Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic marked a significant turning point for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, compelling many to rapidly transi- tion from traditional offline operations to digital business models. This study aims to analyze the digitalization journey of SMEs in the post-pandemic era by examining the opportunities and challenges they encounter during this transformation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using secondary data sourced from official reports such as BPS, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and the economy SEA Report, complemented by relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that digitalization has opened substantial oppor- tunities for SMEs, including expanded market reach, improved operational ef- ficiency, and enhanced customer engagement through e-commerce platforms, digital payment systems, and social media marketing. However, persistent bar- riers remain, such as limited digital literacy, uneven internet infrastructure, high implementation costs, and consumer trust issues in online transactions. This study concludes that while digitalization offers a vital pathway for SME growth and resilience, addressing these barriers requires collaborative efforts among business owners, policymakers, and digital platform providers. Future research should employ quantitative methods and explore sector-specific case studies to deepen understanding of digital transformation strategies.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan hidup mandiri dan menginvestigasi efektivitas penerapan metode Experiential Learning dalam mengembangkan keterampilan hidup mandiri santri di Pondok Pesantren Rohmatul Ummah. Metode Experiential Learning, yang menekankan pada pembelajaran melalui pengalaman, diidentifikasi sebagai strategi potensial untuk membantu santri dalam mengembangkan keterampilan hidup mandiri yang esensial seperti pengambilan keputusan, manajemen waktu, dan kemampuan interpersonal. Selain pelatihan terkait pentingya hidup mandiri, kami juga mewawancara, dan survei terhadap  santri serta pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Rohmatul Ummah. Santri yang terlibat dalam program Experiential Learning menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, manajemen waktu, dan kemampuan interpersonal dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, pengajar dan santri melaporkan bahwa metode ini membantu dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan mendukung. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam literatur tentang pengembangan keterampilan hidup mandiri dalam setting pendidikan Islam tradisional dan menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi pengelola Pondok Pesantren Rohmatul Ummah dalam merancang dan menerapkan program pendidikan yang efektif.

Abstract

Soft skill, seperti kemampuan komunikasi, kesabaran, empati, dan kerjasama, dll berperan penting dalam membentuk hubungan yang positif antara guru dan siswa, serta mendukung proses belajar-mengajar yang efektif. studi ini mengidentifikasi level kompetensi soft skill awal guru, merancang dan menerapkan program pelatihan, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Banyak sekali problem yang dihadapi oleh siswa di sekolah seperti tingkat prestasi yang kurang baik, terjadinya perundungan, adanya kenakalan remaja bahkan sampai terlibat pada hal yang bersifat kriminal. Peran guru dan orang tua sangat menentukan akan kesuksesan anak dimasa yang akan datang. Guru yang memiliki soft skill yang akan lebih mudah berkomunikasi dengan siswa dan bisa menyampaikan materi dengan sangat baik Tentunya guru tersebut bisa menunjukkan bahwa dirinya patut dicontoh dalam hal kepribadian dan perilaku sehingga berdampak positif pada siswa, namun masih terjadi sebagaimana diberitakan oleh media bahwa guru yang seharusnya menjadi role model, digugu dan ditiru namun melakukan hal-hal yang menyalahi norma, menunjukkan kekerasan dalam mendidik dan berprilaku tidak selayaknya seorang pendidik.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian global, termasuk Desa Karang Mukti. Korban PHK akibat pandemi ini memerlukan solusi inovatif untuk mengaktifkan potensi desa dan memberdayakan masyarakatnya. Dengan judul "Potensi Desa Karang Mukti Go Online," penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah program pelatihan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui platform online. Tujuan utama program ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat terdampak PHK, memanfaatkan potensi desa secara efektif, dan mendukung perekonomian desa melalui kehadiran online. Melibatkan survei potensi desa, pelatihan keterampilan online, dan pembuatan platform khusus, program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi dan mengurangi dampak negatif pandemi. Evaluasi dan pemantauan keberlanjutan, kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal, dan pengembangan kemitraan dengan bisnis online besar menjadi bagian integral dari strategi implementasi. Melalui langkah-langkah ini, Desa Karang Mukti diharapkan mampu menjadi contoh sukses dalam menghadapi perubahan ekonomi akibat Covid-19, menyediakan solusi berkelanjutan untuk masyarakat desa yang terdampak, dan mendukung pemulihan ekonomi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Sebagai generasi muda harus memiliki bekal kreativitas, inovatif, kecerdasan dan ketrampilan yang dapat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan disekitar mereka. Sebagai generasi muda yang berkarakter maka harus mampu memiliki mental yang kokoh dalam menghadapi berbagai problematika yang terjadi di masyarakat. Karakter saja tidak cukup bagi generasi muda, tetapi harus bisa berfikir kreatif dan inovatif melalui program kewirausahaan. Karena saat ini lapangan di dunia kerja sudah mulai penuh maka generasi muda tidak harus mencari kerja tetapi harusnya merekalah yang membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Jadi pembinaan generasi muda untuk program kewirausahaan juga perlu dan penting untuk diberikan kepada generasi muda. Materi yang disampaikan oleh tim pelaksana program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan menginisiasi mitra untuk menjadi wirausahawan/ti yang berkarakter, maka ada beberapa bidang keilmuan yang akan diberikan yaitu ilmu berwirausaha, ilmu manajerial (POAC), proses produksi hingga proses penjualan, kepemimpinan, ilmu keorganisasian, ilmu kerajinan, kesenian, sinergy building dan ilmu pembudidayaan untuk dapat memberikan masukan atau ide kepada mitra terkait bidang usaha apa saja yang dapat mereka lakukan nantinya.

Abstract

This study explores the optimization of machine learning algorithms for fraud detection in electronic payment (e-payment) systems. The rapid growth of e-payment platforms has introduced significant challenges in ensuring the security and integrity of financial transactions. Fraud detection plays a pivotal role in mitigating these risks, and the application of machine learning (ML) has emerged as a powerful tool to identify fraudulent activities. This research examines how Data Quality (DQ), Algorithm Selection (AS), and Optimization Techniques (OT) influence Model Performance (MP) and, subsequently, Fraud Detection Effectiveness (FDE). The study utilizes Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 3 to analyze the relationships between these variables. The results demonstrate that high Data Quality significantly enhances Model Performance, while Algorithm Selection and Optimization Techniques also contribute positively, albeit to a lesser extent. The findings reveal that Model Performance plays a crucial mediating role between these factors and the effectiveness of fraud detection. Fraud Detection Effectiveness is found to be significantly impacted by Model Performance, suggesting that improving model accuracy and efficiency is essential for better fraud detection outcomes. Reliability and validity tests show strong internal consistency for all constructs, with Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) all reaching satisfactory levels. The study highlights the importance of data preprocessing, the careful selection of machine learning models, and optimization techniques in achieving high-performing fraud detection systems. The results provide valuable insights for the development of more robust and scalable fraud detection mechanisms in e-payment systems, contributing to the broader field of machine learning and cybersecurity. Future research could explore advanced techniques like deep learning and blockchain integration for further enhancement of fraud detection systems.

Abstract

The development of digital technology offers significant opportunities for villages to optimize human resource potential in realizing the smart village concept. The implementation of digital technology at the village level is expected to improve public service quality, enhance governance transparency, and foster sustainable development innovation. However, in practice, limited digital literacy and insufficient leadership capacity among village officials remain major challenges. Village officials require digital leadership skills that not only focus on technological mastery but also encompass strategic vision, change management, and data-driven resource management. This community service program was designed to enhance the digital leadership capacity of village officials through a series of structured training activities. The implementation method consisted of three main stages: (1) a needs assessment survey to map digital literacy levels and identify challenges, (2) face-to-face training sessions focusing on digital leadership concepts, technology management, and strategies for digital-based public service delivery, and (3) post-training online mentoring to ensure sustainable implementation. The results indicate a significant improvement in understanding digital leadership concepts, skills in utilizing technology for village governance, and the emergence of creative initiatives from participants to develop digital-based village services. This training is expected to serve as an initial step toward building villages that are adaptive to digital transformation, equipped with competitive officials, and capable of managing change effectively. The sustainability of this program is crucial to strengthening the foundation for establishing independent and innovative smart villages.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital leadership in fostering technopreneurship in Indonesia, a rapidly evolving sector shaped by technological advancements and digital transformation. As technological innovation and data-driven decision-making are central to the success of technopreneurs, understanding the role of leadership in this context is critical for sustainable growth. The primary aim of this research is to explore how digital leadership can enhance technopreneurship in Indonesia by promoting collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency. The method a literature review and bibliometric analysis are employed to identify key trends and research patterns in digital leadership and its impact on the technopreneurship ecosystem. By analyzing data from various sources, the study provides an in-depth examination of the current state of the field. This research contributes a unique perspective by combining bibliometric analysis with traditional literature review, providing a comprehensive, data-driven approach to understanding how digital leadership drives technological innovation. It also emphasizes the challenges technopreneurs face, such as the digital skills gap and regulatory barriers, areas often overlooked in previous studies. While previous research has explored the general impact of digital leadership on business transformation, this study fills the gap by specifically focusing on Indonesia technopreneurship ecosystem and its unique challenges. The findings confirm that digital leadership plays a pivotal role in overcoming obstacles like unequal access to technology and driving innovation in technopreneurship. The study recommends strategies such as enhancing digital skills, investing in infrastructure, and fostering more flexible regulations to support the growth of technopreneurship in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of digital marketing strategies and face-to-face interaction on consumer purchase decisions in start-up companies in West Java, with consumer preferences as a moderating variable. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for quantitative data analysis and thematic interviews for qualitative insights. The findings reveal that both strategies have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Face-to-face interaction proves to have a stronger influence in building trust and increasing purchase intention, while digital marketing strategies are effective in generating initial awareness. Consumer preferences moderate the impact of face-to-face interaction, indicating that personal experiences are favored by the majority of consumers. These findings support the theories of Customer Engagement and Trust-Building, and highlight the importance of an omnichannel approach that integrates both digital and in-person strategies to create a holistic consumer experience. The study recommends that start-ups adopt integrated marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and campaign effectiveness. Future research may explore the role of advanced technologies in strengthening this integration and their impact on consumer behavior. Abstract

Society is always changing, so too the curriculum will experience changes and improvements. Indonesia on a large scale in its educational history, has often experienced curriculum changes, this is based on changes and demands and the needs of students and the same society. The curriculum is a tool used to achieve an educational goal and a guideline for educators in implementing learning at all levels and types of education, without a good and correct curriculum it will be difficult to achieve educational goals and objectives. The problems in this study are problems that arise from the implementation of the independent curriculum due to the incompatibility of the field with the conditions that should be. This study uses a qualitative approach. The type of research is a case study. A case study is a detailed examination of the background or a single subject, or a collection of single documents, or a particular event. Case studies can also be interpreted as research conducted to reveal a situation in depth, intensively, both regarding individuals, individuals, and groups, and community institutions. Based on the findings of the study related to the implementation of the independent curriculum MANU Putra Buntet that the independent curriculum is still not one hundred percent implemented in Madrasah, however there are already classes that implement the independent curriculum, for now only class X MA, and only class X implements it. The principal of MANU Putra Buntet is very influential in overcoming teacher problems in implementing the independent curriculum in Arabic language subjects. Various policies are implemented so that the implementation of the independent curriculum can be successful in this institution. The first thing the principal does is solve all existing problems and then find solutions. Based on the results of research conducted in the implementation of the independent curriculum in Arabic language subjects at MANU Putra Buntet, the Islamic boarding school initially had various problems from the independent curriculum that had not been fully implemented. There are several problematic things in the implementation of the independent curriculum that are being resolved little by little. Among them are the principal's efforts to accommodate the aspirations of teachers, especially Arabic language teachers, through coaching and training in the independent curriculum.
