Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of hand puppet learning media in fostering students' Islamic character at SD IT Alam Sahabat Alquran. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, this study involves participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the use of hand puppets as a learning medium is effective in improving students' Islamic character, especially in the aspects of honesty, discipline, empathy, patience, and responsibility. This media has been shown to attract students' attention, facilitate understanding of abstract concepts, and encourage active participation in learning. The main challenges in implementation include time constraints and the need for content variation, which is overcome through teacher training and the development of a learning content bank. This study concludes that hand puppet learning media has significant potential in Islamic character education and recommends further development and integration with digital technology to increase its effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Arabic-Malay script learning process in class V at MIS YPI Batangkuis using descriptive qualitative methods. The research method in this study was carried out using 2 (two) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

Abstract

Learning Malay Arabic script is part of the school curriculum, learning Arabic Malay is included in the category of local content learning. It cannot be guaranteed that all schools or madrasas have a Malay Arabic script curriculum, there are also some schools that do not use the Malay Arabic script as local content. In this research, researchers conducted research at SD Al Azhar Medan regarding the analysis of the implementation of the Arabic Malay Script learning curriculum at SD Al Azhar Medan including methods, strategies, evaluation tools, and difficulties felt by teachers in teaching Arabic Malay Script learning. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The aim of teaching Malay Arabic Script in schools is to develop students' language skills in mastering reading and writing Malay Arabic Script. Malay Arabic script is an important lesson in the curriculum as a local content curriculum so that the Malay Arabic script must be designed as well as possible during learning, in order to create an active and creative learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and describe the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in the learning of Malay Arabic Script at Muhammad Fahri Integrated MIS. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation carried out at Mahammad Fahri Integrated MIS. The results of the research show that the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in Malay Arabic script subjects is taught from grade one to grade six, this learning is carried out in schools and continued at MDTA. The learning resources used are books owned by the teacher. Learning methods include introducing hijaiyah letters, writing letters, recognizing and writing words, as well as various Malay Arabic script exercises. The challenge experienced by the teacher in this lesson was the students' difficulty in writing letters and translating from Indonesian or Latin to Malay Arabic script. Efforts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles include repeating material, providing examples, and providing various exercises to hone students' skills.

Abstract

Character education is an effort to apply religious, moral, and ethical values to students through knowledge with the help of parents, teachers, and the community. This is very important for the formation and development of student character. Because every child has extraordinary potential from birth, but this potential must continue to be honed and socialized so that their character is fully formed and developed. Due to changes occurring in social, technological, and cultural dynamics today, character education is becoming increasingly important. This is because new challenges arise in building individuals who have strong moral, ethical, and personality principles. This research aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of cultivating student character through intracurricular and extracurricular activities at SD Al-Ittihadiyah Laut Dendang. The type of research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of library literature. The results of the research show that intracurricular and extracurricular activities at SD Al-Ittihadiyah Laut Dendang are effective in instilling student character. Activities, such as learning activities, religious activities, and sports activities make a significant contribution to the formation of student character, such as honesty, discipline, cooperation, and responsibility. The implication of this research is how important it is to develop intracurricular and extracurricular activity programs that focus on cultivating student character in elementary schools.

Abstract

Curriculum management has an important role, because good curriculum management will make it easier to achieve educational goals optimally. Curriculum implementation is closely related to the term curriculum administration. This research was carried out at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. The purpose of writing the research is to research the theme of the role of curriculum administration in education at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. The method used is qualitative research. The subjects of this research are teachers at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah and the data collection techniques that researchers use are interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research indicate that curriculum administration is very important in improving the quality of education. Among other things, first as a reference in implementing learning. Secondly, curriculum administration plays an important role in organizing and compiling the curriculum in an educational institution. The three curriculum administrations are used as a measure of success and as a tool for improvement.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the importance of educational organizational communication by using a descriptive qualitative research method, a literature approach and literature related to the theme of this research. The results of the author's analysis show that organizational communication is very necessary in running the organization of educational institutions, so there is good educational organizational communication at the MIS Madinatussalam school. The success of educational institutions is largely determined by management and organizational factors as well as the interpersonal communication skills possessed by each stakeholder in carrying out their duties. Abstract

This research is entitled "Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure to Improve the Quality of Learning at MIN 3 Labuhan Batu". In the learning process, facilities and infrastructure are very necessary for schools to support the success of learning activities. The aim of this research is to determine: (1) management of educational facilities and infrastructure, (2) efforts made to improve the quality of learning . This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the deputy head of the facilities and infrastructure division of MIN 3 Labuhan Batu, while the object of this research is the management of educational facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of learning. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that: (1) Management of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out by involving all school components such as principals, deputies and teachers, for procurement based on prioritized needs and adjusted to funds, both BOS funds and assistance from other parties. other. Then it is recorded in the inventory book for a period of one year. Meanwhile, deletion has never been carried out until now. (2) The efforts made are to equip educational facilities and infrastructure and motivate students to be more active in studying.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the strategies used by teachers in delivering Malay Arabic script learning material to students through arranging a song at SD Al-Azhar Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative. Nowadays, song composing activities are not only carried out for entertainment purposes alone, and are not only carried out by singers for their own needs, but now song arrangements are used by teachers, as a medium that can support learning. This is done because today's children prefer to listen to something that sounds like a song rather than listening to the teacher explain, therefore today's teachers change song lyrics into learning material so that they are easy for students to remember. The research findings are that song arrangements in Malay Arabic script learning activities are a very unique learning strategy and are also effectively used in Malay Arabic script learning so that students will be more enthusiastic and will also understand the learning more easily and through arranging a song learning activities will also have an impact. positive impact on student learning outcomes.
