Abstract

The role of Dalihan na tolu is something that cannot be separated in the life of the Toba Batak indigenous people. In his role with the task of the church, Dalihan na tolu can go hand in hand in proclaiming the truth of God's Word so that customs and Christianity become one and form new habits, new customs, which are based on the love of Christ. The problem that will be discussed is the reconstruction of Dalihan na tolu in Batak culture towards practical theology that is relevant to the task of the church. The approach method used in this research is a qualitative research method, while the research approach used is a qualitative research approach with the technique of "Observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation/combination". The data used are secondary and primary data. The results show that in the life of the Toba Batak indigenous people, the role of Dalihan na tolu greatly enhances the cooperation of the respective roles of the elements of Dalihan na tolu, namely Somba marhula-hula, Manat mardongan tubu, and elek marboru where these elements are very important and should not be forgotten because it has become a furnace or three supporting stones. The customs carried out prioritize worship and adopt the concept of friendship and kinship in Christianity, namely love and sacrifice.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has changed the way schools manage operations, administration, and strategic decision-making. Digital tools such as school management information systems, cloud-based platforms, and mobile applications are increasingly being adopted to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education management.  This study aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize literature on the use of digital tools in school management, including the types of technology used, benefits, challenges, and best practices for implementation. The literature review was conducted through a comprehensive search of 10 articles in the Google Scholar database. The analysis identified five main categories of digital tools: (1) School Management Information Systems, (2) Web portals and cloud platforms, (3) Communication and community tools, (4) Governance and planning dashboards, and (5) Mobile and hybrid applications. The main benefits include increased operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, better stakeholder communication, and professionalization of school leadership. ABSTRAK Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan telah mengubah cara sekolah mengelola operasional, administrasi, dan pengambilan keputusan strategis. Perangkat digital seperti sistem informasi manajemen sekolah, platform berbasis cloud, dan aplikasi mobile semakin banyak diadopsi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis literatur tentang pemanfaatan perangkat digital dalam manajemen sekolah, termasuk jenis teknologi yang digunakan, manfaat, tantangan, dan praktik terbaik implementasi. Literature Review dilakukan dengan pencarian komprehensif di database Google Scholar sebanyak 10 artikel. Analisis mengidentifikasi lima kategori utama perangkat digital: (1) Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sekolah, (2) Portal web dan platform cloud, (3) Alat komunikasi dan komunitas, (4) Dashboard tata kelola dan perencanaan, dan (5) Aplikasi mobile dan hybrid. Manfaat utama meliputi peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, komunikasi stakeholder yang lebih baik, dan profesionalisasi kepemimpinan sekolah.

Abstract

The paradigm of Christian educational management in the contemporary era is grounded in theological and philosophical foundations that affirm the necessity of orienting all educational management processes toward the holistic formation of the human person according to the values of the Kingdom of God. This study analyzes the paradigm of Christian educational management by integrating theological, philosophical, and contemporary management perspectives. A qualitative approach based on an in-depth literature review is employed, examining sources in the theology of education, Christian philosophy of education, and modern management theory to map the construction and transformation of the Christian educational management paradigm. The findings indicate that theological concepts such as imago Dei, the cultural mandate, and the spirituality of education serve as normative foundations within Christian educational management. The reformulation of the paradigm emerges through dialogue between theological values and modern management theories, producing a managerial approach that is more adaptive, integrative, and aligned with contemporary societal dynamics. This reformulation also carries significant epistemological implications for the aims of Christian education, particularly in strengthening holistic, transformational, and competence-oriented orientations. Furthermore, the paradigm's reformulation signals a notable epistemological shift toward a model of education that is holistic, transformative, and competence-driven while retaining its theological identity. The study underscores the importance of synthesizing faith, rationality, and managerial praxis in advancing Christian educational management in the modern era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Budget Planning Performance Score of Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Tarutung as a benchmark for budget management. The analysis uses Monitoring & Evaluation (Monev) data from the Ministry of Finance up to November 2025 and supporting literature. The overall Planning Performance Score is 50.50/100, composed of Output Detail Achievement (CRO) 56.27%, Use of Output Cost Standards (SBK Usage) 83.33%, and SBK Efficiency 0.00%. Key issues identified are: (1) several Outputs (RO) not fully realized, reducing RVRO; (2) blocked budget items that prevent full RVRO reporting; (3) mismatches among budget realization, RVRO achievement, and SBK efficiency calculations possibly due to data inaccuracies in the Monev application. Recommendations include accelerating budget realization, resolving or removing budget blocks, coordinating data verification with the Directorate General, updating Monev/system data, and strengthening internal monitoring and evaluation to improve planning efficiency and budget performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan manajemen kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di sekolah dasar dan dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kurikulum berbasis kompetensi mengedepankan pencapaian kompetensi dalam berbagai aspek, seperti pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum ini, karena guru tidak hanya menyampaikan materi, tetapi juga membimbing siswa untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang dipelajari dalam kehidupan nyata. Selain itu, pelatihan dan pengembangan profesionalisme guru menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Artikel ini juga membahas berbagai faktor pendukung dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh sekolah, guru, dan siswa dalam proses penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dalam implementasinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze 1) the effect of participation in MGMP on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025; 2) the effect of teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regencyin 2025; and 3) the simultaneous effect of participation in MGMP and teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population is all Christian Religious Education teachers who are members of MGMP PAK in Humbang Hasundutan Regency, totaling 55 teachers and sampling in this study using total sampling technique. The instrument trial was conducted on 30 PAK teachers in Samosir Regency so that it was known that all research instruments were declared valid and reliable because they had met the validity and reliability value criteria. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 75 items. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) the Fcount value > Ftable is 25.587 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between participation in MGMP on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The influence is 32.6%, 2) the Fcount value > Ftable is 27.918 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The influence is 34.5%, and 3) the Fcount value > Ftable is 19.733 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between participation in MGMP and teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The influence is 43.1%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Abstrak: The development of educational technology requires schools to carry out digital transformation to support hybrid learning that integrates face-to-face and online learning. This research aims to analyze the digital transformation management process in schools through a descriptive qualitative approach. The research focus includes digital planning, implementation of technology infrastructure, developing teacher competencies, as well as school leadership strategies in managing change. Data was obtained through literature study, document observation, and interviews from previous relevant research. The study results show that effective digital transformation requires digital strategy planning, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy of educators, adaptive school culture, and visionary leadership. Digital transformation is not just the provision of devices, but also a change in school management paradigm. This research provides implications for policy makers and school leaders in managing digital transformation sustainably in the hybrid learning era. Keywords: digital transformation, education management, hybrid learning, digital leadership, educational technology. Abstract : Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan menuntut sekolah melakukan transformasi digital untuk menunjang pembelajaran hybrid yang mengintegrasikan tatap muka dan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses manajemen transformasi digital di sekolah melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus penelitian meliputi perencanaan digital, implementasi infrastruktur teknologi, pengembangan kompetensi guru, serta strategi kepemimpinan sekolah dalam mengelola perubahan. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi dokumen, dan wawancara dari penelitian-penelitian relevan sebelumnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital yang efektif memerlukan perencanaan strategi digital, kesiapan infrastruktur, literasi digital pendidik, budaya sekolah adaptif, serta kepemimpinan visioner. Transformasi digital bukan hanya penyediaan perangkat, melainkan perubahan paradigma manajemen sekolah. Penelitian ini memberi implikasi bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pimpinan sekolah dalam mengelola transformasi digital secara berkelanjutan pada era pembelajaran hybrid. Kata kunci: transformasi digital, manajemen pendidikan, pembelajaran hybrid, kepemimpinan digital, teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

 Abstract: This research aims to analyze the urgency and strategic role of digitalization in transforming educational financial management, particularly in achieving optimal transparency and efficiency. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on publications and policies from 2015 to 2024, this study synthesizes findings regarding the impact of digital-based financial systems (such as ARKAS) on school budget governance. The SLR results indicate that digitalization serves as a vital strategic instrument. E-budgeting and real-time reporting systems significantly enhance transparency and accountability by providing a strong audit trail and reducing the scope for fund misuse. Furthermore, digitalization drives operational efficiency by cutting down administrative workload, allowing for the reallocation of resources to core learning activities, thus supporting education as a strategic investment. Digital systems also function as an instrument of equity through accurate, data-driven decision-making. In conclusion, financial management has shifted from a passive function to an active strategic function that causally affects educational outcomes. Long-term implementation success requires continuous investment in digital financial literacy training for human resources and the integration of financial systems with academic data. Keywords: Educational Financial Management, Digitalization, Transparency, Efficiency,        School Governance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis urgensi dan peran strategis digitalisasi dalam transformasi manajemen keuangan pendidikan, khususnya dalam mencapai transparansi dan efisiensi optimal. Menggunakan pendekatan Kajian Literatur Sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) terhadap publikasi ilmiah dan kebijakan periode 2015-2024, penelitian ini mensintesis temuan mengenai dampak sistem keuangan berbasis digital (seperti ARKAS) terhadap tata kelola anggaran sekolah. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi berfungsi sebagai instrumen strategis yang vital. Sistem e- budgeting dan real-time reporting secara signifikan meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dengan menyediakan audit trail yang kuat dan mengurangi ruang gerak penyalahgunaan dana. Selain itu, digitalisasi mendorong efisiensi operasional melalui pengurangan beban kerja administratif, memungkinkan realokasi sumber daya ke aktivitas inti pembelajaran, dan secara efektif mendukung pendidikan sebagai investasi strategis. Digitalisasi juga berperan sebagai instrumen pemerataan melalui pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang tepat sasaran. Disimpulkan, manajemen keuangan telah bergeser dari fungsi pasif menjadi fungsi strategis aktif yang secara kausal memengaruhi outcomependidikan. Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of classroom management on the learning discipline of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda in the 2025/2026 academic year. The method used in this research is an inferential quantitative method. The population of this study consisted of all eleventh-grade students totaling 279 students, while the research sample consisted of 70 students selected using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, consisting of 36 items for the classroom management variable and 36 items for the learning discipline variable. The results of the data analysis show that the data are normally distributed with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.200 > 0.05 and have a linear relationship with a deviation of linearity value of 0.065 > 0.05. The correlation test results obtained rxy = 0.676 > rtable = 0.235, indicating a positive relationship between classroom management and students’ learning discipline. The significance test shows that tcount = 7.557 > ttable = 1.995. The regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 53.556 + 0.594X with a coefficient of determination of 45.6%. The F-test results show Fcount = 57.101 > Ftable = 4.00. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that classroom management has a positive and significant effect on the learning discipline of students at SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the effect of giving reinforcement by Christian Religious Education Teachers on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year; 2) to determine the effect of giving reinforcement by Counseling Guidance Teachers on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year; 3) to determine the effect of giving reinforcement by Christian Religious Education Teachers and Counseling Guidance Teachers together on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The method used in this research is inferential quantitative method with expo-facto correlation model. The population is all ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year, totaling 160 people and a sample of 40 people was determined using random sampling technique. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 32 items. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the value of F count> F table between the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students is 14.849> 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence between the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 28, 1%, 2) the value of F count> F table between the Giving of Strengthening the Counseling Guidance Teacher on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 14.651> 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence of the Giving of Strengthening the Counseling Guidance Teacher on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 27, 8%, 3) the value of F count> F table between the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers and the Strengthening of Counseling Guidance Teachers on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 10.569> 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence of the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers and the Strengthening of Counseling Guidance Teachers on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students in Class IX SMP N 1 Palipi Learning Year 2023/2024 which is 36.4%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
