This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational commitment on succession readiness as well as the mediating role of employee development and talent management through the Individual Development Plan (IDP). Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA 2020 protocol, searches were conducted on Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar for English-language publications in 2020–2025. Of the 375 articles identified, 30 met all inclusion criteria. The results of the review found that: (1) organizational commitment, especially the affective dimension, had a positive and significant effect on succession readiness; (2) employee development partially mediates the relationship between organizational commitment and succession readiness; (3) talent management through IDP partially mediates the relationship; and (4) there is a sequential mediation effect of OC → ED → TM/IDP → succession readiness. These findings provide important theoretical and practical implications for organizations in designing succession programs that are sustainable and based on individual competencies.

The rapid transformation of vocational education demands innovative digital environments that cultivate professional communication and independent learning skills. Static, unstructured learning resources often lead to low interpersonal intelligence and self-regulated learning (SRL) among students. This study developed and tested the effectiveness of iSpeak-Smart, a knowledge-based mobile learning system designed to stimulate interpersonal intelligence and improve students’ SRL in an adaptive and personalized manner within the Public Speaking subject at SMK Negeri 1 Malang. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Quantitative data from validation results, practicality questionnaires, and test scores were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the N-Gain Score, while qualitative data were collected through interviews with teachers and students and validator suggestion sheets. iSpeak-Smart met the “very feasible” criteria for content, language, and graphics, with an average validation score above 88%. The media significantly increased students’ interpersonal intelligence in empathy, effective communication, and social interaction, and significantly improved SRL, particularly in planning, monitoring, and evaluating independent learning. It also increased learning motivation through differentiated learning, gradual scaffolding, and self-reflection, fostering a meaningful, mindful, and enjoyable learning experience. iSpeak-Smart is proven effective as an adaptive learning ecosystem integrating public speaking skills, interpersonal intelligence, and SRL development, supporting digital learning practices in vocational high schools (SMK) amid the challenges of dynamic and heterogeneous communication learning in educational digitalization.

The development of 21st-century digital technology calls for a transformation of learning media in vocational high schools to address students’ low levels of self-regulated learning and task performance in meeting administration practical training. This study aims to develop an Android-based learning medium called “Smart Meeting Admin” to improve task performance and self-regulated learning among vocational high school students majoring in Office Management and Business Services. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE development model. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and measurement instruments for task performance and self-regulated learning, analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results indicate that the “Smart Meeting Admin” platform is deemed highly suitable for use based on evaluations by subject matter experts and media experts. Additionally, there was a significant improvement in students’ self-regulated learning abilities and task performance scores after utilizing this application in the learning process. The implications of this study suggest that the integration of mobile-based learning media can serve as an effective innovative solution to foster independent learning while optimizing students’ practical skills in the digital age.

The rapid growth of digital commerce has intensified competition among e-commerce platforms, making repurchase intention an essential indicator of long-term customer retention. Although E-Service Quality (ESQ) has been widely recognized as a major determinant of online consumer behavior, prior research remains fragmented regarding the mechanisms through which ESQ influences repurchase intention, particularly through trust and customer satisfaction. This study addresses that gap by systematically synthesizing prior empirical evidence on the relationships among these constructs in e-commerce settings. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) follows the PRISMA framework to ensure methodological rigor and transparency. The search process identified 3,122 articles, of which 53 studies met the inclusion criteria and were retained for the final synthesis. The findings indicate that E-Service Quality consistently leads to repurchase intention, though this effect generally operates indirectly through trust and customer satisfaction as mediating mechanisms. Prior studies further suggest a sequential process in which higher E-Service Quality strengthens consumer trust, increases satisfaction, and ultimately encourages repeat purchasing behavior. This review consolidates previously scattered findings to offer a more integrated conceptual framework of the ESQ–repurchase intention relationship. It identifies important directions for future research in digital consumer behavior studies.

The utilization of e-booklets as learning media offers numerous advantages, serving as a digital resource to support the teaching and learning of fundamental concepts and principles in financial accounting. This research aims to develop an e-booklet on financial accounting fundamentals, intending to create a valid and practical learning medium. The method employed in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the Rowntree development model, encompassing planning, development, and evaluation stages. The results demonstrate that the developed e-booklet on financial accounting basics has undergone rigorous validity testing and proves to be highly practical for educational purposes. This innovation presents an interactive learning medium that can be accessed conveniently online or offline through smartphones and other devices, paving the way for new opportunities in the field of education.

The utilization of a computer-based approach offers numerous advantages for work-based learning in the field of accounting. This approach enables students to simulate intricate accounting tasks and scenarios using specialized software applications, thus furnishing them with a lifelike environment to cultivate practical skills. The electronic module (e-module) encompasses a range of interactive exercises, case studies, and simulations meticulously designed to replicate genuine workplace situations. This research aims to develop an effective computer-based work-based learning (WBL) accounting e-module that enhances students' practical skills and their ability to apply accounting knowledge in real-world scenarios. The research followed a research and development approach, utilizing the Rowntree development model. Formative evaluation was conducted based on Tessmer & Martin's theory. The study consisted of stages including analysis of teaching materials, tailored e-module development, prototype creation (paper-based and computer-based), expert evaluation, and field testing. The developed accounting e-module successfully simulates real workplace situations through interactive exercises, case studies, and simulations. Expert evaluation confirmed the suitability of the learning media. Field testing, encompassing various settings, revealed increased student engagement, motivation, and improved learning outcomes. This research led to the creation of a robust work-based learning (WBL) accounting computer e-module. The module effectively bridges theoretical learning with practical application, enhancing students' skills and performance in the field of accounting. The findings affirm the viability and effectiveness of the developed e-module as a valuable pedagogical tool.

This study aims to develop an entrepreneurship e-Module based on IT-based discovery learning model approach and assess its impact on student engagement and learning outcomes. The research followed a research and development approach using the ADDIE model. Data was collected through observations, questionnaires, pretest and posttest assessments. The study comprised three stages: (1) Analysis of student learning needs, resulting in a draft e-Module; (2) Design and creation of a prototype e-entrepreneurship module using the Canva application; and (3) Thorough validation of the prototype by expert e-Module media validators and entrepreneurship subject matter experts. The developed entrepreneurship e-Module, structured around the IT-based discovery learning model, demonstrated high validity (4.34) during expert validation. In field tests, the module engaged 100 students and a small group of 8 students, leading to increased motivation and interest. In a class of 25 sixth-semester accounting education students, learning outcomes improved by 40% compared to the pre-e-Module phase. Student activity also notably increased, as indicated by observations and questionnaires. The integration of the entrepreneurship e-Module within the IT-based discovery learning model framework proved not only feasible but also highly effective in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.

The development of technology is currently growing so rapidly and is able to affect all aspects of human life, one of which is the administration of the Kambingan Village which must provide effective and efficient services to the community. This service activity aims to provide convenience for the Kambingan village community so that the management of correspondence can be faster and more precise. The service method used is using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it is known that the correspondence technology used so far is considered to be less effective and efficient where the processing of correspondence takes a long time. Therefore, as an effort to improve village administration services, a Macro Vba Excel-based correspondence administration information system was developed which can provide faster correspondence services than the technology used previously. The resulting product has proven to be effective in facilitating the work of village officials, especially in the process of managing correspondence. In addition, village officials do not have to worry about filling in the wrong data because the resident's biodata is filled in automatically.

Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) are a crucial requirement in 21st-century learning, yet many teachers still struggle to develop appropriate assessment instruments. This community service activity aims to improve teachers' competency in designing HOTS assessment instruments based on the ClassPoint application, which allows for direct integration into interactive learning presentations. The methods used were participatory training and technical assistance to teachers. The results of the activity showed significant improvements in understanding HOTS concepts, the ability to develop analysis and synthesis items, and the utilization of ClassPoint features and direct evaluation. In conclusion, the use of ClassPoint as a medium for developing and implementing HOTS assessments has proven effective in supporting more meaningful and measurable learning. Understanding the impact of top management on South Alabama's construction firms is vital. This study investigates the relationship between specific top management traits, with a focus on gender diversity, and the financial performance of these businesses from 2018 to 2021. Using regression analysis, we assess top management's influence and explore whether board size moderates this relationship. Preliminary findings suggest that larger top management teams have a statistically significant, though negative, effect on corporate performance. The research also underscores the significance of top management's financial background and the presence of women in managerial roles on company performance. This study's uniqueness lies in its exclusive focus on South Alabama's construction industry, providing valuable insights. It assists businesses in making informed decisions about leadership and governance structures for long-term success. Policymakers can benefit by understanding how top management traits and gender diversity affect business success, informing diversity and inclusion initiatives in corporate leadership. Shareholders and investors can gain a deeper understanding of top management's role in performance, aiding investment decisions. Identifying key success factors supports strategic planning to maximize shareholder value. This study offers valuable insights into South Alabama's construction industry, enhancing our understanding of top management's impact on performance. By examining the interplay between top management traits, board dynamics, and company performance, it provides practical insights for improved decision-making, diversity, and long-term industry development.
