Since the world has been disturbed by the increasing impact of Covid-19, various countries have applied distance learning, responding to the pandemic policy on an international scale. The author believes that the learning of technological innovation for Indonesia is different from that of developed countries, so this study tries to understand the digital pedagogical perspective of teaching. A series of successful electronic literature searches were carried out on several scientific journal publications, books, and other website literature to get the intended understanding. The data that we have obtained are then analyzed in-depth, involving critical coding and high evaluation to obtain understanding and conclusions that can answer the core questions of this study. We used all data from secondary data, namely scientific evidence published between 2010 and 2021. Then the design of this study was in a descriptive qualitative system under a phenomenological approach, an effort to explore data as widely as possible. After discussing the results, we included that pedagogical technology, which is a method that discusses how teachers handle their duties assisted by technological innovation. However, the pedagogy also helps teachers become student learning facilitators by using existing technological facilities to improve learning outcomes. While at the same time developing students' potential even though they are being afflicted with learning disorders due to pandemics. Abstract

Teacher creativity determines the success of teaching Indonesian through innovative activities, especially in the multi-media era, which has become part of teaching for all subject areas. For this reason, we have conducted a literature search on several data found by experts in teaching Indonesian language education, both sourced from national and international journal publications and other sources that support Indonesian language teaching programs through creativity and innovation by involving multi-media. So that we can use the data in answering the questions and objectives of this study, we first examined the data by involving a phenomenology-based approach, an approach that seeks to explore as much data as possible to obtain comprehensive, high-quality answers to the study problem. Based on the exposure and discussion of our findings after understanding that teachers' creativity in teaching Indonesian will determine learning outcomes combined with innovative learning methods and strategies in line with the demands of the current multi-media era. Thus, the results of this study will become an essential input in supporting the study and development of teaching Indonesian as the national language in Indonesia in the technological era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the distinct roles of language and reading skills in science literacy among primary school students through a qualitative approach. Science literacy, defined as an understanding of scientific concepts and processes, and the capacity to apply them in everyday life, is a crucial competency for students in the modern era. This research employed a case study method, with data collection techniques comprising in-depth interviews, classroom observations and document analysis. The findings indicate that language skills play a pivotal role in assisting students in comprehending and communicating scientific concepts in an effective manner. The aforementioned skills encompass an individual's capacity to comprehend and employ scientific terminology, construct sentences with correct grammatical structures, and convey ideas in a clear and logical manner. In contrast, reading abilities are pivotal for students to obtain, comprehend and integrate information from diverse sources, including scientific texts. Well-developed reading abilities facilitate students to understand intricate scientific texts, construct arguments supported by evidence and draw inferences from available data. This research offers insights into the development of language and reading skills holistically, with the aim of improving science literacy among primary school students. It also emphasises the importance of an integrated and comprehensive teaching approach in science education.
