Abstract

Prosedur pengajuan dan penetapan penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) di Desa Pesanggrahan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi ketidaktepatan sasaran. Kondisi ini menimbulkan potensi ketidakadilan di tengah-tengah masyarakat, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan berbasis teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dan akurasi dalam seleksi penerima bantuan sesuai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, seperti keluarga miskin, tidak menerima bantuan lain, dan lansia. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma klasifikasi Naïve Bayes Gaussian dengan tahapan data preparation, labelling, pembagian data latih dan uji menggunakan rasio 80:20, serta pengolahan atribut dengan TF-IDF Vectorizer. Evaluasi performa dilakukan melalui confusion matrix, classification report dengan hasil akurasi, precision, recall, dan f1-score sebesar 100%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes efektif dalam menentukan penerima BLT secara akurat dan tepat sasaran

Abstract

Low operational efficiency and high environmental impact are the main challenges for MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in West Java. The lack of adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Green Technology exacerbates this condition, even though MSMEs contribute more than 60% to the national GDP and are the largest absorbers of labor. This research aims to examine the role of business innovation as a mediating variable in optimizing AI and Green Technology to improve the sustainability of the green economy in MSMEs. The quantitative approach was used through a survey with a questionnaire to 400 MSME actors in several regions of West Java, including Bekasi, Bandung, and Cirebon. The sampling techniques applied are proportional area random sampling and purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the relationships between variables. The results of the research are expected to make a theoretical and practical contribution in accelerating the transformation of MSMEs towards a technology-based green economy, as well as being a reference for stakeholders in formulating sustainable MSME development strategies.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to have human resources (HR) who are adaptive, competent, and able to utilize digital technology optimally. In this context, the role of digital leadership and digital literacy is an important factor in improving human resource performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership and digital literacy on human resource performance with the adoption of digital technology as a moderation variable in MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME actors who have applied digital technology in their business activities. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study show that digital leadership and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on human resource performance. In addition, the adoption of digital technology has been proven to strengthen the relationship between digital leadership and HR performance, as well as between digital literacy and HR performance. These findings indicate that the success of improving the performance of MSME human resources is not only determined by the quality of leadership and digital literacy, but also by the level of adoption of digital technology that is carried out effectively. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of digital-based human resources studies and become a practical reference for MSME actors and policy makers in designing strategies to strengthen human resources in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong terjadinya transformasi digital di berbagai sektor ekonomi, termasuk sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Meskipun transformasi digital menawarkan berbagai peluang, keterbatasan literasi digital masih menjadi kendala utama bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi tahap persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman literasi digital, pemanfaatan media sosial dan marketplace sebagai sarana pemasaran, serta penggunaan aplikasi digital sederhana untuk pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing, keberlanjutan, dan adaptabilitas UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

In the digital era that increasingly relies on distributed systems, data integrity has become a major challenge for various technological platforms, ranging from cloud services to blockchain-based infrastructures. The dispersion of data across multiple nodes without centralized oversight increases the risk of manipulation, loss, and inconsistency. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) as a distributed data storage solution capable of maintaining data integrity in an automatic, efficient, and verifiable manner. The research method involves a literature review of 30 scientific references and a case study-based simulation conducted within a local network consisting of four active IPFS nodes. The tests include file uploads, verification of Content Identifiers (CID), simulation of node failures, and evaluation of system performance based on parameters such as security, efficiency, and scalability. The results indicate that IPFS successfully detects file changes through CID discrepancies, ensures continued data access despite node failures, and optimizes bandwidth usage via caching and replication mechanisms. In conclusion, IPFS offers a secure, scalable, and tamper-resistant approach to distributed data storage, making it highly relevant for modern digital systems requiring transparency, reliability, and strong data integrity guarantees.

Abstract

The digital transformation of higher education institutions (HEIs) has accelerated the adoption of hybrid academic work arrangements, fundamentally reshaping how innovation and collaboration are enacted. In this context, digital leadership has emerged as a critical capability for university leaders; however, empirical evidence explaining the psychological mechanisms through which digital leadership influences academic outcomes remains limited. This study investigates the role of psychological empowerment as a mediating mechanism in the relationship between digital leadership, innovation, and collaboration within hybrid work environments in HEIs. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from academic staff working under hybrid arrangements across higher education institutions. The proposed model was tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that digital leadership has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment, which in turn positively influences both innovation and collaboration. Moreover, digital leadership directly enhances innovation and collaboration, while psychological empowerment partially mediates these relationships. The results contribute to the digital leadership literature by elucidating the psychological processes that link leadership practices to innovation-related outcomes in higher education. From a practical perspective, the study highlights the importance of fostering psychologically empowering digital leadership to sustain innovation and collaboration in hybrid academic work settings. These findings offer actionable insights for university leaders navigating ongoing digital transformation.
