Abstract

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

Abstract

This study was aims to determine the relationship of self concept and emotional intelliegence with work stress of reverence Gereja Batak Karo Protestan (GBKP) in Langkat area. The population of this study are reverences that serve the churches GBKP in Langkat area, consisting of : Klasis Binjai Langkat and Klasis Kuala Langkat as many as 42 people with total sampling tecnique. Data collected by questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using desciptive tecnique, nalaysis erquirements test, and hypothesis test. Based on the anaysis performed, the result obtained : 1) There is a significant negative relationship between self-concept with work stress, value R2 = 0,112 means self concept given 11,2 % contribution to explain work stress, this means the more negative self concept then the higher the work stress. 2) There is a significant negative relationship between the emotional intelliegence with work stress, R2= 0,278 means emotional intelliegence given 27,8 % contribution to explain work stress, this means lower the emotional intelliegence then the higher the work stress. 3) There is a significant negative relationship between the self concept and emotional intelliegence together with work stress, value R2 = 0,306 means self concept and emotional intelliegence given 30,6% contribution to explain work stress, this means negative self concept and lower the emotional intelliegence then the higher the work stress.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji model kesejahteraan subjektif remaja penyintas bencana tsunami secara empiris, mendasarkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif remaja. Mengacu pada teori “top-down” dan “bottom-up” maka dapat dirumuskan bahwa kesejahteraan subjektif individu ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal individu. Faktor internal mencakup nilai-nilai hidup dan kepribadian, seperti religiusitas, kepribadian tangguh, optimisme, dan harga diri; sedangkan faktor eksternalnya mencakup kondisi situasional dan lingkungan, yaitu dukungan sosial. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 209 remaja penyintas, berusia antara 15 – 18 tahun yang tinggal di Banda Aceh. Metode pengumpulan data melalui angket dan skala. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menguji model teoritis dan hubungan antara religiusitas, kepribadian tangguh, optimisme, harga diri dan dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan subjektif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa model teoritis kesejahteraan subjektif remaja penyintas bencana tidak fit dengan data empirisnya. Namun setelah dilakukan modifikasi, model teoritis kesejahteraan subjektif remaja penyintas bencana fit dengan data empirisnya.Kata kunci: kesejahteraan subjektif, religiusitas, kepribadian tangguh, optimisme, harga diri, dukungan sosial dan remaja penyintas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan subjektif remaja penyalahguna narkoba di panti rehabilitasi Rumah Ummi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Responden yang menjadi sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja penyalahguna narkoba yang sedang menjalani rehabilitasi di panti rehabilitasi dan telah melewati masa detoksifikasi, berjumlah 3 orang, berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Kemudian penelitian ini melibatkan informan sebagai sumber data sekunder sebanyak 3 orang yaitu konselor dari masing-masing responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan subjektif responden berubah-ubah, mulai dari sebelum, setelah menyalahgunakan narkoba dan saat menjalani program rehabilitasi. Responden I sebelum menyalahgunakan narkoba kesejahteraan subjektifnya cukup baik, setelah menyalahgunakan narkoba kesejahteraan subjektifnya tetap cukup baik, seiring waktu setelah penyalahgunaan kesejahteraan subjektifnya menjadi kurang baik, saat awal mengikuti program rehabilitasi kesejahteraan subjektifnya tetap kurang baik, seiring waktu kesejahteraan subjektifnya menjadi cukup baik. Responden II sebelum menyalahgunakan kesejahteraan subjektifnya kurang baik, setelah menyalahgunakan kesejahteraan subjektifnya kurang baik, setelah mengikuti program rehabilitasi kesejahteraan subjektifnya cukup baik. Responden III sebelum menyalahgunakan kesejahteraan subjektifnya cukup baik, setelah menyalahgunakan kesejahteraan subjektifnya cukup baik, seiring waktu kesejahteraan subjektifnya menjadi kurang baik, saat mengikuti program rehabilitasi awalnya kesejahteraan subjektifnya kurang baik, seiring berjalannya waktu kesejahteraan subjektifnya menjadi cukup baik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services on thecommunication skills of class X students at MAN Asahan in the 2019/2020 school year. This type of research used in this study is quantitative. The design used in this study is a quasi experimental design and uses a nonequivalent control group desaign model. The research sample consisted of 30 students from a population of 380 students. The data collection instrument in this study is the scale of communication skills. Data analysis techniques in this study used the t-test formula. Based on test results using tests it is known that there are significant differences in communication skills between the posttest conditions in the control group addressed by the coefficient t of 3.797 with α <0.05 and posttest in theexperimental group as indicated by the coefficient t of 28.454 with α <0.05. Judging from the average shows that the communication skills of students in the post-test conditions in the experimental group increased when compared with the post-test conditions in the control group. It can be concluded that the group guidance service has a significant influence on improving the communication skills of class X MAN Asahan in the 2019/2020 school year.Kewords: group guidance services on the communication skills

Abstract

This research aims to empirically examine the relationship between academic self-efficacy withself adjustment on students. The subjects were students of class X Patra Nusa Senior HighSchool who totaled 67 students. The sampling technique used by the total sampling technique.Data collection was done using two scales, self adjustment and academic self-efficacy scale.Product moment correlation Analysis techniques was used to analysis the data. Based on theresults of data analysis, the correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.613 with p <0.005 which meansthat there is a positive and significant relationship between academic self-efficacy with selfadjustmenton students in class X, which shows the higher the students' academic self-efficacythe better their self adjustment ability. Conversely, the lower the students' academic selfefficacy,the self adjustment ability is getting worse. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of group-based parenting support training with the psychoeducational method in improving the well-being of parents having children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) during the pandemic. The participants were 10 parents divided into the psychoeducational group and 12 parents in the control group in one State Special School for Autism in Medan. The instrument used a scale based on seven aspects of subjective well-being, as expressed by White (2010). Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using an independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was no difference in the well-being score between the psychoeducational and control group (F (1,20) = 0.445, t = -0.446, p > 0.05). Meanwhile, the control group had higher well-being score in the post-test (n = 12, M = 103.17, SD = 16.596) than the psychoeducational group (n = 10, M = 100.20, SD = 14.148).

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ketidakmampuan anak dalam menyesuaikan dirinya pada saat situasi baru,di Desa Bagan Kuala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan jenis metode studi literatur (literature review) atau studi kepustakaan. Sumber data primer yaitu dari 5 orang anak di Desa Bagan Kuala. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder didapatkan melalui dokumentasi, catatan penelitian, dan pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri merupakan bagian dari pematangan perkembangan emosi anak dimasa peralihan dari praoperasional memasuki masa operasional konkret. Kemampuan anak usia dini dalam mengelola emosi dirinya sendiri dapat dilihat dari dimensi kemampuan anak dalam memanfaatkan emosi diri secara positif, kemampuan mengatur emosi sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi diri, dan kemampuan pertahanan diri anak itu sendiri dalam berbagai bentuk posisi persoalan diri anak secara wajar. Mampu mengelola emosi dalam dirinya yang tentunya dapat di lakukan dengan beberapa upaya untuk meningkatnya kemampuan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence with self-regulated learning in students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Medan. The population is 562 students and the sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique. the research sample is 115 students. The measuring instrument used is the authoritative parenting scale, the intellectual intelligence test, namely the SPM and the self-regulated learning scale. Data analysis technique in this research is using multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between authoritative parenting and self-regulated learning. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient (rx1y) of = 0.574 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, thus it can be concluded that the better the authoritative parenting pattern, the better the self-regulated learning. There is a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence and self-regulated learning. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient of (rx2y) = 0.818 with p = 0.001 < 0.050, thus it can be concluded that the better intellectual intelligence, the better self-regulated learning. There is a significant relationship between authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence with self-regulated learning in students. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient (rx1x2y) = 0.843 p = 0.000 < 0.050, thus it can be concluded that authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence together affect self-regulated learning. Furthermore, seen from the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) of authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence with self-regulated learning is equal to = 0.771 this shows that authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence contribute effectively or contribute to self-regulated learning by 77.1%. Therefore, there is still a contribution of 28.9% of the influence of other factors that can be investigated by further researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on job stress of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) generation during the covid-19 pandemic. The research subjects were 111 people with the sampling technique using total sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale consisting of three scales, namely the work motivation scale, job satisfaction scale, and work stress scale. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained that there is a significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction on work stress of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) generation during the covid-19 pandemic. The magnitude of the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the work stress of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) generation during the covid-19 pandemic was 41.9% while the remaining 58.1% was influenced by other factors outside the study. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee job stress.
