Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of increasing servicescape and modernization of Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) services on the purchase decision of Pertamax Series products with perceived value as a mediating variable. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach combined with bibliometric analysis to identify, map, and synthesize relevant research developments related to the quality of the service environment, modernization of fuel retail services, perceived value by consumers, and purchasing decisions. Research data was obtained from various reputable scientific articles indexed in academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar with a range of publications of the last ten years. The literature selection process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility, and inclusion using the PRISMA guidelines. Bibliometric analysis is used to map research trends, author collaboration, and keyword linkages analyzed using VOSviewer software. The results of the study show that increasing servicescape such as facility comfort, cleanliness, physical design, and the availability of supporting facilities is able to increase consumer perception of gas station services. In addition, service modernization through payment digitalization, self-service systems, and technology-based service innovations also strengthen customer experience. The combination of these two factors has been proven to increase perceived value which ultimately encourages consumers to make a decision to purchase Pertamax Series products. The findings of this study make a conceptual contribution to the development of a study of consumer behavior in the energy retail sector and provide practical implications for petrol station managers in designing strategies to improve service quality and modernize facilities to increase consumer preference for high-quality fuels.

Abstract

The development of financial technology has encouraged the transformation of the digital payment system in Indonesia, one of which is through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) developed by Bank Indonesia to integrate various QR code-based payment services. This payment system is expected to be able to improve transaction efficiency, speed up the payment process, and expand financial inclusion for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the adoption rate of digital payment technology in the MSME sector still faces various challenges, both related to technological aspects, user psychological factors, and the influence of the social environment. This study aims to systematically examine the influence of constructs in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT3) on the interest of MSMEs in using the QRIS payment system at Bank Syariah Indonesia with trust and perceived ease of use as mediation variables. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach to identify, select, and analyze relevant scientific articles in the 2020–2025 period. The literature search process produced 2,395 articles from a database of reputable scientific journals, then an elimination process was carried out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 71 articles were obtained that were eligible for further analysis. The study stages were carried out systematically through the process of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles. The results of the study show that the main constructs in the technology acceptance model such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have an important influence on interest in using digital payment technology. In addition, additional factors such as trust and perceived ease of use have been proven to act as mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between technology construct and the intention to use QRIS by MSME actors. Trust in system security and ease of use of technology are crucial factors in increasing user confidence in digital payment services, especially in the context of Islamic banking-based financial services. The findings of this study provide a theoretical contribution to the development of a digital payment technology acceptance model based on UTAUT3 and provide practical implications for financial institutions and regulators in increasing the adoption of QRIS among MSME actors. The next research is suggested to develop an empirical model with a quantitative approach to test the relationship between variables more comprehensively in the context of the digital economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital commerce has intensified competition among e-commerce platforms, making repurchase intention an essential indicator of long-term customer retention. Although E-Service Quality (ESQ) has been widely recognized as a major determinant of online consumer behavior, prior research remains fragmented regarding the mechanisms through which ESQ influences repurchase intention, particularly through trust and customer satisfaction. This study addresses that gap by systematically synthesizing prior empirical evidence on the relationships among these constructs in e-commerce settings. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) follows the PRISMA framework to ensure methodological rigor and transparency. The search process identified 3,122 articles, of which 53 studies met the inclusion criteria and were retained for the final synthesis. The findings indicate that E-Service Quality consistently leads to repurchase intention, though this effect generally operates indirectly through trust and customer satisfaction as mediating mechanisms. Prior studies further suggest a sequential process in which higher E-Service Quality strengthens consumer trust, increases satisfaction, and ultimately encourages repeat purchasing behavior. This review consolidates previously scattered findings to offer a more integrated conceptual framework of the ESQ–repurchase intention relationship. It identifies important directions for future research in digital consumer behavior studies.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) and religiosity on purchase intention toward halal Korean food through attitude as a mediating variable and halal literacy as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 250 Muslim consumers in Malang and Surabaya and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings reveal that eWOM significantly influences attitude and purchase intention, while religiosity significantly affects attitude but not purchase intention directly. Attitude significantly mediates the relationships between eWOM, religiosity, and purchase intention. However, halal literacy does not moderate the relationship between attitude and purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of digital communication and consumer attitudes in shaping halal food purchase intention.
