. The study results show that innovation in education, particularly in the field of educational personnel, includes the development of competencies through continuous training, the utilization of information technology in learning, and policy reforms that support the welfare and professionalism of educational personnel. Moreover, the application of digital technology in the learning process can enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and society in creating an innovative and sustainable education system. Investment in the development of quality educational personnel is expected to enhance the competitiveness of national education and produce graduates who are ready to face global challenges. Therefore, a comprehensive and sustainable strategy is needed to ensure that educational staff possess competencies that meet the demands of the times. Abstract

The “Merdeka Curriculum” is Indonesia’s latest educational policy initiative designed to address 21st-century learning demands. This curriculum emphasizes learning flexibility, differentiation, and character development through the Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. However, its implementation in schools still faces significant challenges. This study aims to identify and analyze the weaknesses and obstacles of the Merdeka Curriculum by conducting a systematic literature review (SLR) of 20 verified scientific articles published between 2021 and 2024. The PRISMA method was employed to select and thematically analyze the literature. The review revealed five major challenges: (1) teachers’ lack of readiness to understand and apply the curriculum’s principles, (2) infrastructure inequality, especially in underdeveloped regions, (3) unclear policy direction and the absence of a proper transition period, (4) unresolved administrative burdens on teachers, and (5) difficulties in integrating the Pancasila Student Profile values into daily instruction. The study concludes that the Merdeka Curriculum is not yet fully prepared for national-scale implementation without comprehensive support in terms of teacher capacity, school facilities, and regulatory reform. This review provides reflective insights for shaping future education policy that is more contextual, equitable, and sustainable. Abstrak Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kebijakan kurikulum terbaru yang diusung pemerintah Indonesia untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21. Kurikulum ini menekankan fleksibilitas pembelajaran, diferensiasi, serta penguatan karakter melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Namun demikian, implementasinya di lapangan masih menuai berbagai persoalan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kelemahan serta tantangan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka berdasarkan tinjauan sistematis terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah terverifikasi yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang waktu 2021–2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan metode PRISMA untuk menyaring dan menganalisis data literatur secara tematik. Hasil kajian menemukan lima tema utama tantangan, yaitu: (1) ketidaksiapan guru dalam memahami dan menerapkan prinsip kurikulum, (2) ketimpangan infrastruktur, khususnya di daerah 3T, (3) ketidakjelasan arah kebijakan dan minimnya masa transisi, (4) beban administratif guru yang belum terselesaikan, dan (5) kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulan kajian ini menyatakan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka belum sepenuhnya siap diimplementasikan secara nasional tanpa dukungan menyeluruh terhadap kapasitas guru, fasilitas sekolah, serta perbaikan regulasi dan evaluasi. Kajian ini memberikan dasar reflektif bagi perumusan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih kontekstual, adil, dan berkelanjutan di masa mendatang

Abstract

This study aims to observe how the planning strategy for language laboratory management by utilizing digital technology-based media in improving the quality of students' English learning carried out at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang, and to analyze the principal's organizing strategy in improving the quality of English learning for students at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are used by writing or adopting, editing, clarifying, reducing, and then continuing with the presentation. The results showed that the management of the language laboratory at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang required 1) a planning strategy, which includes concrete steps to ensure the successful integration of digital technology in learning; 2) organizing, which involves grouping responsibilities according to the functions and duties of each manager. The organization's strategy includes digital technology training for English teachers, hardware maintenance by laboratory personnel, and a well-distributed laboratory usage schedule; and 3) evaluation in the management of the Language laboratory so that learning activities can run well. Abstract

Innovation in education is closely related to continuous change, aiming to enhance learning effectiveness and achieve educational goals. Particularly in Islamic education, the focus is on improving learning innovations to help students master subjects efficiently. In the era of globalization, educational innovation plays a crucial role in shaping effective teaching and learning processes. This study explores the process of educational innovation through three key stages: decision-making, diffusion, and dissemination. Decision-making involves evaluating and accepting or rejecting new educational approaches. Diffusion refers to the communication process in spreading innovative ideas, while dissemination ensures the systematic distribution of innovations for broader implementation. This research employs a library research method, analyzing relevant theories from academic sources such as journals, books, and previous studies. The findings highlight that successful educational innovation depends on well-structured decision-making, effective diffusion strategies, and comprehensive dissemination processes. Additionally, teachers play a vital role in implementing educational innovation, as their involvement significantly impacts the success of new learning methods. Innovation in education must align with Indonesia's educational needs, incorporating curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and technological integration. The structured adoption of innovation ensures that education remains relevant, efficient, and adaptable to changing times

Abstract

Effective and efficient management of education finances, facilities and infrastructure is essential to improving the quality of education. However, many schools still face difficulties in managing education finances, facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to identify innovations in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure. In this study the author used descriptive qualitative research, which is research that intends to interpret phenomena that occur and is carried out in various ways involving various existing methods. The results show that innovations in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of education and the efficiency of resource use. Innovations include the use of information technology to manage finances and facilities, curriculum development that is relevant to industry needs, and the use of natural resources to reduce operational costs. This research has implications for the importance of innovation in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education and the efficient use of resources

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological developments have a significant impact on various sectors, including Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of technology in supporting innovation in Islamic education in the era of globalization. Information and communication technology allows for major transformations in the teaching and learning process, making Islamic education more dynamic and adaptive to changes in the times. The results show that the role of technology in innovation in Islamic education covers various aspects, such as accessibility, efficiency, and wider dissemination of knowledge. One of the main roles of technology is to expand access to Islamic education. Through online platforms, religious lessons can be accessed by anyone, anytime, without being limited by distance and time. This also encourages the creation of a more interactive learning environment, where students can learn through various media, such as videos, applications, and discussion forums. Technology also facilitates digital-based learning that allows teaching Islamic materials in a more interesting and easy-to-understand way. Application-based learning provides space for students to access materials independently, in depth, and according to their needs. With the right use of technology, Islamic education can be more developed and relevant amidst the dynamics of globalization, so that it can produce a generation of Muslims who are intelligent, creative, and ready to face the challenges of the times.
